I cannot overstate the absurdity of the “customer service” we received when dealing with this company. We ordered our rug on September 13th and were told it would arrive in 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks, we followed up several times through their incredibly unhelpful email and text support (they do not have a call support line). Each time we were told our case was being “escalated” to their logistics team and that we would promptly receive a response. And each time we were given no information as to where on earth our rug was. It is now December 25th and after countless emails, text messages, phone calls (again, they don’t have a real phone service so it’s pretty much useless) we were just told that our order has been reissued and will arrive in….4-6 weeks. They were kind enough to offer us to cancel the order, but only if it hasn’t been put into production yet. Of course they can’t tell us if it has been put into production because that needs to be escalated to their mysterious logistics person.
Stay away from this joke of a company and their alleged rug supply. My only recourse is to cancel my order, and to my dismay I am still rugless, several months removed from my original doomed rug purchase, and reminded daily of the mistake I made by placing my faith in Quince when I step out of bed and my bare feet are met by my cold floor rather than the soft rug that I was promised but never delivered.
