This is the best pizza I have ever had !!!! The salad was amazing as well. So much attention to taste, detail & freshness as well as presentation. The atmosphere, unfortunately, is loud and if it were crowded would be impossible to hear your companions. That won't stop me from returning again and again for really good food.

Best Pizza in FoCo hands down! (And I think I've tried them all) Great atmosphere and their wine is also very nice. It's a good place for a fast lunch bite or a dinner meal with friends / family. The staff is always friendly and the owner is awesome, I've been going there for years!

It was a well-made New York style pizza. We had a couple slices of the cheese pizza and the Chicken Pesto Panini. The pizza was flavorful and had a nice crisp crust! The panini was delicious, with grilled chicken, pesto, and gooey melted mozzarella on crispy bread. A satisfying choice. The place has a relaxed, café feel, making it perfect for a casual or quick lunch.

Inedible, uncooked garbage. We got a wet, uncooked pizza and cheese bread that maybe touched an oven for 30 seconds. Got a mouthful of raw dough on my first bite and entirely ruined my dinner. Pulcinella should be ashamed that food looking like this leaves their kitchen.

Been to 37 countries. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The cheese is easy on the stomach. They have good ingredients. Pizza is crisp on serving and smells great even when I take it home and reheat. Smells like olive oil instead of canola. Clean facilities. Great location. Right next to Raintree athletic club if you’re feeling guilty.

Best pizza in Fort Collins by a long shot. Sometimes they're a little slow, but totally worth it! They are busy for a reason. People behind the counter have always been very nice. Atmosphere is 100% pizza joint but with a nice little bar as a bonus.

It’s nice to have a pizzeria that offers gluten free pizza. Every pizza we’ve had has been great! GF or otherwise. Warning: kids from the local school descend here when school is in, over noon hour, so it’s super busy then. Pay over the phone for quicker pickup.

Insurmountable service by the true artisan of pizza making, of my favorite employee Joel. His attention to detail with a superb pizza tossing technique created a fine dining experience. I’m truly excited to see the new reigns of pizza making from Antonio Maxey. His enthusiasm and Italian charm makes him a qualified prospect, who is destined for success. Easily top 5 places I'd go to for some great slices or pizza in general. I've gotten the slices throughout the past few weeks and enjoyed everytime. Crust is a balance between crunchy and thin. Dough isn't overpowering or heavy on the stomach. Right amount of cheese etc Customer service on point as well, everyone on staff those days grind and cook with love

Absolutely delicious calzone! I am so surprised by the Yelp score of this restaurant. We stopped in for lunch and were not disappointed. The service was helpful and let us know you can add as many toppings for $3.99 a slice. The inside has pictures from Italy and gives a traditional pizzeria feel with a wine bar too. You can turn any pizza into a calzone for a slight discount. Today we tried the pesto chicken calzone and it was delicious. Bursting with pesto, chicken, cheese and tomato's it was everything I could have hoped for. Be sure to get an extra side or marinara for the crust and a pop of acid to cut the cheese. It took around 20 minutes and we were the only ones in there so if you're in a rush be sure to call ahead. I can't wait to come back again and have another one soon!

Hands down the best pizza in FC!! We picked up last night, and even the gluten free pizza was great. I've never had a bad experience at this place, always our go-to for pizza.

Food was good. Has great flavor and a good crust to pizza ratio. Service was lacking. All the teenagers there seemed extremely unthrilled to be working/talking to us/to be existing in general. But food was too tasty to give a lower rating. Ambiance was lacking as well.

Pulcinella pizzaria better than jj's better than pizza cashbah better than all other pizza places I've tried here that I may not remember The crowed favorite ... wait for it ... wait for it ... TRIGGER ALERT TRIGGER ALERT ... THE HAWAIIAN!! I think it's because it was sweet and probably the most like New York style pizza we have had here. It is still not an Ecco Domani and doesn't hold a candle to pronto pizza back on the good old east coast and hey east coast, least coast but they got pizza figured out in a way that the western latitude and longitudes do not understand. Maybe it's the way that dough rises or something?? I mean where are my Colorado Italians at?! Amirite?! The wait staff at puli in Ella's were pretty cool .50 for ranch LOL com'on man. Also don't ask anyone to pronounce the name correctly but hey mama Mia pizzaria get me some spaghetti pleasa!

