We had the Black Truffle Pizza and the Parmigiana Party — both were sooo flavourful and perfectly seasoned! The vegan cheese made the pizzas super creamy and delicious. The dough was soft with a little chew, just right for that perfect crust texture. 🍕✨ I love how they use the real pizza oven — makes everything taste so fresh and amazing. The vibe in the restaurant is really good too. Honestly, this is the BEST pizza I’ve ever had in my life 🙌 whether you’re vegan or not, you gotta try it. I’d definitely go back again!

I’m Italian, and I can say with absolute certainty it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. The taste is just like a real, authentic one, yet it’s completely plant-based. They offer different types of dough, and the sourdough is incredibly delicious, light, tasty, and it leaves you feeling great, without any bloating. The staff are very nice, friendly, and professional. I had the pizza Parmigiana and the tiramisù, and both were absolutely mouth-watering. I only wish I could stay longer in London to go back there again!

TL;DR: I liked it! Not all my friends did. 1. If you are not used to vegan pizza, you might find it quite different from the classic one (e.g. the cheese didn't taste like the standard counterpart) 2. The standard wholemeal dough was really good 😋 3. We really didn't like the gluten-free one ❌ 4. We liked the parmigiana pizza and the veggie, but not the margherita 😢 5. We liked the starters (parmigiana and meatballs) 6. The service was really great: Greg was very helpful and kind, and he even offered to take the gluten-free pizza off the bill when we complained about it

The food here was amazing!! My friend has quite a few allergies so we dined here and we were spoilt for choice. The food was so good I forgot that it was vegan. I definitely recommend the desserts!

Google
Best vegan pizza honestly! You don't miss anything you'd want in a regular one! Super tasty and full of flavours 😍 Desserts are also smashing, especially the Nutella dough balls 😋 Would come back again, loved every minute!

Overall very mid experience. Too expensive, cocktails are like £12. Service was a bit too quick, we felt rushed to finish and leave. Waiter took plates out before my friend finished eating and they brought the bill without us even asking right after we finished our desserts. Now for the food itself: The pizza itself was very good depending on the flavour and base. The truffle one was very good, four cheese was good although I couldn’t taste the other three cheeses, just the blue one… All the others tasted the same. However, my friend had a gluten free (which is £3 extra for a gluten free base btw, so it would cost around £20 for quite a small pizza 😰) veggie pizza and was very underwhelmed. It’s a shame because we were looking forward to it. They also ran out of one of their most famous pizzas (Pistachio) and that I was looking forward to eating. It was a Thursday evening at 7pm so not even that late and during one of their busy days. Small plates were alright but had better ones in other vegan places. The desserts, however, were very disappointing. The tiramissu was almost like a cake, too much sponge and less cream. Weird taste as well. The doughballs were okay, but the dough itself was too salty and there was not enough nutella and sweetness inside to balance it out. On the other hand, the brownie was sooooo sweet we couldn’t finish it. It tasted like straight up sugar, you couldn’t even taste the chocolate or cocoa in it. I feel like a dark chocolate 70% cocoa brownie would be much more enjoyable. If i had to come back I would only for the mains but, but I’d rather not because you can get cheaper and bigger pizzas out there. Would give 3 starts but this place is very expensive…

The best of the best. I can't put into words how good these pizzas were. Lovely staff and lovely interior design. A must visit!

Yelp
Hello mate, thanks for following me mate, hope you enjoy my lond journey. . Before coming here I was doing research and had this on my list to go to. . I was staying in camden and after check in a quick snack is a must. After checking in, they still offer the lunch special. Lunch special consist of 15 pounds. Which includes a drink of choice, mini 7 inch personal size pizza, and a appetizer . I tried the Black Truffle Elack truffle base, Mozzellà, Shamembert, wild mushrooms, parsley. ( the dough was airy and light. The crust was thin. It was a delightful Bite which I wish it was endless bites. The truffle wasn't too strong, yet flavorful.) . pomodori Pachino ( a little heavy on the salt, if it was a bit lighter it would have been great. The tomatoes was excellent. I really love the fresh flavors. This I would get over and over.) A must-have dish composed of stunning tomatoes from Sicily and our homemade Straciazza. . I think this is one of the best pizza I have tasted in a long time. I prefer this over nyc pizza, let's just say or as good it gets. If you find this review helpful please give me a like and vote this review. Thanks for reading and have a yelptastic day. Cheers mate.

