I've been going to Potbelly's in Chicago for about 15 years or more. Used to go to the original shop A LOT. Started up about the same time as Jimmy Johns. I've always preferred potbelly sandwiches. I highly recommend the turkey with provolone, add bacon. Simple. Rolled through the oven to become nice and crispy and hot, and then covered with lettuce and any other goodies you like. If you like it a little spicy, make sure that you get their homebrewed peppers in olive oil on top. Truly fantastic. The big pickles are cheap and great, and the chips they make are very tasty. This is one of the best sandwiches I've had in Vegas area. I still love cheba Hut who also krispies up their sandwiches in an oven. Jersey Mike's would be my second favorite. I would put Potbelly's up there with all of these. There are a few slight differences in the menu between here and Chicago. I thought the shake was a little bit too thin here, and I was surprised at the high cost of the shake. It seems like they are a lot cheaper in Chicago (first place I stopped when I went back to Chicago was Potbelly's about 5 months ago!). This particular store made up for the thin shake by piling on almost twice as much turkey as I ever got in Chicago. Very nice! Most of the stores in Chicago have a little platform where local musicians can come and play for tips. Get the chocolate and Oreo shake and ask them to make it extra thick. The wreck sandwich and the meatball are both fantastic. Sugar cookie is fantastic.

Finally a Sub Shop with a toaster oven in Las Vegas. Since the Which Wich sub shop closed down ( which was a very sad day for all the sub lovers ) finally a new replacement has opened. They have simple, but very tasty menu. With all of the great toppings , sides and on a top of everything a great toaster oven which makes the sandwich taste so great. Their bread is authentic and fresh, it comes out very crispy from the oven which brings out a very unique flavor. The ingredients are very fresh and you can customize your sandwich just how you like it. All of their sandwiches are so good. You can not go wrong whatever you order. The staff and the management are super friendly and extremely welcoming, very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely worth the wait and I recommend a dine in option, while the sandwiches are still warm and crispy. Highly recommended!!! A must try sub shop!!!

Google
First time here... BOMBBB🔥 first of all, the salads are huge! Was able to split one salad between 2 people so thats awesome! Got The Wreck salad- super good! Second of all, the sandwiches are packed full of toppings. The hot peppers are SO GOOD! My new favorite spot! Will be back! Also, the sandwiches we got were both still warm by the time we got home too... Both got Clubby sandwiches. Have ZERO complaints. Paid for avocado on 1 of them and didn't get it but I don't even care haha. It was still THAT good!

On my 1st time here, I ordered an "Chicken Club" original size, no cash, The sandwich was a little spicy but super YUMMY!! The Sandwich maker made an awesome suggestion.

First, I Want to say THANK YOU for opening Potbelly in NV. I’m from Chicago and having this restaurant in NV, just bring me back home. 2nd, I was bit disappointed with my order. I had ordered 2 pizza sandwiches, no meat and everything else. I told the cashier, no Italian seasoning in one. She misheard me and gave me one sandwich with everything and another sandwich with just sauce on it. When I called to complain, she said “that’s what I ordered”- now, why would I pay $6 for a bread with sauce in top? But regardless of the mishap, my husband and I are extremely happy seeing this made in NV. I hope there are more locations in the near future.

Food was ok - not prepared how I had ordered it, but still tasted fine. Staff were unfriendly during my encounter and looked like they hated working there. Location is also not ideal as it is not easy getting in and out of this area.

Google
I used to go here all the time, but recently on their Italian sub they only give you 3 pieces of meet, 1 of each type they advertise. Definitely not enough meat for a 9 dollar sub. Subway, Firehouse, Jersey, all give you much more meat for what you spend.

Nice clean interior. Employees were nice but not too helpful in recommending or guiding a newbie to get a sandwich. Ended up with avo turkey sandwich and felt kinda dry.

Yelp
I had an excellent breakfast sandwich from potbelly at the Tampa airport when I was leaving the area last week. In my travel at work I noticed this location and decided to try them for lunch. I had the sandwich called "a wreck" it contained turkey, roast beef and salami. The toasted sandwich was delicious and the service was great. The restaurant didn't look busy at all so it was clean and quiet. If you are looking for a different sandwich shop and willing to try something new you should check it out

Yelp
From Cincinnati to Las Vegas I've been eating potbelly and it is by far my favorite go to sandwich shop. The quality of the food and ingredients make it taste fresh and delicious. I always load up on all the condiments and veggies and there's nothing to complain about. Mobile ordering is the move as the app always has exclusive deals, food and a reward point system. I got a bogo deal on my sandwich's and a free bag of chips. People who hate on this place prefer subway and that's where they mess up, they don't know quality !

