A Hidden Gem for Fresh Seafood in Saigon I stumbled upon this local seafood spot in Saigon and was pleasantly surprised. The seafood is incredibly fresh and the prices are very reasonable, especially given the quality. The fried softshell crab and steamed garlic shrimps are absolute musts, both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. It’s the kind of unpretentious place that focuses on what matters: fresh ingredients, simple prep, and generous portions. If you’re in Saigon and craving seafood without the fuss (or tourist prices), this place is a solid pick. I’d definitely go back.

I recently paid a visit to this shop, it was very crowded but we didn’t have to wait or preserve the table. They have many dishes but most are about crabs and shrimps, they are famous for the stirred crab mun bean and the crab rolls. They made very quick as well and the taste was delightful. For this price and atmosphere, i would rate this as a place for dinner but not to stay for too long, maybe something unique that worth to try if you are seeking for a new experience of cuisine. Bonus: The up-floor has AC so very cold 🥶 and they charged 5,000VND for bike parking fee in front of the shop. I give this 8/10 ⭐️

The soft shelled crabs were the BEST I’ve had in Vietnam trip!!!! The flavor and texture was dang near perfect! Made me feel as if my grandma was cooking it for me!!!! Even my picky aunt approved it and even wanted to come back again for more! Which is unheard of because there’s so many places to try here so we hardly ever go back to the same place twice! The crab was great, crab claws, and their crab soup was great too! Will definitely come back! I sent all my friends and family there and everyone was blown away at how good it was!! I was so hungry and the food was that good that I had forgotten to take pics when served lol

Very authentic, they have a vast food menu and we tried a few things but definitely a must in Ho Chi Minh City! The crab was amazing and generous on the servings

Arrived with my mom after 2.30pm for a late lunch. Was seated downstairs where you can watch both the soft shell crab being fried in front of the restaurant or the fried vermicelli with crab meat cooked freshly. The crab meat in the vermicelli was overflowing and it was very tasty! Today’s soft shell crab was very big, fresh and juicy! The batter was just right. It was crispy with just the right amount of batter. The place was simple, old school (in a very good way!) and authentic. Not very many of these restaurants left in today’s modern world. The ride there was so simple and affordable with GRAB. Just USD 1.75 from the Saigon Central Post Office. Highly recommended!

The place was a bit small with so many side dishes on the table we didn’t have much rooms but the food was nice. I like the fried crabs but I wish the sauce was less sweet. Fried rice was great tho and the price is reasonable but it could be considered on a more expensive side comparing to other local places

Absolutely underwhelming. The staff appeared overloaded just by an unremarkable number of customers. Did not get the very standard Vietnamese herbs until 25 minutes into the meal. The crab spring rolls - 220k - were indistinguishable from standard spring rolls - 1 star. The crab vermicelli - 250k - was ok with large chunks of dry crab but that's it. There's no memorable flavour profile. 3 stars. Therefore, I'm not sure of any reason to come here even if I'm in the area and craving crab. Saw a menu on the ground. Crab shells in the vermicelli, which is ok if it were really cheap.
