PRESOTEA AUBURN HILLS

Okay so I got the char Sui sandwich and i added extra pickled veggies and jalapeños. It was SO good. I wish the sandwich was a little bigger or the price was a little lower because it was like $10 bucks so this will remain a lil treat for myself rather than a weekly thing. I also got the earl grey lavender tea with Boba and these little jelly hearts. Again, SO GOOD. Same price, $10 bucks so there's that.

I’ve never been to this place before but stopped in when I was driving by it. My wife had a pineapple passion fruit tea and I had a lychee milk tea. Both of our drinks were great. I drink lychee tea frequently, but I’ve never seen it served as a milk tea so I tried it and really liked it. You place your order at the kiosk and then pick it up when they call your name. I recommend this place for bubble tea and will be back again to try something else.

I feel bad, I can't remember her name, but the girl who served my daughter and me was so sweet and friendly. The tea was awesome, and they have a whole bunch of games to play. Such a cool place!

THE. BEST. COFFEE. PERIOD. I never had Vietnamese coffee before this place and will never go back. I come here at least once a week (at a minimum). The lavender latte hot and iced is so good!!! The Vietnamese coffee is amazing. Pasties are also good and they have games and a cute layout inside so you can play and hangout. Such a cute spot!

Service fee for all transactions is insane. Big slimy business practice. They could not give me a receipt of any kind. I cannot speak to the food. Idk how you cannot deliver a receipt when you take money. Update: receipt was given. The answer the business owner provides about the fee offsetting credit card fees and kiosks is not accurate. I offered to pay in cash and I stopped ordering at the kiosk to order with a human to avoid this fee. The fee is unavoidable no matter how you choose to pay or order. It’s a tax for the business to pocket on top of all purchases. Food was decent.

Super fresh like many of the other reviews I read before stopping by. I ended up getting a milky honeydew (50/50) and a cloud matcha latte. I also got the Bahn mi little piggy. Definitely coming back here again. Sooo scrumptious.

I’m going to start with 3 stars and go from there. Fresh look. The sandwich… trying to be Vietnamese… good try. Missing some points here to be authentic Vietnamese sandwich. We away get the smoothie drinks, never the tea. I had the mango which was good! Simple design. K-pop influence indeed. Chairs and table games to play. Very close to OAkland university. Pretty busy. Recommend.

I've been here twice, their tea quality is noticeable and they have a lot of base tea options. They are priced a little high, but no more than coffee. They have macarons, which they do not make in house, but the Italian creme ones are good. I talked with the manager, he was a nice guy who cares about the local community, and he gave me some good recommendations for other good places to eat while in town. Comfortable and relaxed lobby, and not normally too busy. Wheelchair accessible.

Got the roasted oolong tea, no added sugar. It was a little bitter, but overall, it was very fresh. Staff was friendly. They let me "sample" the teas by smelling them in a little jar. This was an interesting concept. No one was in the store but me. If i was thinking about treating myself I would get their bubble tea. Clean place.

I was in town for work and decided to get some boba afterwards. Presotea was the closest shop. Pearl Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Less Ice, Comes w/ Boba ($6.40) - Okay let's start with the good - as with all Presotea locations, they fresh brew their tea in an espresso machine so the tea flavor really comes out. The tea they use is fresh and high quality, resulting in a very floral and fragrant tasting Ceylon in this milk tea. I found that the tea was far too sweet; even at 50% sweet I felt like I was drinking straight syrup. Luckily this is adjustable. Unless you have a real sweet tooth, 25% is probably the sweetest you should get. Now the bad - the boba is quite hard and significantly undercooked, with a center barely softer than rock hard, and an exterior with an unpleasant chew. If you go to Presotea, I would definitely skip the boba topping. In my experience, Presotea is known for having good tea, but mediocre to bad boba. This is the 3rd or 4th location I've been to, and my opinion hasn't changed.

Presotea is one of my favorite places to get bubble tea. I actually tried the one in Commerce Township first before the one in Auburn Hills. Their drinks are delicious and authentic. I love that they use alishan tea (Taiwanese mountain tea) in some of their drinks. I love their milk teas and mango cloud beverage, which contains a sweet and salty mixture of mango fruit and sea cream. The boba is great quality, just the right one of texture and bounce as you chew. I was delighted to find both shops had consistent high quality. This shop is conveniently located nearby Oakland Tea House, a restaurant specializing in Taiwanese eats if you wanted to get other Taiwanese cuisine for a meal before swinging by Presotea for dessert. Service was efficient. You can even order ahead of time on Snackpass if you would like it to be ready by the time you get there. The ambience was chill. There were board games out for folks to play while they enjoy their drinks. Great shop! Will definitely be back.

