We tried the focaccia stack, meatballs with goat cheese—all were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The GM personally welcomed us after hearing it was our first visit, which made us feel truly valued. Elizabeth was amazing—attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. We'll definitely be back!

Postino in the Heights is hands down, one of my favorite intimate places to go—from their warm atmosphere, to their delicious food and cocktails! I always choose the bruschetta board, raspberry chicken salad, and or creamy cauliflower soup! You can’t go wrong with either ♡ there is also an option to sit on the patio if you prefer dining outside

Went on Monday night and my experience will def bring be back. I did not have a hard time finding parking, but I can see how it would be a bit harder to do so on busy nights. On Monday/Tuesday that have their build a board + a bottle of wine for $25! Everything was delish, the food was yum and the vibes were there.

Sleek, minimalistic with both contemporary and traditional modern Italian charm. The space is cozy yet stylish. As for the food, the bruschetta board is a must from the garlic, basil and balsamic reduction.

Wonderful food and service! Arrived right after they opened so it wasn't crowded, but filled up quickly as it got closer to noon. Still, even with the increasing crowds, service was great and food was delicious. Asked for a small modification (added an item), and they accommodated; the dish was exactly as I'd hoped. Everything was fresh with perfect portion sizes. Don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu! Highly recommend!!

Love this cozy, upbeat wine bar in the Heights. Have been here a few times but 2-3 years ago. Came back yesterday for some wine and meat balls. We ordered centenario cab wine and it tasted really smooth and good for a very cheap price. Parking is a bit tough but it’s the heights so it’ll be tight and busy.

Excellent service and delicious food. Wine by the glass before 6 PM was only $6—a great deal! The Bruschetta board was delicious!

Great food! Great vibe! Great food! I got the panini chicken mozzarella and a side of tomato basil soup and it was 10/10! The espresso martini was perfect and paired perfectly with my dish!

4 words. Board. And. Bottle. Night. Nuff said! Postino is a STEAL of a deal on Mon and Tues after 8pm for board and bottle night. $25 for a bruschetta board of your choice and a whole bottle of wine? You can't beat that! I've had many fun date nights and friend "tea sessions" here to catch up with friends. I love their outdoor patio when the weather is nice, make the most of it before it gets too hot during the summer for sure. My personal favorite board here is usually the prosciutto/fig/marscapone, burrata/bacon/tomato/basil, smoked salmon/pesto, and whatever the chef's choice is for the day. I love the variety in choices here, there's something everyone will like. Wine wise, I tend to like some of their drier wines that are still juicy and fruit forward. Gamay is definitely my go to for this category. Otherwise, their rose and orange wines were both great as well. If you're looking for a great spot to share food, enjoy company/socialize, and indulge in a bottle of wine, this is our go to spot on a Mon/Tues! Don't sleep on their cauliflower appetizer as well. Cheers!

I came on a couple occasions during their nights and late evenings. The place is a bit more dimly lit towards the late evening to facilitate a more conversational atmosphere within the confines of your table. Staff are generally quick to get you started. No issues there. If it's your first time, you must try the bruschetta board! It's a series of four different customizable options served on slices of toasted crostini. I love their fruit jams and salami slices. A good option for a small snack between friends.

Another great experience at Postinos in the Heights. Becca and Taylor were great servers and made the time there even better! Food was great - shoutout to Amanda one of the chefs for checking in on us. The cauliflower, skewers, and board was on point today. The donuts for dessert were delicious.

Absolutely love Postino. Such good vibes and energy at every location. The Heights location is the first one I ever went to and it was so nice and intimate since we went late night. Our server was knowledgeable and quick. Our food was good. We got two different bruschetta boards and a Mediterranean board to share. Ordered a bottle of white wine and we were good to go!

There's nothing like a 5-mile run at Memorial followed by eating an entire plate of burrata and olives. Girl dinner, porfa! I went to Postino Heights with a GF to replenish from a workout, sip on a few glasses of vino, and talk trash about a lot of things... Service was attentive; the patio was empty on a hot summer day, so we got prime seating. The views were nice, too - a lot of people watching in the Heights, per usual. Looking forward to another visit.

Thank you Postino Heights! I took my favorite cousin here and he loved it! I haven't been here in a while but I'm definitely putting in my restaurant rotation! The boards are delicious and the panini and salads are elevated with the best cheeses and dressings. The atmosphere is great and the staff is personable. We loved our server Becca! She was attentive and friendly! Check out this Houston gem!!!!

