The 17 Best Restaurants & Bars In Breckenridge, Colorado - Denver - The Infatuation

"Radicato, from the team behind Rootstalk, makes incredible pasta that’ll even impress your cousin who won’t stop talking about the trip to Palermo they took last summer. The menu changes seasonally, and currently features dishes like squid ink chitarra with lobster, and grilled quail with sausage and colatura hot honey. In the past, we've been blown away by braised rabbit and chanterelles, as well as raviolo bathing in sage brown butter." - anne cruz

We had the pleasure of our first time dining at Raticato. The experience was incredible from every aspect. Emma, and her team delivered impeccable service. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our dinner. The wine suggestions were spot on, and the Old Fashions were delicious. I can't even think of one thing they could improve, it was amazing.

Google
Lovely dining experience all around. From the atmosphere, service, food quality, and drinks- all was perfect. Could not have asked for a better way to end a girls weekend in Breck. Tom was our server and he was fantastic and very knowledgeable about all of menu. Our favorites were the pear and Gorgonzola salad, the scallops, and the espresso pasta??? YUM. I’ve never seen or had espresso pasta anywhere and it was one of the best things I’ve ever had. Will absolutely be coming back next time we are in Breck!

Google
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!! Thank you so much for an unforgettable birthday dinner for my husband. The ambiance, beautiful menu, timing between courses, impeccable service, and AMAZING tasting menu! They truly take the time to celebrate and spoil their diners. Hands down one of my favorite meals to date🙌🏼

Google
We make a reservation every year on our annual trip and it never disappoints. We love sitting at the bar and enjoy the chefs selection with the wine pairing. Never thought hamachi could be Italian but was a beautiful first course. The whole meal was spectacular. Staff is so friendly, engaging and fun. Can't say enough good things

Google
What a wonderful evening! Staff were so attentive and made us feel like family. The food was absolutely fantastic. The carpaccio was divine and so thinly sliced. All of the pastas are handmade and you can taste the difference. Will be back and definitely recommend.

Google
One of the best meals I’ve had! We had their focaccia and peaches with prosciutto for appetizers. For dinner, we shared two pastas - sausage based and corn truffle. Very light, summery, and delicious. Service was amazing and proper for a restaurant this great. They even comped our cocktails because they came out after our appetizers. We didn't realize it took longer to get our cocktails so it was a great surprise! Will be coming back everyone I visit Breckenridge.

Last night we celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at Radicato! The meal was absolute perfection from being sat on the balcony with gorgeous flower boxes and presented with complimentary bubbles, being met with a card from the staff all celebrating our marriage, and Robert our server took the absolute best care of us. Now let's get to the food... we opted for the summer 5 course tasting menu and added the lobster saffron soprasine pasta dish. This tasting menu was full of balance and bright flavors. I happy sighed with every first bite of the 6 courses. The tasting menu was literally a symphony of tastes and flavors. The beets in the burrata salad were everything. The Hamachi crudo was the best crudo bite I have ever had, the melon added the perfect balance. The fresh truffle gnocchi was light and rich at the same time. The diver scallops ( freshly flown in from Japan every 3 days) were butter in my mouth, the sweet corn and the polenta created the perfect balance to star the scallops. I told our server Robert the problem with this quality of scallops is that scallops are ruined to me everywhere else. The lavender panda cotta was the perfect 3 bite dessert- the fresh lavender balanced with lemon was the perfect ending. We also very appreciated the complimentary anniversary dessert of biscoff ice cream. I highly recommend a visit to Radicato and do yourself a favor and do the tasting menu. My husband said this was a top 3 meal of his life. Thanks for the beautiful evening.

Google
Magnificently delicious, would definitely come back. Everything was amazing and they made a birthday dinner special. The ribs were a surprise favorite for everyone. Only downside was that it is very loud (music and guests) but worth it for the food.

Yelp
Radicato is an excellent Italian restaurant. We celebrated our daughters 21st birthday here and had a extraordinary experience. From the moment you enter this beautiful restaurant, every member of the staff goes above and beyond to rake care of you. The entire staff works well together to make your meal memorable. We had the Chef's 5 course meal and it was delicious! Our server was so friendly and brought everyone at our table a glass of sparkling wine to toast our daughter. Excellent experience!

