Prode Thai Restaurant

We had a wonderful dining experience at Prode. The food was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The whole steamed fish with lime and herbs was amazing — very light, fragrant, and perfectly cooked. The mango shrimp salad was refreshing with the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors. We also loved the crispy fried seafood appetizer and the Tom Yum soup, which was rich and flavorful. The portions were generous and everything tasted authentic. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere and the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a great place if you enjoy Thai or Southeast Asian cuisine. I would absolutely come back again!

The restaurant is clean and modern, and the vibe feels comfortable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We ordered the chive pancake to start, and for mains had the shrimp green curry and crispy chicken pad thai. The pancake was crispy outside and soft inside. The green curry was my favorite, full of flavor and very satisfying. The pad thai was a little sweet and the noodles slightly undercooked, but still decent. The Thai iced tea wasn’t too sweet, which made it perfect with the meal. Next time, I’d love to try the tom yum soup and a fish dish!

Best Thai restaurant in the neighborhood!! I love coming here so much. They have so many options to choose from in their menu and their lunch special is AMAZING. Everything is flavorful and authentic. If you come here, don’t forget to also try their mango and sticky rice. Service has always been amazing. Food is authentic. I always come here and would definitely come back again!!

We had a Thai iced tea, crab Rangoon, pad see ew, mango salad, and mango sticky rice. I really liked the presentation of the Thai iced tea and how the cream was served on the side so you could add as much or as little as you want. Also the mango sticky rice was presented so beautifully with the rice in a heart shape. All the food was delicious! The staff was friendly and the interior was cozy and inviting. This was my first time trying the restaurant, and I’m looking forward to going back and trying more dishes!

Great spot for flavorful Thai-inspired dishes! We especially loved the Crying Tiger Steak — tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The Crab Meat Fried Rice and Chili Lime Fish were big hits, especially for our kid. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the space is comfortable and kid-friendly. A delicious mix of authentic flavors and fun twists — we’ll be back!

Loved the vibe at PRODE—super stylish and cozy space. The food was amazing! We had creamy Tom Yum, basil pork, chili lime fish, shrimp cake, Thai iced tea, and lychee lemonade. Everything was packed with flavor and felt super authentic. Definitely one of my favorite Thai spots. Will be back for sure!

This was my first time dining at Prode, and it quickly became one of my favorites. I’m a big fan of duck, so I ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice with Duck and the Crispy Duck over Rice. Both dishes were excellent. The duck was perfectly crispy and flavorful. I also tried the Mango Crispy Fish, which was outstanding. I would highly recommend this dish to anyone visiting. And of course, there are still many dishes I’d love to try. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Great food and service, try their duck feet and mango sticky rice! Got the Khao Soi with braised beef. Soup was very rich and not spicy despite its color. Gets a little busy on the weekends so definitely recommend coming during the weekday.

Came here with my friend on a weekday night, and it was honestly impressive. The restaurant has a super sleek design, and a very vibe-y aesthetic. The bar is gorgeous, and the service was quick and friendly. I ordered vegetable panang curry and a Thai Iced Tea. My friend got a chicken drunken noodles and we shared an order of spring rolls. The spring rolls came out at 5 for $8 and they were crispy and fresh. Clearly freshly fried and tasty! My panang was delicious, but there was nowhere near enough rice for the dish. I had to order extra for an additional $3, but that's because of the proportion of rice to curry I prefer. I also wish they had brown rice on the menu, but I didn't see it as something being offered. I have had a lot of bad panang curry, recently, and this was finally one that I would definitely order again. It was flavorful and well made. It tasted fresh and the veggies were cooked perfectly with the slightest bite. The Thai Iced Tea was also served in an interesting manner - with a glass of tea and another glass with milk so you could control the amount of milk you wanted in your tea. I'd never seen that before, and it was a cute way to serve the Thai iced tea. My friend also seemed to enjoy her drunken noodles. Overall, it was a really nice warm meal on a cold weekday evening!

