"Press serves up both sweet and savory items for breakfast, Its list of crepes is extensive, with fillings ranging from turkey and brie to classic Nutella with bananas. On the weekends, a special brunch crepes menu is available, as well as hash brown waffles, steel-cut oats bowls, specialty toasts, and a range of coffee, tea, beer, wine, and cocktails." - Matt Lardie

Met friends to get brunch at Press for crepes. Very busy so if there is one lesson in your party who can get there earlier and put the group in the list for seating then do it. Otherwise they have patio seating outdoors and a large very airy dining room with very high ceilings. Very nice ambience with hanging lamps, a gorgeous mint green espresso machine and nice dressing arrangements. Crepes were great and they have both great coffee and tea options. Service was efficient and polite. Really enjoyed and would go again.

This place was SO wonderful from the food to the server to the experience. All around amazing. Our food was fantastic, as well as our coffee. And the best part: they gave us a blanket since we chose to sit on the patio rather than wait for an inside table! Literally the nicest people working here.

Google
This place is a bigger version of the Graham original. Coffee (vanilla latte) was superb. The food was amazing and worth the wait. We went during Sunday brunch the wait was 15 minutes to sit and about 30 for coffee and food. (Just a heads up for parents with kids) Outdoor seating is nicely covered and dog friendly 🤙🏼 GET THE BBJ+M crepe - phenomenal

Google
Wonderful little coffee and crepe shop. I am not a huge crepe fan so I got the hash brown waffle. Others at the table got he South by Southwest savory crepe and the BBMJ crepe, and the French toast. They were all delicious and so flavorful. We also tried various coffees. I personally loved the salted honey lavender latte. The wait was about 30 minutes during brunch hours. Heaters lined the patio for warmth. Service was great.

Went here for a birthday brunch with a group of friends and had a great time. It is very busy here so if someone can stop by and join the waitlist a little early then I highly recommend that as we did have to wait about an hour to be seated and it was chilly that day. However, it was truly worth the wait because the coffee was divine and the hash brown waffles were super tasty! Overall we had a great time and would definitely go back again.

Have already been here twice within a few days of being in Durham and have enjoyed both experiences! The food combinations are thoughtful, service time has been quick and coffee has also been wonderful. Looking forward to coming back at least one more time before we leave the city!

Google
Absolutely love Press Crêpes, coffee, cocktails and the people. Everything is delicious, my favorite is the hash brown waffles - only available on the weekend. My daughter loves the sweet crepes and my husband the savory ones. Coffee and cocktails are flavor forward and very well balanced. We love to try the specials. The service is friendly and attentive. They were very accommodating of my allergies and even willing to make the swap out for everyone’s dish at the table so we could all share dishes. If going on the weekend be aware there can be a significant wait time. They do make it easy with text notifications and tracking link which shows you how many parties are ahead of you and allows you to order to go coffee. Of note, once you are seated you are not rushed or pushed through. The servers are bustling but not harried and are attentive, genuinely nice, and work together to make your experience positive.

Relatively new to the area, planned to patronize another “foodie joint” that I enjoyed previously but…closed on Mondays‼️ So an on-line search yielded this foodie joint and it did not disappoint‼️ I love Crepes, having enjoyed Crepes in the likes of Amsterdam, Paris, and England…these were uniquely, delicately delicious‼️ Didn’t have a dessert Crepe today but may tomorrow…yes I’m going back tomorrow‼️😆😊 Enjoyed the Pistachio Mocha w/Country Hash today‼️ The manager pictured was awesome, not bad on the eyes either and I loved my waiter as well, sat outside and enjoyed the breeze‼️ I must say, the “Bull Pen” in the “Bull City” got it going on‼️

Yelp
While visiting Raleigh this week, we decided to try out Press Coffee, Crepes and Cocktails. Let me start by saying, these are the best crepes we've had. The Peach Cobbler Cheesecake crepe was delicious, just the great touch of sweetness. Our favorite part was the little sweet streusel pieces. We tried the Sausage Crepe "B", which was full of delicious sausage pieces, the sauce was a great touch. The Hawaiian Sunrise was a great balance of sweet and savory. The main siting area was very clean and open space, a great place to relax and WFH if needed. The service was fast and servers were very polite. You are able to order using the QR code on the table or your server can take your order. Both options come in handy. We hope to be back soon. PS. please open a location in Charlotte, NC :)

