First time…modern urban vibe to enjoy coffee and get some work done! Loved the upstairs balcony area with comfy seating, large windows, 4 story high ceiling, and nice decor. Brewed drip coffee was a nice blend and pumpkin muffin was also very good. Will be back!

Overall, fun spot for coffee and/or a quick bite to eat. I haven’t tried any of their cocktails yet so I may have to update this review if I do in the future. I’ve only visited a few times but I wanted to leave a review in case it’s helpful for others. I’ve mostly tried their various coffee offerings and all have been good. Nothing stood out as amazing but my go-to has been the Flash-chilled Iced Coffee. I appreciate that it comes with refills (as does their house roasted coffee). For the atmosphere, the first floor is great for meeting with people but can be rough for calls. If I need to be on a call, I’ll go to the second floor or step outside. However, with summer near, the outside option may not work as well. Only downside I’ve experienced here is the bathroom situation. There are only two of them from what I’ve seen and there is almost always a line, even when it doesn’t seem as busy. I think the building must share the bathrooms. Anyway, if you visit, I hope you enjoy!!

Most beautiful coffee shop I've ever been to! Friendly staff, great music, and incredibly unique food and beverages. So many housemade syrups and flavors! I was so thrilled to see the gluten-free waffles as a special!

The place is great for catching up on work or studying since it is not too loud and there’s plenty of room with tables and chairs. I had the smoked salmon bagel and requested to replace the bagel with sour dough bread, it was so delicious and fulfilling! They had plenty of options and the prices were great. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Will be coming here again!

A wonderful, clean, atmospheric coffee and tea shop. There are two levels, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Very bright and very welcoming. Great tasting drinks, lots of napkins and free sugar, and a chill place to meet, study, etc.

This place was STUNNING! If you love a clean coffee shop overrun with plants, this is for you. A horticultural coffee lover's dream. The avocado toast with hot honey was 🔥. And for a good pick me up coffee alternative, try something refreshing like a Sonoran Squeeze. Quenched the thirst on a hot day and the fizz of the ginger beer gave a nice little kick to it. Definitely will come back to try other offerings!

Great food, chill vibe and friendly service. I had the avocado toast with a soft scrambled egg and it was really good. Also had a sparkling ginger drink which was also really good. Was a little pricey but taste was good. Will definitely visit again.

I visited Provision to work remotely today as I had heard good things. The atmosphere and appearance of the building is aesthetically pleasing from the outside & even more beautiful inside. It is 2 story with ample seating on both levels. My only complaints: - unreliable internet connectivity (I wound up having to use my phone’s hotspot after several attempts to use the WiFi available) - lack of outlets in independent areas (there are plenty at community tables but I couldn’t find one in any independent space upstairs) - the temperature inside could have been cooler - it gets a little noisy as well, but AirPods generally take care of that The service was great, my order was taken & fulfilled quickly. They hand out a buzzing disc that alerts you when your order is ready to be picked up at the counter. It’s honestly a really good way to keep the front from filling up with people waiting and allows you to go snag a spot while you wait. I had an iced chai-oatmilk latte and it was delicious. I also tried the avocado toast which was a little on the salty side, but super flavorful. The avocado was perfectly ripe & the Noble bread was so good. The hot honey was my favorite part. I stayed for almost 4 hours, hosted a Teams meeting toward the end. I would 100% come back for the food/drinks and to hang out or meet someone. As far as working, I think the concept exists but many elements could use improvements.

This is a beautiful space with decent amount of seating - known for being two stories with lots of natural lighting and beautiful plants/plant wall. However it is always so busy, so you kind of have to run if you see an open spot. I think you're paying for the spot itself because the very expensive $10 matcha latte I had was just okay. I'm not sure on their coffees, maybe I just ordered the wrong item. It was a nice time to catch up with friends after we got a good spot upstairs! Decent parking lot as well!

