The internet did not disappoint with this one. Last night, we dined at Psaraki to celebrate my 34th birthday, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The ambiance and sweeping city views were truly breathtaking, while the attention to detail in the décor transported us straight to Greece.
For appetizers, we enjoyed East Coast oysters, grilled octopus, and spanakopita. The octopus was perfectly tender with a beautiful char, while the spanakopita, filled with fresh spinach and feta, was light and flavorful.
For entrĂ©es, my wife ordered the lobster pasta, which was cooked al dente and generously filled with lobster, while I had the branzino with a side of lemon potatoes. The branzino was one of the best Iâve had in New York City perfectly grilled with a brightness from the lemon that elevated the dish.
Beyond the food, the hospitality made the evening even more special. The owner greeted us warmly, and our server ensured we felt like part of the family. Itâs rare to find an authentic dining experience like this, and Psaraki delivered on every level.
