"Quan Mii’s delicate banh xeo is a delicate crepe folded with squid, shrimp, pork, or vegetables like a large fan. Diners break off pieces of the banh xeo and fold them into large lettuce leaves. Garnish with herbs, cilantro, purple Thai basil, and squeezes of lime then dip into a chile-fish sauce. Though the restaurant serves a variety of other dishes, including noodle soups and banh beo, the banh xeo is the dish to get here." - Jenn Tanaka

Quan Mii was recommended to me as the place for banh xeo. I finally stopped by to try the food here and was pleasantly pleased. * Special Banh Xeo with shrimp, pork, and squid 5/5 - They're known for their banh xeo and I can see why. The banh xeo was huge. It was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. There was also a charred flavor and texture that enhanced the taste. There was a good amount of toppings. The accompanying sauce was also very good. * Banh Beo Hue (Steamed Rice Flour Cakes with Shredded Shrimps) 3.5/5 - The rice flour cakes were quite plain and the sauce that came with it was a very mild sweet fish sauce. It didn't help the flavor. I ate these with the banh xeo fish sauce and it was much better. * Grilled Lemongrass Pork with Steamed Rice 4.5/5 - This was really good. The rice was slightly chewy, almost like sushi rice. There was a bite to it. The lemongrass beef was flavorful. The special sauce the dish came with was amazing. It was mildly salty, sweet, and tangy. Everything that dipped in it became twice as delicious. * Thai Tea 3.5/5 - Good drink, but contained too much ice (3/4 of the whole cup).

Google
Worse and worse. I used to like the banh xeo here when they first opened. I keep bringing out of town guests here hoping it gets better but honestly, I don’t know how they can charge $20 for Banh xeo that is filled with mostly bean sprouts. Where’s the shrimp and squid?!! Is it really that expensive to make Banh xeo? Yes , it always takes time to make ,but it’s mostly flour and herbs. Sadly, the service isn’t any thing I can rave about either. I don’t recommend Quan Mii for Banh xeo because the cost vs value of what you get and the taste just isn’t ALL THAT anymore. Spend your money and time more wisely elsewhere..

Google
It was a great experience. The staff helped me pick a dish and with how to eat it. I went with the Banh Xeo one of their most popular dishes. Almost every table had at least one.

Selvar Nguyen

Google
I’m still shocked sitting here wondering how they’re able to charge almost $20 for this bowl of “bun bo hue”. Everything was super bland except for that 1 single piece of pork roll. I don’t recommend this dish at all. Maybe try other stuff on their menu but definitely not this one. The price & the taste ain’t matching. Crazy!

Trudy Tran

Google
Mii has some of the specialties that I would come to eat, such as banh xeo, the meat and rolls, but other dishes are quite average. Prices are relatively higher than other places.

Google
Came here for lunch recently, loved the food! Highly recommend the Bánh Xèo (crispy crepe)—it’s crunchy and huge, and delicious! The Bánh Bèo Huế (steamed rice flour cakes with shredded shrimp) and Thịt Giò Heo Cuốn Bánh Tráng (cooked pork shank) were good too. Drink wise, this place doesn’t serve beer or alcohol.

Google
This place is shockingly dishonest with questionable prices. We ordered two Banh Xeo, and what arrived was an insult to the dish as someone who knows what to expect. Microscopic bits of seafood, probably a reflection of the staff, barely any meat, and a passion fruit drink that was more ice than anything else. We counted 4-5 pieces of shrimp in ours. I had two pieces of pork in mine and it was full of bean sprouts. Meanwhile, the staff feasted on their own huge generously stuffed meals, seemingly amused by our dissatisfaction. When we confronted them, they blamed us for not speaking up earlier – even though they never once checked on us. No water refills a single time. Avoid this establishment. They clearly find it amusing to swindle customers, as evidenced by other negative reviews sharing similar experiences. We asked gently for them to fix the problem but they decided it was necessary to blame us and claim that we were lying since we had already eaten some of the Banh Xeo.