Yelp
I was pretty impressed with this Sandwich Shop! The place was clean and we were greeted immediately! The menu is large enough to include choices for everyone but not so big that it is overwhelming! Good back story from a small company in a community location in 1977. My sandwich was fresh, the wheat bread was moist and flavorful. The meat was stacked up pretty thick and the added vegetables were very fresh. The soup was hot thick and flavorful! Try the Lemon Cheesecake cookie! Prices are definitely fair for the value!

Yelp
Honestly disappointed that it took me so long to try this. It was because of such horrible reviews, so I went in with low expectations. In fact such low expectations we had noodles from the place next door first in case the sandwich was gross. I ended up loving the sandwich! Got the Italian with all the toppings minus onions, they toast the subs Quiznos style(man I miss Quiznos lol) they have a good variety of chips outside typical lays options which I appreciate and they have glass bottles of soda yumm for some reason soda always tastes better from a glass bottle. Anyways even though I ended up eating y sandwich cold a couple hours later I was still pleasantly surprised. I do get how people are complaining about the staff but I'd give up personable staff for a good toasted sandwich.

Yelp
I stopped in here after a hard day of shopping at Costco. :-) The staff was pretty new but they answered all my questions and made me a delicious sandwich. I had never been to Potbelly's before. I was very impressed! I had the Italian sandwich and some delicious Zapp's chips. I'm very excited to return and try other sandwiches as well as some of their soups when it gets colder. These folks can hang with any sandwich place in town, except Ike's.

Yelp
There are a few things that is sad about this review. Nothing will change at this store and it's not the first time calling them out. I used to love this place. It all started in Philly. I've had a few sandwiches from here that were pretty good. Today wasn't it. I decided to stop and have lunch before my hair appointment and I was hungry. My first clue as to how I should have known how it would turn out was the person behind the counter had to ask me numerous times what I was having. This after me talking loud enough for him to hear me through the partition. It was only after I sat down to eat that I found out how bad it was gonna be. I unwrapped my sandwich and found ONE slice of turkey. Couldn't believe what I saw. I told the counter person and he appeared unfazed. So I went back to my seat and took the turkey from the other half and put it with the half that was eating. Then I threw away the other half that only had lettuce and tomatoes on it. Needless to say, this will be my last visit.

Yelp
This is worth a re-review to show what was being said in October, 2022. I stated I'd be surprised if they lasted 18 more months if they kept on as they did, but I was wrong, they made it to 20! Future franchise owners should read the feedback below and learn from it It's an absolute shame all our complaints fell on deaf ears. The only other Vegas Potbelly location remaining closes on June 30th, same ownership, one does not have to do much critical thinking to determine where the problem might have been. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------October '22: It has been sad to watch this location spiral down the drain this year. The reviews have become more and more troubling. I was at the grand opening for both Nevada locations, met the owner and felt the enthusiasm. But once the honeymoon wore off, it was the wild wild west at this location, the ownership group was no longer anywhere to be seen. I have gone so far as to track down and contact this owner regarding the problems at the store and was met with a lukewarm response. I then finally found a very high-up-the-chain contact at the corporate headquarters in Chicago, and again it didn't feel like there was much of a sense of urgency regarding all the issues here. I guess once they got their $80k in franchise fees they didn't really care what happens out here. Loyal customers who know what Potbelly is capable of (because we come from other states where it thrived) simply cared enough to shine a spotlight on the problem, only to be ignored. Whoever is responding to these local reviews from Potbelly with the phony customer outreach is clearly not connected to the people making the decisions. While this person is simply doing their job, it is more for show than anything. I have sent emails (some with photo and even video evidence) in the past, never once did I receive a response. Don't waste your time, all you're doing is potentially providing them with an email address for future spam. I know other people who have tried to reach out to the local Potbelly Vegas Instagram only to get blocked. I've seen the girl in the store taking pictures of their food for posts, just some completely clueless millennial with a camera. If they continue to operate as they do today, I'll be surprised if they last 18 more months in Vegas. Even though I'm a big fan of the chain, we have quit going. If I ever see an announcement about a change in ownership or an abundance of new positive reviews, I might reconsider.