Yelp
I was very underwhelmed by the overall experience given the reviews they have. The service was very spotty, the waiter who took our order was informative about the food, however it seemed he forgot about us when we needed a second to think about what we wanted. He served people near us but didn't come back to check on us for a long time. The food was most underwhelming. While I love aldente pasta, this pasta was borderline raw, and the lobster was overcooked and chewy. Redeeming factor was the white wine pan sauce. We got the agnolotti was inedible, it was way over seasoned and the texture was off for me. I hate bad mouthing a restaurant, but they don't deserve this rating.

Yelp
Had heard so many great things about this restaurant, and was not disappointed! We went in October and enjoyed their seasonal fall menu. The service was great and the atmosphere was quiet but relaxing. Small but welcoming. Highly recommend for a nice dinner in a relaxed mountain town!

Yelp
After a Long week of skiing and cooking at home it was nice to have a bougey night out. This was the perfect spot to celebrate my friends wedding and baby of the way. I've been to the sister Restaraunt and both were good. I liked the food better here but the ambiance / space is better at the other location. Our favorite dish was the boar ragu- we weren't expecting to love it so much! The lobster dish underwhelming and everyone devoured the fresh focaccia.

Yelp
We went to Radicato for our anniversary. It's a warm modern space that fit right in the mountains. The staff's incredible attention to detail is heart warming. They signed a card for us and greeted us with "happy anniversary". The attention to detail carried to the back of the house where they meticulously prepared every dish. All the food we had were phenomenal. We look forward to returning the next time we're in Breck. Accessibility note: It's on the second floor. We didn't see signs for an elevator at the entrance so you may need to look around.

Yelp
Very good experience here this week and had a wonderful meal. The staff were so friendly and attentive and also overall great vibes. We came for our anniversary and they made us feel special. Would definitely come back!

Yelp
We followed the pro tip and arrived right at 4 PM, which was a brilliant move since happy hour only runs until 5 PM. Don't miss out! The food was outstanding. The carpaccio was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the cacio e pepe was pure perfection - creamy, peppery, and utterly satisfying. Drinks were equally impressive. Their Negroni was expertly crafted, the Old Fashioned hit all the right notes, and the red wine was a fantastic pour. Everything was truly delicious. Beyond the fantastic food and drinks, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you're in Breckenridge and looking for a superb happy hour experience with amazing food, drinks, and service, Radicato is an absolute must! We'll definitely be back.

Yelp
We thoroughly enjoyed our 25th anniversary dinner at Radicato. Our new friend at the Breckenridge Welcome Center HIGHLY recommended Radicato and we made a reservation immediately. Our server, Tracy, was so sweet and very attentive. My husband and I share the focaccia bread, tortellini and scallops and ended up ordering another round of tortellini . The food and atmosphere were absolutely perfect for a special occasion! We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Bomb dot com. My millennial ass was pleased! Our Breckenridge girls trip ended with a delightful cherry on top after our visit to Radicato. We had a reservation for seven on a Saturday night. When we arrived, we were seated promptly. Everyone ordered drinks and it seems that everyone enjoyed their drinks! I had a couple dirty martinis that were perfection. For appetizers, I would recommend the Brussels Salad, Burrata, Delicata Squash, and house made Focaccia. So, basically everything we ordered, lol. The Burrata was delicious! The house made Focaccia though. Wowwwweeee. It was the star of the show. So soft, so fluffy, so flavorful. I asked if they sell them by the loaf for takeout...they do not. Pastas! We ordered the Agnolotti and Radiatore. Both were yummy but y'all...do NOT miss out on the Radiatore. It is exquisite. The noodles are perfectly cooked and shaped. I say shaped because it was the perfect shape for carrying the most delicious bite of sauce and cheese and meat my tastebuds have experienced in a while. It's rich from the short rib. The short rib is perfectly cooked. The pecorino brings it all home in a most delicious bite of pasta. So so so good. In fact, so good that my friend asked for an order of the Radiatore to go so she could snack on it later. We shared a few different entrees including the Diver Scallops, Grilled Quail, Heritage Pork Tenderloin and 38 oz. Dry Aged Prime Bone-in Ribeye. Standouts for me were the Grilled Quail and Pork Tenderloin! The ribeye was also very tasty! The Heritage Pork Tenderloin and Grilled Quail were just more unique in their flavors and were cooked perfectly. I honestly don't think I've had a better cooked pork tenderloin in my life. Service was obviously wonderful. They even brought out gelato for a birthday we were celebrating! I one thousand percent recommend making reservations and adding Radicato on your next visit to Breck. You will not be disappointed!