Google
Get on the Yelp waitlist when you're heading out the door. This place does get packed, if not, there'll be a lot of take out bags. After eating the banh xeo, I get it. The crunchiness and slight sweetness to the banh xeo batter topped the experience of eating here. You wonder how it gets so crispy while still being able to fold and not get cracked! The shrimp was also fried in the batter with a yummy taste. Vegetables were fresh. Each bite had a perfect balance of hot (banh xeo) and cold (veggies). The egg rolls (cha gio) were very enjoyable as well. Definitely a place worth paying ~$18 for a shrimp banh xeo for.

Yelp
Come say aaaa~ with me at: ‧ ‧ Quan Mii ‧ ‧ Fountain Valley Food: Banh Xeo Dac Biet, Banh Xeo Muc, Banh Beo Hue Price: $18.95 for each Banh Xeo - $11.95 for Banh Beo Overall: Been craving some Vietnamese food and this spot has been on my list and they sepcialize in Banh Xeo! There are two locations and I went to the one in Fountain Valley. This restaurant is next to Ngu Binh as well. Luckily we were able to get seated right away as it was peak dinner time. The Banh Xeo came along with fresh vegetables and sweet fish sauce to dip. The Banh Xeo was super crispy and delicious, they also gave us spring rolls to wrap it in. I also ordered the Banh Beo and it hit the spot. ‍ They also serve other dishes like noodle dishes such as Bun Bo Hue and Bun Rieu ~ Definitely check this place if you're in the area!

Yelp
This place is poppin'!! It was very busy when I arrived but luckily, I was seated immediately bc there was available seating outside. I got the Banh Xeo Dac Biet and this savory crepe is huge!! It comes with the rice paper wraps with warm water. It comes with a bunch of fresh veggies like sliced cucumber, mint, cilantro, lettuce, and other tasty leaves. The banh xeo itself was huge! It stayed crispy the whole time and was packed with bean sprouts, shrimp, pork, and squid. As hungry as I was, I ate the entire thing and I loved it but you can definitely share this between 2 ppl. There's seating inside and outside. The restroom is pretty clean.

Diana T.

Yelp
Food: 5/5 Known for the size of the banh xeo, we ordered that for lunch to share and a bowl of noodles. Banh xeo was nice and fluffy and crunchy at the same time. For the banh xeo, you get banh trang to go with it, a nice pile of fresh veggies paired with the sweet and umami fish sauce, you get the perfect lunch combo! The only thing I would add is that there's not as much meat in the banh xeo but the vegetables and other condiments make up for it. The bun bo hue was nice and flavorful as well. I would definitely recommend going to the place if you're craving for the nice fluffy and crunchy Vietnamese crepes. Service: 4/5 waiters are busy, but will attend to you when asked. Ambiance: 4/5 space is a bit crowded, but it accommodated us for a group of 8.

Tammy N.

Yelp
Restaurant was mostly full when we popped in for lunch. We were sat almost immediately for a table of 5. Big menu with lots of offerings. Everything was fresh and tasty. They were quick with refills as well and were very attentive. Music is a bit loud and odd for a Vietnamese restaurant. It was like playing weird jazz but I guess it worked. Great food and great service. They have come a long ways.

Andrew G.

Yelp
Came on a Saturday afternoon with friends and it was a good experience. Service was quick, food was good I definitely recommend the banh beo for a good appetizer before your main dish. The banh xeo is massive and it's good! The restaurant was lively for a Saturday afternoon! I didn't grab any drinks but the teas and drinks looked delicious as well.

Jason Y.