Today was my first time here and I had a great experience! My waiter Javier made the best suggestions and everything tasted amazing! The meatballs & goat cheese had so much flavor and the cauliflower was cooked to perfection. The sauce it comes with is my favorite. My friend and I shared a bruschetta board spread and we enjoyed all of our choices. We did ask for the tomatoes to be diced for the mozzarella tomato basil. The donut hole were the best way to end the meal. My taste buds and appetite are satisfied without feeling overly full. I highly recommend this location. Good food, good vibes and good service.

This was my first time at this location but I've been to others before. Horrible experience. Don't go there I guess if you have a comp card or to go orders because they'll be rude and give you attitude. A few of us were standing at the front and no one even acknowledged us. As soon as I told the girl at the bar I had a to go order she immediately gave attitude. If you don't want take to go orders don't have it as an option then be nasty towards customers.

Postinos is a great restaurant for a more laid back date night or to meet up with friends. Every time we get a board and love exploring the different combinations you can try. It is worth noting that they can make the boards gluten free for $2. We also enjoyed the OMG grilled cheese the last time we went. If you are wanting to go during the week, they have a deal on Monday or Tuesday after 8PM that gets you a board and bottle of wine for $25!

I will visit any Postino location! I get the same meal and it is delicious. They have a good wine selection too, it's nice to try different samples and decide from there. The ambience is nice, and the music isn't too loud. You can actually have a conversation.

I LOVE POSTINOS! On certain days you can get a 25 dollar bruschetta board and wine. It's such good place for drinks and a date night! There are so many options for the pick 4. The best ones I've tried are the jam, apple fig, and the salmon. Service was nice and fast.

I love Postino! I got the Bruschetta flight and they were all delicious. Our server was really nice and we sat outside because the weather was great. There was some flies but that's normal. Parking was easy because there's lots nearby. Would come again!

First time at this location, but same delicious food, great vibes and fantastic staff! This place has never disappointed.....Although the food is definitely great, my favorite thing is the staff. Everyone is so kind and friendly, smiles and grooving all around and I LOVE IT feeling bummed out? Go here and your mood will be changed from the moment you walk in. Bangers always coming out of speakers and all the intricacies of the atmosphere are just....wonderful.

The OMG grilled cheese is truly OMG! The soup on top is amazing!! The meatballs and Cesar are delicious too! I had a Pinot Grigio and an orange wine that were also great. My only complaint would be that I wish I could keep my glass cool on the patio.

This place is a must for girl dinner. You can choose 4 toasts. A variety of wines and good vibes sitting on the patio and inside when it's dark out. I'd go here for happy hour all the time. Service is always friendly too

The atmosphere here is trendy and warm, making it a nice place to hang out with friends and have a drink. The food was good, but unfortunately, the experience wasn't enough to make me want to return. I did notice one of the employees by the food prep station picking his nose, which was a bit off putting, and our server seemed a little apathetic, she didn't refill our drinks at all. While I probably won't be back, I can see why some people might enjoy the vibe and the food.

Great ambiance. Love the location in the heights. Right off the heights walking trail. The wait staff is amazing, friendly and kind. Taylor and Becca were amazing servers and accommodating. A great place for brunch, date night, girls night, etc...The food is delicious and decently priced. They also have a great selection of wine. We love going to their $25 board and bottle nights on Monday or Tuesday after 8pm. I highly recommend visiting this place.

I've been wanting to visit Postino for a while and I'm so glad I finally did ! Seating: The weather was absolute perfection so I never made it inside - but their patio has a ton of seating from 2 tops to larger group tables. The patio is about half covered Service: The staff is all really upbeat and nice. Our server had great recommendations and was very informative. Food/drinks They have a pretty awesome happy hour that starts relatively early. We went around noon on a Friday and it was already going on They have cider! I love seeing restaurants having more cider options We ordered several of the bruschetta options for a boars. I love that you can mix and match the flavors. You get 4 and each is in 4 slices.hinestly it was very filling and set the bar so high that we regretted getting sandwiches as well. Our favorite flavors were the tomato one and the pear one We didn't love their salad options. We got just a side salad the sandwich comes with and it was fine. The Brussels salad was also fine but not noteworthy really. The prosciutto sandwich was amazing and had a sweet/savory flavor. The chicken and mozzarella sandwich was a bit bland We're so glad wr finally made it here and will definitely be back

