We just stayed in Palm Springs for 2 weeks and Stay Poppy made our vacation very enjoyable. Our rental was clean and comfortable and they were easy to contact. We recommend Stay Poppy for anyone wanting to find excellent accommodations for their trips.

Poppy and the team took excellent care of me and our reunion group from start to finish. From handling the reservation process—including a last-minute curveball—to providing support before, during, and after our stay, their service was outstanding. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially Amber, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The properties were well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be renting our two homes through them again and again!

The Paloma Rosa was absolutely gorgeous and the Palm Springs home of our dreams for our girls getaway weekend. The house had everything we could have possibly needed. The only thing was the cement or walking spaces around the pool are a little slippery when you're wet and when you're getting out of the pool. We actually had one person slip and fall, so be very careful around the pool and walking into the shaded outdoor sitting area, we put some rugs and towels down in that area after that happened. Otherwise the location was perfect, it was a beautiful quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and the perfect serene wedding for a relaxing weekend with girlfriends.

Poppy's customer service from beginning to end was superb! "On the Rocks" was perfect for our trip. The house was amazing and very well stocked with everything one would need. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We rented the Hercules Home and it was so beautiful! Very comfortable, everything worked, had plenty of amenities, and the backyard was so fun for our family! Quiet neighborhood, and overall very relaxing. Poppy stays in touch and is very responsive to any questions. I would use them again!

This Vrbo listing by Poppy was exactly as shown. Hosts were friendly & very responsive. Safe neighborhood & well maintained property. 2 bedrooms were a little small & we had one minor maintenance issue that was addressed. The pool & jacuzzis were great & we enjoyed the covered lanai. Just North of the airport but close to everything. Highly recommend & would stay at this or other Poppy properties again.

We rented “Goldfinger” over the holidays and had the best time staying there! The house was decorated beautifully and had everything you could want available for you to use! I have stayed in tons of homes and villas around the world and this one really has thought of every detail and product you might need! The three bedrooms were comfortable and spacious as was the communal living space. The backyard was perfect with games, jacuzzi, pool, and the view of the mountains! We have stayed in five different locations in Palm Springs over the holidays and this was a definite favourite! We loved all the games and Nintendo available to use too. They also had everything you might need to cook, bake, or make cocktails! The only thing to note is that there were a good amount of planes overhead, some people may be bothered by this, we didn’t mind. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Poppy formerly McLean Company I had truly hoped that your name change meant good things. Maybe new homes, new employees, better customer service, sadly I was incorrect. Stayed over Christmas 2016 experienced a vile employee by the name of Natalia, we could not express enough bad things about that one. We reached out to management thinking they should know about this woman representing their company, never received a response. Due to their longevity in Palm Springs, we tried McLean (now Poppy) in November of 2017 and found Paula. Such a breath of fresh air, enjoyed working with Paula so much, she negated our prior experience with the other nightmare employee. Fast forward to May of 2025, looked forward to return to Palm Springs, and of course was looking forward to working with Paula so she could find the perfect vacation rental for us again. We have not been to Palm Springs since covid, we had plenty of money saved up for a spectacular home and were ready to rock. Guess what? No Paula, no nice girls from a few years ago, but guess who was still there? You got it - Natalia! Still rude, still disconnected from being able to provide great customer service and we were not about to spend time talking to this woman again. My family and I felt as consumers, we should warn other travelers. Maybe you like being treated like poop, being lied to by an employee who represents the company - not us - was not going to happen. There are plenty of other vacation rental agencies in Palm Springs, with fabu homes, better pricing and way better customer service. Run, do not walk to any company but Poppy!
