"At the Everett location I was told customer Amy Vu waited about one and a half hours to get the chicken sandwich; to speed things along that outpost disabled app ordering and limited sandwiches to four per person (four per car for drive-thru), but the drive-thru was still completely backed up and side items seemed to sit under a heat lamp while the staff focused on the sandwiches. From a quality standpoint, customers said Popeyes was on top of their chicken sandwich game, and the manager—though overwhelmed and crabby—was unapologetic about making the sandwiches correctly. An employee also said things went “okay” on Sunday but the restaurant had to disable online ordering to keep up with demand and will continue to do so because it is short staffed." - Gabe Guarente