We met some friends on a Saturday night and were given ample space for our party of eight. Drinks were brought straight away and there were several servers coming and going clearing a plate or filling a glass. We ordered almost all of the appetizers and most were above average in taste. Standouts were the squid and the pork belly. Likewise we had a wide assortment of entrees. All in all, the food was good and the spicy options were actually but not overly spicy. The most disappointing part of the meal was that all of the adult food came out before the children's selections. One of the most important elements of a successful meal is keeping the kids well fed and hydrated. Not the deal breaker of a lifetime, but very important. Parking is on the street and the machines for pay parking no longer seem to work. While the app for your phone works well enough, they require a $25 deposit. The town has done a total disservice to the businesses downtown for people who don't live local. We might come back, but only for a real hankering a Thai meal.

Wow! What a great Christmas Eve meal we had. Called them at 8pm and they were able to accommodate us at 8:15! This place is pristine and classy and would be great for date nights. We started with the fried calamari as an appetizer and it was superb. For main dishes, we ordered: Salmon over fried rice, lump crab meat over fried rice, green curry chicken, and chicken pad Thai -- each more fantastic than the next. The salmon was a huge chunk of delicious fish; the lump crab meat was plentiful, the green curry was perfectly spicy and delish, and the pad Thai was amazing. Service was quick and the staff was very friendly and highly responsive. Very excited to have found this place and looking forward to coming back! Merry Christmas!

TLDR: New Thai alert. Very sleek design inside. Drunken noodles and a very tasty Thai Iced Tea. Prode has taken over the former space of Sifu Chio (RIP) and while there's a lot of Thai spots - this one is pretty good. Came on a weekday night and overall pretty good. Started with the crab rangoon and laab. The laab was well-seasoned, a good amount of spice and plated nicely. The crab rangoon had a thin crispy wrapper, a very light fluffy cheese filling and some sweet dipping sauce. The Thai iced tea is also excellent where you can control how much of the milk you want to add. Entree-wise we got drunken noodles with chicken and asked for almost but just under Thai spicy. Very nice wok-flavor, generous slices of chicken and a lovely flavor with just enough spice. We also opted for the crying tiger steak which was good with a side of coconut rice. The dipping sauce is spicy but if you can handle spice - it'll be just right. Had to try the mango sticky rice and that did not disappoint either. While nothing will replace Sifu Chio for me, Prode is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. We'll be back to try some other dishes!

Prode is definitely made my list of best Thai restaurants. The restaurant is beautiful in the day and the night and feels upscale. We had their lunch special and the portions are pretty good. Drunken noodles, panang curry, and massaman curry are delicious. I personally love curries that have a sweeter, coconut milk flavor and these hit the spot. Portion sizes are very good too--could definitely have leftovers to take home. Crab rangoons are probably the best I've had! They do not skimp on the filling and the fried "skin"/shell is thin and flaky rather than thick. Lychee lemonade is beautiful and tastes just as good! I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

We would never have known this was a Thai restaurant if our friends had not pointed it out and recommended it. The exterior is nondescript, but the interior is modern, elegant and cozy. I really enjoyed the curry puffs, grill squid and green curry. The staff were friendly and attentive.

This is a nice place to have a meal. The decor is simple and welcoming. The staff is friendly and attentive. The staff is helpful and concern about providing a good customer experience. Case in point, the staff became aware of one of the patrons having a food allergy to shrimp. Even though the customer selected a dish with dried shrimp, the staff came back and informed the customer that they do have a separate sauce without any shrimp and if that was ok that they serve the dish with that option instead of the one with the dried shrimp. Food nicely prepared and served in nice bowls and plates that show creativity and attention to detail. Food also tasted good. Serving size is on the smaller side and that may be due to us ordering lunch specials.

Top Thai place in the neighborhood. The restaurant is owned by Thai folks. The curry is flavorful. They no longer have pork jowls, which is unfortunate. Please bring those back

Came here for their lunch special, so not the fairest assessment of a place, but will update if and when I come back. I got an appetizer of pork belly and the prik kring lunch special. Pork belly was okay, would have been better with the actual meal, but the restaurant assumed we wanted it as an actual appetizer and waited for me to finish before bringing the actual meal, not a big deal. The prik kring was one of the more unique things I've ever tried at a Thai restaurant. Super super spicy, aromatic full of ginger and a variety of spices, I definitely enjoyed how bold the dish was terms of flavors and spiciness. Will have to come back to see what other offerings they have here

First time here. Nice menu selection, something suitable for everyone. Food was good, some entree portions were on the small side. Service was excellent.