Yelp
Went there this week and what a disappointment: 1 - walked up the counter and the person scolded me for standing in the wrong spot 2 - the next person who was supposed to take my order just started at me, never saying a word, I assumed after some uncomfortable time that I was supposed to speak 3 - a demand for a huge tip on the system 4 - I had to give a name and number and was told I would be text'ed when the iced coffee was ready 5 - it is important to note, this was an iced coffee: put ice in a cup, pour in the coffee, hand it to me 6 - I stood there for 13 minutes until some employee asked me why I was standing there so long 7 - it seems the coffee was on some shelf near the kitchen window and no one seemed to care 8 - I got a text 6 min after that - so 19 min after asking for iced coffee This is why pre-tipping is abusive; I just tipped people for what is abominable service. On top of this, it was very loud in there, and the coffee was mediocre at best. If I could dispute the charge I would...

Yelp
TL:DR Rude staff, restaurant can't manage the tables that they already have and should eliminate takeout because they can't seem to manage that either. If you want to wait in line for an hour and a half to eat food you could make in 10 minutes, you'll love it. Well, I've tried to eat here. The wait was incredibly long (over an hour) . I tried to get takeout. We were ignored for about five minutes, then some staff member shouted for us to bring the line outside the restaurant. They literally shouted in my face. We stood outside for a while, then I got irritated because crepes are so simple to make that standing in a huge line waiting for what would probably be cold crepes was ridiculous. So we just went home and made our own damn crepes.

Yelp
This was my second time at Press and it was just as good as the first! My friends and I arrived right around 9 am on a Saturday, and it was already getting pretty busy. If you want to grab a table on the weekend I'd recommend coming early. I usually don't like ordering online/from a QR code if I'm dining in person, but their online ordering system was pretty easy to use. I ordered the chicken Florentine savory crepe which was one of their seasonal options. The food came out quick and the crepe was delicious! It had so much flavor and was very filling. I like that they allow for their menu items to be customized, and that they are mindful of food allergies. My second time at Press won't be my last, I'll be back for sure!

Yelp
Cute spot, and both food and coffees were good. All the folks that worked there seemed really nice as well. They were just super slow with orders. We ordered a latte at two point and both situations probably took 30 minutes to receive the drink. Food took a long time.. and ~15 min after we placed our order the server came around/ asked what we ordered. When we said the hash brown waffle she responded that they were taking even longer than normal today because of equipment problems. But the order was already placed so odd situation. All in all I would go back- it's just don't come here and out a time constraint as it took ages.

Yelp
French vibe breakfast place. So many sweet and savory options for crepes and other items as well. Their sweet crepes are not too sweet, they strike a good balance. I personally got the special crepe of the day which was the Crepe Suzette. It was a bit thin and needed more guts, but the slices of oranges layered on top were a good touch and I enjoyed it. Now the tots, oh my, you HAVE to order them. Lightly salted with rosemary, you can't stop eating them. Their drip coffee was a good brew and strong and they give you cream on the side in the cutest smallest ceramic dispenser. My son got the Reuben and tots and he wasn't crazy about it. I tried my friends BBJ&M crepe that was stuffed with bacon jam, portabella mushrooms, brie, hot honey, goat cheese and eggs and ..oh my...that is what I'm getting next time !!!! You sit at the table and you scan in a QR code to order on your phone. If you don't want to a server will take your order. Overall great experience in a beautiful restaurant that felt like a treat.

Julia M.

Yelp
A friend encouraged me to try something outside of my comfort zone and I'm SO glad I did. The BBJ&M crepe is SO GOOD!! Every single ingredient added into this crepe was the perfect combination of flavors. Extra +5 points for the tater tots adding the perfect amount of crunch. It gets crowded here around 10 and there's often a wait during peak hours but there's plenty of space outside to wait and I usually order one of their juices or teas while I wait. They have a great selection.