Yelp
Came here a few times when they were having the BOGO promotion. That's really the only time I ever come here. Cannot justify paying that much for a sandwich without any discount. This was my first time trying this franchise "Potbelly" brand and overall, I am very impress with the quality of their sandwich. I love spicy food so the hot pepper really hit the spot for me. There hot peppers were so delicious and compliments any sandwich very well. I did have a problem ordering. I placed the order online but apparently the store did not get the order. However, they did make my order on the spot when I came in for pick up. I am seeing that other reviewers are having the same issues so not sure what is going on with their system. But I am not going to knock any stars off for that since they were able to make my order very quickly when I arrived to the store.

Yelp
I needed a new sandwich spot to try. I love the fact you can create your own ! Of course you can choose a half sandwich paired soup or salad , and there are so many side goodies to choose from ; a cookie, popchips but if you rarely see it , pick the zapp kettle chips ! I really like the light and crispy baguette with roast beef ! Enjoy!

Yelp
Good food and nicely made sandwiches! Jack was great... made us feel welcome! The CC sandwiches options are different with cool ingredients... not a regular sandwich shop. Can't wait to go back! The shop was nice... they need more patrons tho!

Jessica P.

Yelp
'A' for effort! Service was great. Nice touch on the free cookie around the milkshake straw. Sandwiches were just okay. Nothing memorable. I think it was the bread. All I kept thinking was how our sandwiches would taste better if made with bread from Subway. I'd be willing to come back to try a different sammich, but it may be a while. I do recommend the Chicken Pot Pie soup, but read on. After reading an outstanding review on Potbelly by fellow Yelper, Courtney M., I was really excited to also try their Chicken Pot Pie soup. Unfortunately, after agreeing to wait 10 mins before the soup was ready, the soup was cold when it was delivered. I didn't say anything. Just decided to bring it home to reheat for tomorrow's meal because it was good "cold" soup. The funny thing is, we even ordered a 2nd cup later because overall it "looked" good. Also agreed to wait another 10 mins, and sadly, it was STILL cold. I honestly didn't think their warmer was on?? Or, just like nacho cheese sauce, you just gotta wait at least an hour! I'm happy to report that after heating the cup of soup in my microwave for 1-minute, the soup was pretty darn good! It lived up to all of the good reviews I've read and would recommend. Just make sure it's hot if you're dining in! If you like milkshakes on the milky/runny side, then you'll like their hand scooped ice cream milkshakes. The Oatmeal Chocolate Cookie? It didn't quite taste like it was fresh baked, so I took it home to heat up in my toaster. Tasted better! Lesson learned. Next time, will definitely check my order closely next time and tell the manager immediately if I am not satisfied. Gonna give them a pass today since it's a fairly new shop.

Yelp
This is one of those reviews where you wish you didn't have to leave any star at all. UGH. I really had better things to do tonight then write this, but I knew I had to. Bottom line: Don't go to this location. On Monday, May 23, 2022 at 7:43pm I placed an order online for two Italian subs for pickup at the St. Rose location. I was charged $31.37 and received an email confirmation stating that my order would be ready at 7:56pm. The store hours say that the store is open until 9pm. My boyfriend arrived before 8pm and before the subs were even supposed to be ready. The doors were locked and the lights were off. He said that he banged on the door until "some guy came from the back" and told him that the store was closed and that they didn't even have anything to make an Italian sub anyway. My boyfriend told him that we had already paid online and the guy told him to go back and cancel or "deal with" his order online and walked away. If you know anything about placing an order online (and I know you do), you know that you can't just go back and randomly cancel it later, otherwise no restaurant on earth would still be in business. (In case you are wondering, I did go back to the website and to my confirmation email to see if such an option existed, and as expected, it did not.) I called multiple times, at various times of the day for a week, and no one ever answered the phone. The phone just rang and rang until it disconnected. I really wanted to give them a chance to make it right. The number online is 702-463-8303. I urge you to try calling it yourself before placing an online order or even heading over there to eat in person. Call it now -just for the heck of it. I am out $31.37 and have had to resort to filing a complaint with my credit card company. To this day, the phone still rings until it disconnects. For the record, today is June 15th, 2022. There is unprofessional and then there's just crazy town. I really don't know what to say other than don't go there. If they can't answer their phone, close at random hours, claim to not have the ingredients for a standard sub listed on their menu, take your money and basically tell you to F off, then I just don't know what else to say. I mean, nothing is worth all that mess and there's a Subway in the same parking lot.

