We stayed in Cognac for one night and went to this restaurant for an evening meal. Not cheap but absolutely delicious. I had a veal dish and my partner had a fish dish. Both were presented beautifully and the taste was packed full of flavour and textures. The chocolate dessert was just as delicious. If you want that casual but high quality French cuisine experience, I highly recommend eating here. Keep in mind that they have a reduced menu - less choices but the quality of the food is impeccable.

We came to cognac for 1day and really enjoyed LUNCH here. Friendly service, of course & nice ambiance. Open kitchen as you can see the chef prepare your dishes. Beside the flavor and presentation on the plate and quantity was very generous. Highly recommend this establishment. See pictures for reference but menu change base on season. For a complete lunch menu only cost €34.00 per person. We will definitely come back to Cognac for this restaurant again.

I loved the food here! If you go when it opens at 12pm, then you can get the best experience with the two chefs. The ingredients are sourced daily and locally so the menu changes. At the bottom you can choose the surprise me feature which is basically up to the chefs decision to choose all three plates for you - appetizer, entree and dessert. Very unique and fun experience. I got recommended to try this restaurant out by Miriam from Hotel Heritage. Right after the lunch, it was a quick walk to Hennessy tour.

Lovely little place. Went on a Saturday lunchtime. Had a choice of 2 starters and two mains, and both were well received by our party. Wonderful flavour combinations. Not cheap, but well worth it.

Amazing experience, 3 course lunch menu is 32 euros, but totally worth it. Vegetables are incredible, the tomato tastes naturally sweet, the fish is tender and fragrant. The dessert is fantastic, very rich chocolate with sorbet that’s is not too sweet, delicate and elegant. Hats off to the chef!
