Review of Q2 Stadium, Austin As a Minnesota United supporter, I’ve attended every Loons match played at Q2 Stadium and have yet to miss one. Each time, I’ve sat in a different section, and I have to say, the stadium delivers great views no matter where you are. That said, my least favorite seat was in the end zone close to the pitch—while it’s exciting to be near the action, I prefer sitting higher up for a better perspective of the game. The atmosphere at Q2 is always top-notch, and as a soccer-specific stadium, it’s one of the best in the country. The amenities are solid, but I still miss the Sonoran hot dogs they used to sell—those were a game-day highlight! Unfortunately, beer prices are outrageous, which is a downside if you want to enjoy a drink without feeling like you just spent half your paycheck. Parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes, but for the most part, it’s not too bad. Plus, the area around the stadium has plenty of great spots for pre- or post-match food and drinks, which makes the whole experience even better. All in all, Q2 Stadium is a fantastic place to catch a match, even as an away supporter. Just wish they’d bring back those Sonoran hot dogs!

What an awesome experience watching AFC play at the Q2 stadium! Highly recommend it if you stay in the ATX area, are into football and looking to build on a passion to support your local football club - and one that plays with great spirit and heart! The stadium has all the regular/expected amenities - multiple, clean & large restrooms with over 20 cubicles and a good restroom entry/exit design, and several trash bins. Several food/beverages stalls. There is also a merchandise store selling jerseys and AFC branded apparel. Shout out to Austin Pets Alive as well for showcasing two of their many adoptable doggie friends. La Murga de Austin really supercharge the atmosphere within the stadium with their drum beats, making it a great, enjoyable experience. If you’re seated in the AFC - be ready to dance, maybe get doused in beer, and keep up high energy. Other sections of the stadium seating also have energetic supporters, dressed in AFC jerseys, shirts or generally dressed in green, white & black. For tips on parking, use Google Maps to locate parking nearby (about 1 mile walking distance), or look up Q2 parking on Reddit - if you prioritise parking really close to the stadium, there are Q2 and other lots nearby (which are of course quite expensive). Verde! Listos!

USA,USA.USA... And they delivered! 2 goals vs Panama. 1st time attending a USA national team event. The environment was fun and crazy (we are in Austin) and the venue is beautiful. Once in, game on! Get seated BUT try and get the necessities. Soda,soda, popcorn and a 🍺. Great time with family...

Take the train to the stadium for the best and most convenient way to arrive the stadium. Recommend getting there early and going by hop squad brewery for a good pre-game 🤪! I’ve sat in a few locations around the stadium, all great seats. For the ultimate experience sit in the supporter section and be ready to party!!

Loved going to see USA Women vs Iceland. Such a great atmosphere - perfect evening! Food was amazing too for a sporting event!

Not sure what happened but we could not hear the commentator on the side of the field where we were. We didn’t know what he was saying. Overall I like how the field has an open concept.

First time and it will certainly not be my last!!! The food is amazing, the drinks are amazing, the energy in the stadium is amazing, and the talent on the field makes everything worthwhile.

First time here! My wife and I attended a private party here so I can't comment on game time experience BUT I can say that the food and service by the employees here was top notch! The stadium was very clean and well kept. I'm looking forward to taking our kids to a game in the near future!

I came here for a company holiday party in the Captain Morgan room, which consists of a lounge, a bar, an outdoor patio, buffet tables, and a stage for karaoke. We were volunteering to run the karaoke for the office, so we had to get there early to set up. When we arrived, the event coordinator let us in and explained what they had already set up. They helped provide a dolly for us to wheel in our sound system, and one of the workers stood by the door to open it for us as we moved everything in. We were also allowed to enter the stadium's stands to take in the views of the pitch. Although it was rainy that night, the views were still spectacular! For food, they provided a poke bowl buffet, complete with a chip station and appetizers. The company's event organizer brought dessert. We also had a full bar, with the bartenders mixing cocktails and mocktails. I found it interesting that they have dedicated restroom attendants for both men and women. The restrooms were very clean and well-stocked. Every worker I encountered was kind and friendly. If we needed anything, the workers did their best to help. What a fantastic event! A big thank you to the Q2 event team for making this possible!

