First time here for an employee sponsored fun night playing the Library Course! The holes were very challenging, even though they looked easy! Took one of my friends 13 strokes to get Hole 3 done! Lots of angles and uneven course layout to overcome! Plenty of good food and delicious drinks served by friendly attentive wait staff. The bartender turned us on to their Mexican Candy shot and we had numerous shots all night! This is the place for date night or family fun night, Make reservations for 1 of 3 courses to assure you get to play and they have free self parking lot and free valet parking. Highly recommend👍🏽

Beautiful decor. Fun courses. Great service. Our server was sweet and hooked up our child with a special request lemonade. The General Manager stopped by to say hello! That’s always nice. The Return of the Serpent is a great choice for a cocktail with tequila.

Google
I really enjoy this place. They have 3 courses. You can either pay $15 per person for one course, or $20 per person for unlimited play. Depending on your group it can take 45-60 mins to do a course. The place is a whole vibe! It’s beautifully decorated and designed. The designer needs an Olympic medal for their work. There is a bar upstairs and a full menu to order from. They even have a private room that looks perfect for birthdays or company outings. They close early on Sundays (10pm) keep that in mind when you make a decision to do unlimited play based on your arrival time. In terms of the food, my husband loved the pizza.

My husband and I had a fantastic late-night date at Puttery! It was our first time visiting, and despite being understaffed, the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The ambiance here is really cool—it's a dope spot and so much fun! We tried the wings and fries, and they were fantastic. However, the alcoholic beverage we ordered was a bit watered down and lacked flavor. The staff provided note cards for scoring as some of the score pads weren't working, which was a minor inconvenience, but we managed fine. One downside was that the restrooms weren't as clean as we would have liked. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was amazing. A big plus is the free parking available. We'll definitely be back for another round of mini-golf and great food!

Google
3 different courses. They even decorated the library one for Halloween. Small courses but definitely fun for a date. Super friendly staff. Great prices for a work outing in the middle of the day as well.

Google
We hosted our company event there recently and not only is the venue amazing (and a big hit with our clients) the food and staff were top notch! The general manager Chris was the real MVP and made sure our experience was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun date night or group event! Looking forward to booking again.

I recently visited Puttery in Houston, and it was an absolute blast! The courses are creatively designed and offer a fun challenge for all skill levels. The atmosphere is vibrant and perfect for a night out with friends or a date. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Chris, greeted us and checked in with us at the end of our night. Snapped some photos and we had a lovely chat. The food and drinks were also top-notch, adding to the overall fantastic experience. I highly recommend Puttery for anyone looking to enjoy a unique and entertaining mini-golf experience in Houston!

Google
This place is not just a mini golf course; it's literally a work of art. the entire experience is visually stunning and incredibly fun. The staff here are wonderful. From the minute we arrived, they were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Their friendliness and dedication to customer service truly stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a unique and fun mini golf experience with top-notch service and great food, this is the place to be!

Yelp
Great place for a date. I came with my girlfriend on a cloudy Friday afternoon. There was plenty of parking spaces at the lot across the street. It was $30 for the two of us for unlimited play across the three 9-hole courses. I'd say that's a great deal, especially if you like to take your time or also plan to drink/dine as well. I'd say I'm around average at mini-golf. My girlfriend has supposedly played before. Though I'm honestly a bit doubtful after seeing her play. I swear I saw her hold the club from the opposite end at first. Regardless, all three courses were fun in their own way with a unique theme - suitable for all levels! Library was probably my favorite. It was straightforward to play through. Conservatory was apparently the easiest one. Though there were some pretty hard holes. Lodge was easily the hardest. We stopped keeping score early on haha. Although these modern indoor mini-golf courses may not necessarily be the best for a traditional mini-golf experience, I think they offer their own fun twist. I enjoyed that there was a convenient screen to keep track of the score as you go through each course. They were easy to use. I'd imagine it especially comes in handy if you have a drink and have a lot on your hands. There were plenty of places to put your things down if you have a purse or food that you're carrying as well. Last thing I want to note is that the staff was nice. The gentleman at the bar upstairs was especially kind. We didn't get any drinks or food this time but it looks like there are many options that can suit everyone.

