A restaurant that only uses fresh AND local ingredients, they know every farmer or 'producer' of their ingredients. Besides that is was also a good dinner. Even their coffee is roasted in Toulon. Had a nice risotto, veal and cheese - like I said, alles from the region.
Ask for the wine by the glass, they have some half bottles as well. 3 course meal in only 47€. (to start)