Yelp
If you are ever in the OC you need to stop by Quan Mii for some bánh xèo (Vietnamese crepe). Not only is it massive, they also provide you with fresh veggies, aromatics and rice paper to wrap it in. Most places usually only give veggies when you eat banh xèo but I found the rice paper to be unique and less messy to eat. The banh xèo was crispy every bite and filled with pork and shrimp. The banh béo were bigger in size than normal places. The rice cake was thick and had the perfect amount of topping. The fish sauce had chilies in it which gave it a nice kick. This is located in a plaza with Brodard as well so the banh xeo can be an appetizer or dinner #1 before you make your way over for some spring rolls which was what my friend and I did.

Kathryn T.

Yelp
Good place specializing in banh xeo that is worthy a try, especially if you want to mix up the meats. 1. Casual spot, they prefer cash over card 2. Variety of protein options for banh xeo for different diets. There's full seafood, pork belly, and mushroom for vegetarians 3. One order can feed at least two.. and you're given rice paper to wrap it all 4. Standard restaurant service

Leeza D.

Yelp
I love this place because I can get a bowl of bun thit nuong (noodles with bbq meat) without the bun (noodle). I ask for the salad version so no noodles and just the bbq meat toppings. Their lettuce is so fresh and the serving is huge. There is a good amount of protein also. It's so good and satisfying! Their meat is flavorful enough that I do not need to add fish sauce. I crave this spot when I'm done bowling at the Fountain Bowl or after walking Mile Square park. Parking is easy in the lot.

Clarice D.

Yelp
We came here for a girls' dinner (again) and everything was just as delicious as the first time we had it. You HAVE to get the Banh Xeo when you come here, and I honestly recommend not sharing it because you'll want the whole thing to yourself! It's a big portion and very filling, but it's soooo good and addicting you'll never want to stop eating it. My friend got the vermicelli bowl and loved it! She wanted a little more of a lighter meal and that one was perfect. I'd also recommend getting the Banh Beo to share -- such a yummy appetizer to share that will leave you wanting more. The service is normally very friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself isn't very large or loud. You can tell the restaurant is authentic and well loved by the patrons that dine there. Can't wait for the next girls' dinner so I can eat this again!!

Raylene M.

Yelp
My friend took us here as she said the food was good. Staff were friendly and food was good. I tried new herbs/vegetables that I have never tried before. I am not a fan of the fish mint but at least I tried it! I forgot exactly what we ordered, but it was delicious! She said this place gets packed on the weekend. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant when we came also, parking was easy to find

Tiffany L.

Yelp
I would say this place is pretty decent with their specialty in Banh Xeo that offers a variety in veggies and they also give you rice paper on the side. The wait was okay but it seemed like a small space and their service was a bit slow. Very clean and there is an abundance of parking too. Come here to get your Banh Xeo craving!

Alex L.

Yelp
I came here with my parents the other day. Pretty solid Vietnamese restaurant!! It was super packed when we arrived but didn't have to wait too long. I've heard many good things and we finally came. Most people order Banh Xeo here. Let me tell you that the portion of Banh Xeo is huge! You can legit share this amongst 2-3 people. They provide you with veggies on the side and it's so fresh. My family enjoyed the Banh Xeo and dipping with endless fish sauce! I ordered 2 plates of the Banh Beo. If you have never tried it, I'd recommend it. It's basically a small dish of steam paste with minced up shrimp bits + green onions. Super fun to eat, also super delicious with fish sauce combo. It's one of those dishes that you want to keep on going. Overall, really delicious authentic Vietnamese food. I definetly would come back!

Andy H.

Yelp
Family all got the dac biet banh xeo, imo large but mainly batter, could use a bit more protein for the price point but the portion size of greens is spectacular. Rice paper is not the way we usually eat this dish at home, but it works, and the dipping sauce is really good! My dad got the mi quang which was underwhelming to him, bland. Bun bo hue spice level two was good, but the chili was the only real spicy component. The place is newer and clean, restrooms are nice, service is quick!

Alyssa L.