Yelp
Didn't try the food, but enjoyed the 3 mini golf courses--2 upstairs and one downstairs. Service was, poor--but ok at the bar itself--you must go to bar to order. Glasses were piled up everywhere along the courses no one bothered to pick up--like about 30-40 empty glasses/drinks, which is a bit much to just have lying around. Would've enjoyed this more if there wasn't children around (about 5-6 in front of us), but that's just me. I prefer adulting in adult places. I'm sure it gets busy at night so I'd suggest going earlier in the day. Cute ambiance, very large place, overpriced drinks. I did enjoy myself though, its just very pricey--be prepared to spend no less than $100

Yelp
This place was a nice upscale vibe with great music, food and drinks. I wanted to order the salmon miso, but it was my "off day" so I ordered pizza and lemon pepper wings instead and they were so flavorful. And comfortable seating. They have two stories of cook put-put golf courses. We arrived late so only made it through one. Wish we had time to go through more, so highly recommend if you want to go through all three arrive sooner and give yourself at least 2.5-3 hours (if you want to enjoy food too and golf all three). Overall had fun and would come again! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Great bar- horrible putting designs. Compared to many places we've been, these are the most poorly designed courses. It requires no skill or strategy- basically dumb luck. There's hardly a chance for a hole in one on any hole. Also, it does not cater to lefties due to the props & walls- literally no way to putt. This was $40 down the hole.
google avatar

Yelp
First date night here and it was bomb! Such a vibe and it was really fun night out. The library area was dope af and prolly the easier one for me. Until the drinks kicked in. We even took some really cute pictures and the lady brought back every last one in a pretty frame lol $20 only cash if you want it. We kicked it in the swings for a bit upstairs too

Yelp
Review from September. I went to Puttery to celebrate my 35th and I had a blast! It was my first time here and I appreciated the chill vibe and the wonderful service. It wasn't uncomfortably packed, however there were a few larger groups that were also celebrating. The price point was reasonable as well, which is much appreciated. This is definitely a place I'd return to. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco and indulged in mimosas. Additionally, I had an espresso martini! It was on point! Worth it and definitely going back!

Yelp
Puttery is a miniature golf course and bar located in the Heights. They have different locations around Houston with different courses at each location. There are 3 different mini golf courses with 8-9 holes on each course at this location. Each course has a different theme, and they are decorated well. The first course we went to was a Japanese-themed course with a bridge, koi fish, and cherry blossoms. The second course was library, dark academia themed with ghosts and spiders in time for Halloween. The third course was a ski and winter resort. There were three huge bars--2 on second floor and one on the bottom. Although the courses were decorated nicely, and I liked how each has their own individual theme, I do think the courses are very small. It's miniature golf alright. They put 80% more emphasis on the bars, as they are huge and take up more space than the courses to the point where there were more people waiting in line for the courses than the bars. I wished they had more courses or made them a bit bigger compared to the bars. The courses felt small, and there was not much space between each hole while we waited for the party in front of us to finish. Score are kept tracked on the machines. However, the machines on the library course had a technical difficulty, and our scores were manually tracked by paper. Overall, the place is a huge bar with a side of mini golf, but everything was decorated nicely and great for photos.

Yelp
Went for mothers day brunch. It was fun but seemed a bit disorganized as we got there at 10 for all you could golf and eat. Food wasn't ready. Service seemed a tad slow even though there were limited seating for the holiday. I would go back on a date night type thing though and try again.
google avatar

Angela Q.

Yelp
I was invited to a holiday showcase because I plan events for work. I got there early and the food was being put out. The event was from 4-7 and you could come and go. I was waiting on some friends to join but met a couple of nice ladies beforehand. I ate immediately, I enjoyed the chicken and the green beans. The sangria was good and they had a nice array of holiday cocktails. I am not a whiskey drinker but enjoyed the sangria. Of all the food choices, my least favorite was the salmon. It was dry. This was their holiday menu but my opinion is that the food is too heavy for a place like this. If people are playing golf, they want sliders, pizza, chips and dips, chicken fingers, etc. The holiday drink choices were good and festive. We met Chris and Emily was the bartender. Megan set everything up and our golf hostess was super nice. I didn't get her name. The servers were very helpful too. I actually enjoyed the pumpkin cheesecake too. The course we played was nice and we had fun. This course was on the first floor.

