Lately they have been F.n up our order in the last 3 to 4 time that we have gone everytime we order with ask for no onions and no cilantro and when we get home the Tacos have onions. My son just ordered today for delivery and sure enough onions and cilantro on my tacos. Bad Customer service, not to mention that cashier is also very rude when we go thru drive thru.

Tacos pastor were so good. Simple fast service. Had no problems with customer service. They greet you and ask you what you want, give you the food and tell u to have a nice night. That’s all that should be expected - it’s a drive through. Churro cheesecake bites !!!! Try them ! The order is a good amount 4 pieces. Delicious! Yummy place

My husband and I stopped here by chance in hopes that the food was good. We ordered the tacos and nachos. It was absolutely delicious. If I was not so full I would try something else. My husband and I are passing through this area and if we ever come back we would stop at this restaurant for sure.

This place is really good and good prices. I got 3 tacos pastor. The red salsa is perfect spicy. The customer service was really excellent. The skinny man wearing a black beanie at night was very very nice. He smiled and was very kind and respectful. Very polite. I like to spend money on food at places where the people are nice, if they’re mean I don’t go again. I’m coming back here for more food and to try the churro cheesecake bites!!!

The food used to be good here, especially the nachos, but maybe the cook changed since then, but the food is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too salty. It's basically inedibly salty to the point I had to stop eating to write this review. Do they not taste their own food? And also their Horchata tastes like cheerios milk. I have not been impressed lately. I might have to find another Mexican spot for my munchies that actually cares about their food. __________________ Update 07/2025: I've since been back multiple times and their food has gotten way better. Beware, if you ask for hot sauce. It'll be HOT! I've only had the veggie burrito and it's delicious, don't get it wet style though. It was to spicy to enjoy.

I've been going here since 2006. Right now due to the coronavirus pandemic it is convenient because it has a drive thru. It is open 24 hours each day as well, so during non pandemic times you can stop by after a night out dancing. Even though there are other restaurants closer to my home, I drive here is I want tacos, sopes, etc.

The asada burritos are beyond Greasy. I'm straight mexicano. But the burrito looked like it was drenched in grease oil. A little is fine and makes them taste better . But this was beyond greasy. You could fill an entire salsa container with oil from just one burrito. I also got an Agua de piña . And it tested funny. I was extremely pissed when I was eating this at home. I have been coming to this spot for over 10years and it's getting worse and worse. I will not come here anymore. And the prices are getting out of hand for the product they they serve. Service is good though

The food is very good and the prices are very reasonable. I ordered the three taco plate with carne asada. It came with rice and beans. It was a decent amount for $9.70 and I walked away full even though I can always put the food away. I have to mention the beens, If they offered a plate of only the refried beans I would order two. Man they were good. I saw they offered Menudo every day so I'll have to stop in for a bowl the next time I'm in the Valley.

I give it 4 stars. Mind you English is their second language maybe but the food is GOOD. I like my wet burrito a lot and the tacos too. I think their service is good. And it's a drive thru with the real tacos not del taco style. I recommend trying this place out give it a chance.

I don't usually leave Yelp reviews. I saw this little place and usually little places are very good. This place was so nasty. How can you get the order wrong? cheese Enchiladas, they gave me chicken. The chicken was nasty. The enchilada sauce was nasty. All the food was nasty. None of it was good. I would not recommend anyone go there.

The quality has gone down. The meant is fatty. Tonight we tried it again. I got the pastor burrito but again it was full of fat and gristle. Plus a hair.

I wanted to try this spot out in San Fernando, being that I've lived here for almost 21 years and never tried it, and the food was okay. We got a regular asada burrito to just try it out and it was alright. Not too good or bad just average. Service was good and fast. Ambiance was pretty much what you'd expect at a fast food restaurant. Overall it wasn't the best but wasn't the worst burrito.