Yelp
Very good fresh tasty submarine had more than enough meat and cheese and they are not overpriced

Yelp
I've waited a while to post a review because my first two encounters at Potbelly were not great. The kids who work here are very young to my mature eyes... At first I thought they didn't care about their jobs as someone else here posted. As I've gotten to know them, I realize that some of the workers here are very dedicated and take their jobs seriously. I am honestly addicted to the turkey cheddar cheese melt sub, I come from wayyyy over the other side of Henderson just to get this a couple of times a week. I'm also obsessed with their oatmeal chocolate chip mini cookies. When they're baked fresh that day, there's nothing better on earth than these cookies! My one problem with them is that they're pretty much always out of them. My edit for the Manager is that they need to have these cookies in stock much more often, I would also say that they need to post more clearly that they don't accept cash. One time I came to pick up my turkey sandwich and only had cash. They said it's posted on their door but it's just written in very small letters "Credit only". Hopefully they'll make these changes at this Potbelly. I I will keep coming back for that amazing toasted turkey and cheddar sub sandwich and the oatmeal Chocolate chip mini cookies!

Shannon G.

Yelp
Here's how much they care about their customers: I ordered DoorDash and my driver arrived to pick up my paid order. She was told "oh we have that to another guy who came in and said he has a to-go order." Then instead of spending ten minutes to remake the sandwiches they announced "we're closing". What a horrible ethic for someone in the food and hospitality industry. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Yelp
Don't know what's up with all the negative reviews but i just tried this place and everything was good. Staff was friendly, sandwich was yummy and place is clean. Tried the Italian this time but v still be back to try the other options.

Linda H.

Yelp
Sandwiches were very good, but their soup (my daughter and I both had soup, two different kinds) was barely warm. My daughter took them up to the counter to have them heated. When she brought them back there wasn't really any change in temperature. Soup needs to be hot. Now, they did take the soups off our tab but I have eaten at a Potbelly (out of state) and it was very good. No issues at all. So this location needs to work on siup temperatures.

Jennifer R.

Yelp
I'm reminded now why I don't come here. They're so inefficient. I ordered online and showed up when I was supposed to and still had to wait 30 min for my order. Never again.

Scott F.

Yelp
Tragic end to a once-great franchise. The Good: chocolate shake was great, as always. love this. The Awful: sandwich. just plain bad. had a weird sour taste. large turkey on white with swiss. used to be so good. did they change the recipe on the bread? is the turkey from a new supplier? can't tell. just not tasty like it once was. really disappointing. service: made to feel like i was interrupting their day. but i was literally the only one in the store near lunch time. politely asked for "just a tiny bit of lettuce" and they then loaded it with extra as if to make some sort of a weird statement to me?? dunno. very weird price. with a 15% tip a large sandwich and shake was just under $22. sorry. i'm done with this. not even close to good value with many other better options out there.

Cassandra L.

Yelp
I came in I place order for 3 sandwiches and 3ice cream sandwiches .to be disappointed I got my food as was Togo order .when I got home I saw my sandwiches were wrong there were ingredients my family and myself were allergic to in it after I requested not to add because of this .i called talked to a guy who said when he spoke to person who made sandwiches they said that's not a real allergy.the guy was laughing at me .said can't do anything .I told if a customer request to have items removed off sandwich because of medical reasons they need do it as with my family it's deadly to us please as void as management still has not contacted me back

Sokha N.

Yelp
My husband and I came here after a conference and we ordered the chicken club. It was delicious!!! The staff is nice and the place was clean. I would highly recommend it!

Ed W.