Yelp
It's easy to see why Radicato won a James Beard Award for best Mountain restaurant. The attention to detail from the plating to service was impeccable. Our table of four each ordered the chef's menu, which consisted of four courses with an optional mocktail or wine pairing. The mocktail pairing requires a shout-out, as the server spent as much time explaining it as they would a wine. Attention was spent perfectly pairing the mocktail, and it was so nice to have that kind of drink explained, as it seems detailed explanations are typically reserved for alcoholic beverages. It's hard to identify which course was the best, as they were all truly incredible. First course, the hamachi crudo, was a simple yet complex dish. The pistachios provided an awesome crunch and winter flavor to the fresh hamachi. My favorite was the second course, the seared duck. WOW. The fat was perfectly crispy, the meat was tender, and the flavor so tasty! Honestly, this was one of the best duck dishes I've had, and definitely the best in Breckenridge. Radicato chefs really know how to cook duck to perfection. The spinach-stuffed pasta with hazelnuts was the talk of the night. As foodies we were all curious how chef's were able to stuff this pasta with a runny spinach puree that perfectly paired with the sweet sage and brown butter sauce below! Was it frozen before? Set out to thaw? Injected? Quite the conversation starter! My complaint was there weren't more! The scallops were perfectly cooked and I really enjoyed the sauce below. We added the filet mignon to share as a table and WOW, this was probably the table's favorite of the night. Super tasty, and perfectly seared, and the red wine sauce was incredible. My standout favorite was dessert, which was a surprise for me. The butterscotch budino wasn't too sweet and the chocolate pearls added a nice crunchy texture. Literally, everything was delicious! We will be back, and I can't wait until we come back and can try an updated chef's menu!

Yelp
We came in to escape the cold and were able to score bar seating for a party of 3 on a Saturday night without any reservation. It was cute inside and pretty lively. The reviews seemed promising, so we were excited to have a good meal to end our Breckenridge trip. However, we left feeling unsatisfied. As another yelper had mentioned, the dishes were overly salty and it was especially prominent in the radiatore I ordered. Although it was too salty, I did enjoy the overall flavors and quickly became obsessed with the fun and chewy pasta shape that was new to me. I do wish there was more of the braised lamb. My friends also complained about their pastas having too much salt, so much that none of us could finish our dishes. What saved the entire meal this night was the focaccia with burrata. The bread was fluffy and herby and perfect, and I am a sucker for anything with burrata so we devoured this. I just wish there was less salt so we could've had an amazing meal - but I see the potential.

Yelp
Everything was amazing. The food was delicious with top notch service. We treated ourselves to the tasting menu, definitely the way to go when dining at Radicato.

Yelp
My friend and I were just looking for some good Italian food when we walked by this place and decided to check it out. (Highly recommend others make a reservation well ahead of time, since we only got a late late dinner time) To sum it up, we loved it :) Food: 10/10 Ambiance: 9/10 (10/10 if you're on a date, but for a friend dinner ) Service: 10/10 I normally dislike focaccia bread but they made theirs in-house and it was so fluffy, that I almost stole my friend's share, but she was similarly quick. The pasta was also made in-house and tasted delicious but without the after-dinner heaviness :) Definitely plan on returning during our next trip to breck :)

Yelp
Delicious meal start to finish. Interesting flavor combinations with nice balance. We sampled a variety of items and none disappointed. Photos include the daily homemade focaccia, absolutely delicious. We paired it with the burrata pear almond appetizer. Brussel sprouts were crave worthy. The special starter pasta with butter cheese and black pepper was elegantly simple and satisfying. The butternut squash with Gorgonzola hit all the right notes, as did the scrumptious quail. We were stuffed but tried the cannoli too which was the seasonal offering with a deconstructed tiramisu profile. The espresso caramel sauce was so yum with the Marsala crème filling. Attentive friendly service. Nice atmosphere.

