Wearing my super comfortable, super fashionable and super well priced casual Pumas as I write this. I loved this store, amazing variety, everything was super well priced and the service was just amazing. They wouldnt hesitate to offer help and would go out of their way to help you and find what you needed. Really, your staff is amazing! 10000 times better than another popular "sneaker" brand store that was accross the way...So expenssive and so ugly! haha Puma Rocks!

Called to ask about the kids sizes in a specific shoe style and was surprised to receive such caring and effort from an associate and the manger. They were amazing and much appreciated!! You don’t get that anymore but they know good customer service! <3

Very rude, would not let me finish my sentence, kept cutting me off. I was tryna ask a question and I couldn’t even finish it before I was cut off and told that my request is not possible. I was trying to find other solutions when I was cutoff again.

The young lady that helped me did an exceptional job at taking car of me and was very nice, explained the sale going on and even did her best to correct the situation with a pair I wanted that ended up not being a part of the sale despite some signage placement that was a bit wrong. Not my first visit, probably come 2 or 3 times a year especially on the 50% days but definitely the best experience I had. It was earlier in the year but she and the store deserves credit for handling so many customers at once

Lacey was a tremendous help and provided some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I had to exchange several items I’d bought online and she not only took the time to help with the exchange but went to check on some sizes for me and even helped me get a discount at the end. I’m very grateful for the experience and excellent customer service.

Terrific experience.. the young gentleman on Saturday morning- sadly I don’t remember his name “5’8” African American”. Was very attentive and made it worth the trip. I’ll return because of him for sure.

These store employees were so friendly and helpful! I had a return without a receipt, and they made sure I left the store satisfied. There is a huge selection back in stock after the holidays, and we snatched some goodies. Shoes and t-shirts were on sale. There were also quite a few hoodies available as well.