Yelp
This is a great option for entertainment near downtown that won't break the bank. It is very spacious inside with 3 stories, 3 9-hole courses, at least 3 bars available (only 1 open during my visit), and friendly staff. The holes range from basic to pretty challenging. There are even a couple of funny holes. Obviously this is a cool spot for friends, family, company gatherings, or a Xmas party gathering, as I visited during the holidays and saw that numerous companies had reserved spaces throughout to hold their party. The parking is kind of strange but available at least. There is limited street parking behind the building (1 block off Washington), otherwise you are likely going to park in the large parking lot 1 block north and walk back to the Puttery. I didn't try the food during my visit, but they do have a full kitchen at least if you get hungry while playing or just come hungry. The layout of the courses and building is sort of confusing. I recommend walking it all out first to get an idea of the layout before starting to play. There are 1-2 holes where the next hole is not quite obvious, but the good part is the screens at the next hole each time will light up your parties current score to sort of guide you.
google avatar

Yelp
This place a great vibe for adults. My work hosted our Christmas gathering here. We had the upstairs for gathering, amazing food and private putt putt. All the staff were attentive and kind! They had the best playlist, and themed areas. They have plenty of parking as well so you are not fighting to park on the street or with neighboring businesses.
google avatar

Shaquon S.

Yelp
Was super easy to book a reservations online. Walked in and they asked up if we wanted to try easy, medium or hard. I feel like everyone just chooses medium so the line for those room was quite long. We made friends with the in front and behind us as they was a small wait at each hole and you waited for the group ahead to finish. But all and all we had a good time and the room was unique with some many things to look at while your going through the course.
google avatar

Kate F.

Yelp
Excellent drinks and service! Came here last week for a company Christmas party. We all had an absolute blast, and the drinks were on point. I had (several) spicy margaritas and absolutely loved them. All the bartenders and servers were extremely helpful and nice. The actual golf or putting area was smaller than I expected, but everything was super cute and themed. I would definitely go back, and our office is looking forward to coming here in the summer!
google avatar

Alena B.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this adult put put golfing experience. There's multiple rooms for golfing with various course challenges. It's a pretty efficient system to play on teams, coupled up, or solo. There were bars with ample seating at the top part of the venue indoors & outdoors. The food and drink choices are pretty diverse, with options for mocktails & non meat items. My friends & I had a really good time and the DJ was live. I would suggest getting the unlimited gaming. It's totally worth it. There is a big parking lot for FREE across from the entrance. Perfect for family, friends, & date night vibes.
google avatar

Yelp
Took there time at the beginning, but the drinks and food where delicious! Very clean and nice inside and out!
google avatar

Kennedy W.

Yelp
We had a good time at the Puttery. It was nicely decorated and the courses ranged in difficulty. The downside for me was the wait time. I'm not sure I'd return as it could take forever to get through the courses, especially on a weekend. There were moments where we got backed up and there wasn't lots of space to wait. We ultimately didn't even go to the last set of obstacles in the library because it was taking so long and we just wanted to eat at that point. I'd come back to try the library but would just do that.
google avatar

Jacquelyn C.

Yelp
Got here late on a Friday night, and I wish we were able to come earlier! There are two different courses (we only got to do one) and we were able to finish pretty quickly. We also got some drinks before playing. The drinks were super strong and they were quite large. It was pretty busy so it took a while before someone was able to help us set up our game, which was the only downside. The vibes here are great, and I love the interior!
google avatar

Doug W.

Yelp
Fallen off management. The first two time times visiting were great! It was new and fresh and fun. The food was great, the service was great. The third visit was just BAD! Poor service, slow service, rancid dessert that I spit out and reported to the bartenders who removed the dessert from the bill. I ended up with food poisoning and I called the reception line the next day at 4pm to let them know which was likely a call center because they asked what location it was for. I received a call back confirming the location from the reception team and they stated a manager would call me back. 5 days later and nobody from this location has even attempted to call me back. I'm disappointed in the lack of effort from this location and hope it returns to a great place to visit and spend my money/time.
google avatar

Tinisha J.

