I would give zero stars if I could because Qatar Airways simply does not meet the standards of a 5-star airline. When problems occur, they fail to treat you like a valued guest. If you encounter a problem, contact customer service! You would be connected to their customer service at India Center!!! What a terrible experience when I try to explain the situation to them and ask for assistance!! They left my parents' luggage behind at Montreal Airport. One of their bags went missing for hours, causing them to miss their connecting flight to Calgary. As a result, they had to spend the night in a hotel in Montreal. Unfortunately, we could not prove Qatar Airways was at fault.
On their return trip, my parents faced another ordeal: they had to stay at the airport for over 13 hours. Even though they had booked a hotel for their transit time, they were not allowed to leave the airport because Qatar did not grant them visas. This issue affected not only my parents but also all the other passengers with Iranian passports. It’s truly unacceptable and shameful! Given that both my parents have cardiovascular diseases, this situation added unnecessary stress. Without a doubt, this will be the last time we chose Qatar Airways!