Yelp
Really great spot with a large menu of some classic Vietnamese dishes I enjoy! There's plenty of parking and you can also join the yelp waitlist beforehand so you're not waiting outside as long. My family ordered bun bo hue, mi quang, and their special banh xeo! The bun bo hue level spice 2 was already a perfect level of spice but the chili it comes with definitely adds a nice level of extra kick of desired - lots of flavor and a solid dish. The mi quang was also really nice and loved the portion they gave! This was actually my first time trying banh xeo and I really enjoyed it! It's a bit oily on its own and I didn't love the shrimp shell that's included but it's so well balanced when wrapped up with the veggies and herbs in rice paper and it's so beautifully crunchy. Service was also really quick and I liked how modern this place is. Would definitely come back!

Chris W.

Yelp
Came here to meet up with some friends. The place is bigger than it looks and there are a decent amount of tables inside and a few outdoors as well. We arrived at 11am and it started to get busy quick. I suggest arriving early if you want to eat there for lunch. We ordered the banh xeo and bun bo hue. I believe they're known for their banh xeo (and although this is the only place I've had it it's extremely good). Think of it as a Vietnamese crepe pancake filled with bean sprouts, squid, pork and shrimp and you divvy it up to make your own spring rolls. The crepe texture is very crispy and light. The bun bo hue was very flavorful and a hint of spiciness. Overall a great meal and can't wait to return.

Kayle P.

Yelp
As someone who has been both to their locations, their consistency is top notch. The interior is very modern and decorated nicely. Service is very attentive but not where they're checking up on you multiple times and they let you enjoy your food. Food wise, I've only gotten two items there which is their banh bro and the goi cuon plate. As someone who moved to SoCal from the bay, it has been hard to find a decent banh bro place, and this is the only place I can consistently enjoy banh beo! I also love the goi cuon plate which is very shareable between 2-3 people! Their fish sauce (nuoc mam) has a kick to it so if you're someone like me who can't eat too much spice, I recommend to request no chili in the dipping fish sauce!

Angela Y.

Yelp
This place is the prime example of food looking better than it tastes. We ordered the banh xeo dac biet and the bun thit heo nuong cha gio (vermicelli with pork and egg roll). Both dishes came out with gorgeous presentation and seemingly big portions. But the flavor was just not there. There was very little meat in the banh xeo. The dac biet comes with squid, but we found one piece in the entire thing, and maybe 4 small pieces of pork. At least the banh xeo itself was crispy. The vermicelli was tasteless through out, even with the sauce. Meat was barely marinated. The sauce was VERY light. For how expensive this place is, I was very disappointed

Tina A.

Yelp
Banh Xeo!! Large, crispy, loaded, fragrant and delicious! Veggies and herbs were fresh and rice paper and fish sauce provided was plentiful Even though I took six orders to go out was still amazing when we got home Overall I'd definitely come back for the bahn xeo as it was amazing!

Priscilla V.

Yelp
I've visited this place a couple of times now and have had great experiences both times. The banh xeo is perfectly crispy and large enough to share. I love that it comes with rice paper as well as clean fresh veggies for spring roll wrapping! I also got to try the bun rieu and the soup was delicious. The workers are always so friendly and welcoming which I definitely appreciate.

Aaron A.

Yelp
There is basically ZERO service at this restaurant. Lots of people working, yes, but very poor service as they are not too attentive. The restaurant wasn't too busy either at around 8pm. Food-wise, they were okay. Had Wrap and Roll yourself with rice paper & Quan Mii crispy crepe - Not bad actually but to write home about I suppose. But honestly, mediocre food + bad service doesn't warrant much.

Karen T.

Yelp
Quan Mii has easily become one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Garden Grove specifically because it has my favorite dish- banh xeo! I normally consistently get three dishes here: -Banh xeo can be a pain to make at home because it's difficult to make crispy and uses a lot of oil! The banh xeo is always packed with filling! -I also like the bun bo hue as it has a lot of flavor and is perfectly spiced and reminds me of home- they also are generous with their meat! -Banh beo, they have a good steamed rice flour cake to filling ratio! One thing to note is that I did a little bug in the veggies... if that bothers you I would double check what you eat before :,)

Jeff L.

