Reviewing this bc I was very mislead by the other reviews. I like the concept, but execution was off. I've seen this place advertised and really wanted to try it out. The 3 short putt courses are literally right on top of each other, in a lot of cases one hole ending right where the next starts, so groups were standing on your course with no where else to go until they'd finished the next. It bottlenecks very quickly, sometimes had about 10-15min waiting between holes before we could go. The digital scorecards keep people from skipping around, but that almost seemed like a bad concept considering some groups were stopped waiting for another player to come back from the bar before they could move on to the next course.
They strongly suggest drinking while playing (to distract you from the small, cramped putt areas probably) but you can stand at the empty bar with cash out in your hand and still be completely ignored by the bar tenders. I ended up passing on the $15 cocktails altogether because I couldn't get anyone to give me the time of day while literally standing right in front of them. My friend who arrived 10min after me was served while I was still waiting, but when he tried to get a 2nd drink at the empty bar no one would come over to him. Only 2 customers at the bar (a couple) and my friend stood around again almost 10min to be able to close out. Maybe this is just the normal here and this was considered quick service compared to a packed night. Decided to eat elsewhere because of all this, so can't say anything about the food.
The people cleaning up the glasses and replenishing the balls were quick and efficient (hence the 2 stars vs 1), but only so much you can do when it comes to people constantly spilling drinks all over the courses. A lot of sticky and wet areas.
Overall, this might be a good place for a private party if you get the courses all to yourself and it was nice that it was 18+. Appreciated the variety of drinks on the menu (didn't get to try any), but bar service was bad and would be a nightmare to deal with this on a busy night. If your whole business plan is to keep people drinking so they aren't bothered by the long waits on small courses, you need to be able to get them drinks instead of deterring it. Maybe the plan is to want them to leave quicker after already getting the $30 entry fee, not sure. Wouldn't recommend as a Friday/weekend activity or if you have a group of people. Bring your own hand sanitizer, all of theirs are empty and the putters get sticky.