Yelp
The food was very disappointing. Both my wife and I our pizzas were so under cooked they just turned into a sloppy mess. Undercooked base made the pizza impossible to handle and created a mess. Attention to cooking time would be the best thing they could do to make the experience better ..

Yelp
We came with a party of 5 around 8:30 pm on a Tuesday. The restaurant was completely full. We got a nice table nearer to the back of the restaurant. The service was fine and the food was great! This incredible restaurant is completely plant-based. Brownie and cheesecake outstanding!! Kids meals were free. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Purezza is a surprisingly large restaurant for a vegan eatery, which are usually homey hole in the wall places serving good food. It was also quite busy for a Sunday afternoon. Firstly, the atmosphere is great and the restaurant decor charming. Secondly service is fast and friendly. And lastly, OMG, the food is so delicious!!! From starters through main courses to desserts, every dish is wonderfully prepared and presented and deliciously flavorful. You are only limited by the size of your stomach! Cannot wait to visit Camden again and dine at Purezza!!

Yelp
Excellent plant based restaurant. It does plant based extremely well. Pizza and small plate lunch special is the way to go. Friendly service.

Yelp
Purezza has some of the best pizza out there-the first time I had it back in 2020 I wasn't even vegan/vegetarian at the time but admitted that it was some of the best pizza I ever had! There are a few locations open but we go to Camden when visiting (the location closest to the heart of London). The restaurant is quite large inside and has lovely tables and booths in the front and in the back area that resembles a little indoor garden patio. The menu offers a ton of drinks, pizzas, and snacks. I love the Pornstar Martini to drink-it is not only delicious but quite beautiful as well. The Parmigiana Party is their iconic pizza and is definitely one you must order whilst here. The One Telling Porkies is also delicious for a non-traditional pizza (no tomato sauce here, just sweet bbq and "pulled pork"!). The crust is absolutely perfect and chewy, and all the toppings from the cheeses to the faux meats are fresh and flavorful. The Dough Balls are also a must: they are filled with molten, melty cheese and are so tasty. For dessert, I highly recommend the Cheesecake, which is incredibly creamy and made in house. Prices here are very reasonable, especially if you come in early enough to partake in their lunch deal (9" pizzas for 5 pounds!)-we come in around 4:45 for dinner to snag that deal, which ends at 5.

Yelp
You really dont get to expereince food like this in coventry, Not a lot of vegan options and first time having an only vegan expereince, beautfuil view, amazing location and THANK YOU MEG. YOU WERE SO SWEET IF I COULD give you 10 stars i would. Will be back here during my next visit for sure.

Yelp
The service was good. I right away noticed how quickly our order came out, not a good sign. I have worked and eaten at many great pizza joints in my lifetime. The first rule of any pizza is the crust. It's all about the dough, heat and time. This one had neither. Pizza was very doughy no bottom crust to hold the sauce and protein based cheese in place. Coming from the SF Bay Area a place where vegetarian and vegan food is just as great as any meat based food, I know good when I taste it. Just a friendly word of advice when you have a prime spot with a niche cuisine, If you're the only one offering this type of food you better be damn good. Browning means flavor, oregano, basil, garlic onions red pepper flakes and a good shaker of Parmesan can really liven things up. Oh yeah and please check on your Prosecco and club soda for the Aperol Spritz they were a flat tire.