The vibes here is just great. I came in on a weekday and there was funky techno upbeat music playing. The staff were friendly and chipper, singing and dancing along. This place Iis brightly lit, clean, and has plenty of seating. Overall just good vibes! I got the mango cloud. Very yummy and the boba was soft and chewy. I was there for about an hour and a half getting some work done. They had some plugs on the wall and some tables that you can use. The wifi was reliable. I think I was the only customer lingering around, everyone else came in and out without staying. They do get a lot of traffic and a steady stream of customers! It does seem like the drinks are quite pricey compared to other bubble tea spots, but I was there for a while so I didn't mind. Parking is available because you're in a plaza. However I'll be back! They also look to have some food items too and I'm curious about their banh mi.

Woohoo! Bubble tea places always make me so happy. Large cafe set up - you order at the kiosks and they make it up for you nice and quick. Love that they have a great variety of sugar options - sugar, stevia, agave and honey and more! Highly recommend the Alishan milk tea with honey and panda bubbles (boba and crystal bubble combo). Loved the tea flavor and bubbles perfectly chewy. Coming in the weekday afternoon, place was quite chill but can imagine if getting quite lively in the evenings with board games and snacks too!

One word. Amazing. Tons of flavors so many choices keeps me coming back. Plus the banh mi is a must try! My fav is the little piggy Staff is also wonderful and friendly. 10/10. Def will be back a lot.

They always make it so good. Every time I go it's a good experience. Just don't go around 5pm because it's busy so you usually get less boba. Hope this helps!

Bubble tea is the best thing to drink when you're drunk But if you're drinking a cold brew then you don't want to get sick Bubble tea in your house and you can get it from your doctor Bubbles in tea in the morning and you can get your medicine from your doctor if you're feeling better

My new favorite boba place. The tea is so good! Lot of very interesting flavors you can't find at typical boba places, like wintermelon hojicha. The cloud drinks are really artfully done.

Prestotea appeared like magic about a month ago in a busy little plaza that's morphed into a food court for locals and businesses near OU. The bubble tea phenomenon is upon us and even as an old-ish dad I say bring it! I love bubble tea. When you don't know whether to have a drink or desert. You don't want a lactose bomb of ice cream and you know what the jellies and boba are all about you want Prestotea. Slick and modern although strangely empty on a sunny Tuesday this relatively new spot deserves to be discovered. I had the Thai Milk Tea with mango boba. Nice and smokey and not too sweet it hit the spot on a hot ish day. I'll have to bring the teen Al H's for further review so stay tuned for more reviews. PS No snack food except for some odd macaroons. Prestotea pulls a boba out if it's hat!! Go!!

I am glad we tried this location. We have gone to a location closer to me and enjoyed it, but I like to try all of the locations if I can, so we came here over the weekend. I like the location, it is tucked in a small strip mall with plenty of good restaurants, some are on my typical go-to list of dinners out. I like the big cafe area. There are plenty of spots to hang out, eat, drink, and play games. They have some board games available on shelves. Besides the tea, they have a few key chain and novelty items to purchase. This location actually has the macaron for purchase! I have been to so many bubble tea places that show that they used to sell macaron, but this is literally the only place that still seems to have the cookies. Plus they have a huge assortment of flavors. They also have bahn mi sandwiches for sale. They look great. I would love to try one here. They have the traditional one and some unique takes on the bahn mi. It looks like they may offer different types of food soon as well. We tried their brown sugar milk tea, a thai tea with creme brulee, and a smoothie. The smoothie was amazing. I feel like it was better made than the other location and actually looked like to advertised picture. I do appreciate the aesthetic. I like that the creme brulee was in one piece, either they did not give me what I ordered at the other location or they broke it up and mixed it, this one was very deliciously and clearly at the bottom of the cup. I also like that they have loyalty cards and promos. They had free traditional boboa available. An all around fun vibe, we will be back soon.