Yelp
My first visit was on Valentine's Day! The place was romantically decorated. The ambience was sensual. We paid for the Valentines Day couple's special, which gave us one drink each, an appetizer, two entrées and shareable dessert. The food was amazing. My cocktail was the grand lemon drop which was exquisite. Hubby had the London calling. We loved our our cocktails so much we had more than a few. For our entree, I had the miso salmon, and my hubby had the creamy Cajun Alfredo. For dessert we had the peach cobbler and it was the perfect ending to our dinner. After dinner, we played the course which was specifically decorated for Valentine's Day. Although it did get crowded once we've started playing the course, but everyone was in a really happy mood. Everyone was patient and didn't rush each other. We meet a few cool couples while playing and we had a great time.
google avatar

Yelp
Fun atmosphere, good food, even with the mini golf busy, the system works! Would do this again.
google avatar

John W.

Yelp
I would not recommend Puttery. The service here wasn't great, and we couldn't actually play mini-golf all night. Me and a few friends made a reservation for a Wednesday night (for someone's birthday). When we arrived, the hostess told us that due to several (~5) work events, the times we could use the putt-putt courses were limited. Also - almost every single table in the business was reserved for work events (I counted 5 tables that weren't reserved). We couldn't find a table big enough for our entire group. What's the point of making a reservation if you can't actually play or even sit anywhere?? For the 3 hours we were there, we were able to play once.... Almost every course was reserved for a work event when we'd go to check on it... Some employees were nice to use, but a few were rude/impatient when we'd ask questions. The decor was nice though! Overall, I wouldn't go back here.
google avatar

Alex H.

Yelp
Been here once for a guys' night and another time on a spontaneous date with the fiancee. Both times the front desk staff were awesome, and the bartenders responsive with plenty of selection. Ate here once, and would recommend the tuna tartare tower. As for the mini-golf, the courses are pretty basic, but the environments are really what make it. You get to choose between 3 different ambiances (conservatory, ski lodge, and library iirc). Unfortunately the rounds are expensive, and both times they got pretty backed up (waiting 5+ minutes per hole for groups in front of you to finish up).
google avatar

Jackeline R.

Yelp
Had a date night here with my boyfriend and the three courses were very cool! You can schedule a time slot (which we did) and choose which order you do the different courses in. The only downside is the time we booked was veryyyy busy. The first course we did was the downstairs one which was really pretty and went by quickly and there are people walking around taking orders for drinks which I found very convenient! We went upstairs to look at the other two courses and that's when we realized how busy it was. Our time slot was around 9pm and we were stuck waiting for the putters to be restocked because there was so many people and once we were in there was a long line for every hole. We ended up cutting our time short in the third course because it was nearing midnight and we were still waiting in line which was a bummer since we did reserve a slot and paid for the unlimited mini golf. I will say though there is a lot of detail put into each course and finding the small cool things made the wait time not as boring!
google avatar

Chris D.

Yelp
Went here for my girlfriend's birthday and we had a blast! The service was outstanding (they take orders/serve while you put so you don't have to bother with going to the bar). The food was also awesome, especially the pizza with the white sauce! The puttputt was epic and the unique themes and decor of each course made it an extra special experience. My only negative feedback was that the drinks and food were on the pricier side. However, you are getting a great experience that you cannot find elsewhere - justifying the cost

Sindy M.

Yelp
Took my husband for Father's Day. They were understaffed. It took us 2 hrs. to get our food. The server Raven tried her best to fix everything. Their Sous Chef was running food to the table. Everything came out cold. They only had 3 servers for the entire location. The Manager tried she was new and alone. This is not on the staff there, this is on upper management. We only played 2 rounds of golf and paid for unlimited due to the wait. This was a waste of a Father's Day for my husband. I drove from Conroe and was a total disappointment.
google avatar

Jordan J.

