Maham at Quadrantinc is a Godsend!! She has the patience of an angel! She Never let me give up, no matter how many times I wanted to, the check ins from her to see if the jobs that were being offered actually fit, what i was looking for..I had gone on countless interviews and to no avail, I kept hearing the same thing, we regret to inform you, which can be quite discouraging, but Maham would not allow me to give up! In the end, i did end of with a job that I love and once the hiring process began, the rest of the team came through as well! Jaime was Awesome!! Good morning, Everybody's experience may be different and better but I'll rate mines a 3/10. I was helped with employment and in my contract it was six months to hire from temp to permanent with the company I would be employed with. When informing Maham and Quadrant of this they both informed it was nothing they could do and to wait it but my contract said different. I don't think they valued my time or communicated properly with my management. They would have me communicate things they should have communicated to my manager. After one year and four weeks I was made permanent with my employer without the help of Quadrant. Quadrant once again did not communicate with me at all or the best with me. There were multiple issues more than once I had to handle without the help of Quadrant. If you are looking for employment as soon as possible I would recommend but I unfortunately would not work with Quadrant again I would probably find employment myself like I have previously or go through another temp agency.

Good recruiting but the excessive sale calls are border line harassing. Please fix your phone so that you're not calling 5-6 times back to back. often times I am in a meeting or interview and the calls get through. It's unprofessional.

My recruiter MAHAM AHMED is the best! she's helpful, attentive to my needs and always willing to solve a problem. Overrall my experience with quadrant has been a breeze. The only thing I would say to change about them is the fact that you have to put in your two weeks be they start working with you. For me luckily my job allowed three wks notice but throughout waiting it took long to find a job plus I had to do lab work. All together I was out of work for 3 weeks and it threw everything off. So that's the only thing I would change but I've like their services.

I was recruited by Quadrant, Evelyn Ok, for a government contract with DOJ (Department of Justice). And although I have only been working here for a month, I absolutely love it! The people here are very nice and very helpful. I am very happy that Ive made the decision to leave my previous place of employment (They did not value their employees), to come work for Quadrant. My recruiter, Evelyn Ok, was very knowledgeable and expeditious in handling the onboarding process. I would definitely recommend Quadrant for anyone looking for gainful employment.

I'm an RN and was moving from NY to VA Quadrant reached out to me from an Indeed job I applied to I believe. I spoke with Dena and explained when I would be in the area permanent. Although I started seeking employment 6-8 months prior to my move she explained it was early and she'd call me sooner to my move date. I have to admit I completely forgot about our call while planning my wedding before the move. Dena did not she reached out to me in May I met her briefly she linked me with a contact 20-30 from my soon to be new home. After honeymooning I took a temp position & now I work permanent @ a great location and an happy with my job.

From the first call my recruiter Keyona Humes was phenomenal. This was the quickest and smoothest employment process I've ever had. I wanted to relocate to the DMV area and she really made my job search the smoothest process. She was thorough, quick, and always kept me well informed through the whole process. I have had a very good experience with Quadrant. As a recruiter myself I know it takes a friendly and hardworking person to succeed in this type of role. Riley Anderson called me about a role, I interviewed with the company that day, and got a job offer on the same day. The company they placed me with was one of the best companies I have worked at. Throughout my contract Riley kept me up to date and in the loop. I have worked with a lot of recruiters in the past and Riley has honestly been one of the best that I have worked with. I also have worked closely with Ron Crosby at Quadrant. While placed at a contract through Quadrant I had to work with Ron since the company I was at used Quadrant for staffing purposes. Ron is extremely hard working and very friendly. His dedication to his clients and contractors exceeds expectations. Through my contract I had to work with several different staffing agencies that would assist us in supplying candidates and Ron was by far the best person to work with and the quality of the candidates he provided was also much better than the other agencies. Overall, I only have good things to say about Quadrant. I have been placed on contracts with other agencies and have not always had a good experience. This is a great group of people that work hard, but also care more than the average staffing agency. I would highly recommend using them in your job search.

Jasmine was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, she called me she set up an interview for the following Monday than I never heard from her again, she was literally hiding. Never returned any of my calls. I have over 25 years of experience for the position I was applying yet an incompetent recruiter had to decide my fate. This whole experience was ridiculous.

Quadrant is much like any temp company in the area with the exception that they actually set up interviews at great places where I can have a career with a decent salary. I interviewed at the Virginia office, my recruiter was professional and he sent me on to do the physicals which is required in most setting. I then interviewed at several locations in the DC Area and was accepted with a temp job offer within three weeks. Not bad for an unemployed person! After I was sent to my job assignment, they wanted to hire me within several months. You have to wait and complete the required number of hours with Quadrant as per your contract.... no surprises - everything was straightforward. I would have given 4/5 stars, but there were some disorganization with pay on human resources part. Also, the recruiters can be a bit overly direct - they need to work on that abrasiveness. So, I would conclude, I understand the other viewers who experienced this attitude when they called the company or received no call backs after inquiry. I did refer someone before and they never emailed me back. Go Figure - since I made the company a good amount of money. BTW, my coworker also started at Quadrant. It's a good company with some work to do to improve. I would recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Quadrant and particularly with Keyona Humes! She was so nice and personable and very professional at the same time. She gave me clear instructions and set all my interviews. She was always quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. She definitely made the whole process so much easier with her approach. She was very understanding of my needs and my requests and with the company where I got hired. The whole process took less then a week and I think it's because of her. She was on top of everything, but without making it overwhelming or difficult. I will definitely recommend this organization and Keyona!