Yelp
A business partner and I decided to try this place out and have our meeting there because we both love crepes. I drove from Cary to Durham to go (a 30 minute drive at the least). I was seated directly and waited for my business partner to arrive. Once she arrived, we both ordered using our phones. They have a QR Code at the table that you can scan to place your order. When you order, they give you all kinds of options to add to or take away from the components of your crepe. I ordered the Herbivore Crepe and the only change I made was to have brie cheese instead of the goat cheese that comes with it. I had to pay $2 more to have the brie cheese. I also ordered the Salted Pistachio Mocha Latte. My drink came out first, then my partner's drink. Then they brought out a crepe order and put it in front of me and called it the Herbivore. I took my pics and while I was looking at it I was thinking I did not order sausage or eggs that I could see on the side of the crepe. I cut into it to see what was inside and it was not my order. It happened to be my colleagues order. So I gave it to her. THe serve then came out with another order which I figured would be mine. But, it was topped with two over easy eggs. I did not order it. The server informed me it was the Herbivore and I responded, I did not order that particular crepe because I did not order eggs, I do not eat eggs. She insisted it was my order and I said yet again, No, that is not my order. I repeated what I did order to her. So she took it back. She finally came back with a 3 crepe and placed it in front of me then walked away. I looked inside the crepe to see it was feta cheese instead of brie cheese. So, I had to get up and go over to the server and inform her that the order was STILL WRONG. She said to me, no, it's correct. I told her it was nopt correct because I ordered Brie cheese to replace the feta cheese. She then said to me "The chef told me it was brie cheese, I'm almost positive it's brie cheese" My response was "almost positive is not good enough, I'm positive it's not brie cheese and I cannot eat goat cheese so you need to be absolutely positive, not almost!!!! Not only that, I paid $2 more for Brie cheese and I was going to get what I paid for!! At this point I was so infuriated that the server was insisting I was wrong that I would have left the building if I had not driven so far and needed to have my meeting with my colleague. Finally, the 4th attempt to serve me was made and someone came from the kitchen to place it in front of me. They didn't say a word, just sat the plate down in front of me and walked away! It was however, correct this time. When I went to pay my bill, I was thinking that after having to eat my crepe after so many errors on their part and my colleague had already eaten hers, I was think they would at least discount me because of all the trouble. But, no, I was being charged full price and they were suggesting a 25% tip on top of it bringing my bill to almost $27. I customized the pay and skipped the tip. This is not something I like to ever do, I always at least do 20% tip. I have children in the food industry and I know they work hard to make their tips. But after the way I was spoken to and then ignored and not even checked on to make sure the food was ok, I was done. I contemplated asking for a manager but I was so irritated and ready to leave after the confrontations with the server that I just said forget it. After all is said and done, I will never go back to this place. The business owners need to teach their servers how to deal with customers. I have worked in customer service all my life and the customer is always right, even if they are wrong and you do not argue with them. If I was wrong, I would willingly admit it, but I was not wrong. There was no friendliness at all. I know my food (I work in food, I develop recipes, I've cooked for over 35 years of my life!) I know the difference between goat cheese and brie cheese and I know when I did or didn't order eggs!! The server was the worst server I have ever had. Nobody has ever spoken to me the way she did. The kitchen person who delivered the final crepe to my table was rude, and the fact nobody checked to make sure all was ok really rubs me the wrong way. If you do decide to go there, do so knowing if you customize your order in any way, even a simple cheese swap, you could likely get the wrong order. I probably would not drive that far ever again, not even for a business meeting because my experience was so bad I have no desire to take my chances again. Edited 2/29/24: I needed to come back and say this places gives you way too many options to customize the order. If someone messes up in the kitchen on someone who should not be eating something - and then the server insists its correct when it's not, someone could get very, very sick. The employee behaviour yesterday was completely unacceptable.

Yelp
We were visiting the area for the weekend and stumbled across this place. It's a little gem - ambiance is fantastic, and the decor and aesthetics are beautiful. We tried the sweet and savoury crepe and the tres leches. I wasn't a huge fan of the tres leches crepe - overwhelmingly sweet, too much sauce/chocolate/cream. The sweet & savoury crepe was delicious. Portions are huge - you could easily share crepe between two. The caffeinated drinks are solid. Service was fantastic. Would recommend!

Andrea L.

Yelp
Cute place to come grab a quick brunch or lunch with friends or a date !! The servers were friendly and the food came out really quick. We tried the south by southwest crepe and down home crepe, both were very tasty and also filling !