This is one of my go-to brunch spots in Houston. They have some of the BEST paninis I've ever had. I usually order the West Coaster Panini and share a bruschetta board with friends, and it's plenty of food. We usually end up to-going half our paninis for a second meal. - West Coaster Panini (4.8/5): The paninis have an option to get either ciabatta or focaccia, I always order the focaccia because it has a very nice fluffy texture with a crispy exterior. The bread itself has so much flavor and feels fresh. The panini also has this amazing garlic flavor from the aioli, and the pickled red onions and Calabrian chili add a refreshing acidic flavor that helps with all the fatty flavors. The Calabrian chilis also has some heat to it but it's not too strong. Furthermore, I love how this sandwich isn't too dry thanks to the avocado, aioli, and moistness of the bread. They also usually give a generous amount of meat, but lately I've noticed it's less. Continuing, the Panini comes with either a small salad or chips. I've had both and they're both great. The chips look like they were housemade and are super crispy. The salad has an acidic dressing and is a nice palate cleanser. - Bruschetta board Mexican street corn (4/5) Smoked salmon and pesto (4.3/5) The bruschetta board is so fun to order and there's a large variety of options. My friends love the Mexican street corn and always order 2. It tastes like elote bread and the corn just adds a very pleasant sweetness. My favorite is the salmon pesto. The salmon and pesto is on the saltier side but the flavor is strong. - service/ambiance: They have a really nice outdoor seating which is good because it's usually very crowded inside. Good place to have Sunday brunch or lunch.

Came here for brunch when we're in the area on the weekend and there were plenty of seats indoor and outdoors. We got some plates to share! - onion soup - bruschetta tasting including salami, prosciutto, mushrooms and tomato - shakshuka - shrimp scampi - half BLT sandwich and half salad Also got the wine tasting which was great! All the food was delicious and arrived pretty quickly

I absolutely LOVED this place! The bruschetta board was so affordable and i love that they pre-cut the bruschetta so it's easy to split. All the flavor options sound so good but my favorites were the sweet and spicy pepper jam one and the Mexican street corn! If you're looking for a sweeter one, the apple and fig is good too (not pictured). The drinks were also very good and worth the price! I loved the moscato as I'm a sweet wine person. Also the white peach Bellini was amazing too but only offered on their brunch menu. The truffle mushroom fondue was another hit in my opinion. If you like mushrooms this is definitely a must try!! The cauliflower was good, but definitely more plain than the other two. I wouldn't get it again unless i was looking for another shareable vegetarian option, but the sauce was really good! This is a great place to go to with friends, we sat outside and the vibes were amazing! The service was a little slow, but only because the place was so packed! Overall, this place is a must for anyone who likes wine and bruschetta!! Will be going again!

Always a great place, especially for their happy hour wine+cheese board special. The service is always top notch and the ambiance is social and conducive to a good time!

I love this place and have been here often! It is a great place. My favorite time to come is after 8pm on a Monday or Tuesday (board and bottle for $25, okayyyyy), but we were craving it and came on a Saturday. Still great! We got the choose 4 bruschetta boards. We got the Brie, apple, and fig, the prosciutto di Parma, fig, and mascarpone, the ricotta, dates, and pistachio, and the fresh mozzarella, tomato, and basil. Of those, my favorite is the Brie apple and fig. It is a sweeter one but is the perfect blend with a tart green apple on top. The ricotta dates and pistachio is great as well. My least favorite was the mozzarella, tomato and basil because the bread without a sauce tasted a lot more dry to me. We then got a sandwich. I got the grilled cheese with a blend of different cheeses and bacon and it was delicious! It came with a very creamy tomato soup that was delicious as well. My husband got the Italian beef dip sandwich and it was yummy as well. At the beginning, a prior customer had dropped his keys beneath our table and had to come back a few times to double check, it was not a big deal to us at all, but without prompting the manager came to us and apologized for the disruption and covered our wine. It was so kind of them to go out of their way for this. Overall, a great experience! The restaurant is beautiful and modern and the lighting is moody and nice. Great for a date night or a girls night out!

We didn't have a reservation and was seated quickly. It took a little minute for someone to come to the table initially. But the staff was very friendly. Food was pretty good and came out fairly quickly after we order. Parking to get there may be a bit of a challenge. But it's worth a try.