Yelp
Reviewing this bc I was very mislead by the other reviews. I like the concept, but execution was off. I've seen this place advertised and really wanted to try it out. The 3 short putt courses are literally right on top of each other, in a lot of cases one hole ending right where the next starts, so groups were standing on your course with no where else to go until they'd finished the next. It bottlenecks very quickly, sometimes had about 10-15min waiting between holes before we could go. The digital scorecards keep people from skipping around, but that almost seemed like a bad concept considering some groups were stopped waiting for another player to come back from the bar before they could move on to the next course. They strongly suggest drinking while playing (to distract you from the small, cramped putt areas probably) but you can stand at the empty bar with cash out in your hand and still be completely ignored by the bar tenders. I ended up passing on the $15 cocktails altogether because I couldn't get anyone to give me the time of day while literally standing right in front of them. My friend who arrived 10min after me was served while I was still waiting, but when he tried to get a 2nd drink at the empty bar no one would come over to him. Only 2 customers at the bar (a couple) and my friend stood around again almost 10min to be able to close out. Maybe this is just the normal here and this was considered quick service compared to a packed night. Decided to eat elsewhere because of all this, so can't say anything about the food. The people cleaning up the glasses and replenishing the balls were quick and efficient (hence the 2 stars vs 1), but only so much you can do when it comes to people constantly spilling drinks all over the courses. A lot of sticky and wet areas. Overall, this might be a good place for a private party if you get the courses all to yourself and it was nice that it was 18+. Appreciated the variety of drinks on the menu (didn't get to try any), but bar service was bad and would be a nightmare to deal with this on a busy night. If your whole business plan is to keep people drinking so they aren't bothered by the long waits on small courses, you need to be able to get them drinks instead of deterring it. Maybe the plan is to want them to leave quicker after already getting the $30 entry fee, not sure. Wouldn't recommend as a Friday/weekend activity or if you have a group of people. Bring your own hand sanitizer, all of theirs are empty and the putters get sticky.

Yelp
Pretty freaking great spot, I'll tell ya. I came here with some colleagues for a work event and it was awesome. Drinks were a little overpriced but otherwise the vibe was awesome. Service was great too. Great for a date night. Will be back!

Yelp
Cool 9 hole courses, nice bar, fabulous decor, super friendly and helpful staff. Prices are good, but they're even better during the week!

Yelp
Had a date here a few months ago and decided to do this spot since I love golf and she loves drinks. I arrived before she did and found a timeslot near her time of arrival which is what I booked. While walk-ins are allowed, it's best to reserve ahead of time for this since they get packed according to the host stand. The bar and putting are on the second floor mainly. The bar area has some cool cocktails and a solid food choices; although we didn't get food, we saw the plates coming out and they looked tasty. As for drinks, I started with an ol' fashioned which was tasty. During our putting activity, I ordered a Collosus of New York cocktail; strong but what I needed after our round. There's also a balcony area outside on the second floor where you can get a view of the Heights neighborhood. So the putting courses consist of three different themes you can choose from. We went with the Library theme since it had this elegant European feel with the bookshelves and furniture exhibits. We found it quite fun with the course at each hole; especially since I won against her! Only issue I had was getting our drinks out properly. My Collosus of New York cocktail and my date's margarita took a long time to reach us. We ordered those around hole 2-3 and we didn't receive them until after we finished our 9-hole course. I couldn't find our server until after we finished and seemed like he had this 'aha' moment where he realized I ordered something. While we had fun aside from our round of drinks taking a while, I found the cost overall to outweigh the value you get. Drinks, while tasty, are a bit pricy and you're better off ordering them at the bar instead of during playing. Also $20 per person is excessive for only 9 holes in my opinion. I'm open to returning to try the food and experience the other courses although it's not something I'd go out of my way for.

Yelp
I had a wonderful experience at the Puttery Houston. I did make a reservation beforehand but it was probably not necessary since there were only 2 of us and not a busy night. If you have a larger group, I would definitely recommend making a reservation. The checkin process was quickly and easy and we immediately got to playing. I would recommend paying for all three courses because they go faster than you think unless you have a large group. We were able to order drinks while we were playing and had a very attentive server. After we finished, we ordered a pizza and chilled in the dining area. You can get a table and have full dinner if you like.

Yelp
Puttery was so awesome! I normally don't enjoy mini golf as I find it boring. But coming here made it so much fun. We went on a Wednesday which worked out perfectly because they have a deal where you get to play in all sections for only $20/person! It was a blast. It was beautifully decorated everywhere you walked, whoever created it clearly put a lot of thought into presentation and detail. We didn't eat food but the drinks were awesome. All of the rooms are different themes and the holes are very creatively constructed. I loved this and can't wait to come back with friends or on another date!

Yelp
A blend of technology and interactive themed games makes for an interesting night. The venue itself is quite a piece of art! If you are an influencer, I can see lots of opportunities for picture taking here. The miniature golf area itself is also fun, but very crowded and could take some wait to get to your turn. There are a total of nine different mini golf stations within the room, and everyone have to take turns to sequentially go through the same nine stations to accumulate scores. I can see this being a fun activity for date night, but likely not the best idea to do with large groups unless you find a way to reserve the whole space to yourself. The people who designed the area obviously appreciate good details. Each station comes with a drink holder and purse holder and there are plenty of seating spread around the room in case you'd like to sit while you wait your turn. There's also a bar that serves themed drinks made to order; all you have to do is order through a QR code. An attendant will be surveying the area and able to help take pics for you/your group as well. Overall, it was a fun experience.