Yelp
My new favorite Banh Xeo place! So good my parents who grew up in Vietnam ASKED to come back. They never do that. For people who never had it before, its essentially a crepe with shrimp and pork! Worth trying.

Steven W.

Yelp
Drinks... good, service... a little slow but they make up for it with a smile, specialized crepe (what they're known for) called Banh Xeo... not bad. Do I have a craving to come back here again? Probably not, lots more better options surrounding this restaurant, that I would much rather spend my money on. Place is busy, with wait times of less than 10 - 15 mins, but seating is decent, big parties with a max of 10 would probably the limit. Loud, bright, definitely not an intimate setting. I ended up getting some to go from Brodard in the same complex. Vietnamese cuisine in Westminster, Garden Grove, and Fountain Valley is ON POINT!!! That's your competition, so a crepe stuffed with a crap load of bean sprouts is nothing special.

Tina L.

Yelp
I got the Chicken and Rice Noodle with fish sauce (Bun Ga) and ordered egg rolls on the side. Note if you don't want 2 egg rolls ($2.75 each!) or want a specific number of rolls, make sure to clarify with them. Egg rolls were on the pricier end but crispy and well filled. The chicken is well-seasoned and has a nice color but I felt that it was bit salty. Loved the texture of the dish though with the crunchy peanuts and it's freshing to eat these noodles when it's warm out.

Heo C.

Yelp
We came here about 2pm , ordered 2 banh xeo , 10 minutes later here come banh xeo with a basket of rau , and 12 banh Trang... wrapped banh xeo with rau and dipped in fish sauce. Life is good, always... only wish that they have beer to wash it down, hehehe . It has tom , thit ba roi va muc . Banh xeo are crisps. Look around. Most people ordered banh xeo , too . 18 dollars per 1 . It worth it. 5 stars for food and service. Thanks Sign Ke o mien xa.

Kim Ann T.

Yelp
Banh xeo is my favorite Vietnamese dish, so I was very excited to try this restaurant. I love that there are several options to choose from and there are also other dishes aside from banh xeo. The banh xeo here is really crispy which was great, and I loved being able to order rice paper on the side because I prefer to roll mine up. I found the crepes itself to have too much bean sprout and daikon inside, and not a lot of meat or shrimp in the batter which makes the price point seem a little spendy. Overall, the banh xeo here is good and I would come back but it's definitely not mindblowing.

Janine K.

Yelp
I've been to Quan Mii multiple times and although its typically packed on the weekends, people flock in and out quick and efficiently at this spacious restaurant. The veggies and ingredients are consistently clean and fresh, which is a big plus! They're known for banh xeo, stuffed with veggies, pork, and shrimp, and perfectly crispy with a strong coconut flavor. Don't underestimate the portions of this dish because it can definitely get you full. With that said, the large portions make it perfect for family-style dining or with a group of friends because everything is very shareable. Another favorite of mine is the banh beo, which is also really good here! I've also tried the mi quang, bun thit nuong, and bun bo hue, all of which were not particularly specialized at this restaurant but pretty solid alternatives!

May W.