Yelp
Purezza was amazing! Got the 3 small plates, truffle pizza, and two kids pizzas. By the way, kids under 10 get their pizza for freeeeeee! Was totally surprised by that. Great ambience with great food make the dinner special. Highly recommended

Yelp
The restaurant is well designed and decorated and overall clean, I ordered the four cheese pizza with bacon and will say it was very soupy. The dough was very good but overall the pizza itself seemed saturated and like a kids idea, overall was still good but not what you'd expect. Service was very helpful and friendly to me!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I loved our homemade drinks. The lemonade was extra tart and the cola was almost herbal. Our food took awhile to get to us but it was very busy. The sides were so so so good--soft and cheesy. Add for the pizzas, the carbonara pizza was quite the experience and very rich; the margherita was lovely but could have used far more cheese in our opinion.

Yelp
Having pizza here has forever changed me. I will never be able to go out in California ever again. The antipasto plate changed my life. Every "cheese" was so delicious, I've never had anything so flavorful. Cashew cream was my favorite. We lucked out that we got there before the dinner rush around 5. Staff is wonderful and very attentive. They will even warn you it is all plant based, if that isn't your thing. Any vegans (or non, my non vegan hubby loved it too) must try this place.

Yelp
My wife and I were visiting London this past week. During the middle of the week, we happened to be near Camden town later in the night and were looking for a restaurant that served gluten free food that is celiac friendly. My wife has this condition and it's necessary that she only eat gluten-free food. This restaurant was recommended within the Celiac community, so we decided to make a reservation with Purezza. We showed up for a 9:00 reservation, and we were met by the manager named Kasia. She calmly, and throughly answered all our questions about ingredients, how they cook the food, and drink recommendations to boot! Plus her staff in the restaurant were extremely friendly, and we loved chatting with them. My wife and I both ordered margarita pizzas, and saw that they had made Neapolitan style pizza in an authentic Neapolitan oven. Well, everything was absolutely delicious and we love the atmosphere. But what made going here awesome was the experience provided by Kasia and staff. When we come back to London again we will make a reservation at Purezza!

Yelp
Today I have been invited by Love Pop Ups London to try out the plant-based, vegan pizzeria Purezza in Camden, London. This fresh company serves up Italian classics with a modern twist, all their recipes are plant based and vegan, with many gluten-free and some raw food options as well. This gorgeous restaurant is on a mission to make healthy food options as delicious and beautiful as possible. They hand make all their vegan cheeses in house, from their absolutely stunning brown rice mozzarella, over coconut and cashew cheeses, to a delectable tofu ricotta, everything is dairy-free and tasty. We started out with courgetti spaghetti, a raw food dish made from courgette, creamy pesty, sundried tomatoes, and a vegan parmesan topping, as well as a gluten-free mac and cheese side dish. The pasta was a little on the chewy side, but the taste was absolutely spot on! With a cheesy, creamy sauce that cheese lover's dreams are made of, this vegan dish packs an unexpected flavour punch. With three bases to choose from, everyone can find their perfect pizza at Purezza! The classic sourdough crust is super fluffy and light with that tangy sourdough taste that pairs so perfectly with cheese. Unfortunately the middle of the pizza is a little soggy for my taste, but it's the traditional Italian way, so this is not something I can fault the restaurant for. We also tried the hemp crust, which is a little more dense and savoury than the classic and pairs well with more flavourful toppings. We tried the Cheesus, and the Couch Potato pizzas. The former comes with four different vegan cheeses on a tomato base, especially the huge dollops of ricotta are to die for! Personally, I found the yellow cheese a little too sticky in texture, almost like those fake cheese slices, but all other cheeses on this glorious pizza were amazing. The potato pizza was more flavourful, with spiced Seitan cutlets, roast potatoes and smoked aubergine on a white base. I thought the toppings would have been more suited to a bbq style sauce, though it was a very delicious pizza as well! Paired with the pesto dip, it's fantastic! For dessert we had a beautifully creamy, plant-based creme brulee and a dense, rich chocolate brownie with vegan gelato. Both desserts were not too sweet and rounded off our meal just perfectly with rich flavour and delicate textures. There is so much to choose from on the menu, and with many raw food and gluten free options, everyone is guaranteed to find something they like. And as another bonus, kids eat free at this restaurant! We really enjoyed our beautiful meal and I can absolutely recomment this vegan pizzeria, it's delicious!

