The Restaurants & Bars Featured On "Love Is Blind," Ranked

"At one of our least favorite Mexican spots in town, two of the most toxic cast members meet for Happy Hour. And as Micah and Irina face off by the glow of a firepit, tensions are so high you could hear a stale tortilla chip snap. Micah makes it clear that Irina needs to back away from her man Paul, to which Irina replies with literally nothing of substance. " - kayla sager riley, aimee rizzo

Poquitos - Review - Capitol Hill - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Poquitos is not a great Mexican restaurant—the food is just fine here. But it is a solid partytime spot to start a night out on Capitol Hill, thanks to lots of bar top tables, loud music, and patio fire pits. A tamarind margarita with some queso, refried beans, and salsa alongside a huge bowl of chips is the best move here, and if you need something more substantial, head around the block for a burrito at Rancho Bravo. photo credit: Poquitos" - Kayla Sager-Riley

The food was amazing; however, the customer service left much to be desired. I walked by and noticed they had a reasonably good happy hour, so I decided to go in. They offer a set of two tacos, with different types available for the same price. When I asked if I could order two different types (I wasn't hungry for two sets) the waiter informed me that it wasn’t possible. I eventually asked to speak with the manager. Despite the waiter trying to dissuade me from doing so, the manager eventually came over. After a conversation that took longer than necessary, she agreed that I could order two different types. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not very accommodating. Additionally, their prices are higher than they should be making it not a place I'd even want to come back to if the service was better.

Feels Like Home Again. 🥰🏠❤️ I revisited Poquitos specifically because I heard that Chef Rudy and much of the fantastic former team from Mezcaleria had moved here, and I'm so glad I did! Trying the food felt like coming home again. I'm genuinely happy and impressed with the experience. The care, attention to detail in the new dishes, and the service from the staff in Capitol Hill are truly excellent. You can feel the passion they put into it. I highly recommend Poquitos, especially for brunch – it was outstanding. It's quite possibly become my favorite spot for Mexican food in Seattle once again. Everything from the salsas and desserts to the cocktails and main dishes was masterful. 🌮🍹✨

Have had better. The Birria Burrito from the regular menu only had meat inside. When I mentioned it was missing items listed on the menu, I was given pickled onion and grated cheese on the side.

My kids and I were visiting from California my daughter wanted Mexican food. We found Poquitos and it was delicious. The nachos were amazing good and the tacos were amazing too. The service was amazing we walked in the restaurant and we were seated right away. The servers were great and knowledgeable of the menu. Had a great experience and great food. Thanks Poquitos. See you next time we’re in town.

Absolutely incredible! I keep bringing people here because every meal I’ve had here has been absolutely divine. I have celiacs and a couple allergies so it’s almost impossible to find places that properly accommodate all of that, but they nail it every single time. The staff are so friendly and upbeat, even gave my friends and I some recommendations for hidden Seattle adventures. It’s also a very lovely place, the atmosphere is calming and elegant. Seriously cannot recommend this place more.

Poquita is the best bar in Capitol Hill, the vibe is exceptional. The drinks are incredible and the food is far beyond what you would find in neighbouring Mexican restaurants. If you find yourself here during capital Hill block party you will find a premium experience which is unmatched by anything else? I’m not saying that.

If you're looking for incredible, authentic Mexican food in Seattle, Poquitos is the place to go! I had the steak tacos, the salsa trio, and the guacamole, and everything was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavor, while the fresh guacamole and variety of salsas made for the perfect start to the meal. The chef here does a great job! Beyond the amazing food, the service was outstanding from the warm welcome at the door to our attentive and friendly server, every part of the experience was top-notch. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both fantastic food and exceptional service, but Poquitos does it effortlessly. I can confidently say this is the best authentic Mexican food I’ve found in Seattle, and I can't wait to go back!

I dropped by here for an impromptu happy hour and had a wonderful experience. The tacos and nachos from the happy hour menu were delightful, as were the cocktails I ordered—and best of all, every item was only $8. They opened the windows and doors while I was there because it was a nice and toasty day in May, and it lent a wonderfully cool, breezy feel to an otherwise rather hot slice of the calendar.
