The atmosphere is exceptional! The mix of lush greenery and the blue sky through huge windows creates the perfect vibe. The food is also incredible and clearly high-quality. If you want both vibe and taste, this is the place. Highly recommend!

The food was really good, and the coffee was great as well. The atmosphere is amazing, and they offer a variety of options, including food, pastries, and plenty of draft beer. It's a fantastic place to study or get work done, with both downstairs and upstairs seating available. The service was good too--everyone was very friendly.

Came here for breakfast and coffee. The espresso was made perfectly, I was impressed by the quality of the food and breakfast options as well. There were plenty of vegan and gluten free options as well including bakery. The staff was refreshingly friendly and helpful compared to other experiences I’ve had in the area. The atmosphere was gorgeous with lots of seating options, would be a perfect place to get work done. Will definitely be back to try the cocktails.

came around 11am so the place was quite busy and i was lucky enough to find a place to sit. very beautiful place, but can be a little bit more on the expensive side. got a honey lavender latte and butter croissant for $20. this place does have wifi but for me it was slow and kept disconnecting, i do think it worked fine for the other people that were there. from what i observed too, the place doesn't have that many outlets so if you do plan to study/work here make sure your devices are charged :)

Great food and drinks. Truly handcrafted beverages with such a unique menu, there’s something for everyone here. This specific location is a stunning two story coffee lounge in the middle of two office buildings with that being said seating is hard to find sometimes. I would recommend coming as early as possible. Larger groups would be hard to accommodate. But the amount of lighting from a wall of just windows and tons of plants makes this a must hit spot to do some work

this place is a 10/10! i’m not sure why the bad reviews are saying otherwise? the set up is so calming and cute, so perfect for getting work done or hanging out with friends. staff were so kind as well and were holding a conversation with me even during peak hours. overall cleanliness is 9/10, i would suggest staff to do hourly wiping of the tables when they see tables are not occupied. other than that the place is perfect i really enjoyed my time there!

We are first timers. We came on a Sunday afternoon. The place was a little difficult to find - there isn't a large sign to be easily seen from the road. Once inside it's very spacious and has two levels of seating area. They were friendly and quick to make our drinks. I got the honey lavender latte. The coffee is strong and flavorful.

I was reeled into this place because it was painted all over people's Instagram stories so I knew I had to give it a shot myself. I was immediately impressed by the high ceilings and beautiful plants. Their iconic entrance is even better in person. I appreciate that there are 2 stories and a good amount of seating on both floors. There's also some seating outdoors. The place itself is a great spot to work, study, or hang out with friends. There are high chairs, normal chairs, and booths to choose from which is nice as someone who is oddly picky with seating. They also have outlets! In terms of food and service, I'm not well versed with coffee so I didn't know what to get and asked some questions. The cashier didn't have a very welcoming attitude towards me after that. The price is on the higher end as well for coffee that didn't leave a significant impression on me.

Perhaps one of the coolest coffee shops I've ever been to!! It's crazy l how much Phoenix has changed since I left 8 years ago and I would never expected finding a coffee shop in commercial office building. The vibe and the interior of this place is insane and I wish it would have been there when I just used to live minutes away in this great neighborhood!

This is a beautiful place to start your day! The high ceilings and window-wall brings in so much natural light. The murals inside and greenery add to the natural setting. You can feel the energy and effort the proprietor put into the having the perfect ambience. We came on a Saturday afternoon and inside was bustling with patrons. There's a second floor but that was full so we settled in a long communal table in the center. You order at the counter (there a baked goods in the display case) and get a round buzzer to pick up at the other end. We ordered a Habanero mocha and a honey lavender latte with oat milk. The temp of the latte could've been hotter but the sweetness and spice was well balanced. The habanero mocha had a slight kick but not overpowering so don't let the name intimidate you.

I love this place! It's such a beautiful shop with amazing food and unique delicious beverages. The customer service has always been on point. It's always busy but it's because the coffee is so good and it's a wonderful place to study or hang with friends while sipping on your favorite beverage. This time I got their seasonal shakerato which was tropical flavored and had coconut cream instead of heavy cream. My friend got an iced vanilla latte, but the vanilla was made with monk fruit so no sugar! She also enjoyed a quiche. This must try place is lively, fun, aesthetically pleasing and delicious

It's been a while since I've visited Provision. Finally came back this morning for coffee & brunch with hubby. Breve cappuccino, hot: 9/10. Strong and creamy Seasonal Tahitian Latte iced (espresso, coconut almond cream, Tahitian vanilla, orange bitters) made w/Pecan mylk: 7/10. Worth a try for a fun flavor combo. A bit on the sweet side. Protein bowl: 8/10. Good amount of food (I split into 2 meals). Well seasoned, different textures. Loved the pickled shallots! Avocado toast: 3/10. Bland. With so many choices in town, I would skip this unless they add some more flavors to it. Would love to see some heirloom tomato, salt, olive oil, or even pickled shallots (which the kitchen already has!) to give the dish some dimension. Chaconne seasonal fruit danish: as always, 10/10. Mark is a pastry wizard! Service was fine. Professional. Large space. We sat upstairs and enjoyed being by the plant wall.