I'm a sucker for bruschetta and charcuterie, so I had to check Postino out! It was date night and I had seen some reels on Instagram where foodies had been to Postino and shared the most amazing video clips, so that's why we chose Postino. I was not disappointed! My favorite bruschetta was the one with the Brie, fig, and green apple. It was absolutely delicious. The wine flight was ok. I wasn't a fan of the red wines, but enjoyed the white and rose. We will definitely be returning in the future!

While I normally shy away from chain restaurants, Postino's is the exception. I came here on a surprisingly quiet Sunday morning with a gal pal and enjoyed some delicious brunch. We shared a refreshing burrata appetizer, with basil, balsamic, tomato, onion, and more, complimented by delicious focaccia. For our main meal, we both got the PREAM bowl - essentially a beef (or chicken) skewer grain bowl. While the PREAM bowl initially didn't look like a huge portion, once mixed, it seemed to majestically multiply and made a hearty meal. I tried a lovely apricot palmer, and the unique apricot/lemonade/black tea combo really hit the spot. I also appreciated that it came in a large pint glass with just the right portion of ice. The waitresses were awesome, striking the fine line between attentive and overbearing, which really rounded out a great meal. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

First off - thank you to Heidi N for your support! I planned a corporate event at Postino and it was such a great experience! The team was super easy to work with -- really responsive and helpful throughout. They put together a custom menu for us, stayed within our budget, and made the whole planning process stress-free. The space was great and everyone had an awesome time. Definitely recommend for group events!

I thought the food was incredibly mid - not bad but not excellent either, but also expensive for what it was. Best dish we ordered was the meatball - but these are hard to mess up and the taste was not memorable. The grilled cheese was good, best to eat while warm. Skewers didn't really have good flavor and the yogurt base didn't contribute much to the dish. I was looking forward to their boards, but the Nick's Board were oddly paired. None of the meat and cheese really paired well together when eaten as a whole. My biggest gripe with this place was that it feels more of a light bite casual hangout than a sit down meal. There are no warm and hearty dishes that you can call a real dinner like pastas, pizzas, or a protein entree. I'm not a fan.

Came here for a birthday dinner after attempting places in Eado but they had almost two hour waits. Since I was sick during the week I hadn't made any reservations. Here it was only a 30 minute wait Honestly, I was initially a bit bummed because I wanted a nicer, new place to try. But so glad we ended up here. We all had a really fun evening. The vibe was energetic and happy. Peoples dress was mixed from fancy to casual. The cauliflower appetizer was delicious. 3 of us got a bruschetta board and traded pieces like go fish. I will trade you a salmon for a street corn. I typically do not enjoy their reds, but the Malbec was actually really good. And when we mentioned that it was my birthday, I was offered a free dessert. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we spontaneously joined their Wine Cult lol.

DELICIOUS! AMAZING! I am definitely going to be returning. The service here was super attentive and kind, the ambiance was super relaxing and it was easy to talk to my girl friend! The chicken and beef skewers with tzatziki was super yummy but the star of the show was the toasts! You get to pick from a wide variety of little toasts and all of the ones we chose were delicious.

Great tasting, and fresh food! Servers were very attentive and suggestive of new selections. The vibes were trendy and relaxing.

Please note this review is not to rag on Postino. The heights location is exemplary in its staff, environment, service and food, all be it but for one exception. Lenny. How she still has a job that requires interacting with people is as mysterious as fermi's paradox. She is crude and her energy is ugly and pathetic. I came in through the side entrance, there were a lot of open tables available. Instead of sitting myself down like guests sometimes do, I asked Lenny if I could sit anywhere. She said "you can ask the host" in the most passive-aggressive and hostile tone. Every-time I see her I meet her with kindness and I am met with disregard and hostility as if I am some bully of her past she's attempting to hurt, hence my description of her energy being pathetic. Someone please tell her to grow up or go to therapy!

Cauliflower is hard as rock and not cooked. We asked for a new one because it's my favorite dish. They send back a 2nd cauliflower that was even more undercooked and horrible. The chefs don't care. Don't get cauliflower here. If you do, tell them to make sure it's not raw. Also tomato soup probably came from a can.

Great food, service just really always unfortunately. Always super slow with the staff. They are usually friendly but never attentive.

