Quarter+Glory

It was OK. One of the three of us had an excellent cocktail. The space is fairly nice for a bar, but not really outstanding. The service was passable, but obviously not very familiar with the drinks.

This place makes a mean drink. My dark and stormy were stellar and so were the rest of the tables. DOWNSIDE was we sat from 8 to 10 having cocktails and once it hit 10pm, a dj started playing loud music so we couldn't hold a conversation. Still highly recommend.

Quarter + Glory is the best happy hour in DC. 4-8pm every day they have $7 old Fashioned, whiskey sour, and others, huge $4 grilled cheese, and more. There's great seating and service is always prompt.

I really want to like this place, but twice now it's been a disappointment. Interior is trendy, with the dark wood, high ceiling feel going on, plus it's in a great location on 14th. But cocktails have been utterly underwhelming. Too much if some flavors, not enough of others. I have yet to have a well blended cocktail off their menu.

One of the better cocktail bars o have been to recently. Their bourbon cocktails were on point and that giant pretzel with wasabi mustard was just so good. Wasn't super packed for a Saturday and very enjoyable. Next time I am in DC I will be coming back.

Cons: Cocktails are really overpriced for what goes into them, every wine I drank was awful. The whole place smelled off, like old eggs or garbage. Music was as loud as if it was a club but it’s a small space. They randomly shut down half the bar after midnight. Pros: The staff is pretty friendly and efficient.

Cocktails are truly awesome. Best ginger beer I've had in a long while. The dark and stormy is on point. For something more exciting, try the Hey, Julio! Mezcal and pineapple is glorious. The soft pretzel is Devine as well. Check this place out if you're starting your night, finishing your night, or just looking for a place to people watch with good cocktails.

A great addition to the hood. Wonderful decor and lighting -- not too dim. Perfectly executed drinks. Burn This is my new favorite cocktail: bourbon based but creatively using a dash of peaty scotch in lieu of bitters.