I wish I could give it 4.5 stars because almost all dishes were really good!! We started with spring rolls and chive pancake. The pancake is a must! Nice crunchy exterior with pillowy interior, and deliciously chivey. For entrees, we got the duck salad, duck over rice, massaman curry with chicken and drunken noodles with beef. All dishes were so good except the drunken noodles lacked a little depth. My dad's girlfriend does not like really spicy so we got medium, which was milder than I would have liked. The duck salad was surprising good; with crispy fried duck pieces and a nice flavor profile. The duck over rice was good as was the massaman curry. For desserts, we got the ube over sticky rice. The dessert menu does not mention it but you just need to ask for it. The mango over sticky rice was also good but the salty coconut milk that you pour over it really makes it so much better. The Thai iced coffee was really good. I think usually they used condensed milk but the milk was just plain milk but they brew the coffee with a lot of sugar, like sweetened iced tea. So you don't need condensed milk. The interior is more upscale than most Thai eateries so all in all, a really enjoyable meal. Will need to come back for the cocktails!

A little unassuming from the outside with their vestibule for the winter time. I've been wanting to go here for a while, because it's small it fills up quick. As usual we sat at the bar. The restaurant is simple but has a lovely gold color scheme. The servers were all very friendly especially the bartender. The cocktail list was long with each drink drawing us in. It made it very hard to choose. The mocktails also sounded very good. We got the on the floor and the romantic butterfly cocktails. The romantic butterfly is a gin based drink and could easily be sipped on. The on the floor is a tequila drink. IMO tequila cocktails besides a margarita can be a little aggressive and hard to drink. This was so pleasant with their housemade lemonade. we skipped apps this time not because they didn't sound good but we just went straight for entrees. We got the shrimp casserole and the crying tiger steak. The shrimp casserole is served in this little casserole dish that is sizzling and uncovered in front of you. Inside is glass noodles, shrimp, and pork belly. It comes with this spicy green sauce. It definitely packs a punch that hits a little delayed. It was very good. It only had 3 shrimps and 3 really tiny pieces of pork belly so that was a bit disappointing. The crying tiger steak was delicious, the cut was a bit on the fattier side but cooked perfectly and the tamarind sauce paired with it was a great sour flavor to cut through the savory steak. I didn't get the change to ask if they have HH because I definitely want to go back for more cocktails and to try something different.

Tried this place for the second time. The staff was very friendly and the place was quiet. Had one of the Tom yum soups which was supposed to be seafood, but was mainly calamari that was overcooked for my taste. One of the waitresses coughed into her hand at the counter and then proceeded to bring us water from right at the counter and food. The service was very friendly, but not the best experience with the food and cleanliness .

A trip to New York wouldn't be complete without visiting Prode Thai restaurant. The food they serve is among the best I've had in the city. Today, I enjoyed their Pad Thai, Larb, grilled pork, steamed fish with lime sauce, and baked glass noodles with shrimp. Each dish was prepared and seasoned perfectly, making me feel like I was dining in Thailand. Their service was excellent, with friendly staff. I'm glad I was able to fit this visit into my schedule, as always.

First i want to say this place is so cute!! Even though it is small, its very clean and cute inside with a modern aesthetic. The server and waitresses greeted us immediately and we were able to pick our seat. For appetizer we got the fried calamari and WOWWWWWWW OMG the pink sauce and sweet sauce was amazing and to die for!!! We devoured it all. For entree we got the duck pad Thai & wow again!! The duck was amazing and soft, lots of flavor and the skin was delicious!!! The pad Thai itself was so yummy. We love a good pad Thai - it tasted so authentic we were so glad we ordered it. We also got massaman curry with braised beef and wow the sauce on white rice was just spectacular. The potatoes were so soft and cooked just right. My drink, lychee lemonade was amazing and tasted so good, i loved that there's a little purple to add to make it pretty. The dessert we got was a sweet black rice, red bean (i think) type dessert with option to chose vanilla icecream or ube - of course i chose ube!!! I believe the white drizzle is a condensed milk type sweetener and it was amazing. Will definitely drive from Long Island to eat here again!!

