Parking lot is not close and have to take a shuttle. If you have someone in a wheelchair or scooter, you will need to drop them off first then park the car in the garage .25 mile away about. Take a shuttle back to meet your family for check in. Easier to uber to this port.

This is not made to accommodate 3 thousand people. Inside it was comfortable, modern, good and super quick. But on the outside, it was chaos. They should plan better how to deal with crowds.

Not enough space to efficiently disembark and move 3,000 people off of a ship and into taxis, Ubers, busses, etc. needs to be updated to accommodate this. Sheriff’s directing traffic doesn’t help much, if at all.

This was the most confused terminal that I've been to. It's not that it was slow, it wasn't. But we weren't given a boarding number, we had to stand up to wait to board because there weren't nearly enough seats. The poor ladies who had to call who was boarding didn't have a PA system, they had to yell over the crowd. And the TV's weren't working to tell who to board. It pretty much became a free for all. Then we got up the escalator and saw a ton of seating and drinks. Why in the world were we standing downstairs when there was all this seating upstairs? Then coming back from our cruise we go to our luggage and my luggage handle was totally broken. We didn't have time to wait to file a claim, so I'm out of luck. I don't know how the other terminals are in Port Everglades, but avoid terminal 29. Right now it's Royal Caribbean.

Ive used this Terminal 3x now and I really dont have another cruise port to compare to, but I had a good experience boarding and disembarking the cruise I went on. The location was built to handle all the people that need to pass through to board the ship. There were plenty of stations to register everyone and get the sail pass cards in your hand. Everything went smoothly. When getting back in port its easy off and customs is quick. There are also many shuttles to get you to where ever your next destination is.

Terminal 26 Gave one star because there's nothing less! This is the worst, no assistance locating your space, people including seniors, walking around lost, looking for their vehicles. Exiting the parking, lot is frustrating, takes an average of 1:30 to 2:00hrs. Calling the office number is a total waste of time, can't even leave a message. No management working, weekends. Offsite parking is highly recommended.

Basically a warehouse. To board was not too problematic, but to leave? Chaotic, confusing, and to put it mildly-embarrassing. Three hours to get off the ship and into a shuttle. I felt awful for the elderly and disabled that had to endure this. Port Authority should be ashamed of itself. I will never subject myself to that again.

Chaos reigns supreme! Take your time while driving around the port area. You can drive to your ship to drop off your luggage, and then they will direct you to the parking area.
