I’ve loved its array of thalis and herbs sourced from an onsite garden and the way Northwest ingredients were woven into Indian cuisine—highlights included Tandoori chicken with cilantro slaw, paneer with maitake mushrooms, marvelous soups, spices, vegetables, and naan.
