Super kind service and they also offer free samples of donuts they have (didn’t expect to enjoy 🫐 , but it’s delicious!) The croissant 🥐 was also very soft and yummy! Definitely try that And with my blueberry berry donut they included free donut holes as extra! And our boba tea drinks were made so swiftly and all tasted great Highly recommend visiting here and supporting this local business! ❤️

Words can’t describe how excited my wife and i were when the puffin donuts sign was first put up a while back. We would come maybe once every week or two just to check on the place to see when it would finally open. IT DID NOT disappoint. We were welcomed with warmest greeting we’ve had in a long time and that alone did it for us. The place is quaint and has a very happy atmosphere and the donuts were INCREDIBLY fresh. Very excited to have this place in our neighborhood. I will be trying the large drink selection very soon with this summer right around the corner.

Very happy to see a locally-owned business and coffee/donut shop open up here, and I was very pleased to see the variety in donuts & teas! I got the Peach Lemon Green tea with pearls -- both the sweetness level (I asked for low sugar) and pearls were great -- at a pretty good price! The employees there, Alice and Lina, were super kind and helpful with recommendations. I for sure hope to try the Ube donut next time. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Upon arrival I was treated with morning smile! The host handed me a sample of their butter croissant, it was just amazing and warm. I had a donut and coffee. Both were amazing! Fluffy and moist. I could taste the craftmanship that went into this art! From the outside it's your basic neighborhood donut shop until you taste the product.

We’ve been waiting for this place to open and it was worth the wait! Our family loves donuts and this place didn’t disappoint. We got the glazed, cake donuts and donut holes. Went in around 8am and everything tasted so fresh. Raised donuts were super airy and fluffy, cake donuts tender inside and crunchy on the outside. We will definitely be back! Linda who helped us was so sweet too.

This place is so cute! They also sell boba but I can't attest to the taste. I got a apple fritter, a crumb donut, and a bag of donut holes. The apple fritter was nice and solid but after biting into it and chewing, the oil from frying flooded my mouth. Not fried that well. The yeasted donuts were good but I wish they had a bit more of a chew to them. They felt very soft and melt in your mouth, so if that's your type, this is for you.

Finally got a chance to try Puffin, and it was with the wait! I enjoyed just looking at the selection of nicely crafted donuts while taking in the sweet aroma. Am the donuts we got were really fluffy and fresh. I especially liked the raised donuts. Coffee wasn't the greatest, but the excellent donuts made up for that.

JUST GO!!!! So delicious! Bf and I split an egg and cheese sandwich freshly whipped egg not the pre frozen kind …. I got a fruity pebbles donut he got the blue sprinkle choc donut and we got donut holes she was so sweet to give us for free !💗👍 we got Vietnamese iced coffee ! S gooo☕️ good💗💗💗🙏 cutest coffee bar! Amazing service! Immediately when we walked in we were greeted w a warm smile and efficient service

Excellent Donuts! Very tasty and very fresh! They have mochi donuts too! Such a chewy goodness treat! Service is wonderful and very friendly! The ambiance is a donut shop, very nice inside and comfortable to look at which donuts you're gonna buy. Wonderful place to go!!

Go here. Trust me. Food- amazing and freshly made. Drink- delicious and not watered down. Customer service- excellent. Their donuts are fire. I ordered a crueller, selected any flavor (maple, glaze, or chocolate), they sent me a chocolate one; as well as a medium hot matcha, beef bahn mi, and on top of all that they sent me fresh donut holes and an extra crueller. The cruellers and donut holes are so good, they taste no more than 20 minutes old i swear. They have that delicious sugar coated outside and inside are fluffy clouds that melt on your mouth. Delicious. Their bang mi options were beef, pork, ham, and chicken. The marinade is really good and the meat has a lot of flavor. The pickled veggies are fresh and make this especially good for summer days by offering the cool crunch and pickled flavors. The jalapeños I added were spicy just how I like. They offer pate but I have never tried it so I did not get it. The matcha was really good too, it tastes much stronger and just more...real? Thank other places. I think they use a good one here. My experience with their customer service was so nice. They didn't have the protein I ordered for my sandwich but accommodated me with a different one instead of just cancelling my order which I'm so grateful for. They also sent a bag of delicious donut holes and an extra crueller ! Such good food and sweet people. I will be ordering again.

Absolutely the best maple cruller I have ever had! I have no idea how they made it so light and fluffy. The maple glaze has more maple flavor and less sugar than most as well. They also gave me a few glazed donut holes which reminded me of Stan's donuts, but lighter and less oily. Don't miss this new little donut shop!

My friend wanted something extra for lunch today, so she went by Puffin Donuts as we had been wanting to try the drinks there. I ended up getting a tiger milk tea, less sweet and an ube donut. The tiger milk tea was okay - sweet, but not a lot of tea flavor. The boba pearls are harder and barely have any flavor. The ube donut has good flavor - crumbly and cakey. There's also a hint of some other fruity flavor that I can't quite place. The donut shop itself is small, but they had a huge variety of donuts. The workers were very friendly and efficient at their jobs. I would probably go back for the other donuts and the service, but not the drinks.

Friendly ladies. The old-fashioned glazed and maple were yummy. The cakes and raised all looked tempting, especially the custard-filled bars. Be warned: Let the fritters set if you get them fresh. When hot, each flavorless bite was an explosion of grease. I hoped it was just the ends, but the whole thing was oily. I squeezed the rest out (I included a photo of the grease puddles from half a fritter), and, for the first time in my life, I didn't finish a donut. But after a day in the airtight donut storer (microwave) they were much better. But- hey- go judge for yourself. Maybe I'm just fritter critical (or frittical).