Provision is easily one of my favorite coffee spots in Phoenix. The coffee is excellent, expertly brewed, and always consistent. I love that they rotate unique specials, which keeps each visit a little different. The space has a clean, modern vibe that works well for both relaxing and studying. Just note that seating can be a bit tight and it gets loud during peak hours. The food isn't anything fancy, but it's solid and pairs nicely with the drinks. All in all, a go-to spot for high-quality coffee and a laid-back atmosphere

One of my fave coffee spots! Their green wall is iconic and I love the natural lighting into their building. They make my fave coffee just right (honey oatmilk latte). The matcha latte is just okay, I probably won't get it again.

This place has great vibes. It's two stories inside but there's not enough seating on the weekends. It can also get pretty hot from all the people inside. The danish and drink cost $20 but I think overall it's a great place to meet and chat with others. I like how tall/spacious the ceiling is and the decor is so cute.

I've really enjoyed my two visits here and plan to come back I love how much seating they have, especially the second level. My friend and I came here enjoyed some drinks and read a book. It was mid week in the afternoon. We both loved our shakerato. A perfect balance of coffee and yummy flavor, not too sweet. Don't use a straw tho. Lol My protein bowl was pretty good for a coffee shop. I think a bit more sauce is needed because it got kind of dry and just slightly more seasoning on the veges but again pleasantly surprised for a coffee shop. Service was friendly and helpful. You can read there, do work, meet a friend, a date. It does get busy. Ample parking They have other events that go on there. We saw a mentalist/magician there. Fun. They also have a bingo and trivia there. So overall just a lot to offer.

This is the most beautiful and well designed coffee shop I have ever been! I feel like I'm in a green house upon entry. I love how the place is decorated with greenery. There's an upstairs and downstairs so it's very spacious. I wasn't sure what to expect when it came to the menu but I love the options of drinks, coffee, and food. Everything I tried was soo tasty as well. By far THE BEST espresso martini I have ever had. This place is perfect for a business meeting, work from home area, place to just sit and read, or just meet up with a friend for a quick brunch.

This place is one of the most beautiful coffee shops I've ever been to, and definitely is the most beautiful in Phoenix. The two story design is very unique. The food and drinks are good and worth having. The service is quick but the employees don't seem very kind. I do appreciate a little more kindness and people that are more welcoming than what we have here.

Such a cute cafe in Phoenix. We loved both the Matcha latte and the lavender latte. Food was great too, light and good quality. Service was fast even on a busy Saturday morning!

Beautiful interior with a unique two story setup and seating. The service was fine, they weren't overly friendly but got the job done. Prices were a bit high for the drinks that were delivered. Ordered a coffee and a tea. I found the quality of the drinks to be average, nothing special to write home about.

Suuuper cute. Love all the open space, light and plants! Haven't tried the drinks, but had the quiche Lorraine and it was so tasty! The arugula salad was very good too, not bitter, nice seasoning/dressing - and I love that they use noble bread, bagelfeld, Chula seafood, and chaconne, just knowing those are their vendors has me excited to come back!

Such a cool spot for a coffee, breakfast /lunch, and study spot! Three stories of solid floor-to-ceiling glass for maximum sunlight and good natural vibes! The plant wall and greenery throughout is icing on the cake! And the wall murals are a perfect touch. The menu isn't too complex but has a good selection of food and coffee/espresso/tea offerings to satisfy. Brunch is sold all day. You order and pay at the counter and get a buzzer that goes off to pick up your food. I tried a Matcha Latte and Breakfast Burrito with added turkey sausage. I enjoyed my cold matcha. This joint sweetens their drinks with raw local honey, which was a nice change up from a pump or simple syrup. My Burrito was wonderful! Tightly compacted and rolled, all the ingredients stood out on their own, yet melded perfectly! It was stuffed, too; I easily got two meals out of that sucker. I'm sure Provision will be a go-to stop when I'm in town; my niece loves the general atmosphere while working on her papers. Plenty of free parking, staff was polite and food was prepared really good. Two thumbs up!

