Pura Vida Miami

It’s one of my favorite spots in Miami. I always recommend it to friends and go daily if I’m in Miami. I didn’t even know that they opened in NYC. According to the news, they want to open 10 more locations in NYC by the end of 2026, and that’s really great news for me and fans of the concept. I have two dishes that I could eat every day: 1. Mango salmon bowl and 2. Overnight oats. I tried to recreate them at home since I’m a good cook, but they beat me. So, I’m here on Sunday morning, standing in line, waiting for available seats, but I never complain because I know what I’ll get, and it’s going to be the best meal of the week. Also, I love their juices, selection of teas, and sweets. You should try it too! Thanks to the team. Our order at 12:00 was #138! I can only imagine how quickly you have to work to satisfy everyone and how tired you must be!

While the food was great, I was surprised that aside from organic quinoa, there weren’t more organic ingredients listed on the menu—something I’d expect from a health-focused cafe. I tried the fall farro salad and oven-roasted salmon, and it was delicious! The portion size was very generous. My husband ordered the spicy tuna bowl, and he also enjoyed it. Ordering is done at the counter, and the friendly staff delivers the food to your table. Overall, Pura Vida is a great choice for a casual lunch, dinner, or takeout, offering large portions in a welcoming atmosphere.

This restaurant is wonderful! It was a rainy day and stepping inside felt like entering a warm, sunny haven. The cozy, pleasant atmosphere was very inviting. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup, an almond croissant, and a cappuccino. The food arrived quickly, and I was very impressed with the staff, who were attentive and friendly from the moment I walked in. The soup was excellent—perfectly balanced amoint of everything. I was in a hurry and asked for a box to take the croissant to go. They brought a beautiful box that was like a gift package. It’s those little details that make the experience so delightful. I absolutely loved the interior—bright and full of positive energy. It felt like having a piece of Miami sunshine in NYC. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for healthy and tasty food, exceptional service, and a cheerful ambiance.

Highly Recommend. The line seems long but goes fast. Got the Banana Brew which was amazing and perfectly subtle. The vitamin sea smoothie which has great orange juice. The Cali chicken sandwich had a nice variety of flavors. The turkey egg wrap had steamed vegetables which isn’t quite my thing but was still good. Highly recommend getting double aioli for anything you get here.

Thank you for assisting us and comp desert after small misunderstanding with dine in/take out situation and long waiting for our meal. They showed that they respect their customers and with a high class food it gives me a reason to come back again.

I love Pura Vida in Miami, wanted to see if they could recreate the same vibe in NYC so I gave it a try. I had a salmon mango bowl and my friend ordered spicy tuna. The food came out quite quickly and was good overall. Matcha latte is not the best here, mine was very watery. Haven't tried their pastries yet. A decent 4 stars from me.

I really love Pura Vida while traveling to Miami but now I can go in New York. I love the area interior design. It looks like Miami vibe. They are very good to handle line and serve. To be honest, I like healthy food that’s why all menu for me but I am not fun of oatmeal porridge, it is very simple, they should add or change some ingredients. Overall, good and worth it!

The food is very average. Neither good nor bad. I do like the decor but it’s really too crowded. The sandwich was around $20, so way too expensive for the quality. They were giving away samples of banana bread which I enjoyed. I say it’s another overhyped, trendy spot with mediocre food.