Yelp
Atmosphere: Beautiful location with easy parking nearby. Loved the atmosphere as well! Service: Came in on a busy Sunday and was told 45 minutes to get a table, which we were totally fine with. Got seated and placed our order through the app right away, but we then proceeded to wait over an hour for our food, all while watching every table around us get turned over and the new customers receiving their food before us. Coffee alone took 35 minutes before we got it. While the servers were all friendly, no one seemed to notice it had been over an hour of us sitting there until we had to flag someone down to ask about if our food would ever arrive. Thankfully after that the manager said he would fully comp our waffles because of a delay/issue on their end, but then only took 50% off. At that point we just wanted to get out of there. I also wholeheartedly believe if you are overwhelmed with the orders of customers seated in your establishment, you should stop taking to-go orders or don't use the flood of to-go orders as an excuse for why it took over an hour for us to receive our food. Coffee/Food: Honestly, the food did not wow me at all. I got the carne asada savory crepe, and while the flavors were good, it only came with 3 pieces of steak. The tots however, we're very crispy and good. For my coffee, I got the blackberry ginger latte and it was delicious. Flavors were present but light and not overpowering at all. Loved the homemade syrup. Overall, this was a very disappointing brunch experience.

Yelp
I have had Press on my list to try for the longest time and our brunch did not disappoint! My friend and I met up for brunch on a Sunday and we did have a long wait since they don't take reservations. My only tip would be to go early or later. Once we were seated, the staff was incredible and were transitioning to the QR ordering system. We ordered from the menu the regular way. I had a lavender latte and loved the presentation and flavor. I also loved the crepe I ordered with the sausage gravy. My friend ordered the Southwest crepe and has dined here before. The table next to us ordered the sweet crepe with whipped cream and that looked decadent as well. The ambience is light and open and reminds me of a restaurant in Europe. The location is right next to the Bulls stadium and they have outdoor seating as well for warmer months.

Katelyn L.

Yelp
The Sweet & Savory Crepe combo is an absolute must. We ordered two sweet and two savory crepes to share between four people - portions were perfect, service was great, and the bustling atmosphere of the place was top notch. Prices are pretty standard, with each crepe ranging from $13-$15. Lots of college students crowd this downtown speciality, but there are plenty of families and tourist that come here as well. A great brunch spot in this area!

Jim H.

Yelp
The most bizarre, impersonal way to order a simple espresso. You just can't walk in and order. You have to wait to be seated then you have to scan a QR code to order. Then sit there and wait.I'd planned to order two espressos but am out of here. Improve your workflow and make it a personal experience.

Rachel S.

Yelp
Love the Press Durham location! Went for Sunday brunch at 11:30am with friends. There was an hour wait but you can put your name on the list and get a text when your table is ready. You can also order coffees/teas at the to go counter while you wait for a table. The Nutella banana crepé was amazing, the perfect ratio of Nutella to banana. I can't wait to go back when the weather is warmer and I can enjoy the outside seating.

JJ D.

Yelp
Press never disappoints! Some highlights include their Traditional and El Mojo Hashbrown Waffles, as well as their Country Hash Crepe with Sausage. The Hashbrown Waffles were unique, beautifully presented, flavorfully balanced, and most importantly... delicious! The Country Hash Crepe was packed with filling. The proportion of sausage, potatoes, avocado, tomatoes, and sauce was perfect! For drinks, we've loved their Toasted Marshmallow Latte and Ube Lavender Dream. The latte's smoky and sweet flavors were perfectly reminiscent of campfire marshmallows. The Ube Lavender Dream wasn't like anything we've had before - it was bright and smooth while still having that distinct ube flavor. We will definitely be back as loyal patrons of Press!

Yelp
I had breakfast here yesterday with my friend and I was super impressed. My first impression when I walked in was spacious, buzzing cafe. The layout is open, airy, the tables and chairs arranged in good flow with high ceilings. It certainly is a delight to walk in here. Outdoor seating was arranged nicely, with sun curtains and surrounded by plants. Service was courteous and kind. There was a wait for a table on Sunday morning but well worth it. They do have a to go counter with separate entrance for drinks so you can always get your coffee first as you wait. I ordered the hash brown waffle with salmon on it and it was an absolute dream. I was concerned that the salmon would be too salty according to previous reviews. However, I found that it wasn't too salty when paired with the hash and dill cream. I did order extra dill cream on the side because the amount that comes on the waffle is simply not enough. The cream should def be served on the side as it stays fresh tasting and cold and is a way better accompaniment than having it on the waffle. We also shared the french toast crepe which was delicious. The filling was light cream and the cinnamon on the outside and syrup were perfect. We opted to top our crepe with mixed berry compote which I highly recommend. One thing I would say though is the crepe itself was very thick and springy and sort of difficult to cut through with just a fork. You really have to go at it with a knife which can make it annoying to eat. Cherry blossom latte was made well, I loved the floral notes and it wasn't too sweet which I appreciated very much. If you find yourself in downtown Durham please ho here for breakfast!!