Yelp
Went by tonight to try a sandwich from them. A customer was already complaining about issues with their ordering app; but I figured I was there in person; so the app was not an issue. I ordered the sandwich, watched them make it then went to the register to pay. THEY DON'T ACCEPT CASH! The manager said they can't take cash; even though every dollar bill in your pocket states it is "legal tender". I do not frequent businesses that do not accept American Currency.

Mario G.

Yelp
My first time here and i was very disappointed by this place. Walked in and expected at least a good sandwich. Ordered the Pizza Meatball sub. Not a bad sandwich, but not that great either. And I just can't get around the fact that they couldn't take cash. So, I ended up leaving $20 in the tip jar cause I had no change, and I didn't want to just leave without paying. Curiosity killed the cat. Never again .

Michele M.

Yelp
I have given this location many chances since they opened. At first I thought the issues were because it was a new location, so I waited a while and gave them another chance. On my recent visit I asked for extra mayonnaise and a little bit of mustard on my sandwich. You can't see them making your sandwich because the counter is so high and the cover for the condiments blocks your view... So I didn't get to see what he put on it. I get home, open my sandwich, it has mayonnaise and a ridiculous amount of lettuce on it. For someone who doesn't like shredded lettuce on a sandwich, it's the worst! After picking off all of the lettuce, there wasn't any mayonnaise left so I was left with a dry sandwich. The first time I went there, my sandwich was also dry even though it had the correct toppings. Another thing I've noticed, the oven doesn't toast the bread here like it does at other Potbelly locations. Every single time I've gone to this location it has been a bad experience. It's weird because potbelly is my favorite sandwich shop in other parts of the country but this one is not good. From poor customer service to dry sandwiches, I won't be back.

Carolyn N.

Yelp
First time here. Placed order online (takeout). Everything was exactly as ordered. The bread is SOOOO good! Perfectly toasty. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Michael F.

Yelp
We decided to try someplace new. The food was good, the service not so much. One person in my party ordered a whole Farmhouse salad, as it stated on the menu board. The order taker asked if they wanted large or small. I tried and ordered a whole Powerhouse salad, same question. The girl making the salads was on her phone the whole time. Not with a headset, but the phone held between her ear and shoulder. They were not busy at all, but there were multiple dirty tables, and the floor needed to be swept. I go back to places based on service, probably won't give them another chance.

Haley J.

Yelp
The corporate needs to shut down this place!!!! Me and my husband, we ordered an original steakhouse beef sandwich and pick a pair (salad and soup), and it was overcharged. So, we requested the lady to fix the price. However, the white lady said they cannot do the pick a pair of salad and soup because we didn't purchase the skinny sandwich along with it. So we took a picture of the menu on the wall and showed it to her that the menu says we can, and she kept denying the menu and told us we have to order skinny sandwich along with it, and I hear her complaining 'ughh . These people need to read', obviously she is the one who can't read and not know the menu. After we hear her saying that with the attitude, I've requested the refund, and she says 'oh everything is final. I can't do refund.' We really got mad and as soon as we come out of the door I hear her calling me a 'RETARD' WTH???!!!

Debbie L.

Yelp
They do not open on time. Can't count on them. It is 11:20am and the door is still locked. The guy sees me there but doesn't even acknowledge me. They don't answer the phone either even though I see him in there.

Juan P.

Yelp
I won't give a bad review due to the manager barking at the staff and being an overall C You Next Tuesday. She just looked angry to be there. Even stood in front of her and no greeting...just a brief look up. The staff were very friendly, all smiled and I was greeted by them (but not the manager...weird). Our sandwich maker was attentive and followed my instructions ( I have a particular method, so he did great). There was no skimping on the meat or veg. Place was clean, ingredients were fresh, and again, the staff were courteous and friendly. Have your own experience. Ignore the manager.

Randy G.

Yelp
We decided to try this restaurant only because it's by our house. I ordered the BLT to go and I was shocked. One cheap precooked bacon piece, some shredded lettuce and 3 thin slices of tomato. I couldn't taste the sandwich as the bun which wasn't bad seemed to have liquid smoke on it masking the taste. I tried to reach them to no avail. The reviews were all poor and after posting on LinkedIn on a corporate post I've never heard back. Very disappointing and expensive I will never be back. The portion was very small and a waste of money.

