Burgers, waffles, lobster rolls, fried chicken, ice cream

"Just north of fair fun on Snelling, I found Potluck Food Hall in Rosedale Mall serving all the fried foods of your dreams, from deep-fried mac and cheese balls and mini banana bread biscuits on a stick to deep-fried burgers on a stick, a blue ribbon cherry pie boozy shake, a chicken fried seafood basket on a stick, and more—perfect for grabbing a bite while you shop." - Alicia Banaszewski

"Potluck at Rosedale Center is featuring signature dishes utilizing ranch dressing or spice blend, showcasing its versatility. Each vendor offers a unique item with a playful twist, such as a biscuit with ranch gravy, a bacon ranch shake, and a ranchy lobster roll. Visitors can take photos with ranch-themed installations for a chance to win prizes." - Alicia Banaszewski

"Holding its own Minnesota Fare from August 27 through September 7, the Rosedale food hall will have all Potluck vendors offering fair-themed items and will give customers a Minnesota 'fare' drawstring bag on Labor Day as a bit of free fair swag." - Alex Lodner

"I observed that Rosedale Center's ambitious food hall closed — the single-company collection from Craveable Hospitality featured stands such as Zac Young's PieCaken, a chicken-and-waffles spot, a taco bar, a sushi stall with a sushi-rolling robot, and a whiskey bar — and has now shuttered." - Eater Staff

"At Rosedale Center’s food court I tried a new bakery stand launched by local TV and radio host Jason Matheson, who teamed with pastry chef Adrienne Odom to share his grandparents' biscuit recipe. Made with the preferred Southern flour White Lily, the biscuits come in a variety of sweet and savory options or simply with honey butter; they can be served warm or warmed at home (staff jokingly warn against microwaving, saying a piece of Jason’s soul will die). Prices are mostly just under $5 per biscuit; savory options include a biscuit filled with sausage gravy, and a sweet “cinnamon roll” biscuit is stuffed with a spiced filling and topped with frosting. Fans will sometimes spot Matheson behind the counter taking orders or posing for pictures." - Joy Summers