I came here for a soccer game and boy is it lit. Since Austin doesn't have many sports leagues, I can see why the stadium gets packed full of fans. The stadium is new and has lots to offer, from various food stalls like Terry Black's BBQ, a bao place, tex-mex, pretzels and more. It's clean, well organized and overall one of the better stadiums I've been to. I like how they have water stations for you to bring your water bottle. Also, they don't really have a bag policy, people came in large purses and as long as you can get through the metal detector, you're golden. The team store has two floors of merch you can browse through. My only con are the margaritas, they are super sweet and barely taste like alcohol. The fan section is where it's at, a loud band, drum line and fans shouting and moving in coordination is awesome. Would love to return.

Multiple wonderful experiences at the Austin FC Stadium this season! It's huge and clean, even the bathrooms are super kept up during the games. I love that they have options for more local or different vendor food and drink choices than just the typical stadium offers. We love getting the empanadas from a small booth near the official store and entrances to the stadium. You are allowed to bring your own empty water bottle (up to 30 ounce) which is really great. Security always goes very fast and the staff are friendly and efficient. Super fun to make friends with seat mates! Hopefully by next season we'll know the chants a little better because that really adds to the experience!

First time watching an Austin FC game! Great stadium, very clean and organized and easy transport getting there! The red line takes you directly to the stadium which was awesome. Took less than a couple minutes to get in and get seated in the home team section where no opposing apparel is allowed. Took time to walk around to check out the concessions and lots of options from Mexican to bbq to hot dogs and a variety of alcohol. Game against Philadelphia Union ended in a 2-2 tie. Only wish was that the supporting section didn't have a b it monitor to look at since it was over our heads.

BEST TIME EVER!!! My job hosted us at the most recent soccer game and we had a blast!! ALL the staff were so pleasant and friendly. The food that was catered tasted delicious, the snacks and drinks! We had great seats and had no problem checking in to our event or had to wait. We even ventured out to other restaurants set up inside the stadium and again customer service was great. The prices are what I expected for an athletic event that is professional. We wandered into the fan store afterwards and the selection is tremendous. I def hope to catch another game soon and if your company ever needs to host an event PLEASE check them out!!

I went to the stadium with a friend yesterday and had an enjoyable time. We were in the supporter section which to be completely honest, isn't my jam. Maybe if I had been drinking some beer or it wasn't so dang hot!!! Just so you know, the seats are bolted up and you can't sit down which I think is cool and not cool. I get it. It's the crazy seats with people chanting and singing the entire time. They definitely are some high energy people in this section. I appreciate the heck out of them but my ADD couldn't focus. Do I watch the game or do I watch the flag waving happy drunk people in front of me?? There are lots of bathrooms and food/water kiosks. The best part is that there is a FREE water station!! Bring your own water bottle and there ya go!! I would definitely go to another game but I would pay for a seat in a different section. That's just me.

Super nice venue it reminds me of something on ted lasso.They turned it into a stage for the Willi Nelson 4th of July picnic.Parking is minimal for this location and expensive. However you can use pavement.com to buy a spot at surrounding businesses. Or just another business that is doing it day of we paid about 40 for about a block and a half walk. There are many food stands and markets inside. My favorite was Listo you scan your card on entry and then cameras will watch you and charge your card upon exit. It was interesting. All the lines moved pretty quickly. The venue is open air but covered on the sides.

Q2 is a very nice MLS stadium that is the home stadium for Austin FC. I went to this stadium for the most recent USMNT game. The stadium is located near "The Domain" which is a very nice upscale shopping and dining district. Limited parking at the stadium itself but a lot of surrounding businesses you are able to park if you pay. The average price is around $20. The stadium itself is very nice as it is only a few years old. Plenty of local vendors and concession stands to eat and grab snacks and drinks. There isn't a bad seat in the house and you will get a great view of the field no matter where you sit. The environment is great and friendly and a great event for families to take kids too.

