"The resort also recently debuted Prendi, a grab-and-go eatery that serves cold-pressed juices, focaccia pizzas, pastries, salads, and sandwiches in the hotel lobby from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The restaurant’s focaccia bar offers varieties such as Margherita; carni with pepperoni, Italian sausage, and ham; fungi with wild mushrooms, roasted garlic, arugula, and pine nut pesto; sausage and peppers with caramelized onion; and chicken pesto with caramelized onion and peppadew peppers." - Susan Stapleton

Google
Go-to place if you don’t want to leave Sahara hotel for food. I bought a slice of Pepperoni pizza and a pain au chocolate here. It is located in front of Starbucks and lift to Alexandria tower.

This is just for the pizza. Truth be told.... It was the most awful pizza I've eaten! Perhaps it was just a bad one. There was no taste.(Pepperoni) The dough and crust were.... even worse! Again,no blame to who was working, their sorbet is fantastic!

Google
Love their mango sorbet <3 portion was big enough for $8 and yummy. I guess I’ll come back for another flavor tomorrow.

This is the spot to go if you want a snack but everywhere else is closed and you don’t want to leave the hotel. The service was good when I went (I was helped quickly by a friendly employee). They have focaccia, sandwiches, salads, gelato, and cookies. I got one of the focaccia pizzas and it was mid at best, and at $10 it was a smaller portion than I expected. There are many other places on the strip if you want to get a good tasting pizza that is worth the price. The desserts do look good though.

Turkey sandwich tasted pretty bad, was hard to finish. The 'fruit cup' contained only melon. Coffee was okay. Service was a bit confused during the morning rush. Not recommended.

A rudest employee in Sahara works here. His name is Sergio. This picture shows a scoop of gelato was served by him and rude comments after asked about amount of serving. I couldn’t argue with him because I was with my grandson and didn’t want to scare him. Only reason I got the gelato is make my grandson happy Sergio wasn’t worth to spoil my grandson’s evening

Went for coffee in the morning along with a heated Danish or even a sandwich at night. Good variety

First of all, I'd like to congratulate Prendi management for their savvy business practice of being open when EVERYONE else was well closed. Found everything we would have been looking for at a restaurant. The peanut butter cookie warmed up is amazing. Even for me... I'm not a peanut butter cookie fan!

Yelp
Nice fast food shop in Sahara hotel. From sandwiches to salads to pizza slices to ice cream to pastries. Located inside the main lobby it is easily accessible! Friendly staff and at the time of my visit - quick service! I had almond cake which was supposedly made in Italy. It was light yet tasty....

Yelp
According to the website the early morning hours were a special for July. They open at 6am, an hour after Starbucks at 5. Was a very appreciated time for a convention goer. The heated breakfast burrito was done in a way that made the tortilla crisp, which is different from most places, and was an appreciated texture first thing in the morning. They also heated the croissant, which is something i've not seen often, but was welcome. With it being a seasonal opening, i can't say much about their usual offerings, but at 6am they opened on time and were welcoming. I don't have long on my trip, but I will probably stop there again for breakfast tomorrow. The night version from 4PM-4AM is even better They have a gigantic $8 gelato that allows you to get two flavors. Bumps it up to a 5 star automatically for the generous portions. The gelato is thick enough to snap spoons, and they gave me two after my first one broke which was quite nice of them.

Yelp
One walked past this place for the past day or so. Had a taste for sorbet so I stopped in. The have plenty of different flavors to choose from. I tried the blood organs he and it was pretty good! Customer service was great, very friendly staff. It's also plenty of seating for you to sit and eat your sorbet

Yelp
I ordered a chorizo burrito, u see any chorizo? Well, at 6 am, I'm happy to have a hot potato, egg & cheese buritto. Wish Prendi would have had a little salsa for my burrito vs only Tabasco sauce.

Yelp
Surprised how good the cheddar roast beef panini was here. It wasn't cheap at $15 after tax but it hit all the right notes especially with so few options late at night. Nicely toasted cheese bread (might be too toasted for some) roast beef, spring mix and a teeny bit of horseradish Mayo. Would've liked a bit more but I gobbled the whole thing down in 10 minutes. Made me very happy after landing late in Vegas! (Huge t-storms night)

Yelp
Each night in my most recent Vegas trip, I've gotten Chamomile tea to help me sleep. It's been much needed because I conk out hard after drinking it, and I usually don't drink anything shortly before sleeping. Prendi is open between 4pm-4am, which is fantastic for late-night complimentary hot water refills! Complimentary hot water refill is so nice and much needed, especially at midnight. Happy this service is here during my stay in Vegas!

Yelp
Tried the cheese burger, was told $13 but charged $14 plus tax, so about $17. No lettuce or any veggie. Bread was so hard it was not edible. Pattie was so dry. I tried to eat it but end up throwing it away.

Yelp
This is a new restaurant inside the Sahara. When I first approached it, I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. In addition to good taste, focaccia pizza is bready and filling. Since I don't eat much on poker trips--and since I will sometimes have a cup or two of red wine while playing at night--this is the perfect recipe for satisfying your hunger and comfort. The dude who works here wears an Italian hat and either doesn't speak perfect English or pretends not to so it fits the theme. I hope it's the latter. That would be kick-ass. The gelato is also solid. Overall, recommended.

Yelp
The coffee is okay. They only serve hot coffee. If you like cold brew coffees adjacent to the shop is SB but they close early.

Yelp
Horrible place to go for food. It was very expense & the quality was like high school food. DO NOT GOOOOO

Brendan c.

Yelp
2.5 stars really. Good place for a quick bite once but I would never go back. (Too many better choices.) The focaccia is good but they heat it up the top just melts off. A microwave would have reheated it as well. The chicken sandwich is good as well but not sure how long it was in the fridge unit as the cashews have soften and the bread hardened. Would have like that more had it been heated. "Good" is the word to describe everything about the experience. "Worth it" would not.

Yelp
I can not describe in words. Flavor was so good. Get the mango best ice cream in town

Yelp
I stumbled upon this awesome Cafe in my hotel (Sahara-newly renovate). Apparently today is the first day of openIng and was excited to try it. I was immediately greeted by these two smiling and very inviting individuals named Drew & Michelle. The pastries and offerings are house made which reflects on the quality and taste. They also serve Starbucks drip coffee which I love. If you stroll pass this establishment please stop by because you won't be disappointed! I'll be back when I'm in town from San Francisco! #prendi #cafe #pastries #sanwhiches #salads #saharalasvegas #newinlasvegas
