Q&C Hotel and Bar New Orleans, Autograph Collection

I stayed here for a weekend trip and loved the hotel and its location. First off, I was impressed with the hotel upon walking in. Very beautiful hotel and very clean. As mentioned the location was fantastic, not right in the middle of everything but a short walk to canal street, bourbon street, French quarter, the casino and the river! We did enjoy some drinks at the bar - they were fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel. Good for both leisure and business!

This is a very cute and unique hotel in the heart of New Orleans. I’ve stayed here several times now and the front desk staff, bartenders, and all hotel staff are always extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The food is also delicious, especially the baked oatmeal for breakfast. Rooms are very unique as well with original features like the floor and exposed brick walls. Definitely give this place a visit if you’re in town!

We stayed here for a few nights in Dec - it was fairly quiet every night and we did not experience much outside noise. It's also close to downtown and accessible by streetcar/bus. (tiny bit walk for bus) Had some issue with the heating not turning on. We contacted the front desk and they sent someone in literally 5 minutes, which was a surprise. In other hotels we've often waited 1-2 hours for someone to come despite us following up with front desk. We also had a few other requests to front desk, which were promptly resolved. The bottled water service at the front desk was also very helpful during our trip. We opted for a "regular" king bedroom (it seems to come in smaller, regular, and larger). The room is a tiny bit on the small side, however the double sink in the bathroom was really convenient. The bed and pillow itself was also very comfortable. If I had to mention anything, the windows are small. The gym could also use a handful of stretching mats. The water machine in the gym is nice for hot water though, as water from most bars tend to have a bit of residual flavor while this doesn't. Overall would re-book here if I was to return to New Orleans.

Very cute and unique hotel with a great location in New Orleans. But it was a very disappointing experience. Hotel wall is thinner than paper, which could be scary at late night. There was a continuous beep sound at 4AM and the maintenance crew could not figure out why. More importantly, I was also somehow double charged due to a mistake on their end…

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed here many times and have had nothing but good experiences. The rooms are a little small, but the atmosphere of the hotel and its amazing staff make up for it This time we were stuck for 3 extra days because of the snow. The staff, especially Kierra, Christina, Josh (and the bartenders!) really went above and beyond to accommodate us. They are fantastic! The location is also great - close to but not in the middle of the craziness!

Excellent location! The rooms are very clean with a comfy bed. The staff is very helpful. They had some issues with the restaurant but matters out of their control. (Staff stuck in traffic, etc). Would happily return.

The Q&C is a lovely hotel in the heart of New Orleans. While not in the direct hustle and bustle of the French quarter, you’re still within a short walk which honestly I much prefer as it’s definitely quieter! There is a restaurant & bar, as well as a valet service should you need. We were able to find street parking each night so that’s also an option! The interior as you walk in was beautiful, lots of brick and felt very New Orleans esk. Dallas at the front desk checked us in and was super kind & helpful. My room was lovely, similar feel to the entrance of the hotel with lovely brick and wood. The bathroom was stunning and I was equipped with a good sized closet, desk, and a large TV. Everything was very clean! The bed and pillows were comfortable which is usually hard to find! Coffee maker with coffee and tea pods. Gym for use but in the building across the street - had multiple cardio machines and free weights. The only complaint would be the noise levels. The first night I had someone next door and not sure if it was just them particularly or the hotel but I could hear the door slam all night until midnight as they came & went. The next night they must have checked out because I didn’t hear anything and slept just fine. Would definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

What a wonderful hotel to stay at! The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful atmosphere! Had breakfast and late night snack at the restaurant. Food was well cooked. All the staff were very friendly. Great location to easily get to the French quarter or the garden district. Enjoyed ending our day at the hotel bar with bartender Tammy. Loads of fun! And she makes the best lemon gin fizz!