Beautiful stadium! I always enjoy coming here for soccer matches. Of course it's got the usual stadium prices for food and drink, but at least there are a ton of options. Lots of alcoholic options, even the option to pick up cans of drinks out of a convenient store style set up. They have a lot of veggie and vegan options. The empanadas and veggie dog are great! I appreciate that you're allowed to bring a 30 ounce water bottle and use the refill stations there. Just be sure not to bring your bottle already filled or you will have to empty it. It never takes very long to enter into the stadium. Be sure to read the policy on bringing bags in.

What a fun experience! First game was courtesy of work partners, so got to access the Captain Morgan Club with food and drinks. Hot dog was okay, tacos were decent, and French fries were good! Atmosphere was great - Austinites truly show up and show out for its only pro sport team! Everyone was very into it, which created a great environment. Getting to and leaving the stadium was wild, as expected. Best to park somewhere nearby then walk to the stadium to save time from waiting to get in and waiting to leave. Even if you're lucky enough to get a parking pass for one of the lots, best to leave a little early to beat the crowd, or you'll end up waiting a while.

Really a great time, can't say anything negative besides maybe the Uber situations. We tried four different cars at one point and everyone kept cancelling. Lexus Club would be the best area for your game time experience. Highly recommend getting yourself/seats located in that area. Free rides on the city bus heading home is a big thumbs up! Free Pluckers coupons at the end as well when leaving. Who doesn't want free wings? Ole Ole Ole!

Listos! Verdes! Love this stadium! Went to game last night against Dallas FC and had tons of fun (also we won 2-1 ) *Added bonus- the new Mckalla metro rail station stops In FRONT of the stadium!! And we didn't even have to pay the metro rail to get there- apparently the fare is waived during game days! Recommend traveling by rail- and if you want to make sure to get there on time, get the downtown station before it gets packed on way to game.

Always a pleasure coming to the stadium as the soccer matches are a passion to me. I think to be a new stadium it has some things that could be improved but can't seem to pinpoint what it is but every match has just been good. Parking... you are able to do it in other businesses, would be nice to have a parking lot dedicated to the stadium close by but hey, Austin is just getting too crowded. The atmosphere and the people energy is just so great every time. Make sure you grab your bear or food before the match so you don't lose a second of what's happening on the field

Alright, Alright, Alright, Viva Verde! We had such a fun time at the game! Even if you're not into sports or soccer/football you should still experience an Austin FC game. Walking through security was a breeze, the restrooms are clean and we had GREAT seats! Also, if you are lucky you'll get to see the handsome team owner celebrating team victories. He's kind of a big deal around here. The stadium is really cool and has a unique design. The only flaw is depending on the time of day you might bake in the sun!

Home of Austin fc. Not a bad seat in the house. The environment for futbol (soccer) is amazing with the supporters section on the west end. I love the convenience store to run in and get beers and for food, they have valentinas texmex and pluckers wings along with many other options. Only negative is pricing of food and drinks but it's pretty standard for any pro stadium these days

This is such a nice stadium! It was cool to see the structure in f this building and seeing how it came along. My reason for four stars was the parking. There's not a lot of places to park and I feel it makes quite a few people upset. It also throws me off that the parking on one side is all gravel. The gift shop was fun! They have two floors and lots of merch to go through. I found cheaper items in Academy! Go early!

So impressed at how massive and well constructed this stadium is. It's very modern, and all the Austin FC fans have so much energy. The check in process was very quick even if it was crowded, the concessions are fairly priced and have large variety and also, easy to find your seat. The only complaint I have regarding this place is parking. Do not order a Uber or Lyft to come pick up from the stadium, as you'll wait forever for the ride. Tip is to park down the street! Stadium parking is $55.

Great stadium!! Great food!! A lot of fun!!! Pro tip: take the free bus leaving the stadium to avoid the hour long wait leaving the parking lot. It's the 803 going south.

