Where To Eat When You’re Visiting Tokyo - Tokyo - The Infatuation
"Gelato may not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of sweets in Tokyo, but Premarché Gelateria makes a strong case that maybe it should. Originally from Kyoto, this gelato shop focuses on natural ingredients in its wide range of Italian and Japanese flavors. Among their more than 40 options are traditional ones like Belgian dark chocolate and Sicilian pistachio, as well as more unique choices like Japanese sake or salty lychee and grapefruit (yes, combined). There’s about an equal amount of dairy and non-dairy options, making it a great stop for vegan desserts." - kiera wright ruiz

Amazing ice-cream flavors you wouldn't find elsewhere. Also it's rare to see so much vegan options in a dessert store in Japan. We tried prunes and lemon flavors - both amazing. Could be quite pricey given they serve a very tiny cup.

The ice cream here has a wide variety of flavors, and the texture is smooth and creamy. I had a wonderful time in here.

As an ice cream lover, I loved this place. I've tried the vegan chocolate, peach, macadamia and coffee, salted lychee and grapefruit sorbet, charcoal and banana, and Belgian chocolate. Yes, I've tried them all, and they were amazing…
I almost forgot, the pomegranate soda was also legendary

not all the flavors are equal, macadamia+dates+coffee is superb, others pretty average
the portions in cups are incredibly small, looks like the waffle cones portions are more generous

Best vegan ice cream shop in Tokyo! So many flavors to choose from with detailed explanation on the ingredients used. Very considerate for people who have allergies. We ordered 1 waffle cone (plus 50 yen) and 1 cup both 2 scoops each.
For cone waffle, we chose charcoal banana with premium pistachio flavor (plus 100 yen for premium flavor). For the cup, we chose almond and vegan cheesecake. The banana one doesn’t taste like vegan ice cream at all cause it’s so creamy and delicious! The pistachio smell is also strong and the texture is very smooth. The almond and vegan cheesecake are also very tasty.
Highly recommended!

If you’re vegan and crave gelato, this is the place to go.
They have 22 vegan gelato choices and 4 milk free (has honey so it doesn’t qualify as vegan).
The gelato is smooth and they don’t use emulsifiers or synthetic dyes, which makes scooping much more difficult. Yet, the gelato is smooth and flavorful.
I recommend trying the following flavors: Sakura, Banana with hemp charcoal, and Okinawa & Kinako (roasted soy flour).
The staff are super friendly, too!

Yelp
Eleven years ago, I visited Rome and was impressed with the delicious gelato.
Since then, I tried many gelato in Japan, but I have always felt that the gelato I had in Rome was the best. However, the pistachio and rum raisin gelato I tried here was rich and flavorful, and it may be one of the best I have ever had.
Really amazing flavors here! Salty milk is always one of my favorite gelato flavors and the one here was exceptional.
Their staff is really friendly and gave us their honest recommendations. Although they don't let you try a bunch of their flavors, my order came with a small scoop of another flavor to try.
They also have a lot of vegan options!
They have a few tables inside. When we arrived here just after lunch time it was quite empty but it quickly filled up!

Yelp
Amazing Gelato! Went here for dessert after eating pizza at Seirinkan, and was not disappointed. Try the Takachito yoghurt for some serious mouth-watering flavor
