"A Phoenix-based wine bar is opening in a renovated 1940s warehouse at Heights Mercantile, positioned as an all-day drinking destination with a casual, wine-forward vibe. The menu focuses on wine-friendly fare, from snacks like spicy Marcona almonds to more than a dozen savory and sweet bruschetta options, plus paninis and salads. Guests can choose from a list of 30-plus bottles of wine, with many available for $5 per glass during happy hour, alongside local drafts from Live Oak, 8th Wonder, and St. Arnold’s and a rotating selection of bottled craft beers. It’s also being pitched as a weekend brunch spot, featuring $5 bellinis and dishes such as ciabatta French toast. The restaurant is scheduled to open on April 11 and will operate Monday–Thursday 11 a.m.–11 p.m., Friday 11 a.m.–midnight, with weekend brunch service starting at 9 a.m." - Amy McCarthy