This is a well designed modern facility. It's a great spot, not only for Austin FC, its main tenant, but also for US men's and women's national team matches. I liked how easy it was to enter and exit the stadium. The concourses are nice and wide, which is convenient when you're moving around, even at peak times. Seating is a bit tight, but the sight lines are comfortable. You shouldn't have a problem seeing the action, even if you're sitting in some of the higher rows in the second deck like I was. Those seats are covered by a roof that will keep you shaded during the day and shield you from the elements if the local weather gets a weird. Concessions are easy to locate and access. A spot near one of the concourse's corners sells food from local restaurants and food trucks. You'll pay inflated stadium prices, but it's a nice perk and the food is good. I really liked the beer hall near Section 200 and the Northeast gate. Its wall of local taps rotate throughout the year. If you're not sure what to try, I recommend anything from Circle Brewing, whose brewery is a few blocks away. I also suggest asking the bartenders. They're happy to offer suggestions. I wish the signage was better, because the hall was a little hard to find, but the stadium staff was polite and helped me find my way. One note, as of this posting, parking is limited. If you're able, I suggest taking the light rail or a rideshare. Both drop offs are within a few blocks of the stadium, easily within walking distance.

I came to this location not for a game but for a back to school event. I took Thing one and Thing Two here to do a practice game on the field with the team. While the kiddos were not on the main field, they did have a three hour work out with the team and trainers on the practice field. The team ran drills with the kids as well as signed autographs. Thing Two won a raffle in which she received a signed soccer ball by the entire FC team. Unlike most of the reviewers who have made comments about the stadium and amenities, my review is focused on the team and FC organization itself. I think it's great that this professional organization not only represents the ATX well but also does great things for the youth who live within the community. Thank you Austin FC

I visited the Q2 Stadium in June 2021, at one of the first events held there: the US Women's National Team match. The stadium is outwardly beautiful, and houses some Austin staples including Valentina's, Tacodeli and Bao'd Up. Entering the stadium was a breeze and only took a couple of minutes. However, there are some serious potential issues with the stadium experience. I prearranged nearby parking through Pavemint ($45!) and when I arrived almost an hour before the event, the lot was full and I was told to continue down the road to the next one. I'm unclear on the point of the pricey parking if they can't honor reservations. I'm hopeful that this resolves with time. The stadium seats are TINY, much smaller than a typical airplane seat and the rows are stacked right on top of the other. I understand wanting to maximize capacity but wow this is on another level. Austin is incredibly hot in the summer so you can imagine the sweaty, smelly and unpleasant cramped environment while you're seated. The concession lines were very long and bordered on price gouging. I paid $16 for a bottle of water and a prepackaged frozen lemonade cup. I'm glad I experienced the venue but have no interest in returning for a long time.

Recently attended an Austin FC game at Q2, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I've attended games at DKR, Frank Erwin, MinuteMaid park, have been to events in NRG, seen a Hawks game in Atlanta at StateFarm arena, and this was the most enjoyable stadium experience I've had--hands down. The facilities are well designed, food options were great, everything was clean, wayfinding was easy, entry process was quick and efficient, and staff were all very nice! The seats were pretty comfortable, sight lines were great, and energy was unmatched. If you have a chance to attend an Austin FC game (or any game) here, I highly recommend it. It's a beautiful stadium, and it's surely going to become a wonderful gem in Austin's ever-changing cityscape.

The stadium is beautiful and definitely a worth a visit! I love the vibrancy and small feel of the stadium. I also love the concept of local Austin restaurants and beers being featured. The lines to get drinks/food are too long. We had friends come planning to eat and not being able to. I wish there was a way to order online and then go pick up whenever it's ready so you can avoid some lines. Especially with soccer, it moves so fast you miss a ton waiting in a line! The parking situation is not ideal. It's hard to find places to park unless you explicitly buy a pass, which is not near the stadium. You have to walk down past Burnet to get to some of the parking, which are really just random office building parking lots. The Uber/Lyft situation doesn't take you very close and trying to find a ride after is a mess! I think the best bet is to walk to one of the nearby breweries and enjoy one before trying to get home.