As a major fan of Arte in Loveland, I have always tried to circle back to this place and ALWAYS end up being disappointed. I have ordered from here for company events and for my family. I have never once received a correct order, never. Even something simple like "please make the pizza crispy" the pizza will come out almost comically undercooked. They always forget a topping or to follow cooking instructions, it never fails- to the point where it's a running joke in my family to guess what they are going to forget whenever we order. But today will be my last pie from Pulcinella, it's not worth the headache or the money these days! If it wasn't locally owned it would be getting a 1 star. EDIT: Just got a call somebody at Pulcinella who asked me the issue with my pizza, I told them they didn't follow my instructions to make the pizza crispy, and then he essentially called me a liar and tried to shout over me without wanting to listen to my answers to the questions he asked. I will attach a picture of what he told me was a crispy pie. He was totally unprofessional and unproductive. I would have been completely willing to edit my review in a more positive way had I not just had such a terrible experience with the person that just called me. Ironically, I was cooking half of the pizza in my oven when he called.

Great caprese sandwich- it's huge! Calzone was alright but the sauce was amazing. Ambience was better than expected for a local pizza place. Friendly staff & good value. Would recommend

Terrible experience today with Pulcinella. Called in a pick up, guy was rude and said "sure" in a negative tone when I asked if I could place the order. Should have known at that point to go somewhere else. Picked up the $28 medium pizza that's completely under cooked, toppings tossed on like they don't care. I miss the Harmony location, that at least gave a shit about the over priced pizza they made. Save yourself the coin and get pizza elsewhere I called in for a refund, was transferred to a manager who hung up on me after he said the refund processed. Owner called me shortly after to have my review updated and wouldn't give me a chance to talk. Just kept saying over and over that running a small business is tough.. I get it. I try to support small business by spending $28 on a pizza instead of ordering from one of the big companies and saving money. Very disappointed in this business.

Paid for a pizza tonight was told 20 minutes... I show up in 20 minutes and the pizza that I paid for is "not even started yet " according to staff. "We will have it right out" the guy said. I left. To ownership... teach your employees to set the correct time expectation by better communicating with your staff. IT IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT TO ASK FOR A TIME FROM YOUR PIZZA MAKER IS IT? keep your pizza... refund my CC under "Wells" and let's move on. Your location has turned into a disaster and if you are unwilling to refund my money I will contest it with the bank.

Poor service, pizza was even worse. Been coming here for over 20 years as this WAS our favorite pizzeria in FC, but recent experiences have been thoroughly disappointing. Orders messed up (ordered lasagne and meatballs and forgot the lasagne), pizza undercooked despite ordering the crust "crispy" as I've been doing for years. We even rec'd a pepperoni pizza last winter with the pepperoni in the shape of a smiley face - total mockery of what was once a great pizzeria. This place has clearly "lost the sauce", don't waste your money.

Great pizza and cannoli! I've eaten here many times over the years and have never been disappointed. I've been eating their Hawaiian pizza lately cooks crispy and it's been spot on. Generous portions of Canadian bacon and pineapple cooked perfectly!! Best pizza in Ft. Collins in my opinion.

What am I supposed to do? Drink the sauce? I got the lasagna and the sauce was so watery it just spilled through the fork. The owner needs to train their employees better. These kids need direction that's why I don't blame them but I do blame the owner. Start having training days!! I took a picture of the sauce but this app didn't allow me to upload it.

This used to be my favorite pizza place. My most recent visit was disappointing. The calzones are soggy and the crust is hard to chew. The pizza rolls barely had any cheese. Also too expensive Two calzones, medium cheese pizza, and 8 pep pizza rolls was $65 for pick up. Not worth it when there are so many other choices in the area.

Has the Harmony restaurant changed owners? The last 2 pizzas I got there have been really bad. The dough has no glutton and was like flour and water mixed for a minute or two. This has been my goto pizza for years. I will give it 1 more chance, but have very low expecataionss

Tried to order a pizza on the phone and the line was busy. Called back and the guy on the phone was rude and accused me of being rude when I did not say a word to him because I got a busy signal. Staff is horrible. Used to be a great restaurant.

