"Join in on the NOLA spirit in Uptown. This rooftop patio is small and a bit funky, with uncomfortable furniture and only partial shade from the sun. It’s known for a party atmosphere at night and a solid happy hour that runs from 3 to 7 p.m. during the week. Quarter Bar’s huge interior is also full of vintage antiques, which makes searching for the bathroom feel like walking through a haunted house, only with more youths gazing into each others’ eyes.