Phoebe T.

Yelp
aesthetics- check server friendliness & helpfulness- check food- double check what a cute and delicious place in downtown durham! i'm not usually a big crepe person but this place is amazing. this is my second time here and quality is still as good. this time i got the turkey brie, it was good but since it was drenched in some kind of syrup it wasn't fully my cup of tea. but all my friends enjoyed their orders!

Qiongqiong M.

Yelp
Delicious and fast service! Loved the sweet and savory flavors. Shared with one other person so we could try a little bit of everything. Very spacious inside, even busy on a Friday morning. I do wish the portion size was a bit bigger tho. I feel like I only had 4 pieces of meat in mine. Overall , loved it! Nice environment to meet up with people and get brunch

James N.

Yelp
Great coffee spot conveniently located right next to the ballpark. It was a gorgeous morning and although the place was crowded, the staff kept the line moving and didn't skimp on quality. We were able to grab a table outside and enjoy our iced coffees and crepes. This is the kind of spot you wish you had on the corner of your street because chances are you'd be there just about every morning! Excellent way to take a break from shopping in the Tobacco Factory area.

Anabel C.

Yelp
Press is a great place for brunch. The crepes are all very unique and delicious. I usually get the Eggs Benedict one, with goat cheese and I love it. The only downside? Be prepared to wait, I've always had to wait at least 30-45 to be seated, but I guess that's just because they're so popular.

Leah W.

Yelp
When my friend suggested brunch at Press in Graham, I honestly didn't know what to expect. We waited around 45 minutes to be able to sit upstairs. I highly recommend this! It's night and day from the bustling downstairs to the quiet, oversized velvet chairs and tables upstairs. There are many vegan / vegetarian options, however we got meat with our meals. We got sweet and savory crepes as well as fancy drinks. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Very inclusive environment! For a small town, Graham is very progressive! While we waited we stopped into a few cute boutiques and shops on the little Main Street. We absolutely will be back!

Jasmine T.

Yelp
Took me a bit too long to try Press and I'm kicking myself for that! We came in on Christmas Eve for brunch and pretty quickly decided this is one of the better spots in Durham for food and drink. We sat at the bar which was a pleasant experience. Our server was very helpful and recommended I try the hash brown waffle that's only available on weekends, and I'm glad she did. We were also impressed with the cocktails. I think this is one of the best places to take out of town guests. I highly recommend!

Davia N.

Yelp
Super cute. Nice atmosphere. If I lived in downtown Durham, I'd be here often. Ordered hot chocolate which had just the right amount of sweetness. Carolina comfort crepe and tots:pretty good crepe. Tots were great. Watermelon guava paloma: pretty good. Refreshing with mint. Not as sweet as I expected which could be good if you order a sweet crepe. Carolina Reuben. Best thing we ordered. Savory with a little tang from the chow chow. I'd order that again. Service was fine. You order at the counter and seat yourself. Will be going back for sure.

Debra N.

Yelp
I have an issue with these Q card self order things. My experience has been when I went to an establishment that used them, I received less service. That happened today. I had to ask for everything!! Even to pay when it was time to go. Not happy

Srinithi R.

Yelp
Visited NC for the first time and was recommended this place and it did not disappoint. Got the el mojo hash brown waffles and the berries and cream sweet crepes. The ambiance was very cute and the outdoor seating was comfortable. There was some miscommunication among the staff with resulted in wrong drink orders. Worth 5 stars but the service can be improved.

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Yummm! Boy, what a nice delightful place this is. Make it a point for breakfast, you can thank me later. I fell in love with the Macadamia milk hot latte - best everrr! We split a savory Avacado club crepe and a sweet crepe stuffed French Toast topped with mixed berries. We literally could not stop moaning how tasty and flavorful both dishes were. I mean, seriously. It was delicious! EAT HERE. 10s!! Service staff were super friendly. Nice people all around in Durham!

Sarah G.

Yelp
Press has become one of my regulars on my Durham rotation because it's so great. There's nothing to complain about here: The food is awesome and really diverse with plenty of breakfast options and drinks are fun (Kombucha on tap!). I love the bowls and my sweet-tooth friends really like the crepes. Plus the decor is very cool! It'll be awhile to get a seat at peak times, but if you're willing to wait, you'll be happy that you did.

