I had pretty high hopes for Radio, but sadly it missed the mark! A group of 4 of us stopped by while waiting for our table at Loudmouth to be available across the street. There were not too many people there when we went -- only one other person ordering ahead of us (but several parties already seated with drinks and food in the back patio). It took over 5 minutes before we could order, which was not a problem for us particularly, but definitely something to note. We ordered, and the prices on the menu were not the prices we were charged. My partner ordered a frozen drink that was $13 on the menu, but rang up as $14.50 pre-tax. Again, this is not a huge problem, but definitely was cause for confusion, given they literally just opened, so the menu should reflect the actual prices.
Outside, the tables and chairs were pretty ratty tatty and dirty. Again, odd, since they just opened. The string lights were flickering and turning on and off constantly outside, which ended up giving us quite a headache. I did like how it was dog-friendly outside, however!
I believe this Radio location would be so cute as just a coffee shop, and I do want to return for coffee during the day. However, I don't plan on returning for drinks at night.