First time trying this spot. Thank you for a legit vegan option annddd open 24/7. Also satisfied my husband's tamale craving. And thank you for also delivering past a 5 mile radius. Knowing all this. We will be back again :)

esto ya es pasarse la otra vez sacaron mal mi orden pedi salsa verde en mi burrito y nada en mis tacos y me la dieron mal y ahora pido tacos y me los ahogaron en aceite que les pasa de veras. esto es dar un mal servicio de no poner atencion en lo que estan haciendo.

Food is great! Especially their green salsa and horchata is bomb. However there's a really mean and rude lady worker who acts like she hates her job and gives terrible service. She gives me a hard time every time I order. She makes me not want to go to this delicious place for food, which is really sad. The other workers are so nice and give great customer service except for her. I don't know her name but I always hope she's never there whenever I go to purchase some que Rico's.

F this place. Waited to place an order through the drive through speaker and no one said anything. We pulled up to the window, and the cooked looked at us and Pointed his dirty finger saying no. The lady who is taking inside guests orders glanced and I told her the speaker may not be working since I was there for 10 mins. She said it's working fine, I'm just busy. Okay. So we waited again while the witch took several orders from other people inside. Didn't care to acknowledge us it anything. Nevermind. I'll get my tacos elsewhere. Especially after seeing the cook wipe his nose with no gloves...

I ordered a carne asada burrito. The meat was 40% fat and grissell. They use a extremely cheap cut of meat. Not worth it

I was trying to order my family's dinner through the drive-thru. I knew what to order on most of the items but the sopes had choice of meat, I asked which are the meats I can request? To which the lady on the mic abruptly and annoyed answered that the meat choices were on the menu. Her tone said we were an inconvenience and annoyance to her so we decided to take our business elsewhere and rest assured I am not ever visiting your place of business or franchise ever again.

Went to to buy tacos with my mom and the cashier lady, she's thick build mid 40s was very rude to us. She was very un profesional taking our order. We asked for our drinks and the lady responded to us in a very bad tone. This place needs to work on there customer service. The tacos were decent but this place needs to do something about this moody cashier.

Gorditas Asada: Extremely Hard Tortilla. The asada was where the 3 stars are from. Sope Pollo: Wow, this is nasty; from start to finish. 5th of December 21. I won't return and don't recommend.

I give 2 and 1/2 stars total. I go here for convenience because they have a drive thru. And the chicken torta is decent and decently priced. I avoided coming here for months from a bad review by a friend and I caved coming in today on January 2022. The workers are incredibly rude, unprofessional and make ordering and waiting overall unpleasant. Was waiting at the speakerphone to order for a couple mins. No answer so I spoke, the cashier woman spoke saying she will help me right now but left me waiting more minutes. She repeatedly said that phrase after every two minutes. I drove to the window confused and she took my order. One of the chefs packed my lunch and he asked if I wanted salsa on the side. I asked him a question and he was rude to respond in his voice and tone. Definitely will not come back here again

Horrible customer service!!! The lady in the drive thru had horrible attitude. She asked me what kind of salsa I wanted... I asked her which one is the mild one? She totally ignored me... then when I got my food I asked her for more salsa. Since she only gave me 2. She said there's going to be a charged with an attitude... I told her that's fine. Then she handed me the bag of salsa and called me a bitch in Spanish as I drove off..!!! Wtf was that???? I called to talk to her manager but she said the manager is not working tonight. Then I told her I'm going to complain about her because she had horrible customer service and Called me names when I was driving off.. she started yelling and me and saying she wasn't taking about me.. what a coincidence!!! Her manager will be hearing from me soon! I do not recommend this place!!!

I've been wanting to try this place for a while. Finally went through the drive- thru the other day. Ordered 10 carne asada traditional tacos and 2 hard shell. Had no problem with service, the only reason they might be "slow" is because, at least for me, they made my food when I pulled up to the window. Both style tacos were great. 1.85 each for the soft slightly expensive but I'd buy them again knowing how good they are.