Absolutely no complaints here! We were seated outside in the patio area when the weather was beautiful. I ordered the pear apple lemonade, which was perfection. To eat, I had the chicken and mozzarella panini on Focaccia bread. This was such a great sandwich! I also had the pleasure of sampling my friends' bruschetta boards. They ordered the Smoked Salmon & Pesto, Brie, Apple & Fig Spread, Sweet N' Spicy Pepper Jam & Goat Cheese, Fresh Mozzarella, and Tomato & Basil, which were all really delicious. (The order of the names were my ranking of the bruschetta pieces). Each slice was tasty and unique. My friend had the skewers and said they were really good as well. Whenever I'm in the area and craving bruschetta, I will definitely come back and visit.

Alright first things first they NEED to make a Postino's in San Diego because I would probably be there everyday! Okay I started this review and never finished it but I just saw a sign for Postino opening in San Diego in Little Italy, I am SO excited! Anyways I finally got to check out this spot in Houston while I was visiting and it was so good. I love the variety of build your own boards that you can get, my favorites were the Sweet N' Spicy Pepper Jam & Goat Cheese along with the Brie, Apple & Fig Spread. They have a large variety of wine which I love since I am usually always a wine drinker but they had some beers on tap as well. We sat inside at this location which has a darker ambiance for the evening but still very trendy. They had a large outdoor patio as well that looked like a great spot to come with friends. The service was actually pretty quick since we came on the earlier side but as the night got later the place definitely got busier. I can not wait for the San Diego locations to open up!

My family likes coming here but I think it's just ok. Not sure what's up with all the good reviews because their menu seems very limited and is mainly just ... bread. Soup was good though although I don't remember what it was for that day. Cute hangout place though especially if you want to drink wine. Postino is definitely one of my go-to restaurants, although I do prefer the Town & Country (Beltway/i10 or City Centre) location better. I just think they are more generous with their toppings (on the bruschettas and salads) and a bit more welcoming. Came here to try another "battle of the bruschetta." Bruschetta board (pick 4) - $16.95 Strawberry cream cheese - saved this for dessert. It was good, but definitely something I could've made at home with ingredients I already have. Also they were a bit stingy with the toppings - it was probably 1 or 2 small strawberries sliced very thinly, and it didn't even cover the cream cheese. Our go-to 'dessert' bruschetta is the Brie, Apple & Fig Spread, which we prefer over the strawberry cream cheese. Spicy sprout - this was the winner of the 2 (for the battle). Not that spicy, but you could still tell it was there. We love roasted brussels sprouts, but it just needed more. Smoked salmon & pesto - bf's favorite, which we always get. I'm pregnant, so I couldn't have any :( Almond hummus & chopped tomato - another one of our favorites. Meatballs & goat cheese appetizer $14.50 - we usually order this for more protein. Goat cheese isn't too strong, so my bf actually likes it. Brussels sprouts salad $13.25 - the only salad I've tried here, which is my go-to when I'm craving a salad here. The toppings, however, were stingy (almonds, dried cherries, bacon), so it was mainly kale. City Orchard Silver Tip Cider $7 - bf enjoyed this.

We came here this past weekend after seeing the Barbie movie to enjoy a Barbie themed cocktail. Drinks - We came here for Barbie "Dream Spritz". Per the kind server, she shared with us that the folks that tried it beforehand, had sent it back. That no one had ever finished the drink or kept the cocktail. So our group really didn't know what to expect but we had to try it! We ordered one glass for our group of 5 ladies. For me, it wasn't terrible. If I had ordered it as a normal drink from the usual menu, I would have drank it, but maybe not have ordered it again. I would not have sent it back. It tastes like an aperol spritz. But it does have a slight bitter finnish. If it was a little smoother at the end, it wouldn't be that bad. Once the ice waters it down, the bitter taste goes away. It's cute and feminine, and that's the appeal. After everyone sipped it, and did not like it. I finished it. The kind server gave it to our group, no charge! How sweet! I also ordered the sparking rose, which was as you would expect. Service - was so good. We sat outside on the patio and waited for a table inside. As soon as one opened up, our group moved inside. But honestly, service always is good. No matter what location, they do a great job! Our group got larger and we hung out a while, and some ordered light bites and small plates. They never rushed us out the door. Thanks, Postinos! While the drink was a fizzle, I appreciate the summer sizzle of great service!
