Quinceañera House

Walked in and was welcomed with great attitude. Super nice service. They allowed my daughter to try on the dresses she liked. They matched her with crown and bouquet which helped bring the vision together! Loved the many beautiful options. Purchased my daughters dress same day!

I love how well the employees help my daughter find her dress. They were also very helpful with finding the dress she wanted. All the dresses they offered were very beautiful. They also have very pretty crowns and bouquets. I also love how Eloisa was very helpful and nice.

Ordered a Quince dress and was made wonderfully. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are adjusting what was needed during the 1st alterations. Can't wait to pick up the final look!

Our Daughter had a great experience. Dress in windows immediately caught her eye and ended up being the one. Staff was great and very attentive. Hidden bathroom was a cute surprise

drive 3 hours for my daugter quince dress.. we ordered it about a month ago . came in to pick up the dress today. dress was a little to big. they corrected the issue right away same day.. very satisfied!! highly recommend!!!!

Came to this place in February it is now late August. Came in June to follow up on my order. They still didn't have it done. They assured me it would be done the following week. I gave them a month when I came to pick up my order. It was not what we had agreed on, the gentlemen drew out what we wanted and we went over the colors. The quality looks super cheap and it's not the color scheme that we requested. I feel like this was all done in a hurry. When I came in, I only wanted to do a $50 deposit because I was spectacle about their work and basically they asked me to put down more money and the results were not what I wanted for the price. I didn't hesitate to pay it. not only that I live two hours from this place, very unsatisfied. I had called the first week of August to check up on the order, and the gentleman was asking me how was my design even after we had already gone over it the first time when I placed the order. The Bible is torn, the pillows have a bad seam finish.

If I can put a zero I would. This place should not be open. When we rented Charro suit for my daughters Quinceañera. We went for measurement they still got measurements and show size wrong. All the suits where suppose to be the same and 3 where the same and 4 different. Shoes ended up coming off from the the bottom. If we would not had noticed some suits had broken zipper, buttons missing and we told them he had to fix it. He did not have the hats available for them when they picked up there suit. This was the week of the Quince. When it came to return deposit he was not giving them the money back. I had to tell him I was going to make a police report. But I am going to report him to the BBB.

Called to make a quick sewing fix to a blazer coat. Man on the phone said to come in anytime as soon as possible since they were closing at 4pm. (New Year's Eve hours) My initial call was at 3:10pm so I only live walking distance and showed up ten minutes later to a sign on the door "be back 15 minutes" in Spanish. Welp, waited around 30 minutes. No one came or no one called to let me know any thing prior to coming. What a waste of my time. Should of read up on the reviews here but had to see it for my self. Bad for buisness.

WARNING!!!! What a rip off. But at your own risk! Bought a custom dress for our daughter and regret shopping here. Price sounded good at first but then they kept changing things and at the end they would not even honor anything they had in writing. Their customer service was horrible and my wife had to even show them how to sow on a piece correctly (my wife does not sow but it was common sense). Warning! Shop elsewhere!

DO NOTTT recommend this place for your daughter at all! Was an ex worker there and they have the place infested with rats and spiders yet have the audacity to just leave the dresses on the ground. The owner is so unorganized and not punctual with time. The prices of the dress is all depending if the owner sees you as a wealthy person or not. This place is just not sanitary at all!!!

Extremely disappointed at my experience at this formal wear rental place, extremely poor customer service. Pants were extremely faded, missing buttons and zipper did not work. (This is after being measured by their "tailor"). Shirt was extremely small, and sleeves came up to the elbows. When it was supposed to be a fitted formal shirt. Was told that was the way it was supposed to look, but I've never seen formal wear that fits that way. Had to go out and buy an entire new suit prior to event, and was denied a refund for this terrible rental. Do not come here, they are very sketchy and can't be trusted.

This may be long but i hope you read this too make sure you daughter is actually happy on her quince day and to make sure you don't let your daughter go through what my daughter had too. Me, my husband and my daughter went to Chicago to find a dress for my daughter's quinceañera. She had her eye on one dress but we didn't get it due too it being too long and too pricey, so when we went to Chicago we asked around in a couple of places and she look at some dresses but she alway asked about the price and if they could make it shorter. So when we went to quinceañera house they told us they would give it to us at a good price and make it shorter. We were blinded by how good the price was that we didn't even realize that something could of been up with the fact that the price was too good. My daughter was filled with joy that we agreed and we decided to get it for her. The lady there told us it would be ready by March but we would have to go to get it fitted then come back another time to pick it up. Keep in mind My daughter's quinceañera was at the end of July of 2018 and we ordered the dress in November of 2017. So we waited till March and they told us it still wasn't done so we called everyone month and it still wasn't ready. Till the beginning of July they told us to go, I thought we would just get the dress and go. Let me repeat that, we went at the begin of July as in 2 week before my daughter quinceañera. We went and when they brought out the dress my daughters face dropped, she didn't like it but she lied not to be rude. It was another color and the beading wasn't even on the corset. The lady made me pay for her chaleco even though she told she would give it to me free. So we left and they mailed us the dress once it was done. Me and my daughter open the box together and she was very disappointed. There was nothing I could do anymore, her quinceañera was in 2 weeks and we already wasted enough money already. I will provided picture the dress we asked for and the one they gave us. It was not ugly just that my daughter had her heart set that dress. I'm not sure if they have any good products at all but I do not recommend this store at all. Also they make the dress there, the people that work there make it. That's why it was such a good price because it wasn't as good as the actual dress. The straps were put on by some else due to the fact that the dress would show a lot of her chest.
