"The small waffle chain has two locations in Georgia, including this one inside Halidom Eatery in East Atlanta. The menu offers a variety of sweet and savory Liège-style waffles. The brioche dough with caramelized sugar is crispier and heartier than other waffles, so these tasty waffles hold up well as a foundation for all kinds of toppings, like lemon curd, cereal, and marshmallows. Our favorite is The House that comes with a massive portion of sugary strawberries drizzled in Nutella. As the only dessert place inside the food hall, it’s a solid way to end a visit here." - Juli Horsford

"Extravagant, customizable waffles come to East Atlanta with the opening of Press Waffle Co., which was developed by sisters Zainab Turay and Aminata Keister and appeared on Shark Tank. Expect seasonal and made-to-order waffles forged from dough proofed for 24 hours and pressed in commercial-size waffle makers and a slew of toppings, including fresh fruit, ice cream, cookie butter, and whipped cream." - Sarra Sedghi

"Press Waffle Co., a restaurant specializing in Belgian Liege waffles, opens within a few weeks at Avenue East Cobb. In addition to savory and sweet waffles, the restaurant will also serve ice cream and milkshakes and include a coffee and espresso bar. Bryan Lewis launched Press Waffle Co. as a food truck, before opening permanent locations in and around Dallas with his brother Caleb. The brothers then appeared on the ABC television series Shark Tank in 2019 and ended up landing a deal with resident Shark investor Barbara Ann Corcoran to grow the brand and franchise the restaurant. The East Cobb location is owned by Keith and Niki Ginel and serves the full menu of Liege waffles, including the Southern topped with lemon curd, whipped cream, and blueberries and a waffle topped with fried chicken. People can also build their own waffles and order waffle sandwiches stuffed with Black Forest ham, smoked turkey, and American cheese and ice cream sandwich waffles." - Beth McKibben

Came back a few times and unfortunately our experience hasn’t been as great. Today my Husband and I tired to eat here for Valentine’s Day. We drove from Woodstock for a little date. We stood waiting for someone to even acknowledge us at the cash register for almost 10 minutes before we left. Not even a “we will be right with you”. The tables were full and we would have been fine waiting if someone had just acknowledged we were even standing there. Rudest thing I’ve experienced in a while. Previous review: Such a fun concept! So many great waffle options to choose from! We went with a few savory options - The American and one that had fried chicken & pimento cheese- and both were so good! They are the perfect size for any meal. We also had excellent service. It’s a very cute vibe all around and plenty of seating in and out! We came around 9:30 am on a Friday morning and it was steady but not busy. Will be back again!

We went to try this after seeing them on Shark Tank! We tried the House Liege waffle and one with peanut butter. Both were delicious and very filling. The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was nice. There was some outdoor seating; indoors are tables and chairs. Coffee was good and fresh, definitely will go back next time we're in the area!

Google
This is by far the best waffle place in town. They have a great selection of coffee. The staff is very friendly and accommodating (if you need substitutions or have any dietary restrictions). I would definitely recommend stopping by for a meal or a snack or even just a drink.

Google
Amazing ! Love the crunch of the chicken AND waffle as well as the sweet PB & Banana waffle. Although the flavor of the honey tasted artificial- I'd definitely order again sub maple syrup! Great ambience & great service!

Google
The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The place is very clean and airy. We found a seat easily and there is additional seating outside. The chicken and waffles was too die for and I ate every bit!!! It was nicely cook with crisp outside and moist inside. Not greasy at all and full of southern flavour . The waffles were very tasty and you can taste the brioche sweetness and it was not a batter which was unusual but really nice. The maple syrup on top was the real deal. You felt satisfied with the amount of food on the plate as it's quite filling. It is all on one level so good access for those in wheelchairs. We were told that dogs are welcomed as you can eat outside and bowls of water for the pets can be provided too. I will certainly go again as I've yet to sample the waffle desserts which looked awesome. I felt I had value for money and food service was very quick with everything made at time of order so the food was delivered nice and hot. There is sufficient parking outside so we had no problems and it's within a shopping complex so there is also parking in the surrounding area. Toilets are on the premises too

Guys guys guys. JUST COME BY!! This is great breakfast for all. Unlimited coffee, friendly service, delicious waffles!!!!!! I’m telling you these tasty waffles are the perfect weekend treat. There is something for everyone. It is a bit pricier than you’re typical waffle place which means you won’t be back every weekend. However, this place serves as a special treat. So delicious. Portions are fair. Chicken and waffles Was so good. They could honestly increase the portion size by 20% or add a cheap side and I would be super satisfied. Nevertheless , our family always has a great time. After your waffle…. have a walk around the avenue. It really makes for a great day! We have been coming here for months now and it never disappoints. Great time at East Cobb!