Keenan T.

Yelp
This bright, well-lit cafe serves up delicious crepes that are worth the hype. The line during peak breakfast hours can reach the door. Their daily brew coffee is fresh. Their pastries sell fast. My mother liked their butter croissant. My Southern Style breakfast crepe is like an egg scramble in a crepe. You have your sautéed vegetables and scrambled eggs put inside a crepe wrap and topped with sausage gravy. That's a brunch for me. My friend enjoyed his savory crepe too. The sweet crepe was great. I'm glad we shared it. We got the best of all three crepe types. We definitely want to try their other crepes!

Andrew D.

Yelp
I dug it - I don't want to say it's overrated, I just didn't find it to be a 5* experience. My turkey+brie crepe was solid, and my college dug his "spicy vegan". The space is modern and a little antiseptic. The tray 'n pay service is a little forgetful, but pleasant enough.

Greta M.

Yelp
New to the downtown area and was able to walk to this location. I was solo, so I was seated quickly at the bar. Lisa and Carolyn (sp?) immediately greeted me and helped guide me to my food choice! The Southern Style Crepe with hoop cheese was outstanding! The atmosphere was great! The service was outstanding! I would, and will, come back just to chat with these two wonderful humans! Overall for food, service and ambiance!

Amy U.

Yelp
Whether your morning craving is a cappuccino, a cocktail, an omelette, crepes or french toast, Press has you covered. They offer a great menu with something for everyone. It was hard to make a decision but was definitely feeling the avocado toast and it was absolutely fantastic; piled high with fresh greens, sliced tomatoes and herbs with a tangy lemony vinaigrette and balsamic glaze. The vinaigrette was truly divine; we asked for some extra on the side. My eggs were cooked over medium perfectly. My personal tip; order your eggs with a runny yolk, it really compliments the dish. Bravo to the kitchen staff! Fabulous service sitting at the bar; the two women behind the bar were both super friendly and fun to chit chat with. My cappuccino was very good and I actually ordered another after my meal; something I rarely do. The cafe gets packed right at opening time so my advice is to get there very early or you'll be waiting for quite a while. When we left there were so many people outside waiting and it was about 30°outside. That's something I refuse to do at this point in my life so i was very happy we got there early! Would definitely come back to try one of their crepes dishes but honestly I would order the avocado toast again and again and again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Amber M.

Yelp
Been here exactly twice, once during the week, right before a DPAC show and once on the weekend for brunch. It didn't disappoint either time! 10/10 will go again!

Cassandra C.

Yelp
I came here on a work trip and escaped to have a quiet moment before being usurped by work talk. Also my Kindle had a hard time connecting to the hotel wifi so I thought I'd give cafe wifi a try. Success. I ordered a dry stiff foam capp and the foam was stiff! This is rare and I enjoyed the beans and milk technique. I had chosen maple bourbon syrup and honestly if you'd told me it was vanilla I'd believe you, it was a light infusion. But what a nice friendly atmosphere, peaceful and warmly lit. I'd go back if I was in the area!

Oz E.

Yelp
Good but with a downside. First of all, this place definitely has good crepes. The menu contains a wide variety of crepes ranging from sweet to savory and all are pretty delicious. Additionally the drinks they serve are excellent - especially the hot chocolate. Secondly, the service is very good. The woman working the counter was patient and very helpful. And the individual who brought us the food was incredibly efficient. I also appreciated how they had a water fountain type thing indoors so that you may get water without having to request it. Finally the interior is very inviting and well decorated. The one downside to this location is the wait. On a weekend morning the line can stretch outside of the restaurant's door. Be prepared to wait at a minimum 20 minutes before even being able to order -- let alone receiving your food. All in all the food is delicious and the service is great it is just a matter of whether you are willing to wait.