Stopped by for the first time Thursday 8/7/25 around 2pm, parking right out front. The space is HUGE; 2 stories and connected to a members-only coworking business on the 2nd and 3rd stories, but otherwise most of the 1st and 2nd floors are available to the public/Provision customers. As it is such a large vertical space with so much natural lighting, it was a bit warm inside, I'd estimate probably 78F but I could be wrong. It definitely wasn't chilly inside. They offer everything from coffee to food to cocktails! On my visit, I was feeling snacky and tried the jalapeno flatbread (cream cheese crema, cheddar & fontina cheese, prosciutto, roasted jalapeno). I'm personally not a huge jalapeno fan but was intrigued by the other ingredients. I was able to share the dish with a friend who ate the jalapenos; the portion size was enough to satisfy a snack-craving, but it can only serve as a meal for a single person. The combination of ingredients was very tasty! Although I stopped by with a friend for a quick bite, Provision would be perfect for both socializing and getting work done. Given the ample seating, beautiful/spacious interior and natural lighting, I will definitely be back to do either of these things! Bonus: I saw flyers for Freq Club (@freqclub on Instagram) hosted here once, which is essentially a ticketed (about $20) morning coffee rave with a DJ Saturday's 9a-12p. They've since been held at other community spaces, but who knows they might return to Provision!

Provision was recommended to us as we were looking for coffee options in Phoenix. This past weekend, husband and I both ordered customized latte and I had hazelnut latte in soy milk which was very good. The service was excellent and they have a small cute merch area, was able to snag a funny sticker while I was there. Ambiance is impressive. It looks like a great hang out spot with lush plants and colorful painted walls.

Love the croissant and protein bowl, protein bowl was a little bit spicy, but the pesto and veggies were just perfect, and steaks were also good. There are lots of seats, comfortable and cozy place for chatting and using computers. Overall, a little bit pricey but food is good.

This is a beautiful space with decent amount of seating - known for being two stories with lots of natural lighting and beautiful plants/plant wall. However it is always so busy, so you kind of have to run if you see an open spot. I think you're paying for the spot itself because the very expensive $10 matcha latte I had was just okay. I'm not sure on their coffees, maybe I just ordered the wrong item. It was a nice time to catch up with friends after we got a good spot upstairs! Decent parking lot as well!

I've really enjoyed my two visits here and plan to come back I love how much seating they have, especially the second level. My friend and I came here enjoyed some drinks and read a book. It was mid week in the afternoon. We both loved our shakerato. A perfect balance of coffee and yummy flavor, not too sweet. Don't use a straw tho. Lol My protein bowl was pretty good for a coffee shop. I think a bit more sauce is needed because it got kind of dry and just slightly more seasoning on the veges but again pleasantly surprised for a coffee shop. Service was friendly and helpful. You can read there, do work, meet a friend, a date. It does get busy. Ample parking They have other events that go on there. We saw a mentalist/magician there. Fun. They also have a bingo and trivia there. So overall just a lot to offer.

I go here sometimes to get work done. I've gotten the shakerato, chai latte and a couple of the seasonal drinks. I don't go there for the drinks particularly but I love the atmosphere. There is a beautiful two story window and lots of plants. That alone is honestly what draws me to go. The drinks are pricey but honestly similar to other coffee shops in the area. Would recommend as a place to read a nice book or get some work done!

Provisions also offer multiple different types of pastries- including gluten free and vegan options. But the prices are out of my budget to come here often as my latte was $9!

I love this spot. Enjoyed the turkey sandwich as a wrap today with the sauce on the side. Delish! I preferred it with regular bread let the but still great! I ordered the cucumber feta salad on the side ands loved that with a dash of extra lime juice and salt. I didn't love the habanero jam so glad I kept that on the side. I would have liked more Brie as I didn't taste much but very generous on avocado and loved swap for romaine lettuce.