More like 3.5. Came here with a Friday 7p reservation made through Yelp and the place wasn't too packed. My table for 4 was really tight - the space between the table next to us was nonexistent. I couldn't get through without touching the people next to us. The place is nicely decorated inside though! My overall experience was ok. Food here was good and the staff were all very attentive but I felt VERY rushed. We order 3 apps & 4 entrée to share along with some drinks and we were in and out within 40mins... Different waitress and waiters would walk by asking the same questions several times. Entrees came out before the apps and we had to scramble to get the last few pieces of food when they asked if we were finished. I just felt very overwhelmed. I read another person's comment here afterwards that they were given a 90min time limit. We didn't get that warning though I definitely felt it. We ordered papaya salad, fried calamari (this was meh), and grilled pork jowl (this was pretty good) for apps. For entrée we ordered green curry, pad thai, drunken noodle, and veggie delight which were all good. Food is priced on the higher side. Not sure if I would recommend coming during peak hours unless you want to pay a premium to inhale your food and to be rushed out.

My experience was just average here. Came here for a friend's birthday dinner on a Friday night, we made a reservation at 7pm for a party of 6 and they won't seat you until your full party is here. Street parking nearby is a bit hard to find so budget in 5-10 minutes additional for that before your reserved time. The place is small so it gets filled up quickly, seems like a popular spot. The food was average, wasn't too impressed with what we got. We asked for some recommendations and they all came out just alright. For appetizers we got Grilled Squid and Grilled Pork Jowl, both were fine, their portion was good for sharing. We also got a Basil Tom Yum Soup (seafood flavored) and that was pretty spicy. Noodles were not recommended as their speciality but they taste decent. Drunken noodle shrimp was better than the one with duck (came out kinda dry and not that flavorful). Shrimp pad thai was fine too. Got a Snowflakes Fish and I'm not really sure I understand the fish and veggie style combo... it's like Korean BBQ style but it's just not the same, probably too much uncooked veggies on the side and some random noodles that we didn't know what to do (this was their version of the Korean BBQ style wrap) - not that great and skippable, I'd recommend trying something else, saw some other fried fish that looked better. Green Curry was okay too. Drinks were pretty, Thai iced tea came unmixed so you could pour in the milk yourself, which was fine and the Lychee Lemonade with Butterfly Pea was pretty, I'd recommend getting that out of the 2 choices. We also tried their dessert, Bi Go Moi, some sticky rice with ice cream - not what I like, had a salty taste in maybe the cream or something that felt a bit weird to me. Overall I wasn't too impressed by the food or the experience here. It's probably a place I'd go once to try it out. They did have a 90-minute time limit which they told us when we got seated, but we were still eating when the time was up around 8:30 and they let us stay since it wasn't too busy then (plus we ordered a lot).

Top tier Thai with great atmosphere and better service. Local street meter parking a bit difficult at times before 7pm but don't let that deter you. This establishment is a must visit and I've been here 3 times already so shame on myself for not leaving a well deserved review sooner. All dishes are sizable also very reasonably priced. Bottom line is, Prode is darn delicious.

Chicken pad Thai was a nice savory/sweet dish. Not too peanuty. Def saucy but enjoyable. Ambiance is upscale in appearance, good for a date and bathroom is super clean! Service was quick and speedy given that the place is small and food is made to order! Gotta come back and try the drinks next time

This is a new restaurant with great Thai food. Service was good and attentive. The decor is pretty. Started with the coconut drink and loved that it came with pulp. Got the calamari, papaya salad, the shrimp rolls, and chicken wings. Chicken wings were fried and salted well. Papaya salad was tangy and great. Not a fan of the calamari or shrimp rolls. They were average. We got the spicy basil fried rice, crab meat fried rice, three spice fish, prawn chili dish, and drunken noodles. The rice dishes were well done. The crab meat rice did not smell fishy and tasted great. The prawn chili was alright. Didn't look like it was prawn. I loved the fish! Normally don't enjoy fish dishes like this but it was well done and full of flavor. My favorite was the drunken noodles. Tasted spicy and the noodles were amazing. I would go back just for the drunken noodles. We did family style to share. I wish the plates we ate on were bigger. It was hard to eat on them. I recommend this place for a cute place to go with family.