Yelp
Perhaps an off night? Radicato has a lot going for it--great location, solid service, and an interior that screams "fancy date night in a ski town." Unfortunately, the food didn't scream anything except maybe, "pass the water, please." The salt levels here could rival the Great Salt Lake. Sure, it's not Rootstalk, but you'd think the family resemblance would count for something. The dishes flirted with being interesting but ultimately felt like they got lost somewhere between "elevated dining" and "elevated blood pressure." The gnocchi, had an odd salty but quite mushy consistency, the pasta was well cooked but frankly way too salty. The chicken liver mouse, although the right consistency, is served in it own, perhaps some toasted bread or something to spread it on would be lovely and perhaps pleasing. (Similar how it's served in most restaurants that offer this dish all over the world). The focaccia was likely the best part of the meal. NY strip ($110), was well prepped but yet again, did not need the overpowering saltiness. The olive cake was likely the best part of the meal. The service team, however, was attentive and genuinely pleasant. If you're here to flex your Instagram over a decent cocktail and a cute ambiance, Radicato delivers. But if you're looking for James Beard-level cooking, you're better off skiing past.

Tina F.

Yelp
So proud of our local award winning chef! Everyone should try his amazing food at least once! I love everything from beginning to end. The bartenders are amazing if happy hour is more your vibe. It would be great if some of the less impressive restaurants in town would step up their game... this place is the gold standard.

Yelp
Run! Don't walk here! This is the best Italian that I have had in Colorado. You can tell it is home made. Service was top notch. Wasn't extremely costly compared to other Main Street food, but wow do you really get 100x more flavor! Will make this a regular step everytime I am in Breck
google avatar

Linda S.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing! Loved the interior decor. Staff were attentive and welcoming. The food was really good. The pasta were just ok. The flavor and the way they cooked the beets, duck, steak and layered potato was simply delicious. I was full by the time we left. Great celebration for us. Thank you!!!

Yelp
Exceptionally warm staff at this new'ish restaurant. Cute location near the square. Delicious food with warm, straight out of the oven, bread service. Pastas were perfectly cooked, and a whole Branzino. Good desserts and while the wine list is not massive, it paired perfectly.

Yelp
This is my favorite restaurant in Breckenridge! Be sure to make a reservation, because it's always a popular place for dinner. They have indoor and outdoor seating, plus seating at the bar. The staff is very attentive and the food is excellent. It can get a bit loud, but everyone is having a great time. The menus are seasonal and include a tasting menu. I return here every time I am in town.
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely amazing experience dining here while visiting Breckenridge. The food and service were outstanding. Best meal we had! Portions are not huge, which is expected for this type of fine dining experience. But each bite is delicious! Too pasta dishes we tried, Ragu and gnocchi. The only thing we did not love is the fact all of our food needed to be ordered at once: appetizers, entrees and desserts. We prefer to start with a few dishes, take our time and reevaluate the next steps. I understand their reasoning for it as each reservation has a certain allotted time and they want to be able to control the flow of food to the tables.

Yelp
My wife and I visited two or our great friends at their summer residence in Breckenridge. Radicato was the restaurant they took us to on the first night and it turned out to be the best meal we had on a trip to Breckenridge and Denver that was chock full of great meals. Radicato is described as "Mountain Italian". I describe it as "Awesome Food". I'm glad we were their with another couple because it allowed us to try many more dishes on the menu that is set up for sharing. On the appetizer section of the menu we enjoyed the Hamachi, Romano Beans, and the Zucchini along with bread service. My favorite dish was the Romano beans, where others favored the Zucchini and Hamachi. All were wonderful. For the Pasta selection, we ended up ordering 5 of the 6 selections - The Tagliatelle with Nduja Pomadoro was my favorite as I am a sucker for the spicy chorizo like spreadable sausage. Both the Radiatore and Cappelletti featured mushrooms and both were excellent. After all those small plates, we only had room for the Scallops entrée. Again, it was easily sharable for our 4-top. Another top notch dish. Scallops cooked perfectly with some Gnocchi and corn salsa. The Buttermilk Budino with Plums and Brandy Caramel was like no other Budino we have had. We loved it. Service was awesome, and the space was small but comfortable. If we make it up to Breckenridge again Radicato will definitely warrant a return visit.

