This had great food options for anything you need! I would skip the sit down restaurant and grabbed a hot breakfast sandwich and juice here. It was perfect for travel!

I ordered the white filter, and I must say, it was the worst I’ve ever had…far too watery, almost like flavoured water rather than proper coffee. That said, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. The London cheesecake was absolutely delicious. All in all, despite the disappointing coffee, I still managed to have a pleasant time.

Coffee and croissant was good but I saw something completely crazy happening: - In front of me, two families with kids, one from the US and one from China. - Both family asked to pay with their local currencies. - Cashier confused call the manager to ask for permission. - Manager says let me handle it to cashier. - Than proceed to say: yes but no refund or receipt to both families who accepts, one after the other. - Manager takes a pastry bag (usually used for croissant), put the foreign cash-in. - As I walk to the counter, he look at me as I was looking at the money pastry bag, lough, put it in his jean pocket and say "you didn't saw anything" and what can I get for you. - I asked for my latte, paid and when collecting it, he had prepared a croissant as well for me. - Thanks but you're still a crook.

It was my second visit to this restaurant chain in 2 different countries. Always my best alternative during my flight connection, Great range of cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches, bakeries, yogurts and coffee. I had smoked salmon and cheese with flare white coffee. Both are okay but coffee portion is very less than expected. Tables were not clean but cleaners fixed it shortly. Over all it’s a great place for travellers. Best regards Emad Marwan

Google
The best tomato soup. Quick and friendly service and a place to sit away from some of the mayhem of the T3 waiting area. Decent place to get a bite where you can control your own destiny.

Google
I visited the Pret A Manger at the airport terminal 3 and was very impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service. The shop is clean and welcoming, and both the coffee and toast were great. A great spot for travelers looking for quick, quality service. Highly recommended!

Google
The food is okay, but overpriced. One staff member was nice to me and my kids, the other seemed irritated to do her job. The worst thing though is that they have a double pricing system - one price for take away, and another more expensive price for if you want to sit at a table and eat. It was £1.35 more per sandwich to “dine in”, which basically means they charge you more to sit down and eat. Reprehensible, my family is stuck in LHR on transit and a food outlet is trying to gouge us like 15% more because we want to sit. Tip: tell them it’s takeaway and then just sit down and eat anyways, the staff can’t be bothered to kick you out.

Google
Unlike most other airport prets, this one is located before the security checking on the first floor when you come from the virgin check in side , has a huge seating space and also a good seating area just outside. The prices seem to be same as the high street ones and is a good affordable option if you have to wait a while before boarding ot came to see off someone.

Yelp
Pret A Manger in London Heathrow Terminal 3 wasn't a new experience for me. Almost always stopped by here when I had a layover in London. It's reasonably priced and very well stocked restaurant with great customer service. Their coffee is always excellent! The sandwiches are great and have cold or hot options. Many drinks are also available in the cooler. Service is fast and friendly!

Yelp
As it was getting closer to boarding time, we stopped in for some food to avoid making the mistake of not eating before the long flight. After much consideration, I purchased a sun-dried tomato sandwich with avocado and some other veggies. The sandwich was filling and had great flavors, especially the sun-dried tomato, which was the standout against the creamy avocado. I also purchased a bottled green drink, ginger turmeric drink and some water. This time, I was determined that I would not be thirsty or hungry on the flight. The sandwich was very fresh. The sandwich options were many, but not necessarily many without meat. The only thing that could have made the sandwich a little better was if it was slightly warm. Overall, I was pleased with my sandwich selection and fresh juices. I would definitely eat at the Pret a Manger cafes again because they can be found on almost every corner in Central London.

Yelp
Airport food is airport food, but Pret seemed to offer the best food options out of all of the coffee shop fast casual options in the area. I got a warm ham and cheese croissant that was tasty and delicious! My only complaint was that when I went to pay, the cashier became distracted talking to someone else and started to repeatedly grab at my croissant. Although covered with cellophane, his fingers kept touching the top and the edges where the croissant peeked out. It was unnecessary and I wished he had been more cognizant to stop!