Yelp
This place is very near and dear to my heart because I was one of the first people to go to the graham location in my hometown and to see this place not only come to Durham my new home but Raleigh too amazing. So let's get into the food I was so full as just the hash waffle but I was so please because it was different from anything I've seen. The flavor you can just eat just that and be satisfied beyond belief. The Hawaiian crepe I was worried about ordering in so glad I did having the flavored of smoked bacon and pineapple never fails and this is a great seasonal option the menu is vast! Please try all you can! The service was the best I've seen I want to shout out Lily!! Ask for her she was so knowledge about the menu and another plus she is from my hometown!!! We got to bond over the graham location and the difference. She knew that menu and guided us through a wonderful first time experience! She is the BEST. We sat outside it was cold and rainy and she made that experience so much better she got us blankets and helped us with the heater to make sure we were having a great time and very attentive. The inside of this place is huge!!! It's so well loved that the wait was an hour but we got seated in 30 mins easy! They let you go in get coffee to wait. we had a peach latte and stood at the bar and just marveled at the place. I will be back! Thank You!!!

Yelp
Came here on a weekend since it was a breakfast we've been dying to try for some time now. We had to wait a little bit since it was a holiday however once seated... we quickly realized it was worth the wait. We ended up being seated at the bar, totally not weird at this place. (See photo) The ambiance is modern, the vibe was poppin! So much energy in this building for so early. We ended up getting a peach mimosa, coffee, French toast crepes & Banana's Foster crepes. Now the front of the menu says something about being "European Inspired," you do actually feel like you're in a Parisian cafe. The Crepes: OK... mindset was "European Inspired," so that means nothing overloaded with sweetness and fake tastes, right? They delivered. The Banana's Foster crepes reminded us more of the crepes we had in Paris. We were both really impressed with the food, excellent breakfast joint! Service was great, we enjoyed watching the bartenders mix their drinks, they didn't skimp on how much they were giving customers either. We'll Be Back!

Yelp
Excellent crepes! A bright, modern space with great service. It was easy to order at the counter first. We enjoyed the garden and classic crepes with a latte.

Yelp
The garden crepe and roasted potatoes was the perfect delicious combo to start my weekend off right in Durham! On a Friday morning, I had driven up to Durham to check out the city and visit with friends that weekend. Stopped at Press first. After help with ordering from the friendly staff, I found a table outside this lovely cafe to do a little digital work from. A diverse group of folkx walked by on the sidewalk and into the cafe. My large plate of brunch yumminess arrived shortly after. Press was the best start to my getaway weekend!

Yelp
How have I not heard about this dreamy cafe in Durham?! Press is a slice of Europe in the dirty south. It's bright and airy. So cute? There is nice covered outdoor seating too. They have gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan crepes, the most delightful coffees, and so much more! The cocktail bar looks so cute for an evening rendezvous. It's a fast casual restaurant so you order at the counter the wait at your table for food. We came with a big groups and it was still fast. It's near the Durham Bulls Park parking in the deck is easiest. I'll certainly be coming back.

Yelp
Absolutely delightful breakfast experience! I indulged in their perfect hash brown waffle, delectable French toast crepe, and paired it with a heavenly latte. Each dish exceeded expectations, leaving me thoroughly impressed. I cannot recommend them highly enough - definitely a must-try!

Yelp
Crepes galore! In downtown Durham by American Tabacco Company, it is in an ideal location surrounded by shops and tourist attractions. They were insanely busy on a Saturday morning, but since I was dining alone, I was able to snatch a table at the bar. They have an extensive menu of crepes (sweet and savory), hashbrown waffles, toasts, and bowls. They also have cocktails, coffee, and teas as well. I got the BBJ&M crepe along with an iced oat milk latte. The crepe was absolutely delicious! Loaded with bourbon bacon jam, mushrooms, brie, arugula, tater tots, and topped with hurricane eggs, hot honey, and goat cheese - it was massive and had everything I have ever wanted in a crepe. The eggs were fluffy and the bourbon bacon jam was sweet, savory, and the mushrooms added an umami flavor that tied everything together. Just as you think the ride is ending, there's tater tots! Crunchy and crisp, my texture-loving palate was happy. This crepe adventure was such a roller coaster ride in the best way possible. Every bite was delicious and I wiped the plate clean. With sweet and savory options, they're great for sharing and a crepe way to start the day! Maybe it's a good thing I don't live in Durham, or I'd be here way more than I should....

Yelp
Stopped by here before a concert right before they closed at 6pm. Was told to sit anywhere and was greeted by our server. The menu is uploaded with smart device using QR code at table. There are an assortment of crepes as well as sandwiches. We elected for two reuben sandwiches with salad. We did notice the sandwich bread is smaller than normal bread. That being said the meat was piled thick with a small amount of sauerkraut. The included salad has a nice blend of greens. There is a small bar offering alcohol.