Yelp
Every trip to Breck includes a dinner at Radicato. Last night, we opened with a Sapphire Martini (alas, still not s Gibson) and a Spaghetti Western. The latter was not a tribute to Clint Eastwood or Sergio Leone. Rather, it was a delightful blend of tequila, Aperol, cucumber, and lemon which she summarized as, "refreshing." Our app was the Spanish anchovies. Four brined anchovies in EVO paired with focaccia. It takes boldness to offer Americans anchovies without a pizza in sight but the understated elegance of these morsels stood the test. We had the Cocoa Tagliatelle and the Lobster Aglio E Olio for our mains. The Tagliatelle had a wild boar ragu while the Aglio E Olio had Maine Lobster. Both were delightful. The boar was bold while the spaghetti was piquant while not overwhelming the subtleness of the lobster. The ragu paired beautifully with a potent Sangiovese while the Pinot Grigio was the perfect match for the lobster. Dessert was the olive oil cake with espressos with a twist. Do not skip dessert here. Ambiance if warm bistro and our server was on point throughout the evening.

Laurie L.

Yelp
Wow! What a fabulous experience from start to finish! The ambiance is classy with warm woods and art that brings it all into focus. Tom was our server and made each of our questions into an educational moment and pleasure, but then the entire staff was exceptional. It was our 45th anniversary and they made it a total treat. The food is un debatably a foodie fantasy. We began with the peach salad, onto the mushroom pasta, then scallops, to the almond cherry gelato. Our palettes bust with great joy throughout. Thank you for the best 45th anniversary experience!

Yelp
My fiance got a 615pm reservation for 2 on January 12, 2024. We're staying in Breck so it was easy to walk 10 min from our hotel. We ended up arriving at just before 6pm and they were able to seat us at a beautiful "corner" table for exactly two - tucked away at the back of the restaurant. The missus rated this place a 4/5 - but her caveat is that she was in China for a month, and we haven't adjusted to "western" food palates yet. Food has been decent overall (caveat: for Italian food in the mountains, a two hour drive from Denver). Definitely a very busy Italian restaurant in Breck village. We ordered the $99/person tasting menu, and they were able to accommodate my peanut allergy (but be aware that there are pine nuts and pistachio on the menu!), since they mentioned they didn't have any peanut. I ordered a "hazy blues" IPA that was local to Longmont, Colorado. My fiance liked the amberjack, and I liked the filet mignon. The one knock I'll say about this place is that the portion sizes for the tasting menu definitely aren't aiming to have you full. That being said, I saw plenty of folks order a la carte and they seemed to be full afterwards. Ambiance is quiet and intimate but with an R&B playlist that's basically the background soundtrack (at first it sounded like jazz, but nope, definitely something with bass). It can seem noisy since the windows are large and there's no sound insulation, but if you're not completely sound-sensitive you should be fine. Every table around us was full the entire time we were here - so this place is definitely popular. Service (so far) has been excellent (through course 3) - courteous and extremely authentic service all around - from front of house through all of the service staff we encountered, it's been great. They change your cutlery between courses on the tasting menu, which is extremely nice (doesn't mix flavours between dishes). Water refills were always timely and I never felt like I was neglected (as a customer). The food itself did take a while to come out - for arriving at before 6pm, it took over 1.5 hours to serve 5 courses for two people.

Caroline W.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate our engagement and had an amazing time! We truly felt special, AND the food was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and gave us tons of help with whatever we needed. We were given a card with handwritten congratulations, as well as a dessert to help celebrate

Yelp
This is our favorite restaurant in Breckenridge. The Happy Hour is awesome. We enjoyed signature cocktails, bubbles, arancini and cacio de pepe. Loved every sip and bite. Service was exceptional - Sam was friendly, attentive and professional. Manager Jarod was also very friendly and fun to chat with. The vibe is fun and sophisticated at the same time. Radicato is not to be missed.