Overpriced, burnt, and huge air bubbles cover 1/2 of the pie. On multiple occasions I had to trash half of the pie because it was so poorly made. I'd take frozen supermarket pizza over this garbage. Stay away unless you enjoy throwing money away for burnt bread.

I moved here in October from New York. A friend told me about this place since I couldn't find any pizza worth eating. It wasn't New York pizza but it was the best Colorado pizza in Fort Collins. Now it's Aug and it went down hill fast. They never have slices of regular and when you order a pie they started to use cheaper ingredients.Very disappointed. 2 stars might be to many but I'm wishing on a star they go back to the old ways.

I repeatedly get fantastic food and service at Pulcinella. The wine bar selection is fantastic and ever revolving/evolving. Great food, wine AND service? THIS is why we eat out.

Always a fave! Delivery can take an abnormally long time so I'd recommend dine in or pick up. Food is consistently good. Staff is college kids so don't expect some kind of 4 star service but you will get your food. They have the best ranch.

I've been a long time customer of this pizza place but in the last three months the pizza from the Drake and Shields restaurant has been below their standards. Very thin undercooked crust, skimpy on cheese and sauce. I would not recommend this place for Pizza.

Absolute garbage. This was dough that either sat at room temperature for a couple of hours before baking or they just don't bother to roll their dough. Who would put this in a box and send to a customer

Would give zero stars if possible. We went as a group of eight and waited an hour until we complained and they said they forgot to print our ticket. When we got our pizza we also got a box which was disgusting and clearly used. When we went back to complain I noticed some guy in the kitchen had his pants down and butt crack visible and never pulled up his pants. Never come here

Pucinella Pizzeria on Shields in Fort Collins has a professional, generous, and flexible staff. I am an intern at a nonprofit in Fort Collins. Our organization was hosting an event and we reached out to Pucinella to see if we could get pizzas donated. The person I talked to was friendly and helpful. At the last minute we needed to make a change to our request and without hesitation they were able to accommodate us. The food is also very good and our clients and staff enjoyed it. Thank you Pucinella for your great hospitality and delicious food!

I gave always enjoyed the pizza from here - tasted like home- New York. But tonight I was extremely disappointed. It appears they have changed from using whole milk mozzarella to some cheap crap. I know the difference in mozzarella - the taste, the texture, the "stringiness", the melted texture and the grease dripping from the cheese This was the worse pizza I have gotten. If I wanted cheap pizza I could have gotten cheap somewhere else. This was not cheap and definitely not worth the price. Mary Race- you need to fix this!

Used to be our go to pizza place, but unfortunately this last time, pizza was undercooked, and salads were gross. When placing our order, it took forever to get someone to answer the phone to even place an order, girl taking order was very rude. I lowered my review to 3 stars, I would've lowered it more but the delivery driver was super nice, saving them a Star. Not sure I will be ever going back. So sad.

Fantastic pizza. Staff was super friendly. 10/10 will go again. Doesn't look like much from the outside but totally gives you a classic pizza joint vibe once inside.

I love the pizza! The ingredients always taste and look fresh and appetizing. I would really like for them to start taking orders on line and putting more coupons on the boxes. It seems like both would be something that the customers would appreciate.

The only place in Ft. collins for Tasty Jersey style pizza. We ate at the bar with the nicest girl bartender. Can't wait to return when we travel thru in Ft.Collins. Rich C

I ordered two calzones and was told it would be about an hour for my delivery to arrive... When it did arrive, I was starved and so ready to dig into my calzone... I put it on a plate, and ran to the sofa, and thought whats that smell.. I flipped it over, and it was totally, yes totally burnt...I was so so pissed...The person working the ovens had to have known this... Moved here just over a year ago, searched for months to find my pizza place, and now this.... I can't recommend after having a burnt calzone make it to my house and they feel this is acceptable..

Their pizza is pretty good, however their service sucks. When asking where the bartender was at, staff said we have no idea, she is AWOL. I had to go interrupt pizza crew to get a beer and then again to get my tab. On my families next pizza night probably going elsewhere.