Loved this place! This has been on my radar for awhile now and I enjoyed coming here tonight. They are open to 9pm so it's great if you need to get in some work in the evening. I came in here around 4pm and had some reading to do and this is a beautiful space to read and relax and enjoy the environment. I had a matcha latte with oat milk and it was delicious! I sat on the 2nd floor and got quite a bit of reading done and also just loved the beautiful space with ceiling high windows so this place gets great sunlight! Ample parking lot, restrooms available and with wifi. Lots of students were here working also. I'll definitely be back to hang out again soon! They have bingo nights and trivia nights too and would love to join for that!

I realllllllly love the ambiance in here! It's so bright and cozy! I tried the honey lavender latte along with a chocolate croissant, guava donut and coffee cake muffin. The chocolate croissant was soooooooo well done!!! Almost exactly what you'd get in a bakery in Paris (I'd know...I grew up there). Beautiful space! I got the special iced coffee and my partner got a cocktail grapefruit drink. We got the quiche to share which is from JL patisserie (very good bakery) and we put some Tabasco on it. I'll be back to also get some work done but it was packed on a Saturday!

Got an espresso this time and it was delicious. Comes with a side of sparkling water. WiFi on weekdays. A lot of people looking for outlets - only at certain tables. Beautiful space!

Beautiful interior , but not the best coffee . It's really like drinking sugar milk with a little espresso and pretty overpriced at 9.00 for a small iced latte . Gave it four stars for the unique vibes and friendly service . The food looked good but didn't try.

Now this is a VIBE. Plants and coffee!!! The music sets the mood. I ordered a lavender earl grey tea with oat milk. Great quality tea Service was so helpful. Caden is such an asset to this team!! Sweet soul.

I loveee the ambiance here! It's a really really cool place, I love the plant/greenhouse vibe. They have some great coffees, options for food, and overall pretty quick service. My only critique, is it was very very packed when I arrived. I understand it's the middle of the week and a lot of people come here, because why wouldn't you, but I'd say it's not really that ideal for working as it is very loud. I think the concrete causes it to reverberate more noise inside. Other than that, I would love to come here and just relax and meet with friends. Definitely check out Provision!

It must be good for the line to be out the door the way it was. But overall, this spot has a nice vibe, very nice service, chill atmosphere, although busy. A variety of patrons kept it busy on this Sunday. Friends gathering, study partners, Sunday brunch, my gf and I enjoyed some of their seasonal coffees, hot, because we wanted to get the full flavor and visual experience and we were not disappointed. They give you vibrating light up plate to come back and get your order when it's ready. It's that busy, and also loud-ish. Has two floors, it was jam packed too so we got lucky to find a table. Seemed troublesome as folks grabbed their food, they walked around carrying their plates to find a table. That I was not a fan of but, I mean, it was really good so I get it. We split a breakfast salmon/lox, a cinnamon roll baguette thing and our coffees. Was all delightful. Would try to come again not on a Sunday at 11:30am.

Great coffee and food. Ordered a cortado and a cold brew plus a protein bowl. All were excellent.

Absolutely a great place to work and hang out. Unique drinks, aa bar if you partake, and a bit of food and pastries. My first time here was today. I recommend the Sparkling Iced Green Tea (not a coffee or alcohol drinker so no opinion there). The guava donut was fresh and just the right flavor balance. Lots of scenic indoor seating. Two levels with a variety of table types. Work and chat among the lush plant life and nature focused wall paint. Who takes care of all these plants? They are so health! There is some outdoor seating in the back. One is hard pressed not to find a seat. Music is pleasant and at a great volume to enjoy and still have a nice conversation at normal tones.