Yelp
What a fun night! After dinner at a restaurant downtown for Houston Restaurant Weeks, our group of 4 ventured to the Puttery. It is an indoor putting concept with bars and 3 themed courses. It was packed with people, so we didn't really feel like we got our money's worth. I'd like to go back when it's not crowded and play all of the courses. We played the library course only, because it took so long to get through with a huge group ahead of usof us.

Yelp
We came on a Saturday afternoon around 3. It wasn't that packed during that time and there was a ton of parking in the lot. We paid for unlimited but really only had time for one game. We did the library room which was a cool vibe. Honestly the whole place is a vibe with really great decor! We ordered drinks as soon as we entered the library room. I got the tasty green which was really refreshing! My date got the espresso martini which he said was pretty sweet but when I tried it I said it was very strong lol The golfing experience was okay - like you'd expect some groups go quickly and others slowly so you'd get backed up for awhile. After our game we went to a table and ordered food. We got the wings and the sliders. The wings I thought were really good, cooked well and nice spice. The sliders were honestly mid and they only gave you two.

Yelp
Went here for my birthday celebration with some friends on a Saturday night. We did reserve and paid ahead online (you don't have to make that time stamp you can come at any time) The bar is so beautiful. I got myself 2 cincoro royal margaritas. Strong but tasted good. I like the fact that no matter which floor or room you're in your tab is open everywhere. That's a nice touch. They had live music upstairs. The holes were actually very hard. At least for my group. Our group drank a little bit so the wait for the next hole to play didn't feel very long at all even if it was. I did feel a little pressured to play faster because we felt bad for the people waiting behind us, but it's all good we're all here for a good time. The ambience, the food, the drinks it was definitely all a good vibe. This would be a very nice place as a date/friends/ or a corporate social. $25 for unlimited play is pretty good. Def come check it out. 21+ only btw for this place.

Yelp
Wow! I had so much fun here! The whole concept of just putting with friends and drinking to make it even more fun and funny is a whole concept, a whole vibe! I did read the reviews before and I can see some validation in some. I didn't have to wait much to put, only on the bottom floor one (conservatory) and I'm gonna assume it's because it was on the first floor. Upstairs, there was a line but it went by fast. Not sure about the whole wait for your group call. Now, upstairs in the library I had the most fun. I loved the decor and the many creative ways to put to get a hole in one. Our waitress was attentive but I just didn't like she closed the tab for each drink. Yes, I get it, people are people but she was running around. I didnt wait long for my drink, luckily, only towards the end of the library room. The drinks were PHENOMENAL! We ordered some food and the it came out so quick! It was so delicious, fresh and filled with taste! I definitely recommend the chicken wings and pizza. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo! Great food, Indoor puttery while drinking with friends and family, controlled environment and great employees! I, honestly, want to praise the hostess that was there 1/13/24 at 7:40 PM. I believe her name was Kayla. I was wondering and filled with curiosity about the establishment and she explained it so well and showed me around. I received such an amazing vip treatment and that's what made me look past negative reviews. She really made the place what it is and I just went with the energy. I hope she gets this praise.

Yelp
Came in to celebrate a friend's birthday and was not disappointed! It was a Sunday brunch and they offer a few deals! You can get bottomless mimosas (orange, pineapple, grapefruit and peach) or bottomless... everything! Where they bring out as much as you want of smaller versions of the plates. My favorite was the bread pudding French toast! The mimosas were pretty strong. Definitely felt them after the 3rd or 4th. The place it self is very cute! It's photo ready at every corner and it's very clean. As far as the service, our waitress did a fantastic job of getting food and drinks out for our table of about 10, with most bottomless items. The mini golf was super fun the rooms upstairs were my favorite each one had about 9 wholes.

Yelp
Very fun experience! The drinks were great and the mini golf was awesome, there is a ton of detail in the set and overall the course looks awesome, I would highly recommend to anyone!