The original location is great!!! I felt like I was back home in Jersey. We enjoyed the wine and a pie and it was a kid-friendly place where we could still enjoy. We'll definitely be back!

I'm new to the area. I was told this is the place for pizza. We're they ever right. I ordered half veggie and half veggie with a little meat. This was one of the best pizzas I've eaten. Actually I shared it with two others. They loved it too. Go there mangia!

Updated Review: Within 3 hours of posting this review on Facebook, I received an email from the owner's daughter. She was very helpful and offered to send us a gift card. She also said they discussed the problem in their employee meeting, which seems like a great solution. Other than the one (very) negative experience, we have had positive experiences. I prefer the Harmony location over the Drake location, no question about it. From now on, we will be driving to that location rather than ordering delivery from the Drake location. Their pizza really is good, it's thin New York style pizza, and I really love their salads. My original review: Only giving 1 star because I have to. After being loyal customers to this location for over a year, our last experience was worse than any delivery restaurant I have ever had. I could tell it was going to be bad when the kid answered the phone. He was obviously new, which I understand. What I don't understand was how much of a total jerk he was, cutting me off, clearly not listening, asking me to repeat things while laughing with other employees in the background. I must have spelled my last name 5 times before just yelling it on the phone so he could finally listen. After the order was finished (15 minutes on the phone, WAY TOO LONG), we were quoted 45 minutes to an hour delivery time. After an hour and 20 minutes, I called and the same incompetent worker answered so I asked to speak to someone else. A different employee told me he would call the driver then call me back. I never got a call back. 5 minutes later, the driver arrived. He left and we opened the pizza, which was 100% wrong. Cheese wrong, toppings wrong, size wrong. I was so frustrated, so my boyfriend called the store. He spoke to the manager and I'll admit, he was a little heated. He just wanted a refund but ended up yelling on the phone by the end of the conversation. The manager told him he would refund it and hung up on him. My boyfriend sent an email a week ago through their Facebook and through their website, explaining our experience. He admitted to being heated on the phone and apologized, explaining how stressful the whole process was. We STILL have not received a refund after being told we would over a week ago and have not received any email back. We will never be back. Ever. I have no interest in giving money to a company and employees that clearly don't respect their customers.

This was the best pizza! The pepperoni rolls were delicious. Super friendly atmosphere and plenty of seating. I'm not well versed in Italian wine (more California) but they are super! Don't pass this place up!

Delicious Pinot Grigio to match with slices of Fantastico pizza made for a perfect evening. The flavorful pizza with garlic oil, sautéed spinach and black olives had the best mix possible. Great chat with the owner was fun.

this started off as "I am really pissed" and turned into an "I am really happy"!!!! After waiting over an hour and half...30 minutes after they were closed (and writing a bad reviews) I got a knock on the hotel room door... The driver got into an accident and showed up anyway. They had gotten my phone number wrong, but not my room number! The driver persevered and delivered the pizza anyway...35 minutes after they closed!!! Way to go!!!! Oh, and although the pizza was cold by the time we got it, it tasted great!

So we did a non-traditional rehearsal meal for our wedding which resulted in pizza in the park. It was a huge hit and saved us quite a bit of money for our small wedding budget. Pulcinella's is a favorite of ours, and ultimately (side from a couple communication hiccups initially) Mary was super helpful getting the order we needed/wanted for this event, we picked up and were able to return things like the pizza bags after we were done. Everyone left the park with full bellies and plenty of leftovers. We'd do it again in a heartbeat! Our personal favorite pizzas: pesto and the gourmet spinach.. pesto pizza and the hawaiian were top picks from our group (were definitely consumed fastest!).

Didn't think I'd be able to find New York style pizza in Fort Collins! This is glorious thin crust pizza with lots of toppings.

Favorite spot for delivery. Ingredients taste fresh and the crust is crispy perfection every time. Cheese with added mozzarella and basil is the go to.

One of the best pizza's in town. My daughter and I order from here at least 3 times a month dinnertime more. Staff is always friendly. Delivery drivers are fast and accurate and if they ever miss something in the order (this is extremely rare) they are quick to return with the missed item. I could seriously eat here everyday.

Great pies. Can't beat the 1/2 price margherita pizza on Monday's!