Ambiance: cute little, recently opened Thai restaurant in little neck. Restaurant is not very big, but overall extremely cozy and clean. There's a lot of warm lighting to set the mood for a vibey meal. We came around 8 pm on a Thursday night and though busy, wasn't packed. Food: excellent food! The food steals the show here. We ordered peanut dumplings, shake fries, pad Thai and basil sautéed. The peanut dumplings were well crafted, with a semi sweet peanut filling. Honestly haven't had this before at any other Thai restaurant so was pleasantly surprised! The shake fries were a hint; essentially just normal fries but seasoned with a thai chili and lime powder fries. It comes with a creamy sauce that is a nice complement. The pad Thai and basil sautéed were also fantastic. Pad Thai was a great blend of savory and semi sweet with food portions of topics. The basil sautéed with beef was delicious, tender beef and strong flavors of dark soy sauce and basil. We didn't order any drinks but they drink menu and cocktails looks enticing! Service: very fast and polite service! No complaints. Our food came out within 20 minutes. Worth it factor: 10/10! Great little neighborhood, locally owned spot.

This is a great spot for Thai food, especially in the great neck/little neck area. They have authentic Thai dishes such as larb. We ordered Larb Gai which is so refreshing with mint and lettuce to wrap the protein in. I would highly recommend trying this dish. It's salty, tangy with a hint of citrus. During the winter month, mango is not in season so mango sticky rice dessert is not available. Because of this, we ordered the sweet sticky rice with ube ice cream on top. It's not too sweet and has great texture. Definitely would return with a larger group for dinner to try their other entrees.

Came here on a rainy day and it was busy with tables filled with people. I understand why there were that many people. This place looks so modern with nice bright lightening, and mermaid plates; perfect for Instagram. The service was awesome, super attentive with small details such as changing plates and filling cups with water often. Down to the food: Papaya Salad - very good for the American food palate. It was sweeter than usual and not very spicy. I would like it spicier since it's Thai food. The Drunken Noodles with shrimp - fresh fresh noodles and snappy shrimp. The shrimps were prefect. However, it could use some extra basil. But the flavor was good. Thai fried rice - great, simple dish. It had fire wok flavor to it, which is lovely! That's all I ever ask for in a fried rice dish. Green curry - came with bone-in chicken. I didn't like this dish because of the chicken. Felt like the chicken shouldn't be with this dish. The curry itself was good with nice lemongrass flavor.

I'm incredibly happy that Little Neck has an excellent Thai spot now. This place has a decently diverse but not overwhelming menu for diners to choose from. The space is small but cozy with a nice modern feel. The food here is legit good. The grilled pork jowl and crying tiger steak were excellent and cooked perfectly. Their spicy pork rib soup was also great as was the crispy pork belly with Chinese broccoli. Service here is fast, friendly and good. They make you feel welcome and the vibe translates into the food which is very good. If I had a gripe, it would be that the spice levels are toned down a bit for the uninitiated but I could just ask them to make it spicier. Prices are fair given the quality of the food. I've been here 4 times now and have tried a fair amount of the menu. So far, not one dish I've not liked. Thumbs up.

Truly the BEST thai food in the neighborhood! The food is flavorful and authentic. This restaurant reminds me of all the good thai food in Bangkok. We ordered 3 different dishes and everything was so so delicious! I honestly have never had Thai food this good since the last time I was in Thailand. The variety on the menu is absolutely amazing as well. This is not a typical Thai restaurant where they carry only a few items that Americans would recognize. They offer many authentic Thai dishes that are hard to find in other restaurants. The service was also spectacular. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. We also love the atmosphere of this place a lot. The restaurant is new and clean and I think it is a great place for a quick date night. Truly recommend and we will definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu!

It's a comfortable dinning space. Service is good. Food is okay for a quick lunch. But it's not the authentic Thai food I was expecting. The spice is lacking in the 5 tastes elements in Thai cuisine.

New restaurant that just opened up! Came here on Columbus Day around 4 and it was empty because we were eating at an odd time. The people working there were so nice and kind. Very attentive and explained everything if needed. The food was superb. Everything tasted very delicious and fresh! And very large portions. We did not feel gross afterwards. The restaurant is very adorably decorated too. Definitely will come back to lunch specials that's everyday and bring other friends and family!