Omgoodness, the donut holes are really light and airy! Definitely lighter than most places. I'll come here again. Service: the short lady with a long braid and kids is a sweet heart, the other lady is mean

This is a clean shop and they had a great display of donuts for a Sunday morning. We ordered a few types of donuts, I had the maple glazed. I found the donut to be a bit chewy and thick. We also tried the stuffed donut holes, cream and jam, and those were very tasty. So this is a bit of a mixed review, but I am willing to go back and give them another try.

I was very impressed that Puffin Donuts was open on a Monday morning. I dropped in to celebrate something huge and figured it was way too early in the day for alcohol (like champagne toast.) The woman eagerly and cheerfully welcomed me and I thoroughly enjoyed a donut with vanilla icing inside if it and a cup of coffee that was so good that it needed no cream or sugar. I got a maple coconut cake donut for my husband which he liked.

Came specially to try the Ube donut and did not leave disappointed. Located in a shopping center with lots of parking, there were tons of options in the late morning when I arrived. In addition to the ube donut I got my favorite, a maple old fashioned. The ube donut was phenomenal, the perfect amount of ube flavor and super soft and fresh! They also have boba to wash down your donuts with. Service was super friendly and I'll definitely be back again after realizing how close to home this place is.

Very delicious donuts. Went at 3pm and the donuts tasted so fresh. Chocolate glazed tasted like good chocolate vs the normal donut store variety. Tried the donut holes which were good but not as good as the donuts. I will be back. It brings back memories of going to sk donuts which used to be next door and also had great donuts. We were eagerly awaiting the opening, but today were disappointed on our first visit. The donuts are $2 each, but $ 19.95 per dozen? (Maple Lead donuts are $12.95 per dozen.) The donut holes here are $3 per dozen and filled donut holes are $7.50 per dozen ? How does a tiny squirt of raspberry jelly double the price ? What ? The Taro boba was watered down and the boba wasn't soft & chewy but hard inside like it was old and had been refrigerated. We got 2 boba drinks, 1 apple fritter, 1 dozen filled donut holes and it came out to $25. It's not a repeat for us.

Puffin Donuts is open, and bangin! Ok, well maybe not quite 'bangin', but boy am I glad to have a neighborhood donut shop open again, ever since the unfortunate demise of SK Donuts in that same shopping plaza. I just took a quick trip over there to pick up a dozen for $20. Nice selection of your basics, and they have some fancier stuff beyond the basics, but I'm there for the glazed/cake/plain donuts. Fantastic, freshly made every morning, and the lady I spoke with was very nice. Highly recommend. I've been seeing this place teasing me for what seems like YEARS, and they finally opened two months ago.

Great donuts, we got sugar coated, old fashion, chocolate filled with creme gel and strawberry filled. The ladies are nice. The coffee was ON or OFF. Regular or Decaf, LOL. That could see a bump up.

I'm back! These amazing owners are running an underrated business. Best croissants, light, and perfectly sweet donuts, at such a reasonable price.

Lady serving our donuts had an attitude and didn't get my order right- on top of that the donuts were poor quality in my opinion felt very heavily saturated in oil and not light and fluffy.. They also got my drink order wrong - I asked for no boba and still got boba in my drink, I hate boba. Everything didn't taste good to me and my kid, it wasted money. Wouldn't recommend for donuts for sure. Otherwise the place is cute and bright but tiny(not a problem), the smaller lady was very sweet. They have tables outside to sit and enjoy.

Light fluffy donuts, helpful staff. Lots of selections. The donuts were delicious. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing!! This place has some of the best donuts I've had, we will definitely be returning! The service is also excellent, this lady served us right away opened the door for us, it was top treatment! People need to come here more you all are missing out!! The place is nicely decorated and organized, a little small but they have seating outside. Definitely recommend

Donuts are excellent. Good variety. All the standards. All perfectly executed. The service is off the charts friendly. All of the front of house people are very engaging and kind. The decor is cheerful and the origin story of the business really draws you in and makes you root for their success. Bottom line, it is an extremely welcome addition to the neighborhood and has already become a Saturday morning standard for our family.

Really great donuts! I try not to eat donuts often, but this place is now my favorite spot when I need to indulge. The donut holes were still warm.

Great Customer service! Family owned business. Linda is the sweetest. She very nice & always so happy makes you feel very welcome. The donuts are delicious & freshly made daily . They also have boba drinks there as well which are amazing! I tried their Ube donuts & yes .... Sooooo good!! Very clean & cute little spot. Best spot by far. Donuts are overpriced and not any different than any other donut places. Paid $14 for 5 regular donuts. They don't have slush drinks, only milk tea or smoothies nor do they sell any breakfast sandwiches. Not sure what's the fuss all about!

Been waiting months for this place to open.. OMG it's soooooo good! I ordered 6-7 different types of donuts and they were all great! Gonna try the boba tea next.

Puffin Donuts is finally open!! The donuts & croissants are so delicious and the owners/staff are very nice. So great to have a local donut shop in our neighborhood.

This Place is awesome I came here today, got an Iced matcha and 2 Donuts and I got one free donut just for visiting, There were so soft and delicious. The Lady who served me was So nice, The service was so nice and fast. She only took 1 Minute to make my matcha, If you come here please be nice to the owners if not Don't come at all. I really recommend this place for donut lovers. :)

Donuts are fabulous. Fluffy, moist and yummy, but not over the top sugary like some places. Real glad to have Puffin nearby.
