"More than four years after securing its lease, this shop opened in the Rinconada Center, with The Peninsula Foodist reporting Sunday, April 13 as the first day of service. No reason was given for the long delay. Ron Chan and Linda Hong work the floor; the two moved to the Bay Area from Cambodia 20 years ago and have been staples in the scene.