Yelp
This was our first time visiting Radicato and it didn't disappoint. Our service was great and all of the food was delicious! We'll def be back! This is what we had- Apps: - Housemade focaccia- 4/5. Could've had more rosemary and olive oil. - Brussel sprout salad 5/5: perfect dish to start your meal with without getting super full before your main dishes arrive. - porcheta with shishito peppers 5/5- I was pretty impressed with this dish even with it being pretty simple. Pastas: -Gnocchi- 5/5 This might be the best gnocchi I've ever had. The winter black truffles were everything! - Tagliatelle 5/5- Perfect Al dente pasta, this was a great complement to the gnocchi since it was so rich. We got a rich and savory pasta dish and it was perfect! Mains: The pastas were filling so we split the filet mignon- 3/5. It was nothing that impressive. It could've been more juicy but it was cooked to our preference. I would prob do the scallops or the whole Branzino next time. Dessert: Olive oil cake - This was a delicious light dessert.

Yelp
Radicato stands is not just one of the best Italian restaurants in Breckenridge but easily one of the best. A wide-ranging flexible menu with excellent pasta and appetizers gives way to a good selection of entree-size options. Getting a table can be tough but is worth the effort if you are looking for a meal that is a cut above the typical mountain town fair. Service at Radicato matches the food; it is friendly, attentive, well-trained, and well-run. This compliments a space just off the central plaza on the main street, which, while not particularly memorable, works to let the food be the star.

Yelp
We had another great dinner here tonight. The heirloom tomato salad is lovely and the burrata is quite nice though a little more on the salad side than the cheese side. I had the Hamachi and carpaccio as a surf and turf main and they were fantastic. The summer cocktails are excellent so bright and refreshing my green friend is dangerously good and oh snap is a cocktail homage to peas Every plate left the table completely cleaned, which tells you a lot. The Amari flight is also pretty fun and for the Affogato they give you the espresso separately from the ice cream so you don't have to worry about it having melted the amount of espresso you want to have on your ice cream Michel did an excellent job taking good care of us and providing advice when we needed it

Yelp
Everything we got was perfect and tasted amazing! Our server was attentive, helpful, and willing to consult another staff member to help us choose a bottle of wine based off of what we said we liked. Honestly, course after course we were saying how could it possibly all be this good; it should be illegal to make food this wonderful!

Yelp
100 percent awesome Food service help sooo good Highly recommend The steaks gnocchi wow

Yelp
Great food but will not go back or recommend. This is a restaurant that could do well to serve great food by a fine chef at a reasonable price. Instead, I called to make a reservation and went to a message to book online. I tried, but needed to download another app that required name, email, address, phone number, and credit card info just to book a reservation. All the information that I don't want sold, just to make a reservation. To complete booking, you need to agree to a cancellation/no show fee. When we arrived, the menu was very confusing--order one item or group meals that involve selecting different courses. We went with individual pasta orders that seemed the best value. Food was fantastic and priced to match. A charge was added to pay for service, which I think the restaurant could easily afford to pay from their meal prices. Tip was based on food and the 3% already paid for service. Our value selection had us out the door for $90 per person. Great food--and won't go back or recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Yelp
Service and servers were both outstanding. Seating was wonderful as tables were spaced far apart. Drinks and entrees were one of the best in Breck. We visit semi-annually and will dine here every trip. You can't go wrong dining at Radicato. Worth the $$$ prices.

Yelp
Our family had a wonderful experience last night. Our waitress, Nicole, was awesome She made great recommendations and could not have been friendlier. Started with the focaccia bread which was delicious followed by the little gem salad. Our whole family ordered pasta and loved them. Our favorite was the Agnolotti. We finished with great desserts highlighted by the Hazelnut cake and the chocolate torte. Our family had a great time and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting.

Yelp
Thank you to the entire Radicato staff who provided above and beyond dinner service on Friday, March 31st for our party of 13. My husband's 39th birthday dinner was absolutely delicious and memorable. We will be dreaming of this dinner for the next few days! Radicato offered a family style dinner where we ordered different dishes to share for our table. Please see my pictures for more info. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. Reservations for sure for large groups since the interior isn't that large.