Yelp
Sign up on the Yelp waitlist ahead of time, but all your party must be present before seated. Once you get your check in notification, they give you 5 minutes to check in at the host stand or the waitlist forfeits your place in line. Parking: Large parking lot, but good luck finding parking directly at the restaurant. There are more parking spaces at the side of the grocery store. Service: It will take a while for the host to seat you when your table is ready because I think there's small amount of staff handling everything from ordering food and laying down food at the tables. At the end, you pay and tip at the counter. Great food! Fun and fresh food concept. Heo Cuon Banh Trang (Build your own spring rolls): Comes in a big spread with diverse veggies, meat slices and meat slices. It's all compact and manageable to make and eat at your table making the spring rolls on the plate is difficult because it sticks to it so easily. This is a fun date idea if you don't mind messing up rolling and eating spring rolls, but if you're a perfectionist then probably don't attempt to get this. Banh Beo Xu Quang: Comes in 8 sauce plates filled with steamed rice flour cake and shredded shrimp with a side of fish sauce. So great to try with 2 or more people. It's a perfect dish for bite sized appetizer to pair with your main dish. Highly recommend getting this when you come here!

Miranda C.

Yelp
FOOD: Banh Xeo Pork [9/10]: super crunchy and flavorful; very generous with the pork and veggies. I really appreciated how they put the rice paper wraps inside plastic baggies for sanitary. Bun Rieu [8/10]: very tomato-y and flavorful! Also a generous portion. The crabmeat meatballs definitely tasted like crabmeat! I think it's mixed with pork (?) so it's not just straight up crabmeat. SERVICE: very quick service, some of the waiters don't speak English but they understood for the most part or they'd get a different waiter to come translate.

Catherine N.

Yelp
My friend has been recommending me this restaurant for a while now, but I never really go out for Vietnamese food since my mom does it best. This has to be a close second to her Banh Xeo. The Banh Xeo was so crispyyy (we ate it last) and packed with so much protein. I love that they give you rice paper to make spring rolls, I've never eaten it like that. The Banh Beo was so good and a perfect appetizer to share for the table. The Bun Bo Hue was average, but hit the spot since I haven't had it in forever. The workers were very nice and attentive. The Vietnamese Pop music in there is questionable but definitely different. The restaurant has a good amount of seating, so bring your friends and family! ig: @cravingswithcat

Eunice S.

Yelp
My Vietnamese friend introduced and treated me to this beautiful restaurant and the experience was phenomenal. Because it is located at the corner of the building, I thought it was a small place but once you enter the place, it was very spacious, clean and chic. The service was also great. As soon as we ordered the food, a basket with scissors, spoons, chopsticks, napkins and wet towels was immediately served with waters. Also, the rice paper with a container of hot water was very impressive. We ordered Banh Beo Nam Bo (Steamed rice flour cakes with shredded shrimp and mung bean paste), Banh Xeo Dac Biet Quan Mii (Crispy crepe with pork, shrimp and squid), and Mi Quang (Yellow noodle soup with pork ribs and patties) and between two of us, the portion was just right. Everything was very lip smacking tasty. Just by the presentations of each dish, you can tell how much the chef/cook put their time and effort to put them together. It is such a delight dining at this place that I would recommend to anybody.

Kevin L.

Yelp
Found this place after seeing someone promoted it on IG. Was craving some good ban xeo. Ordered the ban xeo and ban bil, really didn't disappoint. The flavor was very rich. Ban xeo super crispy and flavorful. Dipping fish sauce was rich with flavor. Restaurant is clean. Service is so so. Overall would recommend this place for any ban xeo craving.

Alexa C.

Yelp
I recently came here with my family to get some refreshing Vietnamese food. The resteraunt was fairly busy but I only had to wait 15 minutes for a table for 4. Once I was seated the waiter was quick to take our order and bring our drinks. I was lucky enough that someone in our group knew most of the dishes already so we did not need to ask too many questions. We ordered the banh xeo dac biet Quan Mii, banh beo hue, and banh beo xu quang. The banh xeo was nice and crisp with the pork and shrimp being seasoned perfectly. Both the banh beo was super tasty with the beo hue being a more refreshing taste and the xu quang packing a lot more punch in the flavor department. This was the perfect spot for a family gathering with the restaurant being fairly loud so there shouldn't be any worries about being too loud. The food was super refreshing as well and I cannot wait to come back to eat some more banh xeo and banh beo.

Ricky M.