Spent a few hours here on a Tuesday. Overall, 4 out of 5 for the beautiful vibes, yummy cortado, and kind staff. I think I prefer this spot for catching up with friends rather than spending time here to get work done due to the wobbly tables and inconsistent internet. My pros and cons listed below! Pros - Beautiful ambiance with plants, natural light, open design - Tons of parking available - Variety of table styles (booths, bar seating, tall tables, bistro-style tables, cozy lounge chairs) - Plenty of power outlets - Great food (breakfast, sandwiches, pizza, and dessert) and drink (coffee shop drinks as well as cocktail bar drinks) options. I recommend the cortado and pizza! - Staff is friendly and quick clean tables Cons - Price point. Ended up spending almost $50 on two food items and two cafe drinks. - Wobbly tables - I've sat at three different style tables and every single one was wobbly - Inconsistent internet. A few nearby customers had this issue too. - Gets quite crowded which can be distracting as well as difficult to get a good spot to work at

A nice place to catch up with friends or do some work. They have a ton of seating which is really nice. We came on a busy afternoon and didn't have to wait for a table. I got their savory breakfast quiche, which was really light, fluffy, and yummy! My boyfriend got the breakfast burrito which he enjoyed. He also got a latte that he was very pleased with, and he's a bit of a coffee snob.

Forget coffee , let's talk about cocktails baby. They've got a full bar!! Let's cover some basics : 1. EVERY DRINK IVE EVER ORDERED IS PHENOMENAL! 2. Bartend David is a creative genius when it comes to creating cocktails. He's hand crafted several for us, they're OuT oF tHiS WoRlD! My personal fav: best Espresso Martini EVER!! 3. Bar service is 5/5, David's service is outstanding, he seeks to find out what you like, and will craft a cocktail around that. That's a rare talent. BONUS: The tasty popcorn w garnish at the bar. 4. The drink prices are on point! Value intersects with quality. Want beer? No prob, they've got a great craft beer selection! The only bummer is the recent hour change : closing at 5:30PM. There's great potential for longer bar hours. Provisions is open and airy, yet intimate at the same time. Parking is more than adequate, and easy peasy. This is the type of high quality bar this area needs, and wants.

Wow provisions is next level coffee shop. Beautiful. Jaw dropping nice. 2 beautiful levels. Did I say beautiful? Also got cocktails. Coffee is good. I just wish they made more of the syrups themselves. But holy kakow is pretty good. But at this caliber it could be so much better. Food is pretty great also

Gorgeous plant wall! Inspiration for future interior design :) As other reviewers stated, Provision is a little higher price point than similar coffee shops nearby. But I got a little more of a restaurant vibe than a coffee shop and didn't mind paying a few dollars extra because the quality was fantastic! Tried the steak sandwich and breakfast burrito both deconstructed to keep my meal GF and they were very willing to accommodate the request. The coffee was delicious, the steak was so tender, and the GF peanut butter cookie was so moist and squishy and delicious with the perfect salty sprinkle garnish. Will definitely be back!

Not sure why this place has any negative reviews. Today was my first time trying Provision and this place is solid. Coffee tasted amazing, extremely friendly workers, super clean, cozy and spacious place to work/ study. I asked the barista for a recommendation on the coffee and he highly recommended the lavender coffee (which I wasn't sure if I would like the combo), but he reassured me that they can make another beverage if I didn't like it. I was very pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the lavender iced coffee. Very peaceful environment and I appreciate that this place doesn't blast music like some other coffee shops across the valley. I look forward to going back to try more items from their menu. Only downside is the cost... but welcome to central Phoenix!

So happy my friend introduced me to this place! It's located in a weird building that looks like apartments or like a gym or something, but inside it's adorable. There's lovely paintings, tons and tons of plants, and other decorations. The iced coffee I got was pretty good. The banana bread was a little dry so I'd probably pass next time. My veggie breakfast burrito was really good. Not sure what kind of plant based meat they use but it was very tasty. Later on I also ordered an iced tea which was unsweetened and refreshing. The workers did their job. Nothing special. Overall, would definitely like to return sometime!

I would highly recommend the coffee drinks here! My favorite is the honey lavender latte! The coffee came out fast and I love their new location on 7th and Missouri - it's very pretty with lots of different places to sit and gather! I didn't love the pastries this time around - I tried the banana bread muffin and the oatmeal, apple chocolate chip cookies and they both tasted sour? I'm not sure if it was a bad batch of something but I took one bite and had to throw the rest away :( The pastry experience was the first bad one I've had in all my times trying and coming to Provision and they do have some of my favorite coffee in the Phoenix area! Worth the try!