Terrible place ! If hell was a stadium! Where do I start no air conditioning in the bathrooms. The bathrooms smelled like hot Shit and piss. If you are riding with Lyft or Uber they make you walk like a half mile for pick up to Ruthland rd. Oh and super overrated and overpriced.

Went to my first professional soccer game and it was a blast!! I won tickets which gave my son and I opportunity to experience the game in the suite! I know I know.. spoiled for our first game! From the looks of the stadium there really isn't a bad seat in the house! Great energy! Great fans and a Austin FC Win! Great Experience!

All great seats and great access to concessions. Gates open 1.5hrs prior to kickoff. Acoustics are perfect- you are a part of everything. Go early, but be prepared to spend! Most expensive concessions I've seen in a looooong time. Include a couple of public bar areas and a wide variety of food and beer options like BBQ, vegan, Bao, tacos and pizza.

Super modern, comfortable, clean and well designed stadium. The Q2 stadium is home to the (very) fanatic Austin Football Club - who by the way are killing it this season. The games are very entertaining to watch, and celebrations are incredibly lively. Head to one of their games donned in dark green and black, and you'll fit right in. The sections are very easy to get to, and most of the chairs are made of either stretchy wicking or comfy plastic. We also got the chance to visit the Lexus lounge: I personally didn't find the outdoor lounge seating to be worth the extra cost though. Would recommend bringing a pair of earbuds wherever you're seated, as the fans can get quite loud. The queso was also bountiful in toppings and cheese. There is definitely room for improvement in the stadium parking accessibility & pricing ($55 for unmarked parking is kinda absurd if you ask me)

Perfect sized stadium. Not to crazy to get in and get out. Lots of food choices. Yes, the food is overpriced but that's true of any stadium. It's modern, it's very Austin. More than anything, it has great ambiance. Perfect to watch a soccer match. Go Verdes!

I have only been to 5 MLS stadiums and this one is pretty nice large bathrooms, good food selection, and solid drink selection. The few negatives Lines are long for everything, only a screen on one side and the audio is quiet and muffled.

ohhh the irony.....stadium named for a technology company; i guess it just illustrates how technology does more harm than good. In all my years, I never had an issue getting hot dogs, chicken tenders, beer (well, def had an issue before i was 21), or you name it at Yankee Stadium or pretty much any sporting event at any venue I've ever been to. Until now...I arrive at the very cool new Q2 stadium on a hot/humid Texas summer night about an hour before the game and the atmosphere is fantastic. Already packed with people in team colors & jerseys; although the long lines for food and drinks weren't thrilling, I said whatever. As it turns out, our new cashless stadium (which I was okay with) has its credit card systems down, so they only way to get any food or beverages was to have the Austin FC app on one's telephone. Further, it wasn't enough to have the app, you had to have an account on seatgeek and be logged into it. Well, I am sure as any of the fine folks at Q2 can tell you, 10,000 people trying to download an app at one time isn't going to have a good outcome. So thousands of hungry and thirsty people sweating and not able to get stadium food certainly put a dent in the experience. That said, the stadium does have a wide variety of cool food items (obviously very expensive, but that's par for the course) and the food I had was good. Overall it was a fun experience and game from an enthusiastic crowd, and I am sure if was able to have given a vendor a $20 and got a beer and a torta (okay maybe $30) I would have rated higher. I also think the infrastructure of the area isn't equipped to support a stadium, and wouldn't attend if it weren't in walking distance, or if I didn't have good access to the lite rail station. The roads near the Domain are awful on game days so it's annoying as a resident, and I can only imagine it would be worse trying to drive/park/attend an event there.

Dam, over priced food and beer. It's basically price gouging the people who support the team. As long as Mathew gets his pay he doesn't care. It's all about the profits for this venue. If I charged these prices after a hurricane I would be arrested for price gouging and all that.

Q2 Stadium, it's about time Austin has a stadium for the first professional sport in the city, and it's a cool one. I read the reviews and sure parking sucks (at any stadium) but give yourself time to walk and expect to wait upon leaving. Welcome to big city life. There are good restaurants in the stadium like Valentina's and Bao'd Up. Get tickets from Seat Geek as they are the partnered ticket provider for the stadium. Go experience an Austin FC soccer match at Q2!