Unfortunately my experience this morning was beyond disappointing. Upon walking in I was never greeted. I took there for like 5 minutes before the girl From the back decided to come and take my order. Never said hello just “what would you like to order”. Interesting …I’m not sure why but I am a person of a darker hue if that means anything to you. This is Ga I was willing to let that go as maybe they are overwhelmed by the 3 people in the shop but The chicken and waffles was disgusting. My chicken and waffles had no bacon and it was hard and chewy and tasted like it was days old. The waffle tastes bizarre like it was burnt on the outside and uncooked on the inside like it was weird. The chicken was that of the quality the bagged chicken you buy at the grocery store. I’m 100% sure sits Tyson chicken tenders. You can get better quality tenders at Publix and that is saying a lot. Go take a look at what the chicken and waffles pictures they posted and then look at my photos. Disgusting. I will never come back it wasn’t worth it. Is it cute inside ? Yes but I’m Not a influencer i want quality food. At 14 just for 2 tenders and a waffle I expect quality ingredients. I love both chicken and waffles how do you mess that up The reviews are questionable but you can buy google reviews so who knows.

It was exciting to learn Press Waffle Co was opening near where I live and work in East Cobb! I personally enjoy breakfast food any time of day and who doesn’t love waffles! Last week I finally went to try and it was also my Assistant’s birthday so it made our visit extra fun. I started with a hash brown side as an appetizer and also the Chicken & Waffles and the S.E.C. (A sandwich with fried egg, cheese, and sausage) - all very tasty! We were too full to try one of their dessert waffles so I’m looking forward to a return trip soon. This is a cafe-concept so you order at the counter and they have the right amount of tables inside for a quick or leisurely meal, and several more outside to relax on the new Avenue plaza. Friendly staff, tasty menu, and a cool-vibe place any time of day!

Yelp
So many choices to choose from. Mr favourite is the house. The food is amazing. The staff members are calm and very nice. The place looks s very nice. It is in the avenue. The avenue is getting better now. I recommend press waffle co.

Yelp
Location: The location is perfect. It's a cute, boutique style cafe in the middle of the East Cobb Avenues. There are a handful of tables inside and outside. Food: tasty, but portions are small. We weren't ravenous, but if you are, it's a bit spendy for what you get. We went for brunch and chose a coffee and savory waffles. They were still plenty sweet. I'm not sure I could have handled the sugarload of the sweet ones.

Brandy E.

Yelp
Myself and a friend ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken is tender and juicy with an excellent flavor. The waffle had a good syrup and bacon bits that tasted good, but the waffle I didn't care for and neither did my friend. I would come back for the chicken but not for the chicken and waffle.

Yelp
Press Waffle is located in East Cobb in the Avenue East Cobb shopping center. It is located in the center of the shopping center. There is free parking in the shopping center. I firat saw this restaurant on Tik Tok. The place was completely empty at lunch today. We almost thought it was closed. We were greeted as we approached the front counter. We placed our orders and got the food within 5 to 7 minutes. I also gotna white chocolate mocha. The coffee was pretty good. It could have been a bit sweeter. I checked the counter and only found sugar substitutes on the counter. I was looking for regular or brown sugar to add to my coffee. My son enjoyed the cinnamon roll waffle. He said they were pretty good. He got his waffles 1st. I got my coffee, and then 5 minutes later, the S.E.C. I was asked how I wanted my egg on the sandwich. I asked for it to be hard cooked. There was a bit too much salt added, but overall, it was a really good sweet and savory waffle sandwich. The place was very clean and orderly. The staff seemed to be enjoying their job there. It was nice to check out the place without a crowd. I would come back to eat there again.