This place was the perfect spot for a quick coffee and breakfast after an early morning hike! Not too busy on a Monday at 830a (it was also Memorial Day though). The esthetics are great and really create a chill atmosphere. I tried the avocado toast with scrambled eggs and the habanero mocha (iced). The eggs were so fluffy and buttery, and the addition of the Mike's hot honey on the avocado toast was perfect! The mocha drink was great too, not at all spicy! My husband got the smoked salmon bagel which was also delicious! I can't wait to come back soon!

My sisters and I came here after going to the Uptown Farmers Market. We heard that Provision sources from local vendors (and it was way too hot to stand in the Noble Bread line at the market). From the outside, it's a little unassuming; just a white building. It's attached to the Link Uptown, a commercial space. As soon as you walk in, your eyes automatically draw upwards to the absolutely beautiful plant wall. It offers such a sustainable and zen vibe. I ordered the Bagel Sandwich and it was delicious. I love that they used Tillamook cheese and the buttermilk brioche bun. The combination of the hot honey and sun dried tomato aioli gave the sandwich such a nice flavor profile. I also got the flash chilled iced coffee and it was nice and smooth, but it was taking away from for sandwich, so I drank the water with my meal and drank the coffee after. I also didn't see they had chai and would've chosen that over the iced coffee. We sat on the main level which was busy and gets a little crowded. We wanted to sit upstairs where there were booths but single people with laptops took them up (which is just coffee shop etiquette not to take up a 4-6 seater table with just one person). They use a vibrating flashing pager for when your order is ready, which alleviates that pick up counter traffic jam and need to people to pester the staff about which one is theirs. They also have gender neutral bathrooms and a dog friendly patio.

In my quest to find the perfect coffee shop, I gave provision a try today. I think I might've found it! The perfect location for coffee! It's bright and airy and full of plants but best of all - the coffee is excellent.

Drove out to Phoenix to meet up with some friends at this coffee shop, and it did not disappoint! There's a parking lot out front with tons of parking, so parking your car here isn't an issue. When you walk inside, the place is super bright and welcoming due to the ceiling high windows and beautiful plants. The place is two stories, and although there are a lot of seats, this place was pretty crowded on a weekday so seating was limited, especially if you wanted a seat next to an outlet. I didn't get a chance to try any drinks, but I did order the pepperoni flatbread, and it was delicious! I look forward to coming here again

I saw this place on Tiktok and drove from North Phoenix to try it out! The place is very beautiful inside with all the plants and upper levels. It has a very modern feel. An environment that says, "I'm fancy and smart". I love it. The coffee was warm first but they made me a fresh pot and it was delicious. Black coffee drinkers rejoice.

I have always wanted to try this place and I was so happy to be in the area! It is absolutely gorgeous inside! It has two levels of workspace and it is so incredibly well designed. I wish so badly the service and the coffee matched! I was honestly so disappointed. The service was lacking, when we ordered the cashier seemed to be having a bad day and was almost rude. Even when I ordered my cortado she questioned me about making sure I knew what that was. I'm from Miami and definitely know what a cuban cortado is. It was a little odd they we ordered a cheese danish for my daughter that was $9 and it came covered in veggies and we had to return it. I wondered if she saw it was for our young daughter that she was oils mention it was covered in tomatoes and onions. What a bummer! Veggies and tomatoes on dessert?! Eek then we got to the coffee....we ordered it with oat milk and it was so thick. My husbands iced white mocha latte was so milky and barely had any coffee in it we ended up tossing it, neither one of us could stomach it and I'm not picky with coffee, I'll drink anything. It just tased like milk. My daughters latte was the same the oatmilk they use us so thick it was not palatable and the coffee was tart. I was thankful for my little cortado but it was also so sour it was a creme brûlée special they had and it sounded delicious. The coffee was just not good. The only one of us who liked they drink was our daughter who ordered the strawberry matcha but the milk was still really thick in there. We were all so sad because it was the cutest spot!

