"One part Art Gallery, one part Restaurant, R House offers an electric mix of American, Mediterranean, Asian and Latin food, then head to the bar for refreshing infused Cocktails. All this deliciousness surrounded by extraordinary art. Just sit and enjoy the ambiance with live music and a beautiful outdoor lounge area." - Moonlighter
"The Wynwood restaurant has some backyard seating, which is where they usually have a weekend drag brunch. You can book a spot for that online. The menu here is a pretty broad mix of things like pizza, tuna tartare, and short rib empanadas." - ryan pfeffer
"Saturdays and Sundays at 11:30am and 2:30pm Owners and husband-and-husband duo Rocco Carulli and Owen Bale created R House with a vision of a “judgment-free zone,” and that definitely shows in its now-famous drag brunches. The showings are always packed with everyone from families to coworkers to sorority girls to guys who were dragged here by their girlfriends but are now kind of digging the whole thing. While the restaurant has decent indoor space, the outside patio is where the action’s at. Grab one of the Wynwood spot’s giant handheld fans and sit in the tented shade while host Athena Dion and friends rile up the crowd. The food options like the Cuban breakfast croissant and the chimichurri cheeseburger sliders are pretty good, but they’re hard to focus on since the servers tend to be very generous with the bottomless drinks. Everything’s included in the $50 per person fee." - isabel maza
"R House is a restaurant that's really well-known for its weekend drag brunch. Their iconic performances over french toast are no secret, so a reservation is absolutely necessary. Otherwise, it's walk-in friendly for Happy Hour drinks and snacks Wednesday-Friday." - isabel maza
"R House is technically a restaurant in Wynwood that serves a broadly Latin menu with empanadas and a cuban sandwich. But you’re not coming here for the food. You’re coming here for the drag, which is an absolute blast. If you’re familiar with this place because you stumbled in once six years ago, know that the R House today is completely different. The focal point of the revamped indoor-outdoor space is a long catwalk where performers leap, whip ponytails, and lip sync with an intensity that can bring a happy tear to your eye if you’re nearly done with your third margarita. Drag Race alumni often book shows here, but R House also has plenty of Miami talent who tear the roof off on a nightly basis. They do brunch, but it also makes for a fun, ear-destroyingly loud Saturday night with friends. There’s usually a cover charge or minimum spend for certain events, and the drinks are better than the food, so come prepared to split a margarita pitcher or two." - Ryan Pfeffer