Yelp
The staff was super friendly and helpful! Chatted with the kids about our trip and even gave them complimentary cookies! Perfect for a quick airport snack!

Yelp
Prices are fair for an airport. It was about $20 for two sandwiches and two drinks. The food was acceptable. Seating is limited in terminal three. We scouted a table by the coffee shop and grabbed it before ordering.

Yelp
We spent a long time sitting in the international terminal waiting for the screens to update with our gate number. The vegan options weren't plentiful, but Pret A Manger was right near the seats we had claimed for several hours. We got two of the Mediterranean Mezze Salad ("a colorful salad loaded with falafel, hummus, sesame seeds, cucumber and pickled cabbage and carrots over mesclun; comes with Pret's simple vinaigrette"), one container of fruit (blueberries and cantaloupe, I think), and two Diet Cokes for about £21. The fruit was inedible: both the berries and melon were not (and not even close to being) ripe and as a result impossible to bite through. But those salads? SO GOOD. Like, memorably good! All the flavors and textures and freshness were just spot on! This felt like a reliable dose of veggies and plant-based protein before our long flight back home. While the lines were daunting, the staff did a fantastic job at moving people through the queues quickly. If you're looking for a prompt cup of coffee, something healthy (or at least healthier), clearly labeled V or VG, and/or reasonably priced, this Pret ticks all those boxes! (Maybe just get an apple or a banana, though, and skip the fruit salads.)

Yelp
Basically all staff fighting the massive onslaught of customers. Did not have to wait too long to get out of there with a. Posh cheddar and pickle baguette. It was absolutely delicious. Price was not rip off for the airport and the baguette was really fresh and crusty. Would I go here again if I was in the airport oh yes .

Yelp
Pret is always a safe fast lunch place no matter where you are...pretty efficient set up where you grab a sandwich or salad from the refrigerator and the chips are right in front or next to the sandwiches.. then as you move towards the register to pay the drinks are right there. Here is where your diet crashes... the sweets are all at the register and you find yourself ordering a cookie or a croissant without even thinking. My favorite sandwich is the Caesar bacon chicken thing... chewy bread and savory fillings it is just fantastic!

Yelp
I'm a Pret fan. It ticked the boxes for me for a long time. Fairly good mostly fresh food and very good coffee. Great soups and everything at a fair price. Their format in airports is a bank of staff standing in a row with customers taking pre packaged food to the till and ordering and paying first for drinks as well as food. The person who serves you ensures you receive your ordered drinks. Coffee is not made like Starbucks with ground coffee - no group handle or tamping - just a push button machine - but you are still paying a premium price. It works for both parties in the transaction and I have always found them a friendly bunch of eager to help people. They provide a fair amount of seating and I noted with annoyance not very many phone charging points, but airport settings are not conducive to comfort or relaxation - Heathrow like many airports are human cattle - style marketplaces that are there just to fleece you of every penny they can squeeze - the extent of your value starts and stops on how much you spend.

Yelp
This is another bakery that we stopped by for baked goods and pastries. With the long flights it was especially nice to board with coffee and special treats. I chose an almond cake that turned out to be incredibly good. It was moist with crunchy ends. The almond paste inside of the cake was so good that everyone dove in for some. We also purchased a bag of assorted fresh baked cookies. The chocolate peanut butter and the vanilla chocolate were our favorites. The sugar cookie was a little dry but it was tasty and went great with black coffee. The cashier was very pleasant but did not speak english. We did a lot of pointing and eventually received everything that we wanted.

Yelp
This location is in terminal 3. It was very busy from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. The service seemed to move pretty fast. Like all Pret's, there are sandwiches in the cooler, fruit, and other options, many different coffee drinks and cold beverages. I opted for a latte, and my husband had a sandwich and an espresso drink. There is seating within the store, but it was very tight. A line went from the counter out of the door that seemed to never end. There was a lady walking around constantly cleaning up after people at the sugar station, tables, and moving stuff around to make space. Overall good experience!