Yelp
Amazing service and food ! I got the branzino, agnolotti, and beef carpaccio. So far best food I've had in Breckenridge

Yelp
Pro tip: Splurge here. Hands down, this has been one of my favorite meals of late. Every dish was delicious and well portioned. Memorable dishes include the melt-in-your-mouth porchetta, perfectly browned caramelle and the hefty savory New York strip for the table. You really can't go wrong. I also got the figgy stardust which was just a delightful cocktail. If you want something, just ask! The service was so delightful and I could tell they felt bad letting us know how we had exceeded our three hours at the table.

Yelp
Right form the start it was upsetting, we were passed on multiple times from the server after we were deciding what to order. After ordering it was a long wait and then the foccacia was saturated with olive oil and too salty. Then both of the pasta dishes we ordered (from an "Italian" restaurant was underwhelming. One was overly seasoned and the other was undercooked pasta with overcooked lobster. We got the dessert menu(10 minutes after we finished our meal) hoping it would redeem the meal but it was also an underwhelming menu and it took an additional 10 minutes to get the check and leave. Very disappointed and really wanted to have a nice Italian restaurant.

Yelp
This was a disappointing experience unfortunately and with that said, I will still highlight all the positives! Our server was incredible and accommodating. She was attentive and responded to our displeasing experience very kind and tried to make it right. The first two dishes we had, burrata and cavatelli were to die for. The flavor profile was incredible. However, both of our entrees were extremely salty. We only had a few bites and were puckering. I did overhear another table have the same experience. The food runners or other wait staff wouldn't look you in the eye when dropping off your food and you could hardly hear them explain what you were eating. Overall, for the price point and wanted experience it was certainly lacking

Yelp
Radicato is a delicious Italian restaurant right in the heart of Breckenridge. Being in a ski town, it's an interesting mix of a fine dining quality menu but a casual atmosphere, and the price point is much more affordable than comparable restaurants also on the main strip. The restaurant is cozy and overlooks the snowy lit up tree displays in the center of town. The menu had a variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. The appetizers are a good size for sharing. We got the pancetta wrapped rabbit (served with veal sausage, sweetbreads, & a pepper relish) which was my favorite thing we tried that night! It's a must try if you visit. For my entree, I got the cavatelli with duck confit - they make their pasta in house each day & every bit of the dish was cooked perfectly. There was a good drink list including wines by the glass or bottle, local beers, & cocktails. Service was friendly, quick without feeling rushed, & helpful with navigating the menu. Definitely make a reservation if you're in Breck (they get busy!) - it was a great first dinner to set the tone for our vacation there. Food: A- Drinks: B+ Service: B+ Ambiance: A-

Yelp
We have always enjoyed Radicato and eat there to celebrate special occasions. The food is so flavorful and interesting, but the more we go there the more we recognize how over-salty the dishes are. The serving staff was so attentive and made the birthday special with a toasting drink, pre meal bite, and a scoop of gelato for the birthday celebrant. The table in the middle of the restaurant that we were seated next to had 14 people and we could not heat ourselves talk. I would not recommend Radicato for someone who needs to watch their salt intake. Be prepared to pay a lot for the experience.

Yelp
This place was fantastic. We went for happy hour and it was great but also ordered the fish. They have great outdoor seating. The old fashion was good! The service was super friendly and fast. The ambiance is great. We will totally be back next time

Yelp
Made a spontaneous decision to show up for dinner here at 8pm on a Thursday night. We got the last two open seats at the bar and it was a fantastic dining experience. The aperol spritz drink was crisp and refreshing. Loved the orange slice! The tagliatelle pasta was cooked to perfection and the duck was tender and delicious! Paired with the "patatas" (seasoned potatoes) which had an amazing flavor to them, our meal overall was very memorable and we will definitely come back. Radicato is a must try if you are a foodie!

Yelp
This came highly recommended especially after having an amazing experience at Rootstalk. We were pretty underwhelmed, the service and drinks were really good. The food, just did not hit the the mark. It looks beautiful, but lacks flavor. I would rather walk across the street and go to Giampietro's.

Yelp
We were told we had to try this place, pasta made in house daily, I had the gnocchi and it was good, I mean really good, but it was still just gnocchi and there isn't a gnocchi in the world deserving of 5 stars. Loud, lively, fun place, tables all very close together. Wife had the filet, was also amazing.