Yelp
I was excited to find out that this potbelly's was opening up. When I lived in TX my husband and I would always get potbelly's! .... But, this location, AWFUL. Nothing like the other potbelly's! First, the employees are OFF. One seems like she's on drugs, no greeting and I had to ask if I could order after walking in and standing there for a good 5-10 mins with no other customers, but 4 employees. A guy with long hair came in from outside and smelt like smoke so bad. Went behind the counter and didn't wash his hands. I'm assuming the manager had told a girl to clock out. The girl said her shift wasn't over yet. The manager started talking down to her loudly and was very condescending. The inside looks so run down compared to all the others I been to. This potbelly's is not kept up to par. The store manager needs to go along with all the employees. This potbelly's is a complete reflection of the staff.... SHITTY.

Gracy N.

Yelp
I love Potbelly's!! There are none in CA so I'm always excited to get it where I can...Chicago, Seattle, Portland and Arizona. This was my first time at any Potbelly's in Nevada and I was extremely disappointed. First, my total time spent in the restaurant was 30 minutes! I was the only customer and only ordered 2 sandwiches, a shake and got 2 bags of chips. Second, I couldn't get my usual Chicken and Cheddar sandwich because the chicken was still frozen. Third, the employee asked if I wanted everything on the sandwiches and I repeated "everything except onion"...and of course, they still put onions. Fourth, I asked for a shake, was charged for my order and then the employee went to go make my shake just to tell me they were out of ice cream. Fifth, the manager came out to refund me for the shake I paid for and took more than 5 minutes trying to refund me $5.19...he couldn't figure out how to do it on the register. To speed up the process and to get me out of there, I just asked how many drink(s) equate to the $5.19 amount. He gave me 1 large fountain drink. Whatever. And lastly, the chips were stale. This is the first time I've ever been dissatisfied with Potbelly's. Overall, not happy with my visit to this location.

Keith P.

Yelp
Where to begin. Without being mean, 2 out of the 3 employees were oblivious. The young girl taking orders and preparing the sandwiches had zero interpersonal skills. No eye contact, no greeting, nothing. I had to ask her if she was taking orders. The other guy working the register could not get the register to work. It kept voiding out and you could see a weird rage building and he began to clinch his fists and visibly shake, a bit strange for sure. He had me use a second register which finally went through. Although he said it didn't go through and I needed to pay again! I logged into my bank and clearly showed him the transaction went through! We wanted soup and apparently he was the one who was suppose to open the store and prepare the soup. Needless to say he didn't and there wasn't any soup available. He said it was his fault and that's where the "manager" I'm guessing appeared and through this dude under the bus. They had a little tif and we decided it was time to leave the twilight zone and run!! I will not be back at this store ever again. Way too many other options out there to pick them deal with this disaster. Maybe a training issue but nonetheless an experience I wouldn't want to put anyone else through.

Zak L.

Yelp
Avoid this location! I placed an order at 8:35 for pick up via the potbelly app. I paid for my order on the app. I went to the store at 8:45 to pick up my order and was told they already put all the toppings away for the night. She said you can have a sandwich with cheese and meat only. I told her that was unacceptable. She then called me names and told me to leave the store. I asked for a refund and was refused. I was told fagots don't get refunds. She then threw milk all over my car.

Susan V.

Yelp
I used to love this place until yesterday when I ordered 2 sandwiches to go. Last night I packed 1/2 of one sub for lunch today. I'm at work and realize there's part of a latex glove on the sandwich!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wth?!! Tried calling the store and they don't answer! To top it off as I was waiting for them to do the toppings, I noticed that both girls didn't even have their hair completely pulled back. I was grossed out! They were nice, but come on!! If you're handling food all of your hair should be pulled back!!!!! So disgusting!!! Never going back!!!

Yelp
I just can't believe this place is still open with all the bad reviews it is getting. I doubt of the good reviews they got went to the same establishment. I will never step foot on any of their establishment ever. I would rather make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to quench my hunger than to even touch this place with a 10 feet pole. This is a zero star if there was such a thing at Yelp.