Martina S.

Yelp
This place is Extremely overrated.. I got the cinnamon roll waffle and was disappointed... just a plain waffle drenched in bourbon syrup which sucks btw... and then the cream cheese is some water down liquid its not even the actual cream cheese... will never come back

Brionna M.

Yelp
These waffles were too good! The American and the chicken and waffle were my favorite ones because they weren't super sweet. It was a perfect amount of sweet and savory ! I absolutely love when I can have breakfast items in the middle of the day so an all day breakfast spot is such a treat. The service was good, and they were attentive. The ambiance was also nice, very homestyle and elegant. The bathroom was clean, but could use a little work. Overall, I had a good experience!

Lauren L.

Yelp
The food and service was absolutely amazing! These are the best waffles I have ever had. I ordered The Elvis, The Cristo, and a Salted Caramel Latte. The Elvis had bananas, peanut butter, and syrup. It usually comes with bacon The Cristo was a sandwich and I ordered it without ham. I was very satisfied. The coffee was just ok, but the food made up for it. The staff is absolutely amazing! I will definitely be back.

Luhanece T.

Yelp
This place was amazing! I got the waffle with caramel strawberries and cookie butter sauce. So sweet and so savory. The waffle makes you feel like you're eating a fluffy funnel cake. The cashier was so sweet and so knowledgeable about the menu! The place is neat and clean. I went on a not so busy day so my order was taken and placed in less than 10 minutes! A true delight!

Amanda T.

Yelp
Waffle love! We showed up here on a nice Sunday afternoon and the place was hopping! The service was quick despite the crowd and the tables were clean and comfy. We ordered 2 waffles, the churro and the southern belle and they were outstanding! We really enjoyed the Liege waffle and will be back for sure! They also had a good selection of local sodas which were delicious!

P.weldon M.

Yelp
Guys listen when I tell you this place Is worth it.....( you know for me service is everything!!) From the airport to the location was about 30min. Keith and Niki took really good care of us, serving a little bit of that southern hospitality. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was esthetically pleasing.

Bob J.

Yelp
Amazing! Press Waffle just opened in the Avenue and they have amazing custom brioche waffles. They have a menu of great choices, as well as the option to make your own from the many toppings they have. I tried the Cinnamon Roll, which was my absolute favorite, as well as the All American which was topped with bacon, eggs, and cheese--also very good. The best part about this place is the service. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming, especially the managers. I would definitely recommend this place for a sweet treat or breakfast.

Yelp
Press Waffle Co. has been on my list of places to try since seeing it on Instagram a few weeks ago. We finally made it over there today (Sunday) around 11:00am. Inside there were quite a few people with maybe 2 tables open. It is a cozy place and does have tables outside as well which I can see will be really popular once the weather heats up. Now on to the experience... The wait was not long to order (maybe 5 mins and took about 10mins to get it once ordered). The ordering process is very straightforward, just walk up to the counter and order. I will say this though, it did pick up shortly after we sat to eat our waffles and by the time we were finished it did become a little crowded inside with people/ families looking for places to sit. We ordered "The House" waffle and "The American" waffle. They were out of cookie butter for the house waffle so I opted for candied pecans in its place and it was a great substitute choice. It was a sweet and filling waffle. The American waffle on the other hand was the best of sweet, salty, and savory. The bacon, cheese, and maple syrup really paired well in this waffle and my husband enjoyed it very much. We did also get coffee. Him a caramel latte and me an ice coffee with vanilla. The coffee wasn't horrible but also the want anything to call home about. It did balance some of the sweetness of the waffles but if I had the coffee by itself I would sadly say it isn't a show stopper and I probably would do without it next time. If I could give this place 4.5 stars I would as the only thing I did not care for was the coffee and it did become just a little uncomfortable, tight once more people came in to order.

Evangelia K.