Yelp
The best vegan pizza in London. It won the 2018 national pizza. 100% will return. The dough balls and Mac n geese are perfect starters. The cheese is gooey and delicious. We got the seasonal pizza with truffle and the Special pizza. The sour dough pizza is thin but has a nice sized crust. The pizzas run from 7-14 quid. Hey currently only take reservations for large groups. The place can get busy so be prepared to wait by it is well worth it.

Alixe Q.

Yelp
Ordered the truffle pizza, and it was just not good...Probably the worst pizza I've had.

Yelp
If you're looking for the best pizza of your life (vegan or non-vegan), you've got to go here. All their pizza is vegan, but my non-vegan friends ordered from here without knowing this and had no idea that they were eating vegan pizza. When I went, I got the "Pesto Manifesto" pizza with wholegrain crust and the "Here Comes Truffle" pizza with hemp crust. Both were AMAZING. The crust was super fluffy and crispy, but soft on the inside and thin in the middle. The truffle pizza was unreal - highly recommend if you like black truffle and mushrooms. The ambiance was super cozy and our waiter was very friendly and helpful in helping us choose what to order. I got to sit at the counter in front of the open kitchen and it was fun to watch the pizzas get made. Not the cheapest option, but definitely worth the money. If I am ever back in London, you can bet I will make a stop back at Purezza!

Yelp
I heard London had a lot of vegan gems and I'm proud to include Purezza to that list. My wife and I are here on business and couldn't be happier to know that we have a delish restaurant nearby to satisfy our inner vegan needs. My first order was the Calzone, which I highly recommend to anyone.
google avatar

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Just delicious! I got the Fumosa and subbed the aubergine for the beetroot carpaccio which the server was glad to do at no extra cost. The pie is a decent size for £10.95 and arrived loaded with toppings and drizzled with with a sweet BBQ sauce. It was also "cheezy", making every bite full of smoked, rich flavour. I got the hemp sourdough base and was quite pleased with the chewy dough texture (and this is a snobby New Yorker here). The pizza even stood up well reheated from frozen the next few days. Would gladly return if in the area!

Yelp
This place!! Amazing. Perfect for vegans travelling with omnivores, you do not have to be vegan to enjoy these delicious pizzas. And they even have fresh coconuts.

Yelp
It was our first time going to an all Vegan pizzeria and we were not disappointed. There was a 20 minute wait for a table but we were able to order drinks whilst waiting. The service wasn't the best as we had to wait 30 minutes to be served by a waiter and only once we called them over. The pizza came really quickly and were delicious - the hemp base is lovely and the pesto pizza is amazing. Would definitely come back here another time.

Raj B.

Yelp
One of best pizzas I have ever had. Even before when I was not vegan. The hemp base was awesome. I couldn't even tell the cheese was not vegan. The server was very well verses and knowledgeable and suggestive. The pizzas of the day were quite unique. All great! I would skip the cheese balls. Tasty but focus on the pizza!

Caroline O.

Yelp
Absolutely unbelievably impressive. Surprisingly low calorie as well, although no one would mind if it were not so, as the taste is unparalleled amongst plant based Italian cuisine. I only recently tried to mac n cheese and I must say, it is a mandatory addition to any order. I had it cold (through no fault of Purezza @deliveroo) but the quality was still shockingly high. Each flavour profile on the menu is uniquely scrumptious. I particularly recommend the Pesto Manifesto...the Mona Lisa of pizza flavors...timeless, and transcendent of any preconceived expectations you may have.

Yelp
Just as great as their flagship base in Brighton, Purezza London tickets all the boxes! Entirely vegan - though it would be hard to guess if you didn't already know - everything is done in a way that you don't even notice the lack of meat or dairy. How they make their 'cheese' melt so well for the doughballs I don't know - but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a secret they take to the grave! If you do miss meat, make sure to give the Season.4.Pizza.1 a try - the smoked beat will fill your meat craving pronto. The food is delicious and the restauraunt itself boasts a really nice atmosphere.
