The airline itself leaves much to be desired. First the good, and the only good: the flight attendants are fantastic. This was for a business class flight to and from LAX to Doha.
They check on you frequently and are fairly prompt when answering the call button. They have a very pleasant demeanor, and are the only silver lining in this dark cloud.
As for the airline itself, they are terrible. They play this game with you where they won't issue you a boarding pass for your next flight out of Doha. So when you land, you have to find their customer service lcenter and stand in a long line just to get your boarding pass to the next flight. This makes no sense when you already have already booked your seat months in advance.
The reason they do this is because they have already given your seat away to another flier, who has elite status. In other words, they are not honoring your booked seat.
The other bad is the quality of food, which is sub standard. For a Middle Eastern airline that is supposedly known for its hospitality on a business class cabin, this is not acceptable. I have had much better food on a business class American Airlines flight,
It is safe to assume I will not be flying this airline in the future.