Yelp
Friendly staff, tasty waffles and a beautiful cozy ambiance! My favorite is the house waffle

Jennifer L.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious waffles! It's all freshly made to order and so tasty, The decor is beautiful, restaurant is clean and the staff are courteous and helpful in choosing items on the menu. I highly

Yelp
East Cobb and Roswell peeps: Press Waffle Co. in the Avenue (which just opened this weekend) is simply amazing. My wife and I first encountered "Liege waffles" on a visit to Seattle some years ago. If you haven't had this authentic style of Belgian waffle, you haven't had a waffle. We were immediately hooked on that day in Seattle, but we couldn't find any restaurant in the ATL that offered Liege waffles. When we saw the Marietta Daily article this weekend about Press opening in the East Cobb Avenue, we hastened to their door. We were greeted by the aroma of an imported Belgian waffle iron doing what it does best. We were also greeted by owner Niki Ginel's warm hospitality. We traded "waffle stories" -- she and her husband (and co-owner) Keith had their first Liege encounter when traveling in Belgium. Long review short, the waffles at Press Waffle Co. are the real thing, and your life won't be fully complete until you try one. I recommend one of the sweet/savory combo toppings. Pictured here is the Hot Chicken & Waffles version they whipped up for me.

Rob S.

Yelp
Amazing food! Will be back for sure! Highly recommend everyone try it! Great coffee to enjoy with your treats!

Elaine N.

Yelp
Such a fun place! Very pleasant place for a tasty little waffle and coffee. Friendly team and we had only a brief wait. Chicken and waffle yum Welcome to Avenues!

Ronita B.

Yelp
We (especially my kiddos) are very happy to have Press near our house. We have tried their savory and sweet waffles and we love them all. The "cool-beans" coffee they are serving is also superlative.

Me Y.

Yelp
Sooooooooooo good! I forgot to take a picture of it before because once I got taste, I couldn't stop eating. Highly recommended. We got the Monte Cristo and chicken and waffles!

Autumn M.

Yelp
These waffles were all delicious and filling despite how they may look. This is a great way to get a sweet breakfast treat while doing some work since they offer free WiFi. My caramel latte was a little strong for my liking but if you like coffee then you will love it. I'll definitely be back!

Breana H.

Yelp
Super cute place in a beautiful shopping location with delicious food! Staff was nice and quick to help even with a large crowd. Portions were good for the price. If I lived closer I would come here all the time!

Shauna D.

Yelp
I so wished I had taken a picture of my food but it was THAT good! The presentation of our orders was soooo pretty and looked just like the website images. My friend and I arrived maybe 30-45 minutes before closing but the staff (two young ladies) were so sweet and helpful. We both ordered The House waffle. I didn't think I would like it because of the Nutella but it was soooo good and fresh! The strawberries were also very fresh. It was the treat we needed after a hot Taco Tuesday. We sat outside on the patio which was very clean. The interior is small but offers plenty of seating and space. The choices of drinks and food are plenty. I also ordered a coffee which was delicious as well. We will definitely be back to try more menu items

Kate V.

Yelp
The waffles are great, I won't lie. The prices are expensive, but reasonable. The only thing off about this establishment is how rude one of the workers was. I don't remember his name, something starting with a T? I believe he was a manager too.... Anyways, he was very rude and short and I will not return back to this establishment due to his behavior.

Rachel I.

Yelp
Had the happy camper waffle. It was the best thing I have eaten in a long time and I don't have a crazy sugar tooth either. The batter of the waffle is out of this world good! A must try at the Avenues.

Chip D.

Yelp
I ordered from Door Dash , which is what introduced me to this restaurant. I am so glad it did. My wife and I both loved it! Fantastic!.

Alex A.

Yelp
Chill and friendly spot that serves basic espresso drinks and waffle themed desserts. I got the chicken and waffle and ice americano they both tasted really good.

Stephen W.

