Incredible dining experience at Radimare - we would rank it up there on our 7 day Puglia trip . We enjoyed every dish which was immaculately presented. Risotto has to be the best I’ve had in my life - even with the incredible cheese ones we’ve had in Florence. We were served by Claudio who was perfect and recommended our next favourite restaurant on our Puglia trip - My Wine. If you like Radimare, you must go there.

this restaurant was such an incredible experience, it will be remembered as the highlight of our trip. the service from our waiter, Claudio, was amazing and he was very helpful in explaining the menu. every dish was an explosion of flavour and the pacing of the lunch was perfect, with enough time between each dish to let us savour each one. our favourites were the carbonara brioche, beef tartare, and spaghettone. i would strongly recommend visiting this place!

Modern twist on Italian classics with very high quality ingredients. This restaurant proposes a set of dishes with a ridiculously high execution standard. The service is impeccable, there is a lot of passion from the team to please customers and go above and beyond. Good to see teams with passion and authenticity proposing something different in the region.

Wonderful lunch today with food meriting the Michelin recognition, excellent wine list at reasonable prices and outstanding service from Claudio. With every dish the chef created visual delights and delectable flavours. All were excellent, but standout dishes were Oyster with beetroot and lime granita; crunchy mussel scapece; Corba rossa de Gargano, Luciana sauce and monks beard; Scarpetta(dessert ) almond bread, vanilla cream and salted caramel. The Morella Mezzogiornio 2024 wine was crisp, fresh and perfectly matched the food. Spectacular food and splendid service....go see for yourself!

Price was a little high relative to surrounding restaurants, but the food quality was top notch. Pairing of ingredients in each dish was innovative. Every dish was new to us. We highly recommend the brioche, the crispy mussels starter, and millefeuille. Waitress was highly attentive and passionate about the food, you can expect exceptional service here. We didn’t have to wait for long between dishes, which is outstanding. They also made the effort to divide the mains into two portions because we said we’re going to share everything.

What an incredible experience dining here with my husband. I truly loved the ambience, our waitress, and the menu! However, my favourite part of my dining experience has to have been the incredible wine… Which by the way so affordable! I am looking into ordering a case and having it shipped back to my hometown, as I cannot stop thinking about it!! The food was so delicious with explosions of flavours in your mouth!! Would recommend again!

Our experience was overal positive and I can highly recommend this place. The food is amazing and delicious. It’s a modern cuisine with attention to the detail and interesting unexpected combinations. We loved the carbonara brioche and the mezze pasta the most. The main dishes came surprisingly already divided in two portions as we said we are going to share everything. The service was slow and a bit hectic but we felt sorry for them because they were clearly understaffed for arrival of 20ppl at the same time. The lady did her best and was very friendly to us.

On a two week trip where we visited multiple 1 and 2 star and BG restaurants, my wife and I think this may have been our favorite meal. The team was outstanding. Jasmine and her colleague managed to make every table feel like special guests. The food was incredible. Make sure you order all 3 'snacks'! They were each innovative but most importantly delicious. The pastas were perfectly prepared and flavored and the chocolate desert was amazing! Radamare's chef and team deserve to be at least Bib gourmand and could be on their way to a star.