The ambiance here is super fancy, nicely decorated and very welcoming. The service is also great, as there were also not many people. We didn't have any entrees so the review is based on the appetizers we got. The calamari was crispy, flavorful, it was also not that tender. I've definitely had better. The first batch of chicken wings we had, my friend pulled it apart and it was bloody. However, they were kind enough to give us a new bath which came out cooked. The chicken was kinda dry, not much flavor. And it was overcooked. The skin was crispy though. The Thai ice tea was our fave as you could control the amount of milk you can put in. And the presentation for all the dishes were amazing.

My new favorite Thai restaurant in Queens! I came here as a party of 12 for Mother's Day and had the best time at Prode. Every dish was delicious and seasoned perfectly. The service was excellent and out waiter was constantly stopping by to clear plates and refill our waters. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and has a nice ambiance for a birthday or family dinner. Note that the restaurant is not that big so I would suggest making a reservation before hand as it is a popular spot for dinner. Standouts / Must Get - Crying Tiger Steak: Super tender rib eye that pairs well with a spicy tamarind sauce - Grilled Prawn: Fried prawns with garlic and chilis - Tom Yum Soup: Perfect balance of sour and spice and has a generous amount of seafood and mushrooms - Beef Pad Se Ew: Noodles were chewy and the beef was not dry at all! -Branzino: fish was so soft and flavorful and paired well with the sauce

I was kind of disappointed by the food here. Everything looks so delicious and plated so nicely, but none of the dishes we tried really stood out. We had the chicken wings and shrimp appetizers, crab fried rice, snapper, and chicken basket and nothing tasted terrible, but it was missing something. I hate to say it, but there's better Thai in the area.

Modern, quaint, esthetically pleasing ambiance that makes you feel like you're in the city! Restaurant is a bit small so try to go during off peak times if you don't want to wait. We went for lunch as they have a decent amount of lunch specials. Started off with Thai iced tea which came with a cute side of milk to add to the tea. I ordered the drunken noodles with shrimp and husband ordered garlic noodles with shrimp. The portions were pretty big for lunch and mine was a bit spicy which I enjoyed. The garlic noodles same with a side of sauce and the garlic flavor was just right and not overpowering. We were too full to try dessert so we'll have to come back soon! The service was also attentive as our water glass was refilled often.

Prode nails it in every aspect. The food, the cocktails, -- not only is the presentation there but the flavor is there. They have such an amazing and welcoming staff. The ambiance is also super cute. Perfect for any occasion such as dinner dates, quick lunch with the girls, or even a family dinner. I've been there several times since they opened up and I have never left dissatisfied. Prode is definitely in my top three favorite Thai places to go!

The ambiance is really nice for a date night and even for a family dinner. Went on a Friday night with two kids. I'm so glad I made reservations before hand because this place was already packed at 6:30pm. I liked that they gave kiddie utensils and plates for my kids. The waitress was a little pushy as I was just waiting for my husband to park his car. Different waitresses kept coming by asking if I was ready to order. I understand it's a full house and they were trying to get ppl's order in and out so I was kind of annoyed by that. Now onto the food: ordered the crying tiger steak, chicken pad siew yew, pad krao and an order of fries. Everything was delicious. But the price seemed a bit high. Overall, I enjoyed the meal.

I'm giving a 4 for now since I only tried two of their most basic dishes. Drunken noodles and spicy basil fried rice. We ordered them mild but I really should've gotten medium spicy. Mild literally meant no heat. The food was good, slightly better than your average Thai restaurant; ingredients are better quality. Food wasn't as greasy perhaps? Not too salty. L enjoyed the food and he doesn't really care for Thai. I need to go back and try more things before I can fully review this place.

Their foods are so great and delicious. I would have rated them as 5 stars because the services during the whole meal was excellent. But, but! Unfortunately, at the end of the dinner one of the waitress asked for cleaned our table and her face means we gotta check out and leave because they had other customers waited for table. That's my first time there, she was embarrassing us so bad. I will not go there again.

