Pret A Manger

First time at this location in order to cappuccino. The girl was handling the whole location by herself and was doing a great job. Very nice very friendly and welcoming. Love the grab and go concept!

I wanted a coffee and this Prêt was conveniently located near my hotel. I bought a caramel iced coffee and they didn’t put the caramel in it. I got a hot Bacon Egg Cheddar which had no flavor to it. When I was about to pay for my order the lady at the cashier said she had no cash with an attitude. I didn’t know what to do because I only brought cash and everything was in my hotel room. I apologized and said cash is all I had, she just looked at me like I was the problem. Before I could walk away, another cashier decided to take me on her terminal which had cash. It was just a humiliating experience.

Ari and staff are absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, remembers your order if you're a regular- a very welcoming environment overall. All my drinks have been delicious thus far and they have the crispiest croissants. I love it here.

I absolutely love MY Pret. Every morning I am greeted by name with a warm welcome. It starts my day with such great energy. The entire team not only serves up great coffee and food, they do it with a rare to find kindness and cheer. I highly recommend Pret and particularly Pret on Monroe for your daily Java and of course breakfast or lunch. They won't just take care of your beverages or bites but will do it with spectacular service and you'll leave with a smile.

Ari and the stuff super friendly always remember your order and always so bubbly. Asking about your day and make sure everything is okay. Especially the sandwich are the best . Best customer service I’ve experienced in a super long time .

I enjoy coming here ever since Ari took over this location. She redid the front of house staff and got rid of the old staff that was rude. I was going to cancel my pret membership until she took over. Ari is always running the place so gracefully. Elise is always super friendly and she is always helping in the back and front with a smile on her face. Eric is the best barista ever in the whole world he makes the best drinks and remembers the regulars orders when we come in and he is always super friendly with something to chat about. Love coming here every morning 10/10!

Excellent service! Despite being a fast food place prêt has amazing customer service! The food is also great as always, though I must say it is significantly more expensive in the US compared to Europe. Still if you’re a vegan looking for a quick bite of healthy food this is your spot!

Ari makes the best coffee and makes me feel at home every morning. Elise always makes me smile and makes the best sandwiches. Worst part about the weekends is not being able to come into Pret.
