Prada New York 5th Avenue

Very nice store that spans 4 floors with a good selection for everyone, from men's, women's, and accessories. The decorations are awesome and beautiful.

The "head manager" Anthony Sioson is an unprofessional, condescending employee that knows nothing about customer service. Would not take an exchange because he said the item had an odor on it when it was brand new and unworn with tags. He lied and responds with fake tone-deaf replies that he read he should use on an online course for dummies. He is on a high horse because he works(!) at Prada. Will never shop at Prada again and would encourage everyone else to shop at stores that value their customers that spend thousands of dollars.

Great staff, quickly and reliably helped me out! Was a quick but very enjoyable experience buying a bag.

I have a pair of Prada sunglasses that came with a case. They are only a couple months old and the case is broken. I went to multiple sunglasses stores to see if I can get an alternate case. All wouldn’t sell one to me and advised I go back to the seller. I came here asking if I could purchase a case. Was told that there are no spare sunglasses casses and that there’s nothing they can do. They advised I maybe contact the manufacturer of the cases (??!). I like the sunglasses and want to protect them, and am disappointed the shop didn’t offer any reasonable solutions (ps. I also stopped by the sacks 5th ave location where they were helpful and said while they don’t have spares they were sure this flagship store would help me…I guess not)

So helpful and knowledgeable specially Dulgan. I was looking for a discontinued bag - the medium women’s messenger bag - he told me it had been discontinued, showed me alternative bags in both men’s and women’s offerings that are similar and was so sympathetic. Thank you Dulgan!!

I will gave not even one star if I could. Went to this store last night looking for a few things. Since the first moment this shady employee starts following us around the store not saying anything. Literally behind us on every floor. We were so uncomfortable so we left. I would never bring my business to Prada online and/or at any of their locations again. Now understand why they have so many bad reviews. We’ve never had such an horrible treatment on a high end store.

Walked in with the intention on buying something but nobody cared to help. When I approached someone looking for a product to buy, then they all came and offered. A bit disappointed in that (prob throught I was window shopping), but the store was well kept and clean and they were really friendly once you spoke to them.