I have been coming here for YEARS! The food is good and love the fact they have a drive thru, but the speaker situation is horrible! You can't hear them clearly but the other problem is that they talk very fast! So with those two situations happening at the drive thru, it makes it difficult to get a complete order. Now the main reason why I gave them a low review is that the fat lady the works the cash register is so FUCKING RUDE along with one of the cooks in the back. Don't know their names but they have been working there for many years unfortunately. So hopefully the owner of "Que Ricos" pays attention to all of the negative reviews and hopes to correct this problem there. I had my doubts at first about the customer service, but you gotta go thru all of them and see that there is a problem. Get your shit together Mr. Que Ricos!!

The cook was really rude and to top it off I asked for a super torta and he put half a taco worth of meat in my torta , I Colton's him about it and he told he to fuck off . Really bad service .

Made the mistake of giving this place another chance. Huge mistake on my part. Food isn't too bad, but the customer service! The lady is still running the drive thru and rude as ever. Never again will we give this place our business and money.

Place isn't bad at all, but it's not the greatest by far. Needed some Christmas Day dinner and we picked up a few tacos and nachos to share. Wish it would have been fantastic but not at all, tacos were better then the nachos. Had carnitas tacos and Al Pastor Nachos. The carnitas were tasty and tender, unfortunately the nachos were just okay.

Do not go here, such a bad customer service and food. Lady is extremely rude Did my order wrong, I had the evidence proven she did it wrong and she could not accept the fact that she had done my order wrong did not want to fix the error and give me my correct item just gave up and left. They do people very bad here do not go.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. If you've read a few times below about the bad service and quality, believe them. If the business owner is reading this, they should honestly consider re staffing that front of house. Keeping staff like that literally is killing your entire business. Nobody will come back to experiences like this. Honestly I wouldn't waste my time coming here until you start reading about people raving about the service here... The last visit was the final straw... the girl in there literally trolls me with my food, giving me a burrito filled with 80% lettuce I'm never coming back.

I can tell you I've spent alot money at this place only to come to find out how rude the large Hispanic woman who takes the drive thru orders , she so rude and really doesn't care . I explained my situation on my needs and she blew me off I professionally. Take your money elsewhere to another local business they are loosing a little over $150 a month I spent there .

Hello, horrible customer service and slow service. In the past Inaccurate order the employees were rude. This time was the 3rd time & by far the worst Que Rico's employees behavior. I ordered Churro Cheesecake dessert and it did not taste good & looked raw churro. So I returned to inform them the Churro Cheesecake did not taste good and the Churro was (white/beige dough) raw , it was not good food. The Que Rico's employees were rude , yelling at me and defensive about the issue at hand. The female drivethru cashier started yelling lecturing me about I CANNOT SAY ITS RAW, I CANNOT SAY THAT!! AND IF I KNEW ABOUT CHEESECAKE OR WHAT IT TASTE LIKE THERE BE NO PROBLEM!! She kept going on-on :( Then Gave me my money back as she kept yelling at me and closed the DrIve-thru window on me. Well , I don't need to be lectured, yelled at nor treated badly. Am a paying customer and regardless that was Horrible behavior from the employee. I just came from the San Fernando location Chunky Lady put my food in the bag sideways when I pick it up it spilled, went back & didn't ask for a discount or refund when I brought it to her attention & her response was Es tu Pedo

Unpleasant service and distasteful business practices. We ordered their "super nachos" they called them, it was nothing but extreme dried tortillas, and their al pastor meat was paste, you heard it right a paste type of texture. As if they ran out of meat and were just squeezing in leftover meat or they actually use some type of paste to enlarge the mini box. Those super nachos were not super at all, you literally sold me Taco Bell "Bell Grande Nachos", but Taco Bell's nachos are big and worth the price.

I'm an Ubereat delivery guy. the woman at the front desk treated me so badly. After I left that place, I really don't think I can do delivery work anymore. I'm a diamond driver and I worked really hard. It's such a frustrating time. There were two reasons why she was angry with me. What she told me because she was busy and tired. Why me? I am just asking the food that I have to deliver to the customers.