Really cute Thai restaurant and helpful staff. The fish here were really good we tried both the Branzino and Salmon. This place is a more mild version of other Thai places where the flavors weren't as strong if you prefer that and don't like super strong spices.

Love the decor. Small spot. Poured my own milk for Thai ice tea. It amazed me although too much leftover ice. Sat near the door so my child was entertained by the passing cars and people. They had a cute kid plate for her and her own water straw cup. Service was good and we weren't rushed to leave. Glad we came when it opened because by the time 12pm rolled around on a weekend the entire place was full with some people waiting. We ordered pretty basic dishes for our first time. Husband had drunken noodle medium spicy. I ate a bite and it seemed extra spicy to me but that's obviously because I have no spice tolerance i ordered the pad see ew with shrimp and it was very flavorful and had a decent amount of shrimp. Noodles were soft. It was nice that they had lunch specials everyday except for holidays. I would definitely be back to try the other dishes.

Excellent modernized Thai food - we had the grilled pork jowl, Tom kha ghai, crying tiger steak, and the whole fish (red snapper) with lemongrass. The presentations were all beautiful and everything was quite delicious. The aesthetic of the restaurant itself is incredible - lush, modern but still very Thai royalty-esque . Will return!

This place is by far the best Thai food on the North Shore. By far! I live East Asian food in general, and I've eaten at every local spot. Decor is brand new and lovely, staff is friendly and high service, but the food is absolutely fantastic and totally authentic. Absolutely nothing compromised on ingredients or preparation. I'd recommend this place to anyone within 20-30 minutes drive. if you like authentic Thai food or east Asian food in general, you cannot miss this.

Pork jowl was really good and papaya salad! Also had their fried fish. Wish they had better heating insulation, was very cold today. Service was good, but wish they gave us the steak medium rare. It was well done instead of medium rare

This place is an absolute gem. Upon walking in, you can tell how much attention and detail was put into the interior of this restaurant. Such a sleek vibe. The food and drinks here are 10/10. The fried calamari was out of this world. The lychee cocktails are also a must. My favorite dish was the beef massaman dish that was loaded with flavor. I'll certainly be coming back here often. I just wish the place was bigger with more room to hang out by the bar.

I was drawn to the ambience but returned for the delicious food and warm service. They have such a wide range of offerings I could order every day of the week and never have the same meal twice. A lover of seafood I made a beeline for their snowflake fish which did not disappoint. The freshest fish I've had outside of Thailand. The fried calamari was a wonderful balance of crisp yet soft. Beef pad see eww is to die for. Highly recommend their cocktails - please try their lychee rose!! Tied the evening off with a black sticky rice with ube icecream and salted coconut milk dessert. Delicious! Five stars is not enough

Highly recommending this place! Clean! Nice atmosphere! Friendly staffs! Delicious food! Everything was great! Love it. Definitely returning for other dishes!

Quaint hole in the wall restaurant. Hubby and I enjoyed our meal. Staff were pleasant. Will definitely come back.

Prode gets a 3. The ambiance, interior, service are definitely where the most attention has gone in running this restaurant. That's great- but the food could use some real work. The grilled half chicken was kind of dry and rubbery. The fish had a strong taste of not being fresh, the skin wasn't crispy (more tasted like leather, it was tough and scales still all over it). The lettuce was not fresh, and vermicelli noodles were overcooked and soggy. I think the only parts that worked here were the sauces, which definitely did the heavy lifting. I think Prode would be great if they just shifted more focus on the quality of their food rather than the more superficial things!

New Thai place in Little Neck. It was packed on Friday night. All of the table and bat table were seated. Decor was nice. Service was also very attentive. They picked up the plates right away. Grilled squid. Probably the best dish of the evening. Sauce is delicious. I have high hope after eating this appetizer. Chicken Pad see Ew. This is just average. It lacked favor. I will say the Pad See Ew from Kind taste better. Tiger eye steak. This is horrible. Chewy, and hard. The first time I had this dish was at Zaab Zaab, and that was delicious. My wife and kids doesn't want to eat this. I had to finish it. Mango fish. I was looking forward to this dish as it was featured in Eater. It is very flavorable, both spicy and sour from lime juice. I think this dish is actually pretty good.
