"On the 32nd floor of the Part-Dieu Tower (165m in all), which the locals call "The Pencil", you can take in both the magnificent city and the modern cuisine, which gives pride of place to the produce. Variations on mushrooms; fillet of John Dory with parsnips, saffron and white cocoa; pear, sage and pineapple pavlova." - Michelin Inspector

We only stayed for 1 night to explore Lyon. Love the city, but the hotel...I would stay somewhere else when I go back to Lyon. I used credit card points to book a room. ||Location Wise (4/5): Walking distance to the train station, mall, the food hall, and walkable to city center. Docking off a point as you will need to go downstairs to get to the hotel, unless you take tram.||Service Wise (3/5): Is it the french attitude, I dont know but when I told reception again the issues in our room they just shook it off and said we are only staying for a day. Customer service could be better, staff seemed limited.||Room Wise (2/5): If you have played Silent Hill, this room felt so off. We purchased for early check-in since we arrived early, however the room was not in the right condition. We were in room 3303:||1) The TV remote did not work, and there was no manual way to turn on the TV from the monitor||2) The bathroom lights kept flickering. I called for maintenance for them to fix it when we were out exploring, but nothing happened.||3) Something was wrong with the sliding bathroom door (if you pushed on it you can see someone if they used the toilet). The problem was that the door was way to high from the bottom piece to hold the door...poor quality control. I called for maintenance but this wasn't fixed when we got back at night. I wish I could upload a video here so everyone could see!||4) The bathroom knob was missing. I mentioned that to front desk and showed them the Pic, but they said that's how you open the door. I can look through that hole and could see everything in the bathroom. I looked at pics online and there was a silver knob in that area.||5) The room does not have a refrigerator, if you have cheese/medicine/food requiring refrigeration you need to bring it to reception so they can store it for you.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Radissons, and, in fairness, they are never awful, and sometimes very good. I would call myself a Radisson positive person. But if all of them, this was the most disappointing. Starting with a small room, which is clearly designed for the solo business traveller. Not only no in room coffee machine. But of the tea selections - only one of each type. To compound this - they have multiple coffee machines in the reception area- and today 30 September when I was working in reception I was told that NONE of them are working. Plus they have a restaurant that only opens Tuesday-Saturday. Which is the weirdest thing I’ve come across in a hotel anywhere. It was not awful. It was clean, the staff were nice, the location is great for business and the station, mediocre for the tourist trail, but still walkable. It was just - kinda average - hence 3 stars across the board. My 3 for service is more a knock on the timings of the restaurant and the lack of decent coffee than it is against the people.

Very spacious room with stunning view of the city. Great location 8 minutes walk to the Halles Paul Bocuse. On second thought when you pay for your stay make sure the €100 deposit is paid in cash and not via your credit card. And dont listen to the story they tell you at the reception ( like " we have already released the deposit but because of the bank transaction it will take 3 working days"). We are still waiting for the reinbursment after one week. Alone the fact that they tell you up front should tell you they know about their system delay and raise a red flag.

We loved the location of this hotel. We could walk to almost the whole inner city attractions. Also, there is a very good mall right next to the hotel with good shopping and eating options. The river is only 1000 meters away. Perfect for a fantastic morning run and also access to the old town and nice restaurant and shopping district.

Very convenient hotel, 15 minute walk to the old centre. Comfortable rooms a high floors, 32 and up, so always a great view. Good airco, good shower, efficient staff at reception. Free parking in the garage next door. Lot of bakeries around the corner, maybe you have a breakfast there. Did not visit the bar or restaurant. My place for any Lyon visit.

Location is excellent. Right beside the city mall and close to the train station that leads to the airport. Room size is okay, although, rooms need renovation as the toilet walls and corners are old. Breakfast room is good news more space and more food options. Price to value ratio is 8/10.

The hotel is at 33rd floor of a high-rise building and quite close to the train station. There are such nice views from the room, as a chain hotel the amnities are quite good but would have wanted a proper coffee machine. The bed and the linens are confortable and soft. The room was quite clean.

Google
Very convenient from the train station, it's only a 10 minute walk through the mall. Rooms are small but nice, great views, but there is no pool. I would give this hotel 4 stars but the beds need to be upgraded.

Yelp
A very nice hotel. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and view of the city of Lyon from the hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was very good and had lots of varieties. We stayed in Lyon for 3 days and so after having a good breakfast in the morning we were able to go sightseeing with energy and without feeling hungry till late afternoon. Customer service was good. There was construction going on and this hotel entrance was in a one way street so we had to drive couple of rounds before getting into the hotel parking. Overall a nice hotel and would love to stay again.

Yelp
Located within a walking distance from Lyon train station, convenient location as walk to the old town was 20 mins. Front desk is located on the 32nd floor. Rooms are from 33rd to 39th floors. Depending on which room you get, view could be fantastic. My room view was just okay but I enjoyed a nice view of old town from breakfast restaurant on the 32nd floor. Really tall building, easy to spot from far away. Room was adequate. Bed was a bit too hard for my liking but they were clean. Rather small room but good enough for just one night. For those traveling with a large suitcase, may have hard time opening a suitcase. Service was excellent, very friendly and professional staff, speak perfect English. If my travel brings back to Lyon, I would stay here again