Drive thru so convenient. Food is good. Only complaint is the wet burrito sauce. Probably worse one I've tried. So just go for a regular burrito and skip the wet sauce.

They didn't give me salsa or add onion and cilantro a common condiment with this type food. Just go to los ruizeñores on roxford and gleanoaks.

I pull up to place my order this lady one very rude and said go back around with such attitude! I ask can you just take my order now she says no walks off like as if I'm not a customer. Foood is always great when I come and eat, I've been coming here for years , but the cashier in the AM Dolores has a very (NASTY) attitude I hope they can resolve this problem.

ordered 2 Breakfast burritos that cost 22 dollars . Thy charged me extra for extra meat (ham and chrorizo) but the burritos barely have meat inside and mostly rice. No eggs What a rip off. Taste is not that great either. They never warned you about the extra charges!!! What a dissappointment.

This spot needs better customer service! First off just to say they didn't ask if i wanted a receipt, and didn't give me my change back. Second I had a huge stomachache from eating their food and I felt disgusting for 2 days straight with bad stool movement Not to mention the lady was giving me attitude and it made me feel like I didn't want to come back and I won't. This is not the first time that they have forgotten an item. But was surprised with an argument from the cashier adamant that she placed the torta in the bag. She didn't. I'm a good customer with very few expectations. However, I don't like being argued with. After 6 years of my consistent patronage, I will not be returning. #sad

The food is good the service kind of sucks. Sometimes they are cheap with beans on the tostada. They got rid of the pico de gallo which is what cut the greasy taste on the nachos. The list churros on the menu but never have them because they say they sell out from the distributor (Well then buy more) and the chocolate cake tastes like it's a week old.

My husband and I have been coming to this place for about 3 years now. As time passed by we've kept coming for that "super quesadilla" that my husband likes because it has "guacamole" for some reason they're menu says it has guacamole but they don't actually put it ! As of today 08/31/2019 we went for that "super quesadilla" as I was ordering my food I asked the drive thru cashier (which she is really rude and has a really bad attitude) if the quesadilla came with guacamole she confirmed that it did! As I pull up to the window and gives she gives me my order I check the order and my quesadillas don't have guacamole. So I asked her where was the guacamole? She rudely took the quesadillas and threw them to the guy in the kitchen and said "aviéntale guacamole" they guy took the plates and acted like he put the guacamole and did not!! Then said here you go mam! And as I open the quesadillas again they still don't have guacamole! They could of at least said they didn't have any or something instead of pretending they had some and put some. Really bad and rude service!! And the lady needs to draw some other eyebrows because those eyebrows and that rude attitude make the service be worst than it already is

Had to ask an employee to wear their mask while they cooked my food. Claimed it didn't fit them And the food got expensive because of the meat or something. My total came out to $20 for super nachos 6.99 , horchata and a super quesadilla (idk how much it was) But damn... At least wear your mask while cooking

Meh! I was not impressed with their food at all! The pozole was not to my liking, broth tasted like enchilada sauce from a can. The guacamole was watery & not freshly made & the chips were on the greasy side, no bueno. The only item that was decent were the taquitos. Pricey & not worth it sad to say. You are better off going to a Mexican restaurant or make yourself ha!

Que Ricos in san fernando city is by far the worst "authentic Mexican" place. The service is horrible. I mean you picked working at food spot why have bad customer service? The food is bland and I've gotten my order wrong twice. Que Ricos en la ciudad de San Fernando es uno de los peores establecimientos que eh conocido. No tienen buen servicio al cliente y la comida está desabrida.

I was told this place wasn't that good. Maybe they have never had the Birria Torta. Man this this was so delicious so filling and so perfectly priced. Nothing fancy but if you are in the mood to get some quality Mexican food with good service I would recommend.