Presotea recently opened up in a plaza just down the street from Oakland University. When you walk in, you're welcomed to clean/crisp/airy decor. The interior design is clean, spacious and inviting. The employees were courteous, friendly and explained their popular drinks to us, giving us suggestions/recommendations. I order the avocado smoothie with lychee jellies and shared with a friend, so I asked for the drink to be split equally into two cups - which they did with no problem and even made a little extra. The texture of the smoothie was absolutely smoothie/creamy! The smoothie is made with a full avocado, milk, condensed milk and ice - you can pick the sweetness level, which I did at 50%. It taste just like a creamy avocado. The lychee jellies where the perfect texture, not overly hard or soft/chewy to the point the texture is gross. My sister ordered their Toffee Milk tea with boba and she said it tasted similar to a blizzard from DQ and the boba were a great texture. Definitely will be coming back to try other unique drinks off the menu! Overall, great service and drinks :)

This became my goto boba shop after work when I'm craving boba. It is kinda expensive though, but I'd say it's worth the price for the quality tea that they brew for the drinks. I've tried their roasted oolong milk tea, hojicha milk tea, and their ceylon milk tea, which were all so good. The boba was chewy and made perfectly, and I highly recommend the oolong/hojicha teas that I got. They've messed up my order twice before, but they've always immediately went to go remake the correct drink with the right sugar/ice levels. The last time they messed up my order they gave me the drink they made incorrectly and stamped my stamp card all the way through for a free extra drink the next time I go, which was really nice and courteous. The spot seems to be a popular one for Oakland University students. They've asked me before if I was a student at Oakland (I'm not, unfortunately) so there might be a discount for them. I've always come during an off hour so there's pretty much no wait at all for my drinks (I usually come after around 5pm), which is a plus.

Presotea is probably the closest boba shop to me, which I love, and it's located in the same plaza as one of my favorite restaurants, Oakland Tea House, which I often get carryout from, so in general it's in a great location for me, personally! It's also located kiddy corner to Oakland University, so it's truly a great location for everyone! I tried Presotea for the first time a couple months back and the drink I got really wasn't good. I had ordered a wintermelon tea drink and I was a bit discouraged at how much I didn't like it because I always thought it was one of those things you couldn't mess up. Fast forward a few months and I randomly met the owner of this Presotea at an event and even he said that he doesn't recommend the winter melon drinks to customers. I asked him why he even had it on his menu then and he said because people expected winter melon from a boba shop and I was like yeah, but they expect a certain type of winter melon drink! LOL certainly NOT what you have. The Presotea winter melon drink has actual *chunks* of winter melon in it and is significantly less sweet. The thing we all need to realize is that yes, winter melon is an actual vegetable, but winter melon in boba shops is literally just the *taste* of winter melon loaded up with hella sugar to make it palatable haha. I wouldn't say it's *artificial*, but compared to the actual vegetable taste, it's like night and day, but that's what people expect from a winter melon DRINK. Meanwhile, Presotea clearly loves focusing on making things more natural and authentic, which I completely respect, so their winter melon drink is a lot more "natural" and closer to the actual vegetable than I, or really anyone, would expect, which truly caught me by surprise. Now that I know, I will never order winter melon from Presotea again, BUT literally everything else on their menu is delicious! Most recently, I went back for a Mango Cloud drink, which was mango and cheese foam and jelly boba. It was so fruity and delicious and was the perfect pairing to my Oakland Tea House food. I was also delighted to find that Presotea is serving banh mi's as well. I didn't get one this time, but they all looked really delicious and I am definitely very interested in trying them out SOON! Also BONUS: Come to Presotea on a weekday around lunchtime/early afternoon and you'll find that they have "happy hour," which gives you an additional discount on your order! In addition to their drinks and food, I am really impressed by the Presotea space. The space is really big and bright and gorgeously set up. The chairs are INSANELY comfortable and contrary to your run-of-the-mill coffee shop, I could actually picture myself sitting here all day studying or just reading for pleasure and fully plan on doing just that in the near future!

I came to get boba tea, he gave me tea without bubbles. Rode employee and unprofessional. Bad customer service. I won't recommend the place.

Is there anything better on a hot summer day than a cool refreshing boba tea? I don't think so. This tea spot has something for everyone: slush smoothies, hot tea, cold tea, a bit of food, and of course boba! I like to order through DoorDash and pick up, as this place can at times have a line.