Yelp
This is the best food option in the terminal. I made a mistake once and went to the revolving sushi in the same terminal and it was no bueno. Their prices are the same as outside the terminal, which is a rarity i've never experienced at any airport. Usually, I experience something like a 99 cent McBurger will be 2.99 at any airport. Pret is the same though. I took this opportunity to grab a lemon cheesecake and a coffee. I can't even begin to describe how good their ready made foods are compared to Starbucks or any coffee place in the US. If I had to take a budget flight across the Atlantic that includes no meals, I can probably get by on a meal I make from buying sandwiches here.

Yelp
My favorite stop before boarding. A better selection than most airport restaurants and the food is labeled with allergy alert information, which makes it easier for me. The staff has always made a effort to make a good cup of coffee whatever you pleasure. The soups are my favorite, and the variety of salads that change constantly. This is definitely better than the airplane food. Today's choice was chicken, rice and broccoli soup and the falafel/beet salad. And fur caffeine an Americano-black.

Yelp
I went to this location about a month ago, but I had been there once before, and have been to several other Pret locations as well. LOCATION: This one is located in Terminal 3, which makes it a great choice to eat at, if your flight is through an airline that flies out of this terminal. 4/5 ATMOSPHERE: It's a shop in an airport terminal, but it's pretty roomy. Like, you just walk directly in, and there's the fridge or heater shelves lined with foods. Then you walk forward and pay at the front counter, and can sit in the areas to the side or behind the counter, or take your food back out into the greater terminal area. Overall, it's pretty spacious and not tight, gross, or anything of that nature lol. I mean, it's not like amazingly-decorated or something, but they keep it clean and I like the layout. 3/5 SELECTION: Most of their stuff is grab-and-go, hence their name. They have sandwiches, baguettes, soups, salads, pots, wraps, breakfast foods, fruits, snacks, etc. But it's all fresh and good quality -- it's not like it's all been sitting out for days or anything. They also have coffee and tea drinks. I like that they clearly label their vegan items and they have the all the ingredients on most of their foods too. 4/5 WHAT I GOT: This visit, I got their "Coconut Power Oatmeal," "Mango Coconut Chia Pot," and "Charcoal Shot." The oatmeal was pretty good, and a good temperature. I just wish it was a little thicker, but the taste was fine -- not over-coconutty or too sweet. The chia pot was good as well -- not amazing, but it met my expectations with no obvious negatives. And the charcoal shot was good too. It tasted just like I expected and I liked the uniqueness. If you've never had something with activated charcoal, it doesn't really taste like much -- honestly it's hard to describe -- it just adds like a slight airy element lol. So anyways, all in all, what I got was pretty good. I've always liked Pret. 3/5 SERVICE: The service at this location was pretty good. The employees seemed nice and friendly. 4/5

Yelp
If you are traveling through Heathrow Airport, you should visit the Pret A Manger restaurant. It is one of the best places to eat at an airport I have found. As a start, there is a very wide selection of food that should satisfy everyone. Then because they seem to have such high volumes, the food seems to be very fresh--especially any baked goods. I had a sandwich with cheese and prosciutto. It was excellent and I liked the fact there was no mayonnaise.

Yelp
Located inside Terminal 3, this place sells sandwiches, salads, drinks, and pastries for reasonable prices. It's mostly take and go cases, but the pastries are at the counter, and coffee drinks are ordered there at the registers. There's seating inside, or elsewhere in the terminal. I only had 2 pastries, a regular croissant and a raisin roll. The croissant was quite fresh and soft, better than ones I had elsewhere in Europe. The raisin roll was just okay..it didn't have much flavor but was soft and chewy. You are able to use credit cards or British pounds cash.

Yelp
The meatball sub is made with tortilla bread and the cookies were ok. I would recommend the meal deals since they are tasty and definitely cheaper

Yelp
I was really grumpy after going through the inefficient security at Heathrow... so I can't even express how happy I was to find this place. We didn't have much time so we grabbed a few sandwiches, a fruit cup and yogurt with granola & honey. It was so fresh and delicious..especially for food from an airport. It's much better than anything you are going to get on the plane. There is a little bit of seating if you have time but they will charge you extra. Only complaint is that they charged us for a croissant but they forgot to put it in our bag...unfortunately I didn't realize until I was already on the plane. Oh well.