Provision is such a gem! I tried the iced honey lavender latte with oat milk and it was absolutely delicious -- smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The space is gorgeous, with very high ceilings, tons of natural light, and plants everywhere that make it feel lively and inviting. There's plenty of seating across multiple floors, so whether you want to work, hang out with friends, or just chill, it's perfect. Bonus: they also have a cocktail bar, which makes it even more fun to come back to. I was only visiting, but I would definitely return. The whole spot just feels confident, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed -- one of the best coffee experiences in Phoenix!

This is the most beautiful and well designed coffee shop I have ever been! I feel like I'm in a green house upon entry. I love how the place is decorated with greenery. There's an upstairs and downstairs so it's very spacious. I wasn't sure what to expect when it came to the menu but I love the options of drinks, coffee, and food. Everything I tried was soo tasty as well. By far THE BEST espresso martini I have ever had. This place is perfect for a business meeting, work from home area, place to just sit and read, or just meet up with a friend for a quick brunch.

I actually want to give this a 3.5 stars but I'll round up, the area is so cute, I got a matcha with white chocolate syrup, and the cheese fruit danish, I wish they warmed it up, they had plate it before I could ask, I was a bit disappointed. It was good though, I enjoyed it but I paid $20 for both. It's a bit pricey for me, I managed to snag a spot upstairs to do some work but the WiFi was so insanely slow. I couldn't get any work done, I was there for 2ish hours and it was so slow I decided to leave. The water station was nice. I would come back to be social, not to work, because I just couldn't get anything to load.

This place is one of the most beautiful coffee shops I've ever been to, and definitely is the most beautiful in Phoenix. The two story design is very unique. The food and drinks are good and worth having. The service is quick but the employees don't seem very kind. Loved this place! This has been on my radar for awhile now and I enjoyed coming here tonight. They are open to 9pm so it's great if you need to get in some work in the evening. I came in here around 4pm and had some reading to do and this is a beautiful space to read and relax and enjoy the environment. I had a matcha latte with oat milk and it was delicious! I sat on the 2nd floor and got quite a bit of reading done and also just loved the beautiful space with ceiling high windows so this place gets great sunlight! Ample parking lot, restrooms available and with wifi. Lots of students were here working also. I'll definitely be back to hang out again soon! They have bingo nights and trivia nights too and would love to join for that!

This spot is so fun! Love the loft concept. Great place to work remote or catch up with friends. They have food, drinks, and pastries on the menu. Some gluten free pastries as well. The shaken espresso was so good and I loved the tea on tap with sparkling water! Always appreciate when coffee shops put intentionality to the tea menu. Provision is easily one of my favorite coffee spots in Phoenix. The coffee is excellent, expertly brewed, and always consistent. I love that they rotate unique specials, which keeps each visit a little different. The space has a clean, modern vibe that works well for both relaxing and studying. Just note that seating can be a bit tight and it gets loud during peak hours. The food isn't anything fancy, but it's solid and pairs nicely with the drinks. All in all, a go-to spot for high-quality coffee and a laid-back atmosphere

A variety of patrons kept it busy on this Sunday. Friends gathering, study partners, Sunday brunch, my gf and I enjoyed some of their seasonal coffees, hot, because we wanted to get the full flavor and visual experience and we were not disappointed. They give you vibrating light up plate to come back and get your order when it's ready. It's that busy, and also loud-ish. Has two floors, it was jam packed too so we got lucky to find a table. Seemed troublesome as folks grabbed their food, they walked around carrying their plates to find a table. That I was not a fan of but, I mean, it was really good so I get it. We split a breakfast salmon/lox, a cinnamon roll baguette thing and our coffees. Was all delightful. Would try to come again not on a Sunday at 11:30am.

Absolutely a great place to work and hang out. Unique drinks, aa bar if you partake, and a bit of food and pastries. My first time here was today. I recommend the Sparkling Iced Green Tea (not a coffee or alcohol drinker so no opinion there). The guava donut was fresh and just the right flavor balance. Lots of scenic indoor seating. Two levels with a variety of table types. Work and chat among the lush plant life and nature focused wall paint. Who takes care of all these plants? They are so health! There is some outdoor seating in the back. One is hard pressed not to find a seat. Music is pleasant and at a great volume to enjoy and still have a nice conversation at normal tones.