So glad to find Presotea in this area! We had a fantastic experience here. Jimmy helped us with our milk tea selection and he was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the drinks! We ended up trying the roasted oolong milk tea per Jimmy's recommendation and it is a 10/10 drink (we drink a lot of milk teas as well). We don't like it very sweet so we got 30% and it was the perfect level of sweetness. We also tried out their new Champagne milk tea (also 30% sweetness), and it is super fragrant and creamy! It is now my favorite milk tea drink! Overall 10/10 experience and highly recommend this milk tea place.

Sandwiches and Drinks are great! Everything is fresh and service is very good. Workers are very friendly. Nice area for a lunch break, relaxing atmosphere.

Late post: went there mid- august. Ordered brown sugar pearl milk tea, brown sugar milk tea, and strawberry cloud. All the drinks were superb. I liked my drink, which was the brown sugar pearl milk tea. It wasn't too sweet. I especially liked the boba. It was very soft and sweet. The boba remained soft even after i drank it after arriving home. I wish they will have a store here in macomb

This place has just been open for a week. Owner Jim is very nice and passionate about his delicious teas and smoothies. I had the blueberry aloe vera chia seed tea, watermelon tea with lemon and the QQ fruit passion green tea. All 3 were fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is clean and vibrant. I am sure the OU students will be hanging out here very soon. Delightful!

Great food, and atmosphere. Drinks are great, Guinness is cold,and very good menu. Never have had a issue with staff, very polite.

Loved the Vietnamese coffee and bubble waffle. Both very yummy. Would love to have time next time to hang out and play some of the games they have there.

They just opened three weeks ago! It's such a spacious location with plenty of tables and seating. The aesthetic is also very contemporary. The owner here is also so very nice and easy-to-talk to. I can definitely envision this being a great place to study together or socialize. The only thing I have to say is that the prices are very expensive here. They only offer one size and I ended up spending something like $7 for 20oz.

This place was awesome! The owner was really friendly and attentive and the bubble tea was perfect! I got the taro milk tea and it had real taro in it. The tapioca pearls were cooked well and I was able to customize the drink with ease. My new go to. :)

Honestly one of the best Boba places I've been to. Plus they have Banh Mi which O haven't had since I lived in CA....oh and macaroons too

Daily spot to come get my boba fix! The drinks don't disappoint! My hubby is currently trying all their teas and so far each one of them is good. Plus they have a reward card which is always great! The inside is decorated very nice and even have board games to play. Good stop for studying and just chilling with friends.

First time trying taro boba (with actually taro pieces in the drink) here and definitely won't be the last!!! The gentleman was super friendly and informative :)....he mentioned that all is freshly made per order, which tasted as such. Not that yucky power crap that others use. Another great thing about this place is they can control the amount of sweetness in the drinks. Presotea is right by Oakland University FYI

There tea taste good and they have multiple flavors to choose from. Service is quick and their ordering app makes things easy. They also have kiosks to order onsite as well so that their staff can focus on making your drink as quickly as possible.

Best boba I've found in michigan by far. I moved here from California 6 years ago and I've constantly been disappointed by the boba places I've tried, up until finding this place a few months back. Honestly, this place has better boba than most places that I miss back in California. The boba is always fresh and warm. The owner is always there whenever we visit, and is very friendly. I always get the brown sugar black pearl latte. Highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality boba

Great tea and boba and the girl at the front counter was super nice and helpful! The place is neat and clean inside with nice updated decor. They have a ton of board games to place abs places to chill. Nice for a teen hang out.

If you want a nice drink to cool you down this summer this is a great spot to go the bubble tea and smoothies are very refreshing along with everything else and the staff is very helpful and friendly! My new favorite place!

Cute place to study in! A lot of seats available and the boba is good. They give a lot of recommendations if you're new to boba or want to try something new. I tried their recommended Pearl Milk Tea with brown sugar and it's now my new go to. Definitely recommend trying this place out!

While they make a totally awesome bubble tea and other drinks, the recent addition Vietnamese inspired sandwiches takes this place to a whole new level. They are freshly made from great ingredients and we're very much a welcome addition to the bubble tea.

Authentic. Not made from powders like other places. The topping are fresh and premium. They even offer sweet taro as a topping. The workers are always friendly and helpful about answering any questions, even when they're slammed. The place is quiet and clean. A hidden gem in the plaza. They even have midday happy hours where your drink is 15% off.

This place is amazing! They have incredible options on the menu and everything tastes delicious. The customer service is second to none and they always make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. They are very good at helping you understand the menu.