Yelp
I've seen the social media ads for this Puttery and always wondered when I would visit this place. Unbeknownst to me, while visiting Platypus Brewery, Puttery Houston was a stone's throw away. Soon after a few brews, we landed at Puttery. The interior of this place is absolutely captivating and it attacks you on all your senses. There are so many things to inspect, and look at even at the entrance/lobby area. There are two areas for you to do some putting, the library and the lodge. Needless to say, there is a premium price point of ~$20 per person for 9 holes. Each putting hole wasn't exactly hard or challenging, however it was very decorated and the ambience was quite cozy and welcoming. You'll have a server that will occasionally come around to tend to your food/drink needs. But with only 9 holes, it was quite short lived. People don't come to Puttery for putt putts, but more for the IG scenes, the booze, bar, food and hang out vibes. The putting is just another activity to do while mildly inebriated. Its all for the fun anyways, but get ready to pay a premium price for it.

Yelp
Fun spot! So well thought out and the courses genuinely felt like an interior designers dream. We especially loved the library upstairs. All felt intentional and we absolutely loved the electric scorecard system. We've never seen it before and it made our experience so much better. For $20 a person, you can't go wrong. If you play for fun, this is a great place to spend 1.5 hours on a random night :) my wife and I loved it.

Yelp
Overall this was a fun place for date night, and I would recommend however, there are some things that can be improved for a better experience. They have 2 floors and each has its own bar and putt putt course. Service: We opted to have dinner prior to going to play. It took forever for us to get a server and when we went to the bar they told us we had to wait on the server. Once we finally ordered our food, it took forever for them to bring it out. We got the dessert first and once the rest of the food came out we had to eat our food fast because our game time was coming up. The drinks came out pretty fast. Food/Drinks: We had a pepperoni & jalapeño pizza, wings, margaritas, and the dessert jar trio. The pizza was just ok but a large portion definitely shareable, we really wings enjoyed the wings and the margaritas, and the desserts were good as well. Put Put Course: We chose the Lodge. It was smaller than expected but there were only 2 other couples there so it was fine. The course was fun and got challenging the further along you went. They do allow you to order drinks in the course which was nice.

Yelp
Whoever was the interior designer or visionary for this place did a great job! Unique designs and themes all over. From the women's bathroom to the light fixtures all around, the tiles, the metal fencing by the kitchen, the bar, dining seat selections, the lobby, etc. On Saturday, it's best to make a booking for putt putt or there could be a long wait. They open up the top floor for putt putt in the evening. The Brumble cocktail and beef sliders were very good! I feel like the brumble and possibly all their cocktails might be pre-mixed. Once we ordered at the bar, they came in like 5 seconds. It was too quick. The waiter did mention that they all have the same amount of alcohol so it probably is pre-mixed I can't want to come back and play putt putt!

Yelp
Puttery was such a vibe! Planned a last minute birthday night here for baby girl. We didn't have any food, but we did enjoy the bar services and a few rounds of miniature golf. Once we got the hang of everything the competitiveness came out of everyone in our group. Great place to have fun with loved ones.

Yelp
Fore! My friends and I had SUCH a good time at Puttery! We were a large group, so we started the day with shared plates and each of the food offerings was yummy. We also had some of the delicious house cocktails and they were well balanced and delicious. Our group broke into teams of four and worked our way through what I would call the Library room. Who knew that miniature, indoor golf could be so fun?! We laughed our way through the difficult holes and cheered one another on in the especially challenging ones. Be forewarned, the last hole is a literal bear. Once our rounds were complete, we transitioned to the bar area where the staff kept the party going and the music flowing. If we weren't their favorite guests ever, we had to be a close second. I grabbed a meal to go for later, and it was just as good as the earlier appetizers had been. This is definitely a stop that I'll make again on my next visit to Houston!