Yelp
What a fucking shitshow. They don't have (2) sandwiches (Wreck & Italian). No reason given, they just don't have them (salami seems to be the common ingredient for both, because other sandwiches with same meats were ordered). Shopping cart with empty boxes that haven't been taken out sitting in front of door as you walk inside. White girl we ordered with seemed like she was distracted or tweaking. The black dude that rang us up looked as if he was just teleported from the couch in the middle of a video game and dumped into a sandwich shop. He had zero idea what was going on and we were the only (2) people inside. (1) single soup was being boiled to death in the schaeffing pan behind him, and the rest of the pan was empty...just boiling water. The countertop next to the soda machine had trash all across it. And NO FUCKING PAPER-TOWEL IN THE BATHROOM TO DRY YOUR HANDS WITH! When I told them there was no paper-towel, I was told to "use some napkins" as the kid pointed to the napkin dispenser. A younger, long haired white boy that worked there came in later and tried cleaning up. Then, for some reason, the tweaker chick that took our order started arguing with him across the dining room for some reason. My meatball sandwich was a sloppy fucking mess, served at room temperature (meatballs weren't that hot). It was good, but it would've been better if the meatballs were warmer. They didn't cut it in half and it had a goddamn gallon of sauce slapped over it (I'm exaggerating, but it was a drippy wet mess, hence the need for me to hose myself down after). My girl said her roast beef sammie was tasty. The food was good, but the overall experience inside the place was a goddamn circus. As far as the staff goes, it's like they hired a bunch of meth addicts, put them inside a sandwich shop, and then trained everyone with braille. Very disorganized and none of them had a clue what was going on. I'll stick with Capriotti's & Firehouse for my sandwich needs.

Yelp
I stopped in for lunch not too long ago. I thought it would be an easy process, like your average Subway but with better options and with better selection of combinations. I was only one of 2 people in here placing a sandwich order. It took forever and the person who was assembling my sandwich had the hardest time remembering what I'd said that I did and didn't want on my sandwich. I felt like I repeated myself at least 5 different times. I had gone to initially pick up lunch for me and another friend but after going through this one order I said forget it. I ended up getting the sandwich for the other person. I had a little bit of it just to try after having told them about the whole ordeal. The bread was tasty and flaky and toasty. That was nice. The rest of it though, I was just reminded of the fact that it took so terribly long and so much effort to put this thing together that I just lost all interest. Hopefully I'll give this spot another try but I don't think it'll be anytime too too soon.

Yelp
Mood- lunch part 2 Upon entering was quickly greeted with great customer service. There is a menu on the wall as you walk thru the walkway to have your order customized. I was asked if there were any questions re: the menu. You order at the glass, make your way to the other side where they ask what toppings would you like, then pay at the register - where at this point you can get additional snacks or beverages. Opted for the 2 pair. Got a Chicken Salad Salad, Chicken Pot Pie, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and a Turkey Club. All were very well put together. However my highlight was that Chicken Pot Pie. I eat, and I have eaten alot of different food from all of my haunts. I have never had a pie like this before and my only question now is do you have a larger size. Wow it was good. Interior is several table and chair arrangements. Everything is limited as we are still in good Ol Covid way of life. Everything was very clean and sanitized. Would recommend - pricing was reasonable for the portions and taste. Plus the pricing for the combos they offer was actually really good. Staff was wearing masks and gloves. Everyone was very friendly and hospitable. Location is St. Rose Pkwy/ Raider Way - ample parking

Yelp
We submitted our order through the app. When we arrived at 11:10a, the shop was empty. Locked. No one came to the door. The order was supposed to be ready at 11:12a. The shop was supposed to open at 10:30a. We tried calling multiple times and there was no answer, kept ringing until it just stopped. We did not get our order. I could not find a way to cancel our order on the app. How do we go about getting a refund and reward reinstated? I wish I had looked at reviews. I'd only been here a couple times prior--none were particularly good experiences but I chalked it up to it being new. And never did I think that they just wouldn't show up and still take my money via their app without some sort approval or acceptance on their end. I love potbelly sandwiches and was so excited when they opened here. This has left a very salty taste that has tainted my perception of potbelly.

Yelp
Ive never tried this place before but the pizza melt is by far my favorite thing and keeps me coming back. I cant wait to try other options here!!! The service was great i was treated with a sense of respect and hospitality, Tristian and vaughn did a great job with my order and I'm looking forward to my next visit. This place deserves better ratings I understand from working in food that hospitality and great service is hard, But the service I've had the 3 times I've been have been great.

