"One of the most famous seafood restaurants on My Khe Beach, Bé Mặn knows how to bring out the best in every ingredient. Start by picking your own live seafood from the rows of tanks and then specify how you want it cooked. From crabs and lobsters to geoduck and snails, whether deep-fried, stir-fried or steamed, everything tastes as good as it looks. Try the steamed squid with ginger and onion, dipping it in the spicy sour sauce for an extra zing." - Michelin Inspector

"A Bounty By The Beach The ocean views go perfectly with the seafood at this Danang classic. Like most of the seafood restaurants in the city, the freshness of the produce here is unimpeachable. Try the oysters and clams, which are steamed and served with spring onions, peanuts and roasted shallots."

This is a seafood restaurant where the fish, crabs, lobsters, oysters, etc are alive and cooked fresh. Food tastes so delicious and would come back again. On a busy time takes a while to get the orders but its worth the wait, recommend to go early. The servers are polite and friendly too.

Had dinner on sat night. We were lucky to arrive earlier at 6.30pm and got a table fast. But when we left, the restaurant was full. Great choices of seafood that you can choose from the aquariums. We ordered oysters, clams, prawns, squid, snails and morning glory. All of the dishes was good and fresh. Mind you, the taste is very much local and not tailored made to "foreign" flavours. The restaurant environment can be loud and crowded, but that's part of the fun of it. Will definitely return when I ma in danang.

Be Man Seafood Restaurant is a must-visit if you're craving fresh and flavorful seafood in Da Nang. We came in without a reservation and were immediately struck by the sheer variety of options available...there are tanks filled with live seafood and rows of trays showcasing everything from shellfish to crustaceans. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially for first-timers, but that's part of the charm. Once you get into the rhythm of choosing your seafood and how you'd like it cooked, it becomes a fun experience. We ordered the oysters, tiger shrimp, clams, mud crab, and steamed squid and everything was cooked beautifully. The oysters were fresh and briny, the tiger shrimp juicy and grilled to perfection, and the clams had a lovely broth that was great for dipping. The mud crab was flavorful and satisfying, but the standout dish for us was hands-down the steamed squid.. Tender, sweet, and incredibly fresh. It was so good, we wished we had ordered more. Although none of the staff spoke fluent English, communication wasn’t a major issue. Everyone was patient, helpful, and very accommodating. They were attentive throughout our meal, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, Be Man is loud, lively, and full of energy. A true local seafood experience. We’ll definitely come back for more!

Ambience: open air and everyone from guests to staff smoke. May be normal but not preferred for us with an infant in tow. Flower crabs: lack the sweetness of the sea. Flesh was firm. Price was clearly expensive as it was same price as Singapore = likely a tourist trap. Oysters: we had 7 for about 20+k VND each. Considerably cheap given the oysters were large, but was slightly overwhelming. We managed to finish 6. Kang Kong: the value dish of the day. Inexpensive and came in a heap. Seafood noodle: was incorrectly recommended to buy a large plate which along with the other dishes was a BAD recommendation and way too much. Could not finish and while it came with a lot of sotong and prawns, the prawns were sliced into irritatingly small pieces that made eating a chore. Overall, since this was so close to our hotel and also kept popping up on searches, glad to try it but I recall leaving my local favourite Hai San Moc Quan extremely satisfied and that's a feeling we didn't get here.

An open air, spacious spot right on the beachfront - expect a local, not a luxury, restaurant. We ordered by selecting live seafood; the staff suggested how to cook each on and told us the final price upfront. Food came out fast and the staff were helpful.

I have tried 4 seafood restaurants on the Danang Beach front. This is the best one in my opinion. It is very busy, so get here early before 6pm if you want a seat. Pick seafood fresh from the tanks. About 400~600K VND each. Similar to other places.

Honestly you come here for the seafood not so much for the atmosphere or the service the service is okay but the owner is quite rude. Usually the grouper is done well but this time it was tough and not tender.

I had a great experience at this seafood restaurant! The ordering process was interesting and allowed for a variety of choices. The waitress was very helpful and attentive. The place was clean, and I appreciated the clear pricing and seeing the seafood weighed right in front of me. They also offer many cooking methods, which adds to the fun. Highly recommend!