Yelp
Nestled in this adorable outdoor market/workspace/mall is Press. Coming here on a temperate morning It is so relaxing given the beautiful environment. Restaurant itself is gorgeous very calming but a wonderful space to have a meeting or reunite with old friends. But if nothing else, come for the amazing food and drinks. The game is a group of my friends and we all ordered a different crepes and each sample each other's and not a single one was left wanting. Flavors, the texture, the portions were all perfect. The food came out in a very timely manner. The staff was not overly friendly but perfectly tentative security Highly recommend sampling or drink or two, the baristas definitely put a lot of love into the coffee. This is one of my favorite spots in Durham and an absolute must try.

Yelp
The wait will be worth it. Around 10 on a Saturday morning had about a 40 minute wait, but you can get your coffee while waiting. We shared the salmon crepe and the French Toast Crepes which were both fantastic. The salmon is savory with the slighest bit of heat and the french toast crepe is surprisingly not nearly as heavy or excessively sweet as it sounds. The hot chocolate wasn't too sweet and felt like rich dark chocolate, and the nitro cold brew was very smooth. Our waitress was super friendly and efficient.

Yelp
We went there for a third time. I was hesitant to go back due to the extremely long wait on Sunday mornings and the average food we have had. We had to wait for around 45 minutes which was extremely tiring. I believe that they should start taking reservations (even if they need to take card details). The crepes this time were better than the previous ones. I ordered the crepe B and the berries and cream. My friends had the Hawaiian one and the one with the chicken and peaches. Theirs were definitely more loaded than mine. The staff was friendly as always.

Yelp
This is a fun spot to go for brunch with friends. It's a little pricy but the food is super filling and the drinks are beautifully crafted. The crepes are delicious- I like both the sweet and savory options. The country hash is delicious along with the stuffed French toast. There's plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Service is also super quick.

Yelp
This is going to be a slightly mixed review, but overall I think they're a solid 4 stars. The Good: The food was great. I ordered the hash brown waffle, which is basically tater tots that went into a waffle iron... BUT the flavors were great. The portion size was just enough (maybe some leftover as a snack if you're a lighter eater). Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. Vegan options galore, for those who need it. The Meh: Persons who ordered the alcoholic coffees and warm beverages weren't amused. Some didn't have enough alcohol and some were super strong. Personally, I'm a tea drinker and can vouch that the turmeric ginger is fairly solid. The Complicated Part: Getting into the restaurant was difficult. We arrived fairly early and the wait was still an hour and half. The notification that our table was ready didn't come to my phone initially, so the host passed over us, which made the wait slightly longer. We also emailed ahead to notify that we were coming with a large group. But, whomever handles emails versus the day-to-day did not communicate. In any case, they did their best accommodate us (party of 10+). If you're planning a semi-large gathering, as in 8 or more, I wouldn't recommend this location. Smaller groups should be fine here if you don't mind the wait. **Note: we did visit on a weekend.

Yelp
As expected, our group (5 people) had a 45-60 min wait on a Sunday morning. Since we could only wait outside in areas without heaters, we ordered hot drinks first and waited with our drinks. Their spicy hot chocolate was quite good and kept me warm. They had lots of great Crepe options! We tried both savory and sweet ones, and I loved all of them for all different reasons. My favorite savory crepe was the avocado club, which was a great balance with bacon and avocado. The Crepe B is basically like a breakfast sandwich, on the heavier side but the overeasy egg on top was a plus. I love their sweet crepes - we got the berries and cream crepe; it was delicious and stuffed with lots of fresh berries. I will definitely try more sweet options in the future. The portion size is just right for brunch! The place is cute, but a bit loud and the tables are quite close to each other. And it is a convenient location with the south parking deck 3-4 min walk from Press.

Yelp
When it comes to getting good crepes in Durham, Press is the first place that comes to mind. They offer a good variety of crepes, specialty coffee drinks, and cocktails, all of which they master. I'm a huge fan of sweet crepes but their savory crepes were pretty standout for me. They stuff their crepes, so the portion size is usually pretty big and is absolutely worth the price. Their specialty coffee boasts pretty unique flavors, and one of my favorites is the iced cherry blossom latte, which is sweet, fragrant and enjoyable even for a non-floral drink person like myself. The interior is gorgeous and strikes a good mix between classy and modern. It's super spacious and seats many. Overall, it's a great spot that impresses.