Yelp
My husband and I go to potbelly's every time we visit Minnesota. We were so excited to see that they opened one in Henderson, even tho it was a 45 minute drive for us we decided to go! The staff was were welcoming and nice. The sandwiches were very good, the ingredients were very fresh. My husband and I both got the wreck , which is turkey ham roast beef salami and cheese and you can put whatever toppings you want on them! I recommend getting some sort of condiment if you don't the sandwich is VERY dry. I forgot mustard but that was my fault. The only down side was their mac and cheese. My 3 year old is a mac and cheese connoisseur, he took one bite and hated it. I thought he was just being picky so I tried it and it was not good at all. Very dry not creamy at all and kinda tasted soapy. Other than that every thing else was delicious.

Yelp
The three stars is for the up & coming efficiency of the staff. The quality of the food and ingredients is 4.5 stars however. Very young staff it seems by way of customer service, there are a couple of girls who get it though. Keep at it... we will be back for sure. Can't beat the price point with the quality of food. The chicken salad salad was quite delicious as was the farm house salad. The meatball sandwich was also yummy, just basic in my opinion. The turkey club received no complaints from us. Topped off the meal with a chocolate chip oatmeal cookie. It was crispy with melted chocolate morsels. I wanted to taste a raisin or two but a dream I'll make at home.

Yelp
3.5-4 stars. I'm rounding up because it's a new spot with a lot of potential, and they definitely have some kinks needing ironing, but I will give them a few more chances to earn a solid 4. Their sandwich selection is pretty wide, and they offer great combo deals to pair a half sandie with soup or salad. Sandwiches were good, not great. The broccoli cheese soup was tasty; definitely be back for that. They also pride themselves on their shakes, something fun and unique that I've never seen at a sandwich shop. You can even "make it a meal" with chips and a soda or mini shake--they're so cute! Service was a little slow/disjointed, and their systems are a little weird. After you go down the line to complete your sandwich, they hand it to you while you stand in line to pay. Then you relay your order to the cashier (who is also handling soup service). Also disappointing they haven't set up the mobile ordering through the app. All in all, I would say that Potbelly is a slight step up from some of the more popular and plentiful sandwich chains, and I definitely think we'll stop in again.

Yelp
If I was writing a review on my first experience it would definitely be 1 star. I have been back two more times and although I don't love their sandwiches they have improved on the service side. When I came in opening week it was a mess. A long slow line, untrained staff and the first 4 things I ordered they didn't have. Definitely unprepared for a grand opening. I will give the manager some credit for going to look for the chips I wanted and also offering to take care of my potato soup or mac & cheese if I came back (which I did and he did). As far as the food I just don't get the hype. The sandwiches were okay but I don't like the bread. There was a decent amount of toppings and meat. The mac & cheese on the second visit was very thick and dense with very little flavor. The soups were okay but Panera is much better. You still can't order on the app and I don't like how your "perks" that you earn like free sandwiches and cookies expire. Maybe I will give them a couple months and come back to see if I like it better, but for now there are much better options.

Yelp
I've been here several times and the service is always excellent, it's pretty clean , and it's pretty swift even when they're busy .

Yelp
Oh how much I've missed you! Went on the second day its been opened. Waited maybe like 10 mins. They had a small line inside. They were pretty quick, and nice workers. I got the Italian on white bread, delicious. And I guess everyone gets a free cookie? I have the app so it's 3x the points. So sign up :) will be back again next week.

Yelp
I've never been to a Potbelly before. I thought the sandwiches were good, but not omg I have to go back now, good. The service was a bit slow, but they are new. I'll give them slack on that. Sandwiches are toasted. Multigrain or white bread. Reasonable pricing. My original "wreck" sandwich was $6.50 with roast beef, turkey and ham. It's only about.. 6/7 inches and not a ton of meat. Maybe one slice of each? They have the usual addons -- onion, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, Mayo, mustard, hot peppers, etc. My issue? It was just kind of tasteless. Nothing special to make the sandwich pop. My jalapeño chips were good! But, the sandwich needed something. Like I said, reasonable price. Busy and a little unorganized, but only because they are new. Certainly better than subway, which is very close by. Cheaper than capriottis across the street. But.. I'd rather have firehouse subs!