Yelp
I was disappointed at my visit to Quan Mii. My sister and her fiance were visiting, so I wanted to treat them and my family to lunch. It was very busy for the Friday after the Fourth of July, with about a 30-45 minute wait. We were seated outside and ordered four dishes: the banh beo xu quang, the banh xeo tam, the bun that heo tam, and the bun bo hue. They are known for their banh xeo tam, but the shrimp texture wasn't for me. Also, we had a random plastic strip in our dish. **Tipping Suggestions are NOT CONSISTENT on the paper receipt and machine** My concern is that they were so busy, they asked me to pay at the counter with the digital machine. **BUT THE MACHINE IS INCONSISTENT WITH THE PRICES LISTED ON THE SUGGESTED TIP ON A RECEIPT*** The total came out to $65, pre-tax, but NOTE: the machine charges the total AFTER tax. So, I would have paid a 30% TIP if I didn't pay attention. The suggested tip on the receipt showed roughly $11 for 18%, but with the machine, it was $20 or 30% for the tip. They didn't even come to check on us after serving the food, so we ran out of water and napkins. So I was disappointed that we didn't have a real service. The machine needs to be updated and transparent to match the hardcopy receipt because customers will not realize there is a huge discrepancy. So note, if you are paying on the machine, you may be paying more for tips than with the regular hardcopy receipt. **This is incredibly misleading and not transparent.** Also, after the meal, we were still hungry and had to get more food elsewhere. I would expect to be full for that amount of money, but I wasn't. I was initially disappointed and concerned, but I appreciate they contacted me and listened to my concerns.

Ashley H.

Yelp
I came here with my family and it was pretty busy but we got seated within 5-10 minutes. When we were sitting and work g for a seat the waitress had already asked us to place our orders before being seated. Not sure if that's how they do it for everybody. This was nice because by the time we got to our seats, we had food coming out. I really enjoyed the egg rolls, had really good filling and very crunchy, they had a good amount of vegetables to wrap. The Banh xeo I was hoping to be more crispier, we also had vermicelli bowl of noodles, I always wished there was more fish sauce in the nuoc mam. My family loved their banh canh and mi quang

Ashley P.

Yelp
Whenever I miss home cooking, I go to Quan Mii. My favorite there is the banh xeo which is huge and packed with meat and shrimp and you get a heaping plate of lettuce and herbs to make your own wrap. So crunchy and refreshing. We also get banh beo for the table which is always a nice appetizer to share. Been going here for years and wanted to share the love!

Yelp
Located on Brookhurst in Fountain Valley, the original location part of Bolsa Mini Mall in Westminster, Quán-Mii specializes in Turmeric-spiced Rice Batter Crepes known as Bánh Xèo in a bustling but sparse space frequently found with a line. A recipe born in the streets, though in Orange County most consider Quán-Mii the best, guests can expect brisk service after a short wait where most patrons order in Vietnamese and plates arrive in less than fifteen minutes. Awarded as one of the 100 best bites in Orange County, the eponymous Bánh Xèo Dặc Biệt arriving full of Sprouts, Pork, Shrimp and Squid, first bites show-off the light sweetness of Coconut Milk before delivering a complex blend of textures and flavors. Not forgetting better-than-average Spring Rolls, a side of housemade Sauce igniting the palate, Iced Vietnamese Coffee proves well-suited to cleanse the palate between bites whether one chooses to indulge with a fork and knife or to roll the Crepe and its fillings into soaked Rice Paper with included Herbs and Vegetables.

Yelp
This location is spacious and clean. They are known for their banh xeo. It's huge and crispy. I usually like to wrap the banh xeo with rice paper and veggies and dip it with fish sauce! Banh beo is also a nice little appetizer. If you order to go, they will package it nicely for you and the banh xeo will still be very crispy!

Yelp
First time trying their bun and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was very flavorful; tasted like it was marinated for days. I appreciate how they keep everything separate so nothing gets soggy.

