"Leave your phone at the door as you enter the Powder Room. No, really, the team will take your phone and lock it away at the front door so you can truly relax and be present. Head to the back of the casual sandwich cafe Manny’s to enter the art deco, decadent speakeasy bar, which offers table-service cocktails ranging from light and bright, like the Earthly Posseslons (Snap pea-infused Sipsmith London Dry Gin, clarified lime juice, and fennel liqueur) to herbal or strong, like the Not a Penny More, Not a Penny Less (St. Remy Brandy, St. George NOLA chicory liqueur, pecan orgeat, Bonal Gentiane, Dow’s Ruby Port, and walnut bitters). "A speakeasy-styled bar and lounge accessed through the backdoor of the adjacent sandwich cafe, serving classic and house cocktails with a focus on a whole tableside cocktail service that lets guests have drinks made to their preferences. The beverage program is led by head mixologist Drew Record (formerly of San Francisco’s Trick Dog). The intimate bar offers snacks, live music, and other performances, accepts online reservations, and provides indoor seating.