Keyona Humes , was very professional in her handling of my interest and needs for employment. She understood that I was content with my employer, but that I needed to find something closer to my home. I had a very bad experience with quadrant. first they offered me a certain hourly then the next day offered me $3 less and when i asked about it they said they made a mistake but I would get that extra $3 they originally offered when i converted over to full time. so the time came when i converted over and i never got that $3.. i asked my employer about the $3 and he said he had no idea what Quadrant told me but it was incorrect. I reported that back to my recruiter "katie" and she just said i'm sorry...I would never work with Quadrant again or promote their company

I had been looking for a DA job and came across this company so I gave it a shot and sent in my resume. I soon got a call from my recruiter Tommy Gao. He was super awesome! Very professional and helping and cares about your desires and needs. He was never pushy, very efficient individual. He quickly found an interview for me and luckily it was a match! I love where I'm working and am so thankful for this company. I have also heard very good things about them from others and what they have done for their clients! definitely recommend this place!

I worked with Quadrant Recruiter Farine Goro. An exceptional talent with great people skills. Even though, I accepted an offer with a different organization, Farine is an individual you will surely want to stay in touch with regarding future endeavors.

They have numerous job openings online on their website but are these positions actually real? I remember applying with them 4 years ago and of course they called me within few minutes of sending my resume, but never heard back after that. The lady had specifically said she would follow up later. I am guessing there is not such thing as follow up or letting you know the position is no longer available. They need to actually inform the job seekers about updates and not call without any future considerations. It is a waste of our time and your time as well.

I was lucky enough to be assigned to Dena, who worked on getting me the right position quickly. My job was abolished, and I contacted quadrant, who took care of me since day one. I felt like I was their only case, they worked on finding me suitable positions and kept in touch with me during the whole process. I got a permanent position with the assignment they sent me on, and I could not be happier. If you are looking for a company to represent you, and give you ease during your career search, this is the right company. Best of luck!

Quadrant was good to me, but overall my hats goes off to my recruiter Dena Yusef! She is definitely an asset to have on their team. She was super friendly, personable and very professional. She worked tirelessly to get me exactly what I asked for...I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. My recruiter Justin Logan was knowledgeable, friendly and was quickly able to recognize what I had to offer and match it with current openings they had. The turnaround time from interview to hiring was phenomenal (2 weeks)! Justin touched base with me and led me thru all the steps up to the first day on the job; his assistance helped me to be positive and confident which is why I did so well in my interview. He still checks in with me to see how I am doing. I am a native of this area and the assistance I got working with Justin Logan at Quadrant is far superior and exceeded my expectations to other hiring agencies in the area. Take the mystery out of looking for a job in the DC Metro area and contact Quadrant!

I spoke with a Quadrant recruiter after he emailed me, expressing considerable interest. He asked me to email three references to him (which I immediately did). Further, he stated he would be sending me an application form in the next few minutes .... and setting up an interview for the position to which I applied. Minutes ... hours ... days passed. Of course, I (repeatedly) followed up by email. He finally responded ... but with no follow through as promised; just an offer for me to take public transportation (i.e., which I rely upon) from my home in Montgomery County, MD to Reston, VA ... just to meet with him. When I replied, asking what I would be meeting with him about, I NEVER heard back. The only Yelp Rating I see that makes any sense to me is the other "one star rating." Unlike the many reputable recruiters in the DC area, Quadrant, Inc. recruiters use a "come on" approach. The company, indeed, does run numerous simultaneous ads, followed by unmet promises by unreliable recruiters ... best characterized as an unreal approach. Be leary!!

I found them to be a group of professional and capable recruiters. Great company to use if you need staffing help or if you are searching for a position in the Healthcare or IT sector. GREAT resource for Northern VA, DC or Maryland.

I have nothing but good words for, Quadrant. I had the positive experience of working with a gentleman named Billy Leeper and he was nothing but genuine and a polite to talk with (which is hard to come around these days). I normally don't go through staffing agencies due to various reasons but judging from my first encounter with Quadrant and one of their employees, it's easy to assume that they know about staffing and they like what they do.

I had such a great experience with Quadrant! I've worked with many other staffing firms before, but I always just felt like another number. When I received a call from Quadrant I was unsure at first because of my past experiences. However I was wrong, I had fantastic recruiter that listen to my needs and wants I came in and met with all the staff everyone so pleasant! Everyone was so happy which made me want to work for them!! I went on several interviews for them with a few different clients and then I received a job offer at one of Quadrants clients! I could not be happier, thank you so much Quadrant! I will defiantly recommend you all!!

This Company Quadrant is the most awful place to go through to find you a job! Slackers and fake people works there. I met with bunch of people and each time I applied online for job through them, automatic email has been sent to me if I am interested and they never call you to follow up. They are such a waist of time to work with! They find crappy jobs and they keep calling you to see if you find anything in your own and if you do, they never care or bother to find anything for you. I have got many calls from many agents and met them, they never found me a single job for interview! They are so lazy fake and liar! They don't know shit and I am wondering what they do seating behind their desk out there! They never work hard enough to reach out to you to find you a job that is fit for you! Very fake people all of them! Keyona Humes... awful and fake! She never followed up with me after i reached out to her many times and she called me said, she will get me interview and call me back, Never called back! When they call back, its a waist, they say they have interview for you, but they actually want to know what you found! They don't do shit and DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone to search for job! Addison group actually is the best in DC! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS LAZY PEOPLE!! You will waist your time!!! DO NOT APPLY ANY JOB THAT IS WITH THEM! WARNING!!!!!!!

We allowed their employee to come in early to avoid traffic, then found out 84 hours later that although she was turning in 7:00 AM on her timesheet that her actual arrival time was 8:30 AM so she was overstating hours by 1.5 hours per day. When we caught up to this, Quadrant just said that we only had 24 hours to report discrepancies, so too bad.