Yelp
The banh xeo here is their bread and butter, so you absolutely have to order the banh xeo if you come here

Yelp
Stopped in for some egg rolls and banh Xeo for lunch. The portion sizes are very generous - can easily be split- and the banh Xeo had the perfect mix of ingredients. Sometimes I go to places and they are too oily or lean heavy on giving you a lot of bean sprouts and no meat. Here everything was well balanced and they give you a lot of herbs and vegetables too. I like that they serve rice paper for you to make rolls as well. Makes it a cleaner and fun option to enjoy the banh Xeo. The interior has a lot of tables and everything was very clean, service was friendly and attentive. Definitely going to visit again.

Yelp
Probably the go to place for banh xeo, being perfectly crispy and savory; my only gripe would be it had too much filler bean sprouts and didn't get to appreciate any other filling. The ca phe is strong and cha gio satisfying. Honestly it was tough to appreciate the banh beo variations as they tasted the same as each other after while. The ambiance is clean and modern. Surprisingly it was very busy even for a weekday lunch so plan accordingly.

Yelp
Needed to order lunch asap to take with me-- Ordered on Uber Eats and I felt as if the food arrived pretty quickly. Restaurant did a great job packing. Everything looked neat with nice presentation of their food. Veggies looked clean and fresh, which is a huge deal for me. Nothing turns me off more than eating meals with veggies and they are still dirty or look unkept. Food was delicious and tastes authentically Vietnamese. Fish sauce wasn't bad at all. A little bit of minced garlic, chili paste, and lime juice goes a long way, yet some places don't do that, but this restaurant does. Meats were tender and perfect to me. Delicious! Always my go to place when I'm in the mood for their pork shank make your own spring rolls!

Yelp
My friends highly recommended this restaurant. Glad we tried it. Bahn Xeo - this was a traditional and fun dish. Yellow (tumeric) crepe served with bean sprouts and tons of fresh herbs and lettuce. Serves with tice paper to make your own rolls. Fun! Grade: B Bahn Beo - cute little rice cups with shrimp toppings. Fun to eat and another traditional classic. Grade: B Mi quang - central Vietnam noodle bowl with yellow (tumeric) noodles. Tons of herbs, veggies, shrimp and chicken. Grade: B. Service was outstanding!! Grade: A

Yelp
I love...Love..love this place! This is the first time I try this type of food and I can't wait to come back. Service was quick and efficient. Plenty of sitting and prices are reasonable.

Yelp
My go to spot for banh xeo and bun bo hue! The banh xeo is super crispy and I love how they provide rice paper to wrap it in. Lots of fresh veggies as well. The bun bo hue is perfectly seasoned, the broth is super rich. The time I went there wasn't a block of pork blood for some reason which I thought was weird. This place can get busy on the weekends so anticipate a long wait. Pretty open and spacious seating area. Sometimes service can be lacking, but it's expected from a Vietnamese restaurant lol.

Yelp
I have came to this location before like two years ago. I got their banh xeo (crispy Vietnamese crepe) and banh beo (Vietnamese steam rice cakes) and it was honestly delicious & flavorful. Today, I got bun Bo hue ( spicy Vietnamese beef & pork noodle soup). The bun Bo hue was delicious, great flavor, and the meat was soft, chewy, and good texture. The broth was okay I was hoping more in-depth aroma of bun Bo hue. I also tried their egg rolls they were phenomenal crispy, smooth, and nice crunch to it. The service was fast & employee was very nice and friendly. There is plenty of parking. The store has a great atmosphere, spacious, and clean. I would definitely come back for their other food.

Yelp
Fountain Valley is where it's at when it comes to excellent traditional Vietnamese cuisine! A friend of mine was visiting and staying in OC so I suggested we meet here for dinner. It was my first time having bahn xeo and it was so good!! Definitely going back again!!