First time in this new stadium. When I first walked up I was certain it was going to be a long wait to even enter considering the size of the line, but it moved pretty fast and was in, in no time. I was also amazed at how quick the lines moved at the concession stand & Merch store. So if you come here sometime, don't let the lines intimidate you. The game was awesome, the band was amazing, and the fans were doing what fans do best...supporting our ATX team!

Worst concert venue experience ever. Place has ZERO concept of ventilation for humid Texas heat. No attached fans or type of circulation in the stands, so the heat is just baking you. No type of ventilation in the restrooms. Just stagnant air and the smells become horrendous. Just know you have to walk 2 blocks down the road to fetch your Lyft, Uber or Cab. They don't allow pickups near the stadium! Unbelievable they do this to 100's of paying attendees, leaving them to hurry down 2 block to get to their rides (in the pitch black dark for us!) Food prices were a joke. Paid $12 for chip crumbs and a dollop of cheese. Watering stations are JAM packed because there are only 2 dispensers per station to fill containers. No sitting area in the outside corridor's to escape the heat if want a break from your oven they call seating. We saw so many people overheating during our event. Overall, my experience was 1 out of 10, being awful. Q2, do better for your paying attendees...make it somewhat comfortable for them, especially for Summer events! This place needs some MAJOR re-evaluation!! Won't be back! Oh. Not to mention the bag policy NOT being enforced what so ever! Didn't even check my bag (with in the bag policy) and they had many people with oversized bags past the policy measurements!

Wow, wow, wow! This stadium is so cool from the design to the overall vibe during the soccer games. It's very clean and designed well for access to seats, concessions and restrooms. Even a packed house dosnt seem like an overwhelming crowd. The fans for Austin FC are so supportive, it is amazing to watch the fans in action and the team spirit makes going to these games a truly exciting event.

Went to a soccer game for my first time and it was so much fun! We had close seats for such a reasonable price. My spouse and I got beers and they serve tall cans which are nice for the price. The seats are regular stadium seats so they are kinda small. The cheering from one section was like a party! They were chanting and were so loud. I loved it! The stadium is so nice and even though it's Austin and hot it didn't feel unbearable in the stadium. Has a nice air flow. 10/10 recommended watching a game!

Great stadium near the Domain area with a train stop near by and plenty of hotel space. Beautiful new generation MLS stadium with great sight lines and plenty of food and drink options inside the stadium. Solid acoustics that adds to the in game experience. Great place to watch a game.

This stadium was built for the haves and have-nots, but to the nth degree. When you walk in, the WHOLE right side of the stadium is Richville. It sacrifices the entire concourse on that side for the whole length of the stadium for an indoor, VIP-only food and drink area. It services only the right side. The left side is the normal bleachers and ALL of the concessions are packed into that one side so the common rabble doesn't accidentally wander over to disturb the wealthy fans. Going to get a beer on the right is free and takes about 5 mins at most. Going to get a beer on the left literally takes you 30 mins, if you're lucky. And since it's totally packed with people, it's often backed up into the bleachers so at any given moment your view could be obstructed by people in line JUST to leave the section, if you're near any of the walkways out. Either save and splurge on the right side, or make sure you're not next to the exits and don't plan to eat or drink while you're there or you'll miss a huge chunk of the game. Check other reviews and you'll notice a lot of the good ones are from the VIP side. The stadium itself is pretty and they handle the gameday atmosphere well, but it's hard to like such a blatant "cater to the wealthy and screw the rest" approach. Transport around the stadium is a joke. Be prepared.