Obsessed with the interior of this place!! Not going to lie, I discovered this place from an instagram post and I'm so happy I finally had time to check it out! It's bright and whimsy inside, with lots of space on both the first and second floor to enjoy your beverage and food of choice. Most people were either working on a laptop or having a work meeting, but there were a few couples and families there as well. They did have two high chairs available, which I thought was unique for a coffee shop! I ordered the Tahitian vanilla latte, which was a perfect mix of espresso and flavoring, and the quiche Lorraine with spiced potatoes. The food was alright, although slightly dry and could have probably used some sort of sauce to go with it. Their baked goods looked incredible, I'll have to go back to try one soon. I thought it was nice that they also had GF and V options too!

Provision has a nice aesthetic and friendly service, but unfortunately, it didn't meet expectations. The drink was disappointing, and the place felt overcrowded with uncomfortable seating. For the price, it didn't offer enough to justify a return visit.

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile and my husband and I were finally in the area. I've seen so many pictures of the two story and plant wall. It's really pretty when you walk in but note your average small little coffee shop. They had beers on tap and lots of different food and alcoholic drinks. I got the honey lavender latte which was yummy and my husband got a cappuccino which he said was good as well! We couldn't sit inside because we had our dog so we sat on the back patio but it was very busy in there. We'll be back to try some food items and sit inside next time

Such a great atmosphere with the plants, big windows & natural light, and multiple stories and areas to enjoy your coffee! We tried seasonal items that were smooth and refreshing, and a perfect mid-day pick me up. Staff was friendly & helpful & welcoming!

My friend and I found this place on social media and decided to pop in on Sunday morning. It was pretty busy at 10am but is very serene inside with the decor and openness. We ordered an iced dirty chai latte with oatmilk and a matcha latte with oatmilk. Our drinks were refreshing and tasted great. For food, I opted for their breakfast burrito with added chorizo and it was so so good!! It had a hefty portion filled into that burrito with potatoes, black beans, avocado, chorizo, eggs, and it came with a flavorful yet a hint of spice habanero salsa. My friend ordered their pepperoni flatbread which tasted great and left her full. We both couldn't finish our meals but left satisfied. Will most definitely be back to try more of their coffee and their food. Only caveat was limited seating.

This Place Is Awesome! It's Located Within A Multi-Level Work Space, Their Brunch Menu Is Absolutely Delicious. The Menu Isn't Large But The Items Are Really Great. They Offer A Variety Of Healthy Drink Options As Well As Adult Beverages. Their Staff Is Polite & Welcoming And Provide Awesome Customer Service!

Ventured to a new coffee spot that I've been seeing all over IG. Not sure of the best time to check this place out as I have a feeling they stay busy. The 2nd floor is relatively small but offers 3 comfy and spacious booths. The opposite wall is lined with plants. Seems like good spot to get some work done if you're tired of being in the office and want a different view. Downstairs are several tables. The bar was pretty open Coffee was solid I got a caramel latte I thoroughly enjoyed my lox bagel and opted for an everything bagel. They had a few bagel options of plain, and jalapeño. My friend got a breakfast sandwich which is one of their most popular items and said the flavor was spot on I'm looking forward to when they open their hours towards more of a cocktail hours I would definitely try again

Came here early to work. It gets really crowded after lunch time on a weekday so the morning start helped get us great seats upstairs! Unfortunately, they lacked in outlets, which made it difficult to work with. Also, the WiFi didn't seem very safe, we got multiple warnings from our work laptops. Other than that, this place is famous for its ambiance. The beautiful decor and architecture feels modern and open. The plant wall offers a more organic contrast to the warehouse vibes. I also like that there's no loud music playing like many coffeehouses, which allows for better conversation and focus. The coffee was great! The flavors were welll done. I would totally come again!