Spent a few hours here on a Tuesday. Overall, 4 out of 5 for the beautiful vibes, yummy cortado, and kind staff. I think I prefer this spot for catching up with friends rather than spending time here to get work done due to the wobbly tables and inconsistent internet. My pros and cons listed below! Pros - Beautiful ambiance with plants, natural light, open design - Tons of parking available - Variety of table styles (booths, bar seating, tall tables, bistro-style tables, cozy lounge chairs) - Plenty of power outlets - Great food (breakfast, sandwiches, pizza, and dessert) and drink (coffee shop drinks as well as cocktail bar drinks) options. I recommend the cortado and pizza! - Staff is friendly and quick clean tables Cons - Price point. Ended up spending almost $50 on two food items and two cafe drinks. - Wobbly tables - I've sat at three different style tables and every single one was wobbly - Inconsistent internet. A few nearby customers had this issue too. - Gets quite crowded which can be distracting as well as difficult to get a good spot to work at

Forget coffee , let's talk about cocktails baby. They've got a full bar!! Let's cover some basics : 1. EVERY DRINK IVE EVER ORDERED IS PHENOMENAL! 2. Bartend David is a creative genius when it comes to creating cocktails. He's hand crafted several for us, they're OuT oF tHiS WoRlD! My personal fav: best Espresso Martini EVER!! 3. Bar service is 5/5, David's service is outstanding, he seeks to find out what you like, and will craft a cocktail around that. That's a rare talent. BONUS: The tasty popcorn w garnish at the bar. 4. The drink prices are on point! Value intersects with quality. Want beer? No prob, they've got a great craft beer selection! The only bummer is the recent hour change : closing at 5:30PM. There's great potential for longer bar hours. Provisions is open and airy, yet intimate at the same time. Parking is more than adequate, and easy peasy. This is the type of high quality bar this area needs, and wants.

Gorgeous plant wall! Inspiration for future interior design :) As other reviewers stated, Provision is a little higher price point than similar coffee shops nearby. But I got a little more of a restaurant vibe than a coffee shop and didn't mind paying a few dollars extra because the quality was fantastic! Tried the steak sandwich and breakfast burrito both deconstructed to keep my meal GF and they were very willing to accommodate the request. The coffee was delicious, the steak was so tender, and the GF peanut butter cookie was so moist and squishy and delicious with the perfect salty sprinkle garnish. Will definitely be back!

Such a cool spot for a coffee, breakfast /lunch, and study spot! Three stories of solid floor-to-ceiling glass for maximum sunlight and good natural vibes! The plant wall and greenery throughout is icing on the cake! And the wall murals are a perfect touch. The menu isn't too complex but has a good selection of food and coffee/espresso/tea offerings to satisfy. Brunch is sold all day. You order and pay at the counter and get a buzzer that goes off to pick up your food. I tried a Matcha Latte and Breakfast Burrito with added turkey sausage. I enjoyed my cold matcha. This joint sweetens their drinks with raw local honey, which was a nice change up from a pump or simple syrup. My Burrito was wonderful! Tightly compacted and rolled, all the ingredients stood out on their own, yet melded perfectly! It was stuffed, too; I easily got two meals out of that sucker. I'm sure Provision will be a go-to stop when I'm in town; my niece loves the general atmosphere while working on her papers. Plenty of free parking, staff was polite and food was prepared really good. Two thumbs up!

So happy my friend introduced me to this place! It's located in a weird building that looks like apartments or like a gym or something, but inside it's adorable. There's lovely paintings, tons and tons of plants, and other decorations. The iced coffee I got was pretty good. The banana bread was a little dry so I'd probably pass next time. My veggie breakfast burrito was really good. Not sure what kind of plant based meat they use but it was very tasty. Later on I also ordered an iced tea which was unsweetened and refreshing. The workers did their job. Nothing special. Overall, would definitely like to return sometime!

This is a nice place with a cool interior but the food was a bit too expensive for what it was. I got the shakerato, and while I really enjoyed the first few sips, about half of the drink was foam which I didn't really enjoy. My sister got a latte and it was just okay. I enjoyed a danish from Chaconne Pasterie and my sister got the avocado toast which was very good. I really liked the atmosphere with all of the plants.

I would highly recommend the coffee drinks here! My favorite is the honey lavender latte! The coffee came out fast and I love their new location on 7th and Missouri - it's very pretty with lots of different places to sit and gather! I didn't love the pastries this time around - I tried the banana bread muffin and the oatmeal, apple chocolate chip cookies and they both tasted sour? I'm not sure if it was a bad batch of something but I took one bite and had to throw the rest away :( The pastry experience was the first bad one I've had in all my times trying and coming to Provision and they do have some of my favorite coffee in the Phoenix area! Worth the try!

Got an espresso this time and it was delicious. Comes with a side of sparkling water. WiFi on weekdays. A lot of people looking for outlets - only at certain tables. Beautiful space!

This place is super cool!! Lots of greenery and plenty of seating. Food was good, coffee and matcha kinda watered down. Service was good too. I'd definitely go back just for the vibes.