Yelp
I will start by saying I wanted to like this place. Nice concept, nice team members, nice location, and nice spot. However, that is all that I can say is nice here. Walked up, and there was a decent line, maybe two people ahead of me, and all the tables were full. Looking around, I noticed that most everyone did not have any sort of food in front of them. This struck me as odd, but I thought maybe they had finished. Haha, I was so very wrong. There were people standing to the side just waiting. Then I was able to order. I ordered a couple of different styles of waffles, and a coffee. The person checking me out said it would be about 40 minutes and I asked, "for a table?" and he replied, "no, for your food." Yikes, but I was here so I said ok. Waited around and finally someone got up and I took a seat at the table. Told my wife to go shopping, it would be a while. I waited and waited, kept walking in to check on the food. Nothing. 50 minutes pass, might be more, and I go up to see. They said, it is the next one. Cool, called the wife and said it would be 10 or so more minutes. I come back up and the first one is ready, and I ask about the next one and my coffee. Someone had taken the coffee I guess and they said they would make another. Cool. 5 minutes later I get the coffee and the last waffle. Go sit down. Start to dig in. Hmm, sweet as all get out. Missing some things and the waffles are cold to boot. So needless to say, probably not coming back here. Well not probably, actually will never step foot here again. To sum up: Do not come here if you are starving. If you do not like ridiculously sweet things...do not come here. If you do not like to look at the leaning tower of Pisa above the trash can where all of the trays are left...do not come here If you do not like cold waffles...do not come here On a final note, I will say the staff seemed pretty nice and were apologetic, but the movement and motions of all seemed slower than molasses and everyone looked like a deer in headlights. I believe there needs to be some more training done, as well as maybe reconsider the layout of the tables. Also, please have someone keep up with the dirty trays above the trash.

Rebekah W.

Yelp
We popped in for a pick me up while shopping and got the house waffle. It was the best waffle I've ever had! We split it between three of us and our commentary after tasting it should've been recorded as a commercial for Press! We couldn't stop raving about how perfect it was! Definitely recommend!

Judy F.

Yelp
Had a chicken and waffle. The chicken was delicious but the waffle was just wonderful. YUM! With the chicken flavor, the bacon crumbles and just right amount of syrup. We also had a hazelnut latte. Service was great, talking with the owner made for an excellent experience. The only thing we wish were different would be that we could order a larger coffee. Can't wait to come back!

Jordan M.

Yelp
Waited 10 min for a latte (wasn't busy in there and counted at least 4 people that work there. Latte was awful. Cute looking place but obviously not managed well.

Amy M.

Yelp
Wanted to try this new restaurant on a chilly Sunday afternoon and was hoping it would not be too busy around 2PM. Maybe it's still new? Too cozy? No one was leaving their tables. Sitting and chatting, forcing new parties to dine outside in the February chill. Waffles were fresh, unique and yummy. I thought a little overpriced but I'm always seeking a good deal, so maybe I'm biased. I hope they succeed. I'm sure it will be hopping this summer.

Kristen B.

Yelp
Omg, this place is sooo good!!! I tried the House and the Chicken and Waffles and both were amazing. The customer service was excellent and everyone working was super friendly. Very cute place with lots of cute items to buy as gifts, too!! Can't wait to come back and eat again!!

Pamela H.

Yelp
I actually haven't eaten here yet, but have read all of the reviews, both good and bad. What impressed me the most, was how Keith, the owner or manager, answered every review with details of the submitted issues and tried to offer an explanation and apologized for the bad experience.

Sherry R.

Yelp
First time at this restaurant at East Cob. Avenue....Loved the look, the owners and of course the waffles.....I tried 4 flavors and they were all great!!!!

Jerrod S.

Yelp
Fantastic place with clever menu. Nashville hot Chechen and waffles? Yes please! Cookie butter and Nutella? Can you say happy place? Even "stuffed" waffle breakfast sandwiches. Very vibey place as well. Def worth a visit!

Monica S.

Yelp
We wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience. We visited about a week ago (February 2024) around 2pm. They were not very busy. We placed our orders and it took almost 20 minutes before we even got a glass of milk. About 30 minutes into being there, our food came, but first they took it to the wrong table, walked around outside and then came back inside with our food after they realized who it belonged to. (There were only about 4 groups who were dining when we were there.) The waffles were quite doughy and chewy, felt under cooked. (i realize their waffles are made differently than your normal waffle, but they were doughy and not in a good way). After we finished our food, then we received our coffee, which is very unfortunate as we ordered everything at the same time. It would have been nice to have the coffee first, or at least with the food. Then disposing of your items in the trash is a very messy experience. One trash can was totally full had no space, and the other one was sticky and gross. Not a pleasant experience at all. We won't be returning unfortunately after having high hopes for this place.