Yelp
My husband and came to visit London from from MN USA. We're both vegan and are constantly looking for quick on the go vegan foods. Side note: I did not read the Delta website correctly and thought I had to order the vegan meal 24 hours of check in, but it really said - must request before 24 hours of check in. I packed PB banana sandwiches for our flight - but there was someone with a nut allergy so they asked everyone not to consume nut products. We ate chips and chocolate on that flight. LOL Anyways.. we did request a vegan meal in time for our flight home, but I wanted to get something in case they messed that up too (which they did - they gave us vegetarian dish -cheese tortellini dish). Then brought us a bunch of grapes, two apples and bananas as our dinner. I purchased the only vegan sandwich they had, which had avocados and some olives something. It was pretty delicious. I ate the whole thing. I also purchased a edamame, avocado, and cilantro salad. It was so good and refreshing! Service was quick and friendly. They also have porridge, which is like oatmeal. My husband got that a few times for bfast.

Yelp
(3.35) ~ fairly good quick & healthy Mart. MENU * Coconut Water = (3.5) good * Chocolate Mousse = (3.5) good * Crayfish & Avocado Sandwich = (3.25) pretty good * Apple & Ginger Juice = (3.25) pretty good * Flat White = (3) ok... didn't seem like a Flat White though...more like a macchiato...needed more frothy cream.
google avatar

Susan L.

Yelp
We had lots of time to kill before our flight (four days ago) and we were too hungry to wait until eating dinner on the plane, so this place was perfect. We shared a brie, tomato & basil baguette and a smoked salmon & soft cheese sandwich (only 2.99 pounds/each), both of which were delicious. Also, the people working there were pleasant. There's limited seating, so we sat in the huge seating area surrounding all the shops.

Yelp
Amazi g place always expect the best service quick and prompt and this is Covid or no Covid the service levels have always been the best.

Yelp
Had a flight to catch to New York. Needed something to eat before departing and I saw Pret. I tried their egg salad sandwich with avocado and it was delicious. Overall good experience, just a bit crowded while grabbing anything to eat. Indecisive tourists inside wandering looking for a bite. Also thumbs up for contactless pay!
google avatar

Trong N.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised to find their prices didn't have a premium "airport" markup. 99 pence for bottled water and £1.50 for fresh orange juice. Also 99p for chips. Way to go Pret A Manger!
google avatar

J P.

Yelp
Pret A Manger is normally really great. First class friendly service and genuinely fresh sandwiches with good ingredients. However this one in the Terminal 5 main seating area really really really let the side down today. Many of the staff were bordering on rude, they could manage the queues and the queue levels were not greater than what other outlets can easily manage. Their solution to be very rude to customers about how they should queue, when it was not at all clear due to the store's incompetence. Even the busier Pret a Manger at Stansted Airport manages to cope so I cannot see any excuse. If you would like Pret A Manger in Heathrow Terminal 5, best to go to the outlet by airplane Gate 2 which is much better.

Yelp
We were on our way home, and wanted to pick up something for the flight, so we stopped here for a quick pick up. The shop was filled with freshly made sandwiches, which were wrapped and displayed in a refrigerated case. We bought two different sandwiches, and they were pretty good. It was just what we needed to help pass the 8 hour flight back.
google avatar

Steven B.

Yelp
Great food options here for everyone...meat, veggie, vegan. Long lines but they move quickly. Great chocolate chip and Smelt cookies too!
google avatar

Jhenn S.

Yelp
Vegan options a bit sad at Pret since so many veggie sandwiches could easily be vegan, but at least there is the avocado stuffed Super Green sandwich (and not just another falafel). And let me say : Best super green sandwich I've had from Pret! Also the first time I've had a Pret coffee (hazelnut soya latte) and I'm surprisingly impressed. Terminal 3 is on their game at 7am. Lots of room to sit, and has a departure board inside as well to keep an eye on flights. Roomy & clean. Close to toilets.
google avatar

Bekka R.