If you get a chance to attend an event at this stadium, do it. Don't miss the opportunity. Such a nice stadium with all seats with a good view. Large but not overly so that you get lost or seating is too far up and away. Plenty of food options and areas were all open. Plenty of drink bars only options all throughout. Individual Vendors throughout offering drinks too. Cashless stadium. Large Verde merchandise store. Lots of bathrooms with seperate in/out doors which made the line flow easier. I attended a soccer match and the music sounded good but the announcer did echo so not sure how it would sound for a concert event. Plenty of security but they were a little over zealous with the opposing team fans. They were doing nothing more then cheering but security stood watching them keeping an eye on them which I thought was weird. Parking can be a bit confusing and tough. Reservations for parking is required thru Pavemint. Prices for parking range from $15(over a mile away) to $50 (.2 miles). Do not show up day of and expect parking. Leave plenty of time to park,walk and get to the stadium. There was plenty of city buses lined up but no one was using them. Mask not required and check bag policy before you go. During game day there is a chat option to ask questions.

Lots of changes happening in the last couple of weeks for the stadium. It broke ground September 9, 2019 but it hasn't been since the beginning of 2020 that it looks like major steel beams are going up. Another year or so of work and then this stadium will be ready for many memories and WINS!! I go by weekly to see the progress and am excited for the major installments happening this week! The parking situation here is horrible and horribly mis -managed. I drive for Uber and Lyft and I will never accept another ride for this venue. They merge the ride share drop off lane with regular parking, causing all ride share drivers to be stuck in traffic for 30 minutes after dropping our passengers. Time is money; gas is extraordinary expensive.

I live in the area and was surprised that it took minutes to get from Kramer to Mopac!!!. Lots of people are thankfully using the rail and bus service. There is parking around the area, you just have to know the area to know where to go. Love seeing all the local businesses thriving because of the stadium! The fans are awesome, police directing traffic and how they time the lights at Burnet & Braker so fans can cross safely is great. It can only get better in time. So glad this is in my back yard

Gave this place a second chance. Still pretty bad considering how much they spent. Parking- Still no parking close by and the buses are horrible. Food- I found out they have an app where you can order your food and then just go grab it. Cool! Except there is virtually no reception in the stadium so the app takes forever to load. I finally placed an order and got a text saying they will let me know when my food was ready...30 minutes later still no food. Had to go and show my ticket then they got it. Team- the team is horrible. Took my daughter there so she could see some real soccer. What a mistake!

First time visit to Q2 (almost 2 weeks ago) and what a treat! The atmosphere, fans and energy are insane. As others have stated, seats are a tad smaller but still comfortable. Drinks and snacks are slightly overpriced but that tends to be the norm for most sports venues. Can't wait to go back and watch another game.

Don't get me wrong...Q2...It's new, so high prices for beer and food expected--no complaints, and local spots like The Peached Tortilla and Pluckers were cool. I've been to some Seattle Sounder games in WA, and some World Cup games in Honduras and they were a blast--and the Austin crowd is lively, but why boo everytime a back passes to the goalie? The ole chant being changed to alright, I get Dazed n Confused, and thanx for that, Matt, but wtf? And what really gets 1-star is not the experience but Q2 itself. Come on...if you're going to lock seats up so you have to stand you should require a huge RED warning when purchasing--GEEZE, season tickets sold out!...I do get it's like a superfan thing, but if that's what they want, REMOVE the seats entirely so it's not a knife in the back looking at the seat you cannot sit in. There is halftime where sitting and eating occurs and it's OK. And the rediculous lack of paid parking (I don't expect free) is a joke that should have the planners fired. Photos of our locked seat and others attached. Seriously, the entire end of the stadium...2 seats--only assigned to a section--no row or seat # and NO SEAT: $90. Never again--I'll watch on TV out of spite for poor management decisions. Again...luv the fans, team, and futbol, just not this stadium experience.

I'm impressed by the stadium. It is beautiful, modern, and I feel like there's very few bad seats with how it's designed, like an amphitheater almost. I came for the US Women's Soccer game. The section behind one of the goal's where the band or drums were definitely looked like the most fun. Like many stadiums, there are long lines to get food and merch. It was a long line to get into the stadium, and I really don't like the bag restrictions (no bags unless its 8 x 5 x 1 inches). I abided hard by the rules, but of course, Security isn't exactly measuring the sizes of the bags coming through. I'm looking forward to going back for an FC game.
