Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed that the staff appeared disinterested and unprofessional. While appearance isn’t everything, their lack of enthusiasm and sloppy presentation didn’t create a welcoming atmosphere. Worse, their attitudes were unfriendly, making the ordering process feel like an inconvenience rather than a service. Despite clearly stating my order, the employees seemed distracted and inattentive. They asked questions about my preferences such as what drink I wanted with my meal or whether I needed any sauces—yet failed to include these items when I received my food. I had to remind them about my soda and dips, which should have been included without issue. To make matters worse, when I checked my meal, I found that my order was incorrect. I had received a 4 piece when I ordered 5 and requested a spicy chicken sandwich, but I received a classic one instead. Additionally, my side order was wrong, and I her attitude read as if i was the one being annoying. I dont know why, but I expected better service and attention to simple detail. While the food itself was still tasty, the overall experience left much to be desired. Poor customer service can overshadow even the best flavors, and this visit was a clear example of that. If in the bronx skip the Boston rd. Popeyes.

My new favorite Popeyes 😍 💕 Clean great staff they really sauce the wings. Clean quiet. Malik and Danique are amazing servers. So nice to the community. The customers are happy here.

Help me understand what is the point of ordering ahead if you have to stand there for half an hour and watch people come in after you order on the spot and leave before you’re acknowledged

After so many years of eating Popeyes. Today was the worse Popeye's I ever had. The rice and beans was watered down, and the apple pie was so over caked up with so much crusting of cinnonmin. I could not eat it. I will never return back to this new location again.

Avoid avoid avoid. They have some nasty and rude workers at this location during the afternoon/evening shift. After ordering food, I pulled up the window and paid, then the lady asked me to reverse my car away from the window until she’s done. After I reversed my car, 2 mins later, she told me to drive back up to the window (which made no sense). She gives me my order and it is missing a side of fries, so she is rushing me to leave the window and I show her that I’m missing fries. So she tells another worker “she said she’s missing fries can you pass some fries” … Mind you, I WAS missing fries like what? Disgusting. Do not spend your money here.

Brand new store, service is really bad. I had to go back to request a fork or spoon, and then I didn't go go back again to ask for napkins. I wanted Cajun rice, but they didn't have it, so I asked for green beans but they didn't have it so I asked for corn on the Cobb but they don't have either. I have to ask my self is this a restaurant in the U S A or am I in country like cuba or north Korea. Please sell the customers what we want, we are willing to pay more. But don't stop selling it. Customers are always right Without customers business have to close.

just came threw the drive thew got a 2 piece with fries they handed the bag with any napkins or spoons or sauce and i barely had fries it was so empty i will never return here .is bad