Yelp
Why are all the people who work in Prets so sweet? Is it special company protocol...do they just get lucky? Came to get a hot drink but they don't yet stock chai tea..though I was kindly told as of next week they do.. the lovely manager then told me my turmeric latte I ordered instead was 'on the house' because they didn't have what I wanted. I mean he didn't have to do that. Then I mistakenly grabbed a bottle of sparkling water thinking it was still.. paid for that and thanked him, then we realized it was not still water.. went back to change it and it should have been an extra charge as the bottle of still water is much larger and again the manager was like don't worry about the extra just take it! What a sweetheart.. he didn't have to do any of that. The sweetheart people and the huge amount of vegan options are reason I will always be a pret customer. You guys are just too great

Yelp
Had a sandwich before my flight back to the U.S and it was relatively good priced and tasted great! Great for on the go and would eat there again if it was in the U.S
google avatar

Kaitlyn R.

Yelp
Just like any Pret in London. I was impressed that the prices weren't inflated like a lot of other airport restaurants are. I loved their Mango Sunshine Bowl for breakfast- it was fresh and delicious. My favorite lunch item was their Chili Falafel Wrap. I also love the fresh-squeezed apple juice!
google avatar

Mary C.

Yelp
Heathrow airport doesn't open up the gate area for your international flight until about 40 minutes before departure. So you're stuck in a giant shopping center in the middle of the terminal until your gate is announced. Given all the high end duty free shops in this area, I was quite pleased to come across this Prets. It's got the usual fresh foods, outstanding coffee, hot soups, and yummy yogurts. After spending an hour checking bags and getting through security, this is a welcome oasis. It's always busy but you get your order fulfilled quickly. Most of the time, I take my food to a quieter area in the terminal and enjoy it.

Nick l.

Yelp
Always consistent and great food here. Prob best bet for good food at this airport and worth taking a sandwich on the plane to avoid the crap they give you.
google avatar

Joe m.

Yelp
Surprisingly good food. Unexpected to find it at the airport but I noticed this place all around a London so I figured it had to be decent

Jo F.

Yelp
Visited here today and the staff were super helpful. There was 3 of them and it was quite but it's good to see it's well manned rather than like the other vendors who are often understaffed. The seating is good and the location is a little quieter than the other locations. It's conveniently situated opposite the luggage inspection term 3 so if you are due to fly out it's helpful to be next the luggage check. Overall a nice experience
google avatar

Mira S.

Yelp
Very reasonable airport option. They have their usual selection of stuff and it certainly seems like their standard, non-airport prices. Everythibgs fresh. The flat white is decently strong and the coffee is nicely flavored, not bitter. The cheese and tomato croissant really hits the spot, and there's more bonus tomato inside beyond the one sitting on top. It comes all crunchy and warm. The sandwiches look a little mushy but I'm sure they taste good because they looked like they had nice ingredients and were fresh. This is at the far end of the shopping area of terminal 3 from the entrance through security. The staff is friendly and efficient enough.
google avatar

Karen L.

Yelp
Cute little bistro/cafe in the corner of terminal 3. Not a whole lot of seating but great place for you to grab something to go!
google avatar

Alex D.

Yelp
Our flight was one of the latest out of Heathrow, and with a 3hr delay we had free meal vouchers and several hours to kill. The only problem was trying to find somewhere to grab some food and a drink. Pret was pretty much the only place still serving food at 9.30pm. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although the choice of sandwiches wasn't great at this time of day. At lunchtime it would be a great place to grab some food and a coffee before your flight.
google avatar

Ada C.

Yelp
Ham and cheese baguette with lots of mustard mayo. It's the bomb (within the parameters of the ubiquitous pre-made sandwich).
google avatar

Jess Z.

Yelp
They had a beautiful display of fresh sandwiches, and the staff were friendly. I only had time to grab a packet of "Pret" brand Kale Crisps, which smelled good, but upon tasting the bitter morsels, I realized I would never reach for those again.