Yelp
Time is currently 2/14/2025 at 9:30pm 1) We were told we would be seated when we checked in and come to find out it's open seating 2) All of the "open seats" were tables that hadn't been cleaned off yet, so we had to clean off our own table 3) We waited 30 mins for someone to take our order, 1 person came by asked us if we had been helped and they never came back. It took another 15 mins to find someone to take our order 4) We ended up paying 120 bucks for food and drink 5) it took another 20 mins and having to flag someone down to get our drinks 6) In the middle of all of these people are leaving in droves because of the same issues 7) we still don't have our food but at this point it doesn't matter. Service: 0/10 Drink:6/10 Food: N/A

Yelp
We came here for group date. We reserved our time in advance - as we waited we decided to get some bar snacks. There wasn't a lot of options on the menu that could be cooked in the amount of time we had before our game began. We were there mid-afternoon on a Saturday and it was packed. There seemed to be no less than four people in every group which caused a back up for putting. It felt more rushed when we were putting only to have to wait to be rushed all over again. I think if they spaced the times out a bit more that would help. It was a cool environment and timing nuisances aside it was fun. Worth a try if you haven't already.

Yelp
My fiancé took a group of friends and I here for my birthday. The details of booking are unknown, however, when I walked in, the music and aesthetics were a hit. I enjoyed the colors, patterns, and overall vibe of the place. There were private events going on as well as usual after work hangouts. I had a private "library" where hors de voires were served (that rhymes lol). The food was a 7/10; nothing to brag about. I didn't have any alcohol, but my guest thought that the drinks were pretty weak. Collectively, the best drink was the Old Fashioned. (Most reviews prior to mine agreed about the quality of the drinks). The game of putt-putt was new for me. I had a good time. We did the "library" course which was cool and whimsical. Overall, I'd come back (having had a few drinks and something to eat before)...

Yelp
Our group of four was looking for something fun to do on a Saturday afternoon. Puttery takes walk ins, but if you don't have a reservation, there's a good chance you'll have to wait before you can play. We walked in around 4p. It took a few minutes of waiting in line at the main desk. Once we were able to pay, we had to wait about an hour before we could play. Luckily they have three different bar/dining areas to hang out in while you wait. We ended up going to one of the bar areas on the second floor. We didn't have any food, but we all ordered drinks. I had the Tasty Green and it was good. While we were having drinks, someone turned the music up so loud that we couldn't even hear each other. We thought about going to one of the patios (they have one upstairs and one downstairs), but it was a bit chilly that day. Once it was time for us to go play, we made our way to The Lodge (located on the second floor) which is a ski lodge theme. It's $18 per person per course (9-holes). They have three courses to choose from (the others are the Library and the Conservatory). Each course has it's own specialty drink menu. They have QR codes at the entrance that you can scan so you can see the menu. We were greeted by an upbeat staff. The two employees who we interacted with the most were Brandy and JT. They were both lit lol. They were dancing and cracking jokes, and just having a good time. Brandy explained the scoring system and got us set up with our equipment. The digital score card moves with the group to each hole which is cool. Each person gets up to 6 tries. While we played, I ordered a Tito's and Tonic from JT. It took some time for him to come to us because it was so busy in the room. The rooms are kind of small. It's amazing that they are able to squeeze 9 holes into the space. There were times when we would be standing in the way of someone or someone would be standing in our way. Everyone was really nice though. The course doesn't take long to play, but because of the crowd, we would sometimes have to wait for the group in front of us. As we were leaving the Lodge, they had a DJ in the dining area on the 2nd floor and people were dancing. This place is a lot of fun! It's great for small or large groups. I'm looking forward to coming back so I can play the other two courses.

Yelp
Super Fun, New Concept! Wished there was more. This place is huge!! There is an upstairs and a downstairs. The downstairs area was closed when I went. However, that didn't take away from the experience at all. We had the option of choosing between the Lodge and Library courses to which the front desk suggested the Library. We headed upstairs to find a 2 massive lounge/bar areas each with their own balconies. It was absolutely stunning. We were encouraged to explore the space while we waiting for our designated time to play. The place definitely bigger than looks, great for big parties and social gatherings. They offer a full bar and food as well. Another notable addition is that servers are available all throughout the floor including the course, so they save you from having to make continuous trips back and forth to the bar. The course is as picturesque as the rest of Puttery. Each course is 9 holes, which we thought was a bit short, but was super fun nonetheless. I'd say The Library was more immersive, and The Lodge was more challenging. It took us about 30-40 mins to get through the course. Afterwards, we ended up taking a bunch of pictures - make sure to bring your best smiles because you'll definitely want to have your cameras out. I'd also highly recommend making a reservation before hand to avoid the wait. Overall, we really enjoyed this new concept. It was fresh and memorable. The staff was super sweet and accommodating. We'll be back here with all of our friends next time.
